Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja guru sekolah dasar di Gugus I Metro Pusat. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto, non-eksperimental. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Total populasi guru sebanyak 110 guru dari 6 (enam)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of optimizing educational funding sources in Islamic Integrated Elementary Schools (SDIT) through effective collaboration among three key stakeholders: parents, school foundation, and school committee. Financial limitations often hinder SDIT from maintaining educational quality and implementing various enrichment programs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis in several SDIT across region Natar Lampung Selatan. The findings indicate that synergy among parents as primary contributors, foundations as institutional managers, and school committees as community representatives significantly enhances financial sustainability. Transparent budgeting, participatory planning, and innovative funding programs such as productive waqf, school cooperatives, and fundraising events emerged as effective models. The study recommends strengthening communication among stakeholders and improving financial management capacity based on Islamic financial principles to ensure long-term sustainability of educational funding in SDIT.

Abstract

Sebuah jalan merupakan salah satu fasilitas umum yang berperan sebagai prasarana masyarakat. Jalan sangat bermanfaat untuk keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat dalam menjalankan aktifitas sehari-hari, terutama pada sektor ekonomi dan sosial. Hal ini tentunya akan berdampak pada kondisi jalan menjadi rentan mengalami kerusakan. Kerusakan jalan disebabkan oleh perilaku pengguna jalan, kesalahan pelaksanaan, dan pemeliharaan jalan yang tidak memadai oleh pemerintah. Salah satu pemerintahan daerah yang bergerak di bidang penanganan perbaikan jalan adalah Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR). Dalam menetukan prioritas penanganan perbaikan jalan instansi terkait masih bersifat subjektif, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu, dipilