Abstract

Every human being was created by the Creator with all the uniqueness and characteristics or characteristics of each. This is referred to as individual differences (individual differences). Individual differences are differences in abilities and characteristics (cognitive, personality, physical skills, etc.) between students at a certain age level and in each particular group. Through educational practices and activities, we can accommodate the individual differences of students. Likewise, the learning styles of each other are also different. There are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. The differences in students have big implications for learning in schools. Therefore, education personnel, especially a teacher, must know and understand the differences in students to design learning with appropriate methods, models, and approaches. If learning is carried out by paying attention to differences in students, then the delivery and acquisition of knowledge can be carried out optimally. Thus, learning objectives can be achieved without having to put pressure on students. In addition, the teacher's understanding of individual differences in students can foster a comfortable feeling for learning at school.

Abstract

Every human being was created by the Creator with all the uniqueness and characteristics of each. This arises as individual differences (individual differences). Individual differences are differences in abilities and characteristics (cognitive, personality, physical skills, and so on) between students at a certain age level and in each particular group. Through educational practices and activities, we can accommodate the individual differences of students. Likewise, the learning styles of each other are also different. There are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. It is important to recognize the learning styles of students so that teachers can vary their teaching styles, learning methods that are suitable to be applied in the learning process. As a technique, we must be able to choose various ways that can accommodate these differences personally and optimize the improvement and interpersonal skills of each student in the long term, especially when viewed from the learning style so that it can be carried out optimally. Individual differences that need to be considered in the implementation of classroom teaching are factors related to the readiness of children to receive teaching because these differences will determine the education system as a whole. Factors that influence individual differences are self-concept (self-concept), locus of control, student anxiety, learning motivation.

Abstract

SDN Poris Pelawad 1 is a school located in one of the areas in Tangerang City, precisely in Poris Pelawad Village. Since the covid-19 outbreak, which requires all Indonesian citizens and even all over the world to apply WFH (Work Form Home) where the continuity of teaching and learning is also carried out online (In the Network) using media that we already recognize with the term zoom meeting or other media that saves usage. internet package, so that students in the learning process will produce a good ending. Learning is basically a process of interaction between educators and students, both direct (face-to-face) and indirect (learning activities using learning media in web applications). In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities are recommended to use an online learning model. The government has also provided assistance to students and educators in an effort to provide a free quota of 50GB every month, the level of the amount of the quota depends on the level of education as well, starting from elementary, junior high, high school to college, why is there a need for differences in the amount of quota distribution. Because each level requires different power, the higher the level of majority education, the more power needs that must be spent to achieve something that is expected. This study used an interview method to one of the teachers of SDN Poris Pelawad 1. The interview was conducted directly / offline by approaching the resource person.

Abstract

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, which requires all Indonesian citizens and even around the world to apply WFH (Work from Home) including all school residents in Indonesia who apply online or online-based learning at SDIT AR-RISAALAH. The implementation of online learning has consequences for a teacher to increase his role and competence because competent teachers will be better able to manage classes and carry out evaluations for students both individually and in class. This study aims to determine the impact of online learning experienced by teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses case study research, wherein collecting data information with interview techniques, namely to find data on relevant matters. The results showed that the learning process during the pandemic changed by using a remote network. This has an impact on teachers because they are less than optimal in providing learning materials and disrupting the learning process which causes the expected learning objectives to not be achieved. So that it makes the material incomplete and the use of learning media in online learning is not optimal. Student assessment is also constrained by mere cognitive assessment. This research uses the case study method as the research method, by conducting interviews with 3 teachers and 3 students of SDIT AR-RISAALAH. Interviews were conducted in-person/offline by approaching the informants.
