Internet users find it difficult to compare and know the quality of services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISP), most Internet users choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based on the experience and advice of other users. This is not necessarily appropriate to the needs, because a valid decision must be considered and taken into account from the criteria available to obtain a decision. Decision support systems are designed to help decision making and are interpreted as a datadriven model system that has procedures in data processing and data processing results used to make a decision. Therefore, with the construction of decision support systems can help Internet users in making more efficient decisions. The method used in decision support systems is Elimintaion And Choice Translation Realty (ELECTRE). with the establishment of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) decision support system by applying the ELECTRE method that is expected to assist internet users in determining the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that suits their needs.

The reception of journalists at the Waspada Daily Medan always went through several rigorous selections before being determined to be accepted as journalists at the Waspada Medan Daily. There are several criteria that must be possessed by each participant as a condition for becoming a journalist in the Daily Alert Medan. To get the best participants, the Waspada Medan Daily needed a decision support system. Decision Support Systems (SPK) are part of computer-based information systems (including knowledge-based systems (knowledge management)) that are used to support decision making within an organization or company. Decision support systems provide a semitructured decision, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. In this study the authors applied the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) as the method to be applied in the decision support system application. The VIKOR method is part of the Multi-Attibut Decision Making (MADM) Concept, which requires normalization in its calculations. Vocational schools that have been licensed from BNSP to LSP P1 (first party professional certification institute) are schools that have been able to carry out their own competency certification exams for their students and later a competency assessor who will test and declare the eligibility of the students, competency assessors are productive teachers who have participated in and been given training by the government, in that training the schools choose from the number of productive teachers from each department to become competency assessor trainees in accordance with predetermined criteria so a decision support system is needed so there is no gap in the selection of productive teacher assessor training participants, a vocational school that has become a P1 LSP must have a competency assessor and is a requirement to be a P1 LSP. one of the solutions to the problem is the right one by using the Decision Support System (SPK). Decision Support System (DSS) can help the school in making the decision to choose the productive teacher of the appropriate assessor training and improve the efficiency of the decision. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) is a development of the Promethee II method based on the ideal and anti-ideal solution. Promethee II itself is a method of making decisions on the function of preferences with problems through an outranking approach (ranking) or is a multicriteria analysis, comparing one alternative to another and calculating the alternative gap in pairs so as to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest value.Keywords: Competitive Assessor LSP P1, SPK, The Extended Promethee II

Jalan raya merupakan jalur darat yang berperan sebagai ruang lalu lintas area aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Ruang lalu lintas diatur oleh Personel Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) yang bertugas menertibkan dan menciptakan kenyamaan dan ketertiban kendaraan dalam berlalu lintas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberian apresiasi kepada Personel Satlantas terbaik guna memberikan motivasi sekaligus memotivasi personel Satlantas lain dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Ada kemungkinan dalam proses pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik masih terdapat unsur subjektif atau like and dislike sehingga tidak berdasarkan kriteria personel Satlantas terbaik yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat memudahkan dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas dengan menggunakan metode SPK. Metode PROMETHEE II merupakan metode SPK yang melakukanÂ outrangking yang dapat mengurutkan dan memberi peringkat dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik. Hasil akhir sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah memberikan perangkingan dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik dengan berurutan berdasarkan alternatif yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode PROMETHEE II, Personel Satlantas

Data mining is mining or discovery information to the process of looking for patterns or information that contains the search trends in a number of very large data in taking decisions on the future.In determining the patterns of classification techniques garnered record (Training set). The class attribute, which is a decision tree with method C 4.5 builds upon an algorithm of induction can be minimised.By utilizing data jobs graduates expected to generate information about interest & talent, work with benefit from graduate quisioner alumni. A pattern of work that sought from large-scale data and analyzed by various algorithms to compute the C 4.5 can do that work based on the pattern of investigation patterns that affect so that it found the rules are interconnected that can result from the results of the classification of objects of different classes or categories of attributes that influence to shape the patterns of work. Auction of goods and services is a common thing done by the Pawnshop and this is done by the Pawnshop if the pawnshop is no longer able to pay off the mortgaged goods. Under the mortgage law, the prospective borrower has an obligation to surrender his property as collateral to the pawning party. The law also contains the purchase of the right to the remuneration to make a sale (auction) on the guarantee if the deadline for the loan is exhausted and the borrower can not redeem his guarantee. The process of determining the eligibility of the participants is still conventional so it requires a good decision support to choose the winning bidder. The application of EXPROM II method in information system based on decision support system is able to determine the eligibility of bidders.

Fitness instructor is someone who trains and gives direction to someone or a group of people who educate their clients (members), to help their clients achieve goals in terms of health, both physical and performance by exercising. Fitness instructors can also be called sports teachers. The obstacle faced at the time of acceptance of the Fitness Instructor is that the recruitment process is still done manually by looking at the data reports of prospective Fitness Instructors. Another obstacle is that the Fitness Instructor recruited does not have the quality capabilities desired by fitness owners. To overcome the selection process of Fitness Instructors who experience these obstacles by using an application called the Decision Support System. Decision Support Systems in determining the acceptance of Fitness Instructors can be generated based on several criteria in determining a criterion made to prevent mistakes made by certain parties.
