Abstract

In this selection of the best TikTok Content Creator using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. ROC and SAW were chosen because they are simple and efficient and can allow proper weighting of criteria and proper ranking. Many factors must be considered in choosing TikTok Content Creators. The selection of the best TikTok content creators is useful for helping audiences assess and select quality content and can add insight and entertainment that is useful for the future. Judging must also be based on predetermined criteria. There are five criteria that are assessed such as creativity, originality, content quality, interaction, ethics. The results of the assessment of each criterion will be normalised and the total weight calculated. The system will sort from the highest value as the first and last rank. With the existence of a decision support system that uses the ROC and SAW methods, it can make it faster and easier to make decisions to choose the best TikTok Content Creator according to predetermined criteria. Ranking results in applying the SAW method shown in table 5 above, the best alternative is the first rank produced, namely A10 with a final acquisition value of 0.956. The second rank is alternative A3 with a final value of 0.935 and the third rank is alternative A1 with a final value of 0.909.

Abstract

This study aims to map and quantify the thematic evolution of Digital Signature Schemes (DSS) amid the existential challenge posed by quantum computing and the increasing demand for application efficiency in Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain environments. Historically dominated by RSA and Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), DSS now faces a significant turning point. A systematic bibliometric analysis was conducted on 2,616 documents indexed by Scopus during the 2015–2022 period, involving the analysis of Annual Scientific Production, Social Structure, and Conceptual Structure mapping using a Thematic Map. The results confirm a thematic turning point marked by a sharp acceleration in publication volume (Compound Annual Growth Rate 14.5%, peaking at 25.1% in 2020–2022), which aligns with the commencement of the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) standardization process by NIST. Social structure analysis indicates a divided global role: China dominates in raw output volume, while Western countries (US, Germany, UK) act as Intellectual Hubs with the highest citation impact per document. The strongest evidence of thematic evolution is found in the Thematic Map, which empirically classifies "ECC" as a mature Motor Theme, while "Dilithium," "Lattice-based Cryptography," and "Post-Quantum Cryptography" emerge as Emerging Themes. Concurrently, "Aggregate Signature" and "Ring Signature" are identified as specialized Niche Themes. In synthesis, this study proves that the evolution of DSS is simultaneously driven by two primary factors: the external threat (quantum) and internal demands (efficiency and scalability). The findings provide a quantitative roadmap urging the global cybersecurity community to prioritize the transition to PQC standards immediately to ensure the resilience of future public key infrastructure

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding and assistance in evaluating marketing potential in the sale of pandan woven products in Dusun 3 Pantai Cermin Kanan. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling in the form of outreach to the craftsmen of Pandan Menday Gallery & Souvenir. Through this activity, it is hoped that the craftsmen, especially the heads of the craftsmen's group, can determine the market share of the products made so that the range of product sales is wider. The participants in this community service activity totaled 23 craftsmen. The results of this community service are mapping product marketing first starting with recognizing business identity, namely by conducting a business SWOT analysis, strengthening business image/brand, then understanding the market by determining product STP stratgey.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop the river tourism potential in Kampung Jandi Mulia through collaboration between youth and housewives in creating digital creative content. The activities included digital literacy training, promotional video production, and social media-based marketing strategies. Analysis results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, technical skills, and self-confidence, with an average score improvement of 28–30 percentage points compared to before the training. Participant satisfaction responses were highly positive, with 85% expressing satisfaction to high satisfaction with the program. This initiative also revived tourism promotion after infrastructure damage caused by flash floods and opened opportunities for the local creative economy. However, the program faced limitations in training duration and technical facilities, posing challenges to long-term sustainability. These findings indicate that community-based digital capacity building can be an effective strategy in optimizing local tourism potential.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower elementary school teachers in developing innovative learning content through the use of social media platforms, particularly short-video applications. The initiative was motivated by the challenges of low digital literacy among teachers and the limited use of social media as an effective learning tool. The program was implemented through workshops, hands-on content creation practices, and technical mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ skills in producing social-media-based learning media, as reflected in the differences between their understanding and abilities before and after the program. Participant responses showed high levels of satisfaction, with most teachers acknowledging that the training supported their creativity and innovation in teaching. However, the program faced limitations in terms of its relatively short duration and unequal technological infrastructure across schools. These findings suggest that similar programs are highly relevant to be developed sustainably to support the improvement of teachers’ digital competencies.

Abstract

Sentiment analysis in the Indonesian e-commerce sector faces significant challenges due to the informal nature of language and severe class imbalance, where neutral reviews are often underrepresented. This research proposes a hybrid framework combining the deep semantic capabilities of IndoBERT with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to improve classification fairness. Using a dataset of Tokopedia customer reviews, this study compares a baseline model against a balanced model using SMOTE on 768-dimensional IndoBERT features. The experimental results reveal that while the baseline model achieved a high overall accuracy of 83%, it suffered from an "accuracy paradox," exhibiting a dismal recall of only 0.07 for the neutral class. Upon implementing SMOTE, the neutral class recall surged to 0.29, marking a significant 314% improvement in minority class detection. Although overall accuracy slightly decreased to 81%, the Macro Average F1-Score increased from 0.61 to 0.65, proving that the model is more robust and objectively reliable across all sentiment polarities. This study demonstrates that sacrificing marginal accuracy for improved minority sensitivity is vital for providing accurate business intelligence in the digital marketplace. These findings provide a robust roadmap for developing more equitable automated sentiment analysis systems in Indonesia.

Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is an important foundation in character building and optimal child development. This community service aims to improve the competence of teachers and parents of TK IT Harvysyah in three aspects: psychological stimulation of children, instilling Islamic morals, and sharia family financial management. Activities are carried out through a participatory approach with training, workshop, and mentoring methods. Participants consist of 10 teachers of TK IT Harvysyah and 30 parents. The training materials cover theory and practice of child development stimulation based on educational psychology, implementation of moral education through habituation and exemplary methods, as well as planning and management of family finances based on sharia economic principles. Evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills, with an average increase in knowledge. This program makes a real contribution in forming a holistic-integrative education ecosystem, combining cognitive, spiritual, and economic aspects for family welfare and optimization of early childhood growth and development.ABSTRAKPendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan fondasi penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan perkembangan optimal anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan orang tua TK IT Harvysyah dalam tiga aspek yaitu stimulasi psikologis anak, penanaman akhlak Islami, dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga syariah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan metode pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan. Peserta terdiri dari 10 guru TK IT Harvysyah dan 30 orang tua. Materi pelatihan mencakup teori dan praktik stimulasi perkembangan anak berbasis psikologi pendidikan, implementasi pendidikan akhlak melalui metode pembiasaan dan keteladanan, serta perencanaan dan pengelolaan keuangan keluarga berdasarkan prinsip ekonomi syariah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan. Program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam membentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang holistik-integratif, menggabungkan aspek kognitif, spiritual, dan ekonomi untuk kesejahteraan keluarga dan optimalisasi tumbuh kembang anak usia dini.

Abstract

Employee work performance on this date the education staff (Tendik) as a determinant of the success of the performance of the Public Service Agency (BLU). Students who have a good leadership spirit, which are listed as outstanding and superior tendik competencies, are expected to be able to spur other students to achieve as well. The assessment of the achievers is based on the provisions of Permendikbud No. 30 of 2018. Form F5 in the attachment of the Minister of Education and Culture Number. 30 of 2018 becomes an assessment variable in the educational activity support system. Work Achievement of Education Personnel is a major factor in the success of higher education performance. Good work results will have a good impact on universities. Educational staff who excel are also competent in higher education also support both the education staff and universities. Rewards or awards given to Education Personnel can be done by assessing the performance results of each Education Personnel. Rewards are given to Education Personnel as a form of appreciation for the performance carried out at universities. rewards to Education Personnel must be based on appropriate and accurate assessments. The problems found do not have to be used to evaluate the Education Personnel in presenting prizes. The performance assessment carried out must be objective, of course, with an objective assessment the results obtained on the educational performance assessment are not a problem for the education staff. Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that is used to assist in decision making by utilizing certain data and models to support a solution in solving a semi-structured and non-structured problem. The MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) and WP (Weighted Product) methods are methods in the Decision Support System that provide relatively precise results to the determined assessment. Abstract

Public and private universities are institutions where students acquire knowledge according to their interests and talents. To improve student quality, universities implement programs for selecting outstanding students. However, in many public and private universities, the selection of outstanding students is often based solely on the Grade Point Average (GPA). In fact, several other assessment criteria should also be considered, such as the number of scientific papers, TOEFL score, GPA, ethics, and parents’ monthly income. Therefore, a decision support system is required to assist in the selection process of outstanding students. The method applied in this study is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This method is chosen because it can effectively solve decision-making problems by using priority values or weights assigned to each criterion. Abstract

The booming tourism sector offers travellers many accommodation options. However, this diversity can make it difficult to find the right hotel. Therefore, to assist travellers in this difficult decision-making process, a Decision Support System (DSS) for Best Hotel Selection was created. This SPK uses a sophisticated algorithm called ‘method in use’, which can analyse hotel data in multiple dimensions. To make the best hotel recommendation, various factors are considered, including price, location, facilities, guest reviews, and travellers' personal preferences. Travellers get many great benefits from the application of this SPK, including, Time efficiency, Right decision and Better experience. This research uses the SAW method in making a decision in determining the best hotel. Based on the results of research using the SAW method, it can be concluded that this method is very helpful in the process of making hotel selection decisions in Dumai. By giving weight to each criterion that is considered important by users, such as price, location, and facilities, SAW produces a final value for each hotel alternative. Through this calculation, users can easily compare and choose the hotel that best suits their needs. In this study, Hotel C obtained the highest score of 0.850, followed by Hotel B and Hotel G with final results of 0.820 and 0.810 respectively
