Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of strengthening emotional intelligence in early childhood as a foundation for character building and social abilities. One approach used is through dance education. The purpose of this study is to examine the dance learning process at the Lab School Early Childhood Education (PAUD) of Universitas Negeri Semarang and to analyze the function of dance education in strengthening emotional intelligence. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results show that dance education at the UNNES Lab School PAUD is part of the intraclass curriculum. The dance material provided is adjusted to the learning themes and objectives. The dance learning process is conducted in an enjoyable manner, helping to strengthen children's emotional intelligence. This is evident in their ability to control themselves and in their social skills, including learning to wait their turn, follow rules, manage emotions, cooperate, and show empathy during the dance process. Through age-appropriate approaches and teacher support, dance learning serves as an effective medium for fostering aspects of emotional intelligence in early childhood.

Abstract

Children are creatures created by God that must be protected and maintained with honor and dignity. The fulfillment of children's rights is an interesting issue to discuss. This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of children's rights in the family from the perspective of Fiqh and analyze effective ways that must be done so that the guarantee of the fulfillment of children's rights can be realized properly. This study uses a literature review. The data collection technique used is documentation, which examines scientific journals, books, and documents related to the research object. The analysis method used in this study is the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The data validation technique used is source triangulation, which compares one source with another source so that the data obtained is valid. An important finding in this study is the fulfillment of children's rights if narrowed down more deeply into five things: the fulfillment of rights related to religious affairs (Hifz al-din), the fulfillment of rights related to the soul (Hifz al-nafs), the fulfillment of rights related to honor and nasab (Hifz al-Nasl), the fulfillment of rights related to reason (hifz al-aql), and the fulfillment of rights related to property (Hifz al-mal). Children must be guaranteed their right to grow and develop following their nature; therefore, all forms of treatment that interfere with and damage children's rights in various forms of violence, discrimination, and exploitation that are not inclusive must be abolished without exception. The guarantee of the fulfillment of children's rights needs to be integrated with the applicable legal regulations in society to be more effective, namely Law Number 4 of 1979, Presidential Decree Number 36 of 1990, and Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection as a form of amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. This study contributes to the academic discourse by offering a normative reconstruction of children's rights within the family through the lens of maqaṣid al-shari'ah, thereby integrating classical fiqh principles with contemporary child protection laws in Indonesia.

Abstract

Diketahui rendahnya minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI, karena kurangnya metode pembelajaran yang berfariasi dan menarik. Sehingga, siswa merasa bosan dan tidak fokus saat pembelajaran berlangsung, yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran tidak efektif. Siswa yang berkonsentrasi dan memerhatikan pelajaran saat dikelas memiliki hasil belajar yang memuaskan, sedangkan siswa yang tidak berkonsentrasi dan memerhatikan pelajaraan saat dikelas memiliki hasil belajar.Yang kurang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran edpuzzle terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) kelas VIII di SMP Islam Al-Falah Kota Bekasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam pelajaran PAI yang disebabkan oleh metode pengajaran yang kurang menarik dan kurangnya integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. edpuzzle, sebagai media pembelajaran video interaktif, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan ketertarikan, perhatian, dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan edpuzzle dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket minat belajar serta tes pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara minat belajar siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Siswa yang belajar menggunakan edpuzzle menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode konvensional.

Abstract

The two-face mechanism that originated from the 212 Islamic defense action movement in the country. The so-called two faces, namely religion and political parties of government, have the power to defend the country because of blasphemy by political figures. The act of defending Islam was carried out because of the dissemination of a video from a figure of Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) by issuing the contents of a verse from the Qur'an surah Al-Maidah 51. He called for any religion other than Islam to be made a leader and that the clerics had been deemed a lie by ahok. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand how political games are developed on the mechanism of the face of power against ideology 212 especially in the case of the 2019 gubernatorial election party democracy and the 212 Islamic defense action. The method used with descriptive analytical research methods, methods are compiled based on an overview related to the analysis of power within the ideology of political parties and Islamic groups. The result of this study is the mechanism of political parties and Islamic groups against the ideology of 212 which is shaded by clerical figures by providing motivational intake to the public to follow up on the desecration of Qur'anic verses. The mechanism is based on the steps of interpreting by forming a drive from the MUI. If the cleric has given an opinion and decision regarding blasphemy and must be tried, the government must also participate in that opinion. That means the majority of religious groups are still proportional to the political power in the country's governing chamber. As for the ethics of Islamic parties and groups in the ideology of islamic defense action 212 is grown because the country must come out of polemics of misrepresentation, misleading and outside government rules. Ethics is concerned with morals. The goal is to maintain religious unity in Indonesia. In conclusion, because of the emergence of blasphemy, seeds of disillusionment with other religions have emerged accusing each other and justifying what is going on. The latter relates to the role and function of Islamic religious parties and groups towards the 212 Islamic defense action,as we know the blasphemy problem resulted from the dissemination of videos in 2016 and resurfaced in 2019 where the year was in the heat of the governorship election. Many of the parties and religious groups even beyond that played their part so that the dispute became big. The time parameter from the upload of the video to the governor's election is five years, and it shouldn't have reaped polemics. However, because in 2019 a new election was held in Jakarta, a lot of people usedthe object as a political game, and flocked to appreciate the public to join and give a function in speaking out. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the purchase decision of environmentally friendly products through a comprehensive theoretical approach. Using the PRISMA 2020-based Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study examines ten major relevant journals in the 2020–2024 period. The results show that individual factors such as environmental knowledge and awareness, as well as attitudes, play an important role in shaping purchase intentions and behaviors. On the other hand, social norms and green marketing also influence behavior through the mediation of environmental attitudes. Contextual factors such as the credibility of eco-labels and ease of access to products are moderators in the relationship between intentions and actual behaviors. This study concludes that the integration of individual, social, and contextual factors is essential to understand the complexity of eco-friendly product purchasing decisions. The implications of the research include strategic recommendations for companies and policymakers to encourage the adoption of sustainable consumption.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 poses high challenges for society and has a considerable impact. One of the impacts of COVID-19 on patients and society is the emergence of anxiety, so efforts are needed to reduce this anxiety. Spiritual therapy is an alternative that can be used by patients and communities affected by COVID-19. Purpose: Find specifically about spiritual therapy to reduce anxiety in COVID-19 patients and communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Literature review of international literature using Google Scholar, Proquest, and Taylor & Francis databases. A total of 1,544 articles were identified, of which 995 were duplicates, leaving 549 articles. After screening, 539 articles were excluded due to the lack of full-text availability. The remaining 10 articles were further reviewed, resulting in 5 articles that met the criteria and were included in this study. Results: Five articles meeting the inclusion criteria. One true experiment article, 2 pre-experiment articles, 1 RCT article, and 1 qualitative article. All articles analyzed are articles published in the range of 2019-2021. Spiritual therapies that can be used to reduce anxiety include Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT), Benson therapy, psychoreligious therapy, mindfulness meditation, and spiritual psychotherapy with an Islamic religious education approach. Conclusion: COVID-19 has profoundly impacted daily life and created significant challenges for society. However, spirituality serves as an important coping resource to help individuals manage anxiety. Various spiritual therapies such as the SEFT, benson relaxation, psychoreligious therapy, mindfulness meditation, and spiritual psychotherapy based on Islamic teachings have been shown to effectively reduce anxiety and promote mental well-being during the pandemic.

Abstract

The lack of early reading skills among lower-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat had become an obstacle for teachers during the learning process. In fact, early reading was a fundamental skill for students to achieve academic success in elementary school and serves as a tool for understanding the meaning of each lesson learned at school. This study aimed to analyze the use of the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) in assessing the basic literacy skills of students at SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat. This research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sample consisted of 53 lower-grade students. Data were collected using the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) test, observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted using non-statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated that the use of the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) in assessing the basic literacy skills of students at SD Negeri 6 Metro Barat shows variations among lower-grade students, as differentiated by the assessment aspects of the EGRA instrument. Each aspect of reading ability was interrelated and influences other reading components possessed by the students. The ability to recognize letters affects the ability to read meaningful words. The ability to read meaningful and non-meaningful words serves as an indicator of proficiency in reading aloud and understanding texts. Similarly, reading comprehension skills influence the achievement indicators in the aspect of listening comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between liquidity, firm size, and profitability to firm value. The population used in this study is a state-owned company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017 – 2021. There are 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, but there are 3 companies that do not meet the predetermined criteria so that 85 is obtained sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and analyzed using SPSS version 21. The results of this study states that liquidity has a positive effect on firm value, meanwhile company size and profitability have no effect on value state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 - 2021.

Abstract

Gross Enrollment Rate is a statistical indicator used to measure educational attainment in a country in the form of a percentage. GER HE is a comparison between the number of people still studying at tertiary level regardless of age and the number of people aged 19 - 23 years. The research objective is to determine the effect of the unit in analysis, namely the Economic Gini Ratio, the Ratio of Lecturers, and the Ratio of the Number of Universities on the GER of HEs in Indonesia in 2020 - 2022.  The research method used is a quantitative method with secondary data. The sample used is a saturated sample of an entire population of 102 samples. The technique of data analyzed using regression analysis of data panel. The data panel used is combined time series data from three years, namely 2020 - 2022. Then, data from several objects (cross section) is used, namely data from 34 provinces in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), it shows that the economic Gini ratio has a negative and significant effect on the GER for higher education institutions by -2.038873 in 2020-2022. Meanwhile, the ratio of lecturers and the ratio of the number of universities have no effect significantly to GER of HEs on 2020-2022 in Indonesia.

Abstract

Globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of social, cultural, and economic life. This process has brought rapid and widespread change, including in the education system. Islamic schools, as educational institutions oriented toward Islamic values, face new challenges and opportunities along with the penetration of global influences. Education based on the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (PPRA) is the right solution to strengthen understanding of Islamic educational values. This study aims to determine the concept of project-based learning to strengthen the profile of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Students, how it is implemented in madrasas and what impact it has on students' understanding of Islamic Education values ​​in class VII MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The subjects of the study were the head of the madrasa, the vice curriculum and PPRA coordinator, teachers (PPRA Facilitators) and students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: First, the PPRA concept integrated with the AkidahAkhlak subject at MTs. Al-Mu'min Tasikmalaya has been running very well, both in co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Although, PPRA is still implemented gradually, namely only for grade 7, while grades 8 and 9 are still implementing the 2013 Curriculum. Second, the implementation of PPRA is carried out in the form of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, with the themes of creative devotion, organic waste and the importance of democracy. Third, Impact In terms of cognitive, students show an increase in understanding of religious concepts that are deeper and more holistic. In terms of affective, PPRA increases student motivation and involvement in Islamic Religious Education learning and other learning. In terms of psychomotor, PPRA allows students to develop practical skills that are relevant to Islamic Religious Education subjects.
