Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel work-life balance dan variabel reward terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja dimediasi oleh variabel perceived organizational support pada karyawan generasi Z perusahaan industri otomotif di Kawasan Jababeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian yaitu karyawan generasi Z perusahaan industri otomotif di Kawasan Jababeka dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, reward berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, perceived organizational support berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, work-life balance secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perceived organizational support, dan reward berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perceived organizational support.

Abstract

Tahun demi tahun, UKM terus menghadapi kendala yang sama dalam memperoleh pendanaan untuk mendukung dan memperluas operasi mereka. Permasalahan dalam penyediaan modal mencakup ketidakmampuan UKM mendapatkan informasi tentang sumber pendanaan dan ketidaktahuan mereka mengenai prosedur dalam melakukan hal tersebut. TIM PKM UMB berupaya mendampingi UKM di Kecamatan Tegal Parang, Jakarta Selatan, dengan memberikan pendampingan dan bimbingan agar UKM dapat memperoleh pendanaan melalui berbagai instansi. UKM di bidang ini juga mempunyai tantangan serupa dalam memperoleh tambahan dana untuk memperlancar kegiatan usahanya. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengajarkan peserta bagaimana menggunakan program Buku Warung untuk membuat laporan keuangan, yang merupakan persyaratan untuk mengajukan pinjaman.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a collection of feelings and beliefs that people have about their current job. Job satisfaction is also the employee's feelings towards the workers he does. Employee feelings towards work can be interpreted whether employees feel satisfied, comfortable, safe, and peaceful in doing or completing their work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Flexible working arrangement and Work life balance on Job Satisfaction with Work engagement as a mediation variable. This study uses quantitative methods with the number of samples are employees of PT. Heintech Dwikarya Swapraja with a total of 171 respondents. This research was processed using SmartPLS data processing software and data collection was carried out through Google forms. Flexible Working Arrangement has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Flexible Working Arrangement has a significant effect on Work Engagement, Work-Life Balance has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction , Work Engagement as a mediation variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, while some variables that do not affect Work Engagement do not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance does not have a significant effect on Work Engagement, Work Engagement as a mediating variable does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kebijakan hutang, pilihan investasi, dan nilai perusahaan pada bisnis subsektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di BEI antara tahun 2020 dan 2023, dengan profitabilitas sebagai mediator. Laporan keuangan tahunan digunakan sebagai sumber data, dan teknik Partial Least Squares (PLS) digunakan untuk analisis. Kebijakan utang, menurut temuan, mengurangi profitabilitas, tetapi pilihan investasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang jelas. Selain itu, profitabilitas bukanlah mediator antara kebijakan utang dan pilihan investasi dengan nilai perusahaan, karena tidak berpengaruh sama sekali terhadap nilai perusahaan. Khususnya selama epidemi COVID-19, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran bunga yang berlebihan yang disebabkan oleh kebijakan utang yang tidak optimal dapat mengurangi pendapatan bisnis. Namun, investasi perusahaan membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu untuk muncul di laba mereka. Inovasi, opini publik, dan efisiensi operasional adalah tiga pendorong utama nilai perusahaan. Manajemen di industri otomotif dapat menggunakan wawasan strategis dari studi ini untuk meningkatkan praktik manajemen utang mereka, menetapkan prioritas untuk investasi strategis, dan mempertimbangkan variabel eksternal ketika ingin meningkatkan nilai perusahaan mereka.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of digital technology, social media such as TikTok has become an important platform in modern marketing strategies, including in the beauty and hair care industry. Despite having advantages in halal content and certification, Sasha brand hair vitamins still lag behind its competitors in terms of customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and Celebrity Endorsement on Customer Loyalty, with Brand Image as a mediating variable, through the use of the TikTok application on Sasha hair vitamin products in the Mega Regency area of ​​Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, sampling using the lemeshow formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Form. Data management is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.1.1 program. The results of the analysis obtained are that electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on customer loyalty, celebrity endorsement does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty, brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on brand image, celebrity endorsement has a significant effect on brand image. In addition, electronic word of mouth has a significant effect on mediating brand image on customer loyalty, and celebrity endorsement has a significant effect on mediating brand image on customer loyalty through the TikTok application on Sasha hair vitamin products in Mega Regency, Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

