Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the future of religious pluralism as religious coexistence in Indonesia, amidst the wave of religious conservatism worldwide. This research uses a library research approach to explore data in building arguments for predicting the coexistence of religious communities in Indonesia. This study found that Islam provides freedom to choose and believe and worship according to their respective beliefs. The choice of a belief is a free personal choice, so the MUI's view regarding the haram of religious pluralism does not represent the views of Muslims in general. And the coexistence of religious people in the view of pluralists is very wide open even in an era that leads to a conservative turn like today. But it could fail to materialize if the truth claim among religious people, especially Muslims, is increasingly crystallized and tends to lead to extreme fanaticism.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Mastery of Class IV Vocabulary of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikma Tolada North Luwu after using the Drill Method, Find out the Effectiveness of the Drill Method for the Mastery of Class IV Vocabulary of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikma Tolada Luwu Utara. The results of this study show, Students' vocabulary mastery using the drill method has undergone many changes ranging from attitudes, learning enthusiasm and during the learning process, the interaction between students and teachers is very good. Students pay attention to the teacher's explanation and the class becomes calm. The application or use of the drill method is effective in improving the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in grade IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Tolada. This can be evidenced by the increase in vocabulary mastery from cycle I to cycle II. The percentage of completeness of students' vocabulary mastery in the first cycle was 70% or as many as 7 students out of 10 students and in the second cycle there was an increase, namely with a percentage of 100%. From cycle I and cycle II, there was an increase in learning outcomes by 30%, thus in cycle II, learning outcomes were said to be complete and effective. تهدف هذه البحث إلى تطبيق طريقة التدريب لإتقان المفردات لمعرفة كيف إتقان المفردات فى الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا لووو الشمالية, بعد استخدام طريقة التدريب لمعرفة فاعلية طريقة التدريب لإتقان المفردات فى الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا لووو الشمالية. أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث بعد تطبيق طريقة التدريب لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية في الطلبة يمكن أن تعمل بشكل جيد. ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك في إدارة التعلم قبل الدورة حيث بلغ متوسط الدرجات 40.5 ثم زاد في الدورة الأولى بمتوسط الدرجات 70.5 وفي الدورة الثانية زاد بمتوسط الدرجات 80.5 وتم تضمينه في فئة ممتاز, تطبيق أو استخدام طريقة التدريب فاعلية لتحسين إتقان المفردات في التعلم اللغة العربية الطلبة الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا. يمكن إثبات ذلك لتحسين في إتقان المفردات من الدورة الأولى إلى الدورة الثانية. بلغت نسبة اكتمال إتقان الطلبة المفردات في الدورة الأولى 70٪ أو ما يصل إلى 7 الطلبة من أصل 10 الطلبة وفي الدورة الثانية كانت تحسين ، أي بنسبة 100٪. من الدورة الأولى والدورة الثانية ، كانت هناك تحسين في نتائج التعلم بنسبة 30 ٪ ، وبالتالي في الدورة الثانية ، قيل إن نتائج التعلم كاملة وفاعلية.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of income, living conditions, and access to education on the welfare of the people of Woyla Barat District with the presence of PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara. The method used was field research with a sample of 69 people carried out at PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara in Lueng Gayo Village, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques in the form of primary data and secondary data using observation guide sheets and interview guide sheets. Data were analyzed partially (t-test) and simultaneously (f-test). The results of the study were: 1) there was a partial influence of income on welfare with a value obtained of 0.00 <0.05; 2) there was a partial influence of living conditions on welfare with a value obtained of 0.00 <0.05; 3) there was a partial influence of access to education on welfare with a value obtained of 0.00 <0.05; 4) there is a simultaneous influence of income, living conditions, and access to education on the welfare of the Woyla Barat District Community with the presence of PT ASN with the value obtained being 0.03 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to improve teachers' abilities in designing their learning so that it will have an impact on the growth of students' critical and creative thinking abilities. To achieve this goal it is used research type Research and Development (R&D) which consists of a preliminary study; model design and development; and model testing. Data was collected through interviews, literature studies and small-scale surveys. This research involved 4 teachers and 102 elementary school students. The instruments used include questionnaires and test questions. Data analysis techniques use percentage and categorical descriptive analysis. Results The main research shows that implementing this design can effectively develop students' creative and critical thinking abilities. Through a thematic approach that integrates various subjects by utilizing the school environment as a learning resource, students are more actively involved in the learning process. The implications of this research show that applying a contextual learning approach can be an effective strategy in education to develop students' critical and creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the ideal concept of social integration patterns based on the Quran through a thematic study of verses related to social integration. In the modern context, social integration often faces challenges such as social inequality, intergroup conflicts, and lack of tolerance. The structural functionalism theory pioneered by Talcott Parsons provides a theoretical basis regarding the importance of balance in society to achieve social order. However, the concept of social integration in Islam emphasizes principles of justice, unity, and tolerance as outlined in the Quranic verses. Verses such as those in Surah Al-Hujurat (49:13) and Surah Al-Maidah (5:2) teach the importance of mutual recognition among nations and tribes, as well as cooperation in righteousness and piety. The Quran also emphasizes the importance of justice (Surah An-Nisa 4:58) and the unity of the ummah (Surah Ali Imran 3:103) as the main foundations for achieving harmonious social integration. This study finds that the ideal pattern of social integration according to the Quran is based on principles of justice, unity, mutual assistance, and recognition of differences, which, if consistently applied, can address various social challenges faced today.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh budaya patriarkis terhadap penanganan kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) dalam sistem hukum Indonesia. Budaya patriarkis yang menempatkan laki-laki sebagai pemimpin keluarga sering kali mengarah pada penerimaan sosial terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, yang dianggap sebagai masalah privat yang tidak perlu campur tangan pihak luar. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana norma-norma gender yang tertanam dalam masyarakat dan aparat penegak hukum mempengaruhi respons terhadap kasus KDRT, baik dalam hal penanganan hukum maupun perlindungan korban. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali dinamika sosial yang membentuk persepsi masyarakat dan aparat hukum terhadap KDRT serta menyoroti kelemahan dalam sistem hukum Indonesia yang sering kali meremehkan kasus kekerasan berbasis gender. Ditemukan bahwa pengaruh budaya patriarkis menyebabkan penanganan kasus KDRT sering kali tidak memadai, dengan korban yang kesulitan mendapatkan perlindungan yang layak. Penelitian ini menyarankan perubahan dalam pendekatan hukum, termasuk pemberian pelatihan yang lebih baik kepada aparat hukum dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang hak-hak perempuan.

Abstract

Perkawinan dini merupakan isu yang kompleks dan memiliki keterkaitan erat dengan tradisi, regulasi, dan perspektif hukum Islam. Di banyak komunitas, tradisi menjadi faktor utama yang mendorong praktik ini, dengan alasan pelestarian budaya, menjaga kehormatan keluarga, atau menghindari perbuatan yang dianggap melanggar norma sosial. Namun, tradisi tersebut sering kali bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang mengutamakan kemaslahatan individu dan perlindungan hak anak. Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan regulasi usia minimum untuk menikah melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perkawinan, yaitu 19 tahun bagi laki-laki dan perempuan. Aturan ini bertujuan untuk melindungi hak anak dalam aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, dan perkembangan emosional. Meskipun demikian, implementasi regulasi ini menghadapi tantangan besar, terutama dari masyarakat yang masih memegang teguh adat istiadat. Dispensasi nikah sering kali diajukan sebagai cara menghindari aturan tersebut, yang menunjukkan lemahnya pengawasan dan pemahaman terhadap dampak negatif perkawinan dini. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, regulasi usia minimum ini dapat dianggap sebagai upaya maslahah untuk melindungi generasi muda dan mendukung kesejahteraan umat, sejalan dengan tujuan syariat yang melindungi jiwa, akal, dan keturunan. Melalui pendekatan edukasi yang terarah, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat diperlukan untuk mengurangi praktik perkawinan dini. Dengan sinergi yang baik, regulasi ini tidak hanya dapat diterima oleh masyarakat tetapi juga dianggap sebagai upaya perlindungan yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan kebutuhan zaman modern.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the descriptive writing skills of grade 3 students at SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga by using the Picture and Picture learning model. This form of research uses a type of Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles. This research uses three data collection techniques, namely tests, observation and documentation. This research used as subjects 3rd grade students at SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga with a total of 17 students, 9 male students and 8 female students. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data analysis is obtained from descriptive statistics. Meanwhile, qualitative data is in the form of data describing the results of observations that have been carried out, reflections, as well as conclusions from the results of the research conducted. Implementation of learning in the pre-cycle was 35.2%, cycle I produced 64.7% and cycle II produced results of 88.2%. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Picture and Picture model can improve the description writing skills of grade 3 students at SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi peserta didik kelas 3 SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga dengan menggunakan model pembelajaan Picture and Picture. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek peserta didik kelas 3 di SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga dengan jumlah sebanyak 17 peserta didik dari 9 peserta didik laki-laki dan 8 peserta didik perempuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis data kuantatif di dapatkan dari statistik deskripsi. Sedangkan data kualitatif berupa data deskripsi hasil observasi yang telah dilaksanakan, refleksi, serta kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada prasiklus sebesar 35,2%, siklus I menghasilkan 64,7% serta siklus II memperoleh hasil 88,2%. Dari hasil analisi data dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Picture and Picture dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis deskripsi peserta didik kelas 3 SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 2 Salatiga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program BURASIKACA di SD Negeri Dukuh 03. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan model yang CIPP (konteks, input, proses, produk). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket, observasi dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian program dengan menggunakan model CIPP telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal tersebut karena pada aspek konteks latar belakang terciptanya BURASIKACA sudah sesuai dengan tujuan, dan visi misi sekolah. Untuk input program BURASIKACA sudah memenuhi sarana prasarana dan sumber daya manusia yang memadai untuk menunjang berjalannya program. Kemudian untuk proses terdapat hambatan pada sarana buku yang disediakan kurang adanya pembaruan yang menyebabkan kurangnya motivasi berliterasi peserta didik. Produk yang dihasilkan dari pelaksanaan program BURASIKACA yaitu meningkatnya minat dan kemampuan membaca peserta didik. dari keseluruhan hasil evaluasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program BURASIKACA di SD Negeri Dukuh 03 berhasil dengan cukup baik sehingga program ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan memperbaiki hambatan terjadi.

Abstract

The availability of clean water in high-density urban areas is a pressing concern, as evidenced by the limited infrastructure and significant water wastage, which can reach 30%. This research aims to optimize the water-saving plumbing system in Brimob Sampali Flat in Medan through an integrative approach of applying modern technology and community education.This research utilizes a mixed method of qualitative (observation, interview) and quantitative (Likert scale questionnaire, digital measurement) data collection. The research process is outlined as follows: first, the existing conditions are analyzed; second, a new plumbing system is designed; third, water-saving technologies are implemented, such as gray water recycling systems and dual flush toilets; fourth, the effectiveness of the system is monitored and evaluated.The study population consisted of 30 residents of the Brimob Sampali Flat in Medan, and their pre- and post-implementation water consumption data were compared to measure the impact of the system.The results indicated that the implementation of the water-efficient plumbing system led to a 33.52% reduction in water consumption, while the integration of the gray water recycling system augmented this reduction by an additional 58.17%.The educational program was found to have enhanced residents' comprehension of water conservation, as evidenced by an average Likert score of 4.03 out of 5. Moreover, satisfaction with the novel system attained an average score of 4.1, signifying a positive response.The novelty of this study lies in the integration of water-saving technologies with an educational program designed specifically for the local Indonesian context, providing a holistic model that can be replicated in other regions to address clean water issues in a sustainable manner.
