Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the keys to business success, including in the rapidly growing culinary sector. Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen is a popular local culinary business, but it still faces challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze The Influence of Store Atmosphere and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on Customer Satisfaction at Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen with Excellent Service as a variable mediation. This study uses a quantitative method, sampling using the lemeshow formula, because the population size is unknown and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. Data processing was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS program version 4.1.1. The results of the analysis obtained are: Store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Sate Apaleh Geurugok Bireuen. Electronic word of mouth does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen. Excellent service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen. Store atmosphere has a significant influence on Excellent service on satay or Geurugok Bireuen. Electronic of mouth has a significant influence on Excellent service on satay or Geurugok Bireuen.Store atmosphere has a significant influence on customer satisfaction on sate apaleh geurugok bireuen with excellent service as a mediating variable. Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has changed people's shopping behavior from conventional to digital, which has an impact on aspects of corporate sustainability, including brand reputation. Tokopedia as one of the leading e-commerce platforms, needs to understand the factors that influence the sustainability of its company, especially in terms of consumer purchasing behavior (Customer Purchase Behavior) and customer trust (Trust). The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Customer Purchase Behavior and Trust on the Corporate Sustainability Dimensions of Tokopedia's Brand Reputation in South Cikarang. This study uses quantitative methods, The population in this study was Tokopedia e-commerce users, totaling 134 people. The sample used was a saturated sample, namely using the entire population as a sample of 134 respondents. Data processing used the SmartPLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results of the analysis obtained were reputation Tokopedia in South Cikarang. Trust does not have a positive effect on Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang. Customer purchasing behavior does not have a positive effect on corporate sustainability through the mediation of Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang. Trust does not have a positive effect on corporate sustainability through the mediation of Tokopedia's brand reputation in South Cikarang.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja pada pegawai terhadap pekerjaan dapat diartikan, apakah pegawai merasa puas, nyaman, aman, dan tentram dalam melakukan atau menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Flexible working arrangement dan Work life balance terhadap Job Satisfaction dengan Work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah karyawan PT. Heintech Dwikarya Swapraja dengan jumlah yaitu sebanyak 171 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software olah data SmartPLS dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui formulir Google. Flexible Working Arrangement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Flexible Working Arrangement berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Work-Life Balance sangat berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, sementara itu beberapa variable yang tidak berpengaruh diantara nya Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction.

Employee performance is a key factor that determines the success of the organization, which is influenced by various variables such as leadership style and the compensation system implemented. However, the results of previous studies show inconsistencies regarding the influence of situational leadership and compensation on employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of situational leadership and compensation on employee performance mediated by career development opportunities at PT. CKD. This study uses a quantitative method, sampling using the Lemeshow formula, and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. Data management was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS program version 4.1.1. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelayanan prima dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan mediasi kepercayaan pelanggan pada Toko Ritel Erafone Bosih Raya. Tingginya persaingan di era digital menuntut toko ritel untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan promosi guna mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 384 responden konsumen Erafone Bosih Raya. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan prima dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepercayaan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya kepercayaan sebagai mekanisme yang memperkuat dampak pelayanan dan promosi. Perusahaan ritel disarankan untuk terus mengoptimalkan pelayanan dan promosi guna membangun kepercayaan pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan loyalitas dan kepuasan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sustainable marketing dan brand image terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan promosi sebagai variabel mediasi pada studi kasus Tomoro Coffee. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Tomoro Coffee dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 1-5 yang diolah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan baik secara langsung (t-statistic 5,375 > 1,96; p-value 0,000 < 0,05) maupun melalui promosi sebagai variabel mediasi (t-statistic 2,559 > 1,96; p-value 0,011 < 0,05). Namun, sustainable marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (t-statistic 0,166 < 1,96; p-value 0,868 > 0,05) maupun melalui promosi (t-statistic 0,167 < 1,96; p-value 0,867 > 0,05). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi konsumen terhadap citra merek yang kuat lebih menentukan terbentuknya loyalitas pelanggan dibandingkan strategi berkelanjutan yang tidak tersampaikan secara efektif melalui promosi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan strategi branding dan komunikasi promosi yang mampu menegaskan nilai-nilai keberlanjutan kepada pelanggan

Abstract

Burnout is a psychological condition that can lead to an employee's intention to leave the organization, known as turnover intention. Recent studies suggest that work-life balance may play a mediating role in this relationship. This study aims to examine the effect of burnout on turnover intention with work-life balance as a mediating variable. A quantitative method was applied using a questionnaire distributed to employees of a private company, with 86 respondents selected from a population of 108 through incidental sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (β = 0.601; t = 4.765; p < 0.001). However, burnout has a non-significant effect on work-life balance (β = 0.118; p = 0.151), and work-life balance also does not significantly affect turnover intention (β = 0.212; p = 0.088). Consequently, work-life balance does not mediate the relationship between burnout and turnover intention. These findings highlight the importance for organizations to focus directly on managing burnout as a priority in reducing turnover intention among employees.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition for MSME businesses in the digital era requires businesses to adopt effective marketing strategies. Although 63.52% of e-commerce businesses use the internet for digital marketing, many MSMEs still have difficulty optimizing their strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of strategic promotion and customer relationship management on marketing performance in the culinary MSME Mie Gacoan South Cikarang Branch in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The research sample consisted of 60 active employees of Mie Gacoan South Cikarang Branch who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after collection through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that partially, marketing performance was significantly influenced by strategic promotion and customer relationship management. Therefore, customer relationship management and strategic promotion have a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. These results provide important implications for culinary MSMEs in developing effective and sustainable digital marketing strategies in an era of increasingly fierce business competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) dan workload (beban kerja) terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan pengembangan karier sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi dilakukan di PT. SHRK, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur otomotif yang menerapkan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam proses bisnisnya. Metodologi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dari 102 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pengembangan karier dan kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, pengembangan karier terbukti memediasi hubungan antara GHRM, beban kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan dan keseimbangan beban kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan
