Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mendorong penerapan Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM) dalam konteks Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi di beberapa sekolah yang menerapkan MBS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran kunci dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang mendukung PAIKEM melalui beberapa strategi, seperti pengembangan kapasitas guru, penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif, dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk orang tua dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam implementasi PAIKEM, seperti kurangnya sumber daya dan dukungan dari pihak terkait. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi praktisi pendidikan dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah melalui penerapan PAIKEM. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa.

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPG Daljab) yang diselenggarakan pemerintah bertujuan mencetak pendidik profesional dengan kompetensi pedagogik, mencakup kemampuan menyusun tujuan pendidikan, memahami perkembangan peserta didik, memilih metode pembelajaran tepat, serta mengevaluasi hasil belajar. Implementasi kompetensi ini masih belum optimal. Berdasarkan observasi di kelas ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara rencana dan praktik pembelajaran khususnya pada tahap membuka, mengelola, dan menutup pembelajaran. Selain itu, mahasiswa PPG Daljab belum sepenuhnya mampu mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan konteks dunia nyata dan menanamkan nilai karakter kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa PPG Daljab FKIP UNTIDAR melalui analisis praktik mengajar yang direkam dalam bentuk video. Aspek yang diamati meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, penampilan mahasiswa saat membuka, mengelola, menutup pembelajaran, serta pelaksanaan asesmen mencakup ranah kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar yang disusun mahasiswa sudah memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan kementerian, termasuk elemen identitas sekolah, kompetensi awal, profil pelajar Pancasila, hingga asesmen dan remedial. Mahasiswa PPG Daljab umumnya telah menguasai tujuh aspek kompetensi pedagogik, meskipun belum sepenuhnya optimal. Mereka mampu merancang strategi pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik, menjelaskan materi dengan jelas, mengembangkan kurikulum, serta menyusun modul ajar yang lengkap. Selain itu, mahasiswa dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran sesuai karakteristik peserta didik dan berkomunikasi secara santun dan penuh empati. Evaluasi umumnya dilakukan di akhir pembelajaran. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar pengembangan program PPG untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa, sehingga mampu mengelola pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan bermakna

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaranBahasa Indonesia di jenjang SMA. Namun, hasil observasi di SMA Negeri 1 Salaman menunjukkan masih rendahnya kemampuan menulis peserta didik, khususnya dalam menulis teks berita.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model Project Based Learning (PjBL)berbasis budaya lokal Magelang terhadap keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa Fase F1. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas F1.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas F1.4 sebagai kelas kontrol, masing-masing berjumlah 35 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi testulis, angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil analisis data menggunakan SPSS 24.0menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil posttest kedua kelas (Sig. 0,043< 0,05), serta nilai N-Gain kelas eksperimen (0,3068) lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol(0,1180). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa model PjBL berbasis budaya lokal Magelangterbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks berita. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran kontekstual yang mengintegrasikan budaya lokal serta mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal. Kata kunci: Project Based Learning, budaya lokal, teks berita, keterampilan menulis, Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a popular scientific article teaching book based on a contextual approach for eighth-grade students. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model, limited to the development stage. The research subjects involve teachers and eighth-grade students from MTs Negeri 1 Kota Magelang, with feasibility assessments conducted by two subject matter experts and two media experts. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive techniques through the calculation of the average expert validation score, supported by qualitative analysis of improvement suggestions. The results show that the developed textbook received a 'highly suitable' category, with scores of 95.3% from subject matter experts and 96.6% from media experts, resulting in an overall average of 95.9%. Therefore, the textbook is deemed highly suitable for use as a learning support tool for popular scientific article texts in junior high schools/MTs.