Career development is a hope for workers everywhere, any position, including as a teacher. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Patriarchal Culture and Glass Ceiling on Teacher Career Development mediated by Career Opportunities in Kindergarten Teachers in South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. This study uses a quantitative method, the respondents with a population of 134 and a sample using the slovin formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Form. Data management is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.1.1 program. The results of the analysis obtained are that Patriarchal Culture has a significant effect on Teacher Career Development, Glass Ceiling has a significant effect on Teacher Career Development, Career Opportunities do not have a significant effect on Teacher Career Development, Patriarchal Culture has a significant effect on Career Opportunities, Glass Ceiling does not have a significant effect on Career Opportunities. In addition, career opportunities are not able to mediate the influence of Patriarchal Culture on teacher career development, and career opportunities are not able to mediate the influence of Glass Celling on teacher career development.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is one of the important things for a company; therefore, the company will always try to increase employee satisfaction. This study was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction at PT. XYZ by looking at the relationship between transformational leadership, internal physical work environment, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Internal Physical Work Environment, on Employee Job Satisfaction with Work Life Balance as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ. This study uses a quantitative method. There are 135 employees at XYZ company; however, 60 respondents have correctly filled out the questionnaire distributed, so these 60 respondents are the sample. The data was collected using Google Forms. Data management is carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.1.1 program. The results of the analysis obtained are that transformational leadership has been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, internal physical work environment has been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has not been proven to affect work life balance, internal physical work environment has been proven to affect work life balance, work life balance has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction, transformational leadership has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction mediated by work life balance, internal physical work environment has not been proven to affect employee job satisfaction mediated by work life balance at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

The expected benefits of this study are to deepen the results of previous research on how financial literacy variables affect investment decision variables and also to analyze whether financial behavior variables as mediating variables can strengthen or weaken the relationship between financial literacy variables and investment decision variables. The sample population used was 34 employees who worked in the South Jakarta Jamsostek Tower area. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The technique used to understand the data is descriptive quantitative and assisted by data analysis of the Smart PLS application. The results showed that financial literacy variables have an influence on investment decision variables and financial literacy variables have an influence on financial behavior variables. However, financial behavior does not affect the investment decision variable and the financial behavior variable does not provide influence in mediating the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions.

Abstract

The study aims to find out the impact of human capital practice on the welfare of salt farmers by considering skill development mediation. Effective human resources management practices include training, skill development, and empowering farmers to improve productivity and product quality. The research method used is quantitative, with a survey approach. The data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to 70 randomly selected salt farmers. The independent variable in this research is human resource management practice, which includes training, skill development, and business management. The dependent variable is the welfare of salt farmers, measured through improved income, quality of life, and market access. The collected data will be analyzed using the statistical approach and model system SEM PLS version 23. Research results show that human capital practices have a significant impact on the well-being of salt farmers, mediated by skill development. Skill development specifically has a major contribution to increasing productivity and farmers' incomes. This study concludes that investing in manicure resource management practices and skill development is an effective strategy to improve the welfare of salt farmers in the village of Muarabaru.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Discipline on Village Apparatus Performance mediated by Job Satisfaction in the villages of Serang Baru Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Smart PLS application. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership Style does not significantly affect Village Apparatus Performance or Job Satisfaction. Conversely, Discipline has a significant positive effect on both Village Apparatus Performance and Job Satisfaction. Additionally, Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Village Apparatus Performance. Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Performance but significantly mediates the relationship between Discipline and Performance. The implications of this study highlight the importance of developing work discipline and job satisfaction to enhance the performance of village apparatus. Future researchers are advised to explore other leadership styles, consider contextual and cultural factors, use different methodologies, conduct longitudinal studies, and investigate other moderating and mediating factors to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
