Abstract

The Ministry of Communication and Informatics carries out communication and informatics services to the public as well as supervising and regulating licensing in the field of Communication and Information to government and community institutions. For this reason, the Communication and Information Agency of Deli Serdang Regency recruits experts with predetermined criteria. An expert is someone who is considered a trusted source of certain techniques and expertise in assessing and deciding things correctly, well, and reliably in accordance with a particular field. a decision support system in selecting experts using the method. Decision support systems can solve unstructured problems. In general, a decision support system is built in order to guide the steps in deciding a decision using the SPK method. Abstract

Internet users find it difficult to compare and know the quality of services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISP), most Internet users choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based on the experience and advice of other users. This is not necessarily appropriate to the needs, because a valid decision must be considered and taken into account from the criteria available to obtain a decision. Decision support systems are designed to help decision making and are interpreted as a datadriven model system that has procedures in data processing and data processing results used to make a decision. Therefore, with the construction of decision support systems can help Internet users in making more efficient decisions. The method used in decision support systems is Elimintaion And Choice Translation Realty (ELECTRE). with the establishment of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) decision support system by applying the ELECTRE method that is expected to assist internet users in determining the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that suits their needs.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is one of the government programs in guidance aimed at children from birth up to the age of six that is done through the provision of education to support the growth and development of physical and spiritual so that children have readiness in entering further education. The application of ELECTRE (Elimination And Choice Translation Reality) is aimed at selecting PAUDs eligible for government assistance. Determination of policies taken as the basis for decision-making must use criteria that can be clearly and objectively defined.

Abstract

The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively.Keywords: Decision Support System, PSI, Selection of Achieving Teachers

Abstract

Credit is increasingly growing and is increasingly needed by the wider community, people who do not have the capital to establish a business generally prefer to do credit or borrow money to trusted parties such as banks to support the business to be established. This is an advantage for the bank. Increasing credit activities in banks, it is necessary to assess credit as a material consideration for prospective customers before the bank gives a decision to accept or reject a prospective customer request. Therefore it is necessary to build a method that can help and facilitate the bank in giving decisions quickly and accurately. The basis for making decisions is based on the criteria to determine who is prioritized to receive a loan, to assist in determining in determining someone who is eligible to receive a loan, so a decision support system is needed is to use Fuzzy logic and apply the Tsukamoto method. Abstract

Data is important and has a very important role in the activities of computer use. In general, the size of data that is at this time has a very large size. So at the time of sending large data through the network would lead to waste in the use of network resources when the data is accessed by other users and make the storage media more efficient in storing the data. In this study used J-BIT compression algorithm to reduce the size of text files, thus reducing the file size on storage media.

Abstract

Pemilihan handphone bekas yang dilakukan para pembeli kadang membuat bingung calon pembeli handphone bekas apa yang akan dibeli sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses pemilihan handphone bekas yang sesuai dengan kriteria yaitu harga, kamera, RAM, memori internal, processor, baterai, jaringan dan berat. Metode pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan yaitu metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai bobot dari setiap kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif handphone bekas dari sejumlah alternatif handphone bekas. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan yang menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), dapat membantu konsumen memilih handphone bekas berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Abstrak-Karyawan merupakan bagian aset penting yang dimiliki sebuah perusahaan dalam mempertahakan kelangsungan hidup serta kemampuan dalam bersaing. Dalam hal ini seorang karyawan harus memiliki skill bahkan keterampilan untuk menungkatkan bisnis dalam perusahaan. Supaya kinerja Karyawan menjadi lebih baik, maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem dalam membantu pemilihan Karyawan terbaik, dibutuhkan suatu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Multi Objective Optimization on the Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) adalah salah satu metode yang mendukung yang bertujuan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik yang sesuai dengan kriteria menurut persyaratan Karyawan terbaik di PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora tersebut. Dalam menentukan calon yang layak menjadi Karyawan terbaik menurut rumus serta metode yang digunakan, sehingga diperoleh nilai alternatif terbaik sebesar 0.39192 atas nama Moethar Situmeang. Abstract

Budi Darma University is one of the private colleges in North Sumatra, Indonesia. To make this campus even better, a campus ambassador was chosen who would later be assigned as student representatives to promote the campus to the community and also as an icon that could have a better impact on the campus environment. Campus ambassadors themselves are active students at the campus who are selected based on predetermined criteria according to the needs of the campus. In the process of selecting a campus ambassador to get more optimal results, a decision support system is needed. In this study using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method as decision support in selecting campus ambassadors.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic there were many impacts on the community such as social, educational and financial problems, therefore the government as the highest authority in society made a policy for the Pre-Work Card program as a solution to one of the problems, especially in the economic sector that was felt by the community, such as overcoming the problem of unemployment, layoffs, and poverty. With the help of the Decision Support System, it is hoped that they will be able to make the best decisions for prospective Pre-Employment Card recipients.
