Abstract

The goal of this study is to ascertain how the level of service at Cafe Banua Coffee in Makassar City affects customer satisfaction. The research method utilized in this file is a quantitative research approach with an associative research type. This study found that service quality has an impact on customer satisfaction at Café Banua Coffee in Makassar city. Quantitative research is a research method based on the positivist philosophy, used to examine specific populations or samples. Data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. This suggests that the business might raise client happiness by enhancing the caliber of services offered.

Abstract

There are a number of the phenomenon among high school teachers in Pekanbaru. Some of them are in low spirit of work in erforming tasks, fewer rewards for teachers, lack of teaching preparation, lack of attention from school principals in running the school vision and mission, low performance of the deputy principal, and absence of regular supervision of the principal. Based on the above description, this paper is aimed at investigating the following research question: Does the principal supervision affect the professionalism of high school teachers in Pekanbaru?. The population of this quantitative research type is 137 people. 104 people were selected as the sample using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through distributing a questionnaire to the respondents after testing its validity and reliability. This study revealed that there is a positive influence of principal supervision (X) on teacher professionalism (Y) in SMA Pekanbaru. This means that the better and more effective the principal supervision (X), then, the higher the teacher professionalism (Y) will be. Therefore, Principal Supervision (X) is an important variable for improving Teacher Professionalism (Y).

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyse how positive and significant the influence of work culture toward self-control (locus of control) of certified teachers at primary schools. The population of this research were 155 certified teachers at primary school in Kuantan Tengah District. Seventy-five certified teachers were randomly selected as samples. The research was undertaken using a correlational research survey design. Data were collected using questionnaires statistically analysed to see if there were any effects on the work culture and teachers’ self-control. This study indicated a significant and positive effect of work culture on primary teachers’ self-control (locus of control). The finding implies that the increase in self-control (locus of control) is possible to achieve by strengthening the work culture.

Abstract

Background: The need for infrastructure spending in Indonesia is estimated to reach IDR 6,421 trillion or 6.08% of GDP to achieve medium economic growth in 2020-2024. However, the realization of spending only reached 3.46% of GDP, indicating a large gap in infrastructure financing. Alternative funding sources are needed to support national development. Objectives: This study explores the contribution of sukuk to the achievement of SDG 9, focusing on the opportunities and challenges of its management, as well as optimization strategies for the government and corporations. Novelty: This study fills the literature gap by linking sukuk to SDG 9, expanding the discourse from the financial aspect to the contribution to sustainable development. These findings are expected to contribute to the ongoing debate on the effectiveness of Islamic finance in supporting sustainable development. Research Methodology / Design: Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data from the literature related to sukuk in Indonesia. The data is analyzed descriptively to present facts and findings objectively. Findings: Sukuk contributes significantly to the development of quality infrastructure and supports inclusive industrialization by providing access to finance. Based on the analysis, the opportunities for sukuk to achieve SDG 9 are the growth of the sharia economy (especially sharia finance), investor interest in Indonesian sukuk, the large population of Indonesian Muslims, supporting infrastructure development programs. In addition, there are also challenges that need to be faced such as credit risk, limited information on the sharia capital market, lack of understanding of issuers, investors and the public about sukuk, limited traded instruments, and liquidity risk. Implication: This study highlights theoretical implications by expanding the understanding of the role of Islamic finance in achieving sustainable development goals. Practically, this study provides insight for policy makers and corporate managers on how to utilize sukuk for sustainable industrial and infrastructure development. Recommendations include improving the regulatory framework, increasing awareness of sukuk, and encouraging an environment that supports the issuance and management of sukuk.

Abstract

Many types of soil born fungi associate mutually with high-level plant roots by forming mycorrhiza. While fruit body characterization was used previously, now molecular method wide used to identify ectomycorrhizal fungi when faces discontinuity fruit body presented on the floor and the important of identifying ectomycorrhizal fungi that lignning in particular association.Hence, the purpose of research is to identify the ectomycorrhizal fungi associated with dipterocarp species using moleculer method. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique was conducted on DNA extract samples from root tips of dipterocarp trees and 3 (three) Shorea (S. leprosula, S. stenoptera, and S. mecistopteryx) seedlings intentionally planted under mature trees. DNA sequences were amplified using a specific primer pair of fungus and basidiomycetes ITS 1F-ITS 4B. The identity of ectomycorrhizal fungi was obtained by matching DNA sequence of the samples to Genbank database. Molecular identification resulted in 73 genotypes that belong to 13 families, i.e Thelephoraceae, Russulaceae, Clavulinaceae, Sebacinaceae, Inocyabaceae, Amanitaceae, Entolomataceae, Heliotialetaceae, Boletaceae, Cantharellales, Hymenogastraceae, Ceratobasidiceae, and Tricholomataceae. Thelephoraceae consists of 54 genotypes, Russulaceae and Sebacinaceae 13 genotypes, Clavulinaceae 6 genotypes, and the rest consist of 1-3 genotypes. Thelephoraceae is the dominant family in ectomycorrhizal jamurcommunities. Based on the results, it can be concluded that molecular method can be used to identify the real symbiont in mycorrhiza association. In addition, molecular methods can also detect the similarity of ectomycorrhizal fungi that colonizing dipterocarps, both at trees and seedlings level. Abstract

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan sekitarnya, pihak developer membangun sebuah kawasan perumahan yang diberi nama Perumahan Hanami. Perumahan Hanami ini dibangun diatas lahan seluas 37.000 m2. Mengingat dana yang dibutuhkan cukup besar, perlu dilakukan penyusunan studi kelayakan untuk menghindari resiko kerugian di masa yang akan datang. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam studi ini yaitu basic design dan site plan, harga satuan dasar Kabupaten Sidoarjo 2019, biaya lahan, dan biaya perizinan. Kajian kelayakan teknis ditinjau berdasarkan PERMENPERA No. 11 tahun 2008, PERDA Kabupaten Sidoarjo No 12 Tahun 2014. Berdasarkan data tersebut, selanjutnya dilakukan analisa kelayakan teknis, finansial, dan pasar. Berdasarkan dari hasil kajian kelayakan teknis menunjukkan nilai terhadap parameter kelayakan sebesar 89% sehingga Perumahan Hanami dikatakan sesuai dengan parameter kelayakan. Biaya investasi berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sebesar Rp 88.576.372.021,77. Hasil kajian kelayakan finansial PP selama 5,35 tahun;NPV sebesar Rp 30.660.405.229; BCR sebesar 1,21; dan IRR sebesar 16,60%. Hasil analisa sensitivitas dari ketiga faktor seluruhnya menjadi sensitive terhadap PP,NPV, BCR, dan IRR ketika terjadi penurunan harga jual dan pendapatan saat prosentase diatas 7%, untuk faktor perubahan prosentase modal menjadi sensitive saat prosentase modal dibawah prosentase 20%:80%. Untuk hasil analisa pasar yakni strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan dengan melihat kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal Perumahan Hanami, selanjutnya yaitu target calon pembeli Perumahan Hanami yakni pegawai tetap/wiraswasta/professional dimana penghasilan minimum per bulan sebesar Rp. 8.883.300 dengan tingkat kelas sosial menengah ke atas.

Abstract

Adanya keterbatasan lahan dan peningkatan jumlah pemohon rusun di Kota Surabaya, membuat pemerintah memutuskanuntuk membangun sebuah rusunawa guna mengefektifkan penggunaan lahan serta menyediakan kebutuhan hunian layak untuk masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai layak atau tidaknya pembangunan rusunawa secara finansial agar dapat digunakan sebagai pandangan bagi pemerintah untuk menghindari kerugian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), dan Break Event Point (BEP). Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan biaya investasi rusunawa sebesar Rp 21.560.080.245,00 dan hasil analisa kelayakan rusunawa dapat dikatakan layak untuk diteruskan dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp 37.532.767.517,60 lebih besar dari 0, IRR sebesar 10,18% lebih besar dari nilai MARR, BCR sebesar 1,44 lebih besar dari 1, dan BEP 29 Tahun 1 Bulan lebih kecil dari nilai ekonomis bangunan. Hasil analisa sensitivitas mengalami sensitif pada tingkat suku bunga 12% dan tingkat hunian dibawah 70%.
