Abstract

Media sosial adalah komponen utama yang mempengaruhi tren fashion hijab di kalangan generasi Z. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis dampak perkembangan media sosial terhadap pemasaran fashion hijab kepada generasi Z dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami bagaimana pemasaran fashion hijab di era GenerasiZ. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur,di mana peneliti dapat menggali lebih jauh pandangan dan pengalaman subjek terkait dengan topik yang dibahas. Pemilik toko hijab menekankan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran,dan kesederhanaan menjadi landasan bisnis mereka. persaingan dalam industri fashion hijab sangat ketat. tantangan utama adalah bagaimana bersaing dengan brand hijab lain yang menawarkan produk serupa dengan harga lebih murah.e-commerce dan teknologi digital membuka peluang besar bagi bisnis mereka. Pemasaran fashion hijab di era Gen Z mengalami perkembangan yang pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup Islami yang modern. Dalam perspektif Islam,fashion hijab bukan hanya sekedar trend mode, tetapi juga manifestasi dari identitas religius yang mencerminkan kepatuhan terhadap syariat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze online and offline sales marketing strategies applied in traditional markets, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of online marketing strategies in improving competitiveness amid the development of digital technology. Using a qualitative approach, this study was conducted in Pasar Umbul Kluwih, Pesawaran Regency, through the method of case studies, surveys, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The data collected is analyzed in a descriptive, comparative and qualitative way to provide a comprehensive overview of the marketing practices carried out by merchants. In addition, this study also examines the application of Islamic economic principles in marketing strategies, such as justice, honesty, and social welfare. The results showed that the combination of online and offline marketing strategies can increase the interaction between merchants and consumers, as well as make a positive contribution to sales. This study is expected to provide practical recommendations for traditional market traders in optimizing their marketing strategies, while maintaining values that are in accordance with Islamic economic principles

Abstract

Parenting style is formed from their attitude towards their children and the emotional environment that underlies it. This study aims to examine the influence of parenting style on the emotional intelligence of early childhood. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique, while data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed online. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study showed that the three parenting styles—authoritative, authoritarian, and permissive—simultaneously influenced children's emotional intelligence. Among the three parenting styles, authoritative parenting had the most significant positive impact. Thus, parenting styles have an important role in shaping children's emotional intelligence, so it is necessary to apply parenting styles that support their optimal development

Abstract

The development of children's disciplined character is greatly influenced by the parenting patterns applied in the family, especially by parents. However, preventive efforts by parents in instilling disciplined character are still relatively minimal. This study aims to analyze and identify the relationship between family parenting patterns and the formation of children's disciplined character. Data collection was carried out through a literature review method, which includes recording research issues, aligning various findings, in-depth analysis of research results, as well as criticism and providing ideas. The results of the study revealed a relationship between parenting patterns and the development of children's disciplined character. The variety of forms of parenting contributes to differences in child development. Each parenting style, whether authoritarian, democratic, or permissive, has a different impact on children's growth in the future.

Abstract

Early marriage has become a controversial topic in religious and social studies, particularly from the perspective of Islamic law. Hadith provides guidance on marriage, which is often interpreted in diverse ways. This article examines early marriage from the perspective of hadith using Muhammad Shahrur's hermeneutics to understand the relevance of traditional views in a modern context. The study aims to explore Shahrur's interpretative method, which emphasizes contextualizing meaning, and to identify potential implications for Islamic marriage law. The method used is a qualitative approach with content analysis of hadith texts, supported by relevant literature. The findings indicate that Shahrur's hermeneutical method offers a new perspective on understanding hadith related to early marriage, which can strengthen arguments for adjusting the marriage age to align with socio-cultural conditions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital. Namun, masih ditemukan keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan website sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merancang dan mengelola website sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan praktik, dan evaluasi, dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari dan melibatkan 35 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa. Secara kuantitatif, hasil evaluasi pasca-kegiatan menunjukkan kenaikan skor rata-rata pemahaman sebesar 38% dibandingkan pra-kegiatan. Secara kualitatif, mahasiswa menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas dalam menyusun konten, navigasi, dan tampilan antarmuka website. Selain itu, sebagian besar peserta menyatakan kegiatan ini relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi pengembangan website media pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan dengan penguatan materi lanjutan dan kolaborasi lintas disiplin guna mendukung literasi digital mahasiswa di era pembelajaran modern.

Abstract

The research discusses the use of the rolling ball method to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary among the fifth batch of students at Dar Al-Furqan Quran Memorization Institute in Palopo. The objectives of the research are: (1) to understand the application of the rolling ball method to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary among the fifth batch of students at Dar Al-Furqan Quran Memorization Institute in Palopo, and (2) to understand the results of applying the rolling ball method. The type of research used is action research, and the data collection methods are work observation, field observation, and a test paper. The research results are: (1) The percentage increase in the first cycle can be observed, where out of 8 students, 7 students completed the percentage (87.5%), while one student did not complete the percentage (12.5%). Meanwhile, in the second cycle, all eight students completed the percentage (100%). From the first cycle to the second cycle, there was an increase in learning outcomes by (12.5%). Thus, in the second cycle, it is said that the learning outcomes were completed. يناقش البحث في هذه الرسالة استخدام وسيلة الكرة الدوارة لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية لطالبات الدفعة الخامسة بمعهد تحفيظ القرآن دار الفرقان بفالوفو. أهداف البحث هي: (1) معرفة تطبيق وسيلة الكرة الدوارة لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية لطالبات الدفعة الخامسة بمعهد تحفيظ القرآن دار الفرقان بفالوفو، (2) معرفة نتائج تطبيق وسيلة الكرة الدوارة. نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الإجرائي، وأساليب جمع البيانات هي مراقبة العمل، والملاحظة الميدانية، وورقة الاختبار. نتائج البحث هي: (1) نسبة الزيادة في الدورة الأولى يمكن ملاحظتها، حيث من بين 8 طالبات، 7 طالبات أكملن النسبة (87.5٪)، في حين أن طالبة واحدة لم تكمل النسبة (12.5٪). وفي الوقت نفسه، في الدورة الثانية، أكملت جميع الطالبات الثمانية النسبة المئوية (100٪). ومن الدورة الأولى إلى الدورة الثانية، حدثت زيادة في نتائج التعلم بنسبة (12.5٪). وهكذا، في الدورة الثانية، يُقال إن نتائج التعلم قد اكتملت.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning outcomes with intelligence (cognitive) assessment indicators alone is not comprehensive in evaluating participant learning outcomes. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of the "Integrated Interpretation Approach" on the evaluation of the learning outcomes of Nadwah Usbu iyyah IAIN Palopo participants. The type of research used is quantitative, while the data collection method includes multiple-choice questions (cognitive domain), questionnaire (Affective domain) and essay (Psychomotor domain). The sample of this study consisted of 16 students of the Arabic language education study program at the Palopo State Islamic Institute who participated in the "Nadwah Usbu'iyyah" program. The results of the study show that based on the results of the study,  was accepted and  was rejected, where 3,46) > (1,75). In conclusion, the evaluation of learning outcomes through an integrated interpretation approach with three assessment domains (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) is more influential in improving the evaluation of participant learning outcomes compared to the evaluation of learning outcomes through the traditional interpretation approach, which only uses one assessment domain, namely (cognitive), which means that the integrated interpretation approach has an effect on the evaluation of the learning outcomes of Maf ulun Ma ah material for participants Nadwah Usbu iyyah IAIN Palopo.

Abstract

Fenomena penahanan ijazah oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawan masih menjadi persoalan hukum yang kerap terjadi di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Dokumen ijazah, yang merupakan bukti resmi atas kualifikasi dan hak milik pribadi seseorang, kerap dijadikan jaminan kerja oleh pihak pemberi kerja, meskipun praktik tersebut tidak memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat. Ketiadaan regulasi nasional yang secara eksplisit melarang tindakan ini mengakibatkan munculnya kekosongan hukum yang berpotensi merugikan hak-hak pekerja. Merespons situasi ini, sejumlah pemerintah daerah menetapkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang secara tegas melarang praktik penahanan ijazah oleh perusahaan. Kehadiran Perda tersebut mencerminkan kebutuhan masyarakat akan perlindungan hukum yang lebih pasti di bidang ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kedudukan Perda tersebut dalam sistem hukum tata negara Indonesia serta menganalisis dampak hukumnya terhadap jaminan hak pekerja. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Perda merupakan bentuk implementasi prinsip otonomi daerah yang dijamin oleh konstitusi, sekaligus alat untuk menegaskan hak konstitusional warga negara atas rasa aman dan kepemilikan dokumen pribadi. Kendati demikian, efektivitas Perda ini masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam aspek pelaksanaan di lapangan dan sinkronisasi dengan peraturan nasional. Oleh karena itu, Perda ini dapat menjadi pijakan awal bagi reformasi regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang lebih adil dan berpihak pada kemanusiaan.

Abstract

This study evaluates the extracurricular coding program at SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa using the Discrepancy Evaluation model, to see the level of gap between the standards and objectivies that have been set and the implementation of the program, which includes five aspects: design, installation, process, product, and cost-benefit. Coding is becoming an increasingly important skill in the digital era, so it is introduced in extracurricular activities to improve understanding of programming concepts, creativity, and structured logical thinking skills. This study used quantitative and qualitative approaches woth evaluation methods. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document studies with research subjects including principals, teachers, coordinators, extracurricular assistants, coding tutors, and students. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The evaluation results show that the extracurricular coding program has been running in accordance with predetermined standards with a very low level of gap or discrepancy in each aspect analyzed. Nevertheless, there are still some obstacles in its implementation, such as the delay of some students in completing the coding project and technical technical constraints related to facilities and infrastructure. However, the program is still considered to provide significant benefits for both students and schools in improving 21st century skills in technology.
