Abstract

Salah satu alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Swalayan Palem Store adalah pemberian diskon atau potongan harga untuk produk-produk tertentu dalam periode waktu tertentu. Penentuan produk diskon harus dilakukan dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang tepat. Kesalahan dalam penentuan produk diskon membuat swalayan kehilangan keuntungan bahkan mengalami kerugian. Salah satu solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Sistem Pedukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu pimpinan swalayan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan produk diskon yang tepat dan meningkatkan efesiensi keputusan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki beberapa tahapan sebelum menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut antara lain studi kelayakan, perancangan, pemilihan dan implementasi.The Extended Promethee (EXPROM II) merupakan salah satu metode penentuan urutan atau prioritas dalam analisis multikriteria. EXPROM II membandingkan alternatif yang satu dengan alternatif yang lainnya dan menghitung jarak selisih alternatif berpasangan sehingga menghasilkan output yaitu perangkingan alternatif berdasarkan nilai net flow tertinggi. Penentuan produk diskon yang tepat dan efektif memberikan dampak positif untuk swalayan karena dapat meningkatkan penjualan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The development of Indonesia's population at this time is very rapid so that Indonesia has many problems including poverty problems that occur in the midst of society. In dealing with these problems the government has a program with a form of social assistance known today as the Elderly Family Hope Program (PKH). In accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Social Protection and Security Number 26 / LJS / 12/2016 in terms of social assistance the Recipients are those that have been determined by the Director General of Social Family. As well as in the Distribution this assistance is distributed in four stages one Year. Decision Support System is a computer-based system consisting of several components, namely language system components, system components of knowledge, and problem processing system components that are interrelated with one another, in making decisions through the use of data. data and decision models in order to solve a problem. Abstract

Along with the development of technology today, data has a very important role. Sophisticated technological developments have resulted in a large amount of digital data stored in a storage medium. Moreover, if the data continues to be stored for an indefinite period of time until it reaches the maximum storage limit, the storage media will be full and cannot store other data. Data can be text, images, audio or even video. Data often has a very large size. For that we need a technique to change the size of the data to make it smaller. Abstract

The belt is a complement of clothing made of leather or hard clothing that serves to tie a pair of pants or skirts around the waist. Belts are part of fashion. There are several types of belts, which are divided into models, materials, sizes, and so on. For example, police belt, security guard belt, TNI belt and others. Generally, the parts of the belt (belt construction) are divided into two parts, namely Traps and Buckle. Abstract

Thesis is a scientific work that must be written by students as a requirement for the final project of education. For students who want to write a thesis, for example, students on the STMIK Budi Darma campus are required to first find a topic for the title to be submitted. The way to find thesis topic references can be done by accessing the repository application. The title of the thesis has different topics, so it takes a grouping of thesis topics. Classification or grouping of thesis titles in the repository application is very important, because with the grouping of thesis titles it will make it easier to find thesis topic information that can be used as a reference in further research. Therefore, this study aims to create a repository application that is able to group theses. This research uses three methods, namely Text Mining, TF-IDF, and cosine similarity. The thesis abstract data will be processed by Text Mining to produce sentences that represent the thesis, then weighted using TF-IDF and find the level of similarity using cosine similarity. processed. So if the percentage is only 73%.

Abstract

Digital image processing is an important part that underlies various real applications, such as pattern recognition, remote sensing via satellite or aircraft, and machine vision. In pattern recognition, digital image processing plays a role in separating objects from the background automatically. Almost all applications of information technology use cryptography as a tool to ensure the security and confidentiality of data or information. Because of this, cryptography has become a rapidly growing science and in a short time many new algorithms have emerged which are considered superior to their predecessor algorithms. To see the authenticity of digital images we use the MGR algorithm. MGR hash function based on its design security. Protected against multicollision attacks, fixed point attacks, extension attack lengths and herd attacks and provides better efficiency (three times faster) than GOST-R. AES such as block ciphers have been used in compression design. The MGR function due to AES is one of the most efficient and cipher-secure blocks and has been evaluated for more than 12 years

Abstract

The performance of a teacher is an outcome that is demanded by the School Principal in awarding a teacher who is at a formal level of education. In producing effective decisions on performance ratings, it is, of course, necessary to use a computer-based information system, this is known as the Decision Support System. In order for the resulting decisions to be better, using methods that can process existing data so that the method used is able to produce a final report in the form of a decision. At SD IT Al-Munadi Marelan-Medan, so far not using computer applications to help decision-makers to rank teacher performance. Although all this time the needs of the school principal are reports on the performance of teachers in schools. In the research that the authors conducted using a combination of AHP and WASPAS methods which are expected to improve the results of decisions on teacher performance ranking.

Abstract

Lecturers are resources owned by the University. One of the efforts to improve the quality of lecturers is by giving appreciation in the form of rewards or awards to the best lecturers or lecturers who excel. However, to be able to provide these rewards, of course there are several assessments that will be given to lecturers. The problem is how to give the assessment so that the lecturer is declared worthy to receive a reward or award. There is a decision support system or abbreviated as DSS where in the system there are several methods that can be used to provide an assessment of course with the determined assessment criteria. In this research, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with several criteria into consideration. The results showed that alternative A3 and A2 were selected as outstanding young lecturers.

Abstract

Unity Drumband Indonesia (PDBI) Region of North Sumatra is an organizational body engaged in sports groups, which involves players in various musical instruments. In selecting players, PDBI North Sumatra through the committee to conduct strict selection, through a judging system with several stages of a rigorous process. From the selection of participants, compare each criterion one by one to get the best athletes. Implementation of decision support systems is expected to provide the right solution and can assist the jury in generating a decision. Thus the process of selecting athletes can produce a decision directly without a long time. So that accelerate the selection process of drum band athletes who will strengthen the team of North Sumatra. The Elimination and Choice Translation Reality (ELECTRE) method is required in decision support systems for the selection of drum band athletes who will strengthen the North Sumatra team.
