Abstract

Salah satu tantangan terbesar di era digitalisasi dalam dunia pendidikan adalah bagaimana guru memiliki kemampuan membuat media pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan dengan teknologi. Era digitalisasai ini, anak-anak sudah sangat akrab dengan perangkat mobile, sehingga guru diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan metode dan media pembelajaran agar relevan dengan kondisi ini. Tujuan pendampingan ini memberikan sosialisasi terkait cara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru dan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi android.  Media pembelajaran dikembangkan melalui pengoptimalan software powerpoint dengan bantuan aplikasi iSpring dan Web2APK kemudian dintegrasikan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi android. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru di SDN 2 Nalumsari terampil dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi android.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilaksanakan di kelas II SDN Widorokandang dengan melibatkan 21 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan pembelajaran. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, sedangkan variabel bebasnya adalah model pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning. Data dikumpulkan melalui berbagai teknik, yaitu wawancara, tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendukung pengumpulan data meliputi soal tes, lembar observasi, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa, terutama pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Tingkat ketuntasan klasikal siswa meningkat secara bertahap dari 33,30% pada tahap pra-siklus, menjadi 54,40% pada siklus I, dan mencapai 81% pada siklus II.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of learning styles on students' mathematical reasoning abilities at SDN 5 Mejobo. The learning styles studied include three main categories, namely auditory, kinesthetic and visual. Mathematical reasoning abilities are measured through tests that cover various aspects of reasoning such as identifying patterns, making generalizations, and solving mathematical problems logistically. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research population was all 6th grade students at SDN 5 Mejobo, totaling 12 students, and the entire population was used as a sample population using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected through a learning style questionnaire adapted from the VARK model and a mathematical reasoning test that refers to NCTM standards. Data analysis was carried out using regression and correlation analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that learning style does not have a significant influence on students' mathematical reasoning abilities (value 0.030 > 0.05). These findings indicate that individuals' learning style preferences do not determine their mathematical reasoning abilities. Therefore, it is recommended that other factors such as teaching methods, learning motivation, and learning environment be considered in an effort to strengthen students' mathematical reasoning abilities. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into the development of learning strategies that are more efficient and meet student needs.

Abstract

The high and low levels of students' critical thinking abilities can be caused by the psychological development of each student. Critical thinking abilities can be influenced by internal factors such as physical condition, motivation, anxiety, habits and intellectual development. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' critical thinking abilities through mathematics problems. This research was conducted at SDN Ngemplak Kidul 03 Margoyoso, Pati. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects in this research consisted of 9 students, with three categories of critical thinking abilities, namely 3 subjects in the high category, 3 subjects in the medium category, and 3 subjects in the low category. The data collection techniques used were observations, interviews and documentation carried out on teachers and students. The results of the research show that 1) students in the category of high critical thinking abilities have good and positive physical condition, motivation, anxiety, habits and intellectual development. 2) students in the moderate critical thinking ability category have poor anxiety and motivation factors, but have good physical condition, habits and intellectual development factors. 3) students in the low critical thinking ability category have poor or negative physical conditions, motivation, anxiety, habits and intellectual development.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of low ability to understand mathematical concepts because many students' conceptual understanding results were below the Minimum Competency Standards, especially in mathematics. In connection with this, this research aims to determine the significant average difference between the pretest and posttest and how much the ability to understand students' concepts in learning mathematics about flat figures for class IV at SDN 3 Terban has increased. The research was conducted at SD 3 Terban with a sample of 30 students. The research method used is a pre-experimental quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling. Data collection in this research was carried out through tests, interviews, and observations. Data analysis includes a normality test, a Paired Sample T-test, and an N-Gain test. In this test, the Paired Sample T-test results were obtained with a significance of 0.000, which means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The pretest average is 53.6, and the posttest average is 86.7, which shows an increase. Meanwhile, the N-Gain test result of 0.67 means that the increase in students' ability to understand concepts can be categorized as moderate criteria, and the interpretation of effectiveness gets a percentage of 67%, including the quite effective category. Based on these statistical tests, the results obtained can be concluded that the application of the use of CIBATAR learning media significantly impacts the understanding of concepts before and after treatment, and there is an increase in students' understanding of concepts using CIBATAR learning media in mathematics lessons on flat shapes.

Abstract

This research is based on a learning process that still uses the lecture method and teachers do not use learning media, so students are not optimal in solving problems. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning Model supported by Cultural Diversity Board Media in improving students' critical thinking skills in class V. This research uses a quantitative Pre-Experimental approach with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 19 class V students. Test data includes pretest and posttest, while non-test interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques include normality test, paired sample test, and N-Gain test. The results of the analysis showed that the average pretest score was 46, while the posttest increased to 81. The results of the paired sample test produced a significance value of -11.763, which shows that there is an influence from implementing PBL with the help of cultural diversity board media in improving critical thinking skills. The n-gain test results show a score of 0.6436, which is in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the PBL learning model assisted by diversity board media is quite effective in improving the critical thinking skills of class V students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by DiPin media on students' conceptual understanding in the topic of data collection. The research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design involving two classes at SD Tanwirul Qulub Kudus: class 5A as the experimental group using the PBL model assisted by media, and class 5B as the control group using only the conventional model. The instruments used were pre-test and post-test questions designed to measure students' mathematical conceptual understanding. Data analysis was conducted using five statistical tests: normality test, homogeneity test, ANOVA, Paired Sample t-Test, N-Gain, and Independent Samples t-Test. The results showed that learning with visual aids was more effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding and numerical abilities compared to conventional learning. The test data from classes 5A and 5B were normally distributed (p > 0.05) and had homogeneous variances (p = 0.411), fulfilling the requirements for parametric testing. The ANOVA test showed a significant difference between the two classes (p = 0.000; F = 31.370). In class 5A, the Paired Sample t-Test indicated a significant increase from pre-test to post-test (a 25-point increase; p = 0.000). The N-Gain score in class 5A was also higher (63.79%) compared to class 5B (23.51%). The Independent Samples t-Test confirmed these findings with significant results (p = 0.000), and the average post-test score was higher in class 5A (84.67) compared to 5B (65.67). Thus, learning using visual aids has been proven to be more effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Kalipucangkulon tergolong masih rendah akibat dari minimnya penggunaan model pembelajaran dan kurang optimalnya pengelolaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa, meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, serta meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi pola gambar dan bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 31 siswa kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL meningkatkan rata-rata skor siswa dari 74,61 (80,64% ketuntasan) pada siklus I menjadi 85,64 (96,77% ketuntasan) pada siklus II. Aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat dari 80% (baik) menjadi 94% (sangat baik), sedangkan keterampilan mengajar guru meningkat dari 85% (sangat baik) menjadi 93% (sangat baik). Dengan demikian, model PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa, aktivitas belajar, serta keterampilan mengajar guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wass to determine whether or not effect of academic stress levels on the learning outcomes of VI grade of SD 3 Bacin students. The subjects of this study consisted of 27 students of VI grade SD 3 Bacin. The method used inthis study is quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Then the data obtained will be analized using a simple linear regression tes with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results of data analysis show that the calculated f value = 7.552 and the sig. 0.011. If the sig. < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conversely, if the sig. > 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Based on the result of the hypothesis that has been formulated, it can be concluded that there is significant effects between the level of academic stress on the mathematics learning outcome variables for VI grade SD 3 Bacin because the value is 0.011 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify whether there are differences in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities before and after the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Learning Model. The study was conducted on 14 fifth-grade students at SD 1 Karangmalang. Data were collected using a multiple-choice test to measure students' mathematical understanding. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design. Data analysis was performed using a paired sample t-test. The results of the study showed that the average score in the posttest was higher compared to the average score in the pretest, indicating an improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving abilities after the implementation of the STAD learning model. Furthermore, the research results also showed that the obtained significance value was 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This indicates that there is a significant difference between the mathematical problem-solving abilities before and after the use of the STAD learning model