Abstract

 This research is motivated by findings during initial field observations that the majority of teachers donot place too much importance on character values in literature learning in elementary schools. In fact,literary learning is an educational tool that plays a major role in the world of education to shape anddevelop children's personalities. literature plays a role as character building which is believed to have amajor role in the development of character in children so that they are able to develop human beingswho are completely fun from an early age.Short stories, as a part of literary work that will be taught tochildren, actually can be analyzed the character values they have so that the positive energy can betransmitted to children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the character values in the short storiesin the third grade students' book of the theme 8 Praja Muda Karana. The approach used is a qualitativeapproach in the form of analysis of short stories in class III SD books. The subjects of this study were allshort stories contained in the third grade students' book of 8 Praja Muda Karana theme. The shortstories in the third grade students' book of the theme 8 Praja Muda Karana consist of eight short stories.The short story is entitled I am an independent child, independently doing homework, independentduring worship, practicing independently, I like adventure, cycling with friends, being a receptionist,holding charity activities. After being read and analyzed, it was found that there are several charactervalues that can be transmitted to children including: independence, friendly / communicative, religious,tolerance, discipline, hard work, curiosity, love for the country and several other noble characters.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the development process and product development of student activity-based thematic learning models to improve the narrative writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students that are valid, practical, and effective. The background of this research is that it begins with the low narrative writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students at SDN 19 Pasar Ambacang, Kuranji sub-district, Padang City. This type of research is development research. This study uses a 4-Dmodel consisting of 4 stages, namely the stage of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. However, the dissemination stage was carried out in class IV SDN 19 Pasar Ambacang, Kuranji District, Padang City. The developed model was validated by experts. The practicality of the module is seen through the results of teacher and student responses as well as analysis of implementation and learning outcomes using the designed module. The results of this study indicate the following. First, the development process consists of three stages, namely the definition stage which analyzes the curriculum, concepts, and students. At the design stage, the module framework is designed and the module framework is written. Second, at the module development stage, validation results from experts were 84.70 with valid categories. There are two practical models based on practitioner responses, namely; first,the practicality by the teacher is 93.13 with a very practical category. Practicality by students in the first trial was 93.15 with a very practical category. The effectiveness of the developed model has an average of 86.7 with very effective qualifications. Based on the description of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the thematic learning model based on student activities is valid, practical and effective for improving the narrative writing skills of fourth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that when the learning process takes place, the emotional behavior reactions of children are very bad (negative), such as children who have not been able to control their emotional intelligence so that they are lazy to follow the activities given by the teacher, like to make noise, cry, lethargic, not enthusiastic, lack of concentration. , busy with their own activities, wrestling, likes to annoyfriends, likes to talk during learning, doze off, some even have not come to school for a few days with the excuse of being lazy and bored. For this reason, the author is interested in improving the interior design of the classroom through experimental research with a better and more conducive classroom interior design. The purpose of this study was to determine whether classroom interior design can develop negative emotionalintelligence into positive emotional intelligence at RA Nurbaiti, Padang City. The research used isquantitative in the form of a quasi-experimental. The population of this study were all children at RA Nurbaiti, Padang City, totaling 15 people, namely the Learning Group (Rombel) A. The experimental class was given the treatment of a class interior design that had been arranged while the control class did not do a class interior design. The data collection technique is in the form of an assessment instrument with 6 meetings. Based on data analysis, the average test result of the experimental group was 83.75 with a standard deviation of 11.5291 with a median of 87.500 while the control group averaged 74.17 with a deviation of 13.3446 and a median of 81.300. In testing the hypothesis obtained t count 2.102 and t table2.048 at the real level = 0.05. So it can be concluded that the interior arrangement of the classroom has an effect on the emotional intelligence of children aged 4-5 years at RA Nurbaiti, Padang City.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the findings during observations when learning activities take place children are not too focused on the teacher's explanation, tested when the teacher explains learning material children prefer to talk with friends, when eating a lot of walking, not orderly when praying and children like to scream. Then the classroom where the daily learning process has not been designed according to the needs of children, especially the interior design of the attic, walls and floors in instilling character values. For this reason, it is necessary to develop interior design for PAUD classes based on character education for the emotional development of children aged 5-6 years. The purpose of developing this interior design is to create a classroom atmosphere that is comfortable, safe and fun for children during the learning process and this interior design can also make it easier for children to receive messages about good character values for the emotional development of children aged 5-6 years. This research is an R&D (Research and Development) study with a 4D model, namely define, design, develop, disseminate. The instrument used in this research is the interior design validation instrument sheet. This research was conducted in the odd semester of 2021-2022. The results of the validation results for the development of character education-based PAUD classroom interior design on emotional development with two validators were stated to be very valid with a design feasibility percentage (96.4%), practitioners (96.9%) proved that it was very effective for the emotional development of children aged 5-6 years at RA Nurbaiti Padang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada saat proses pembelajaran terlihat rasa tanggung jawab anak sudah berkembang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangannya, dimana anak sudah mampu meletakkan kembali barang yang telah digunakan pada tempatnya dan juga anak suka membantu guru dalam menyiapkan alat makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran bimbingan guru pada perkembangan sikap rasa tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun di Raudhatul Athfal As Syaamil Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang mendeskripsikan apa yang ada sesuai dengan data di lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru sebagai model/figur yang ditiru oleh anak, sebagai pelatih guru mengajarkan anak bagaimana tanggung jawab itu, motivator guru selalu mengingatkan dan memberi semangat anak, guru selalu menilai setiap perkembangan anak. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa peran bimbingan guru dalam menanamkan sikap rasa tanggung jawab anak usia 5-6 tahun sudah terlaksana dengan baik di Raudhatul Athfal As Syaamil Kota Padang.
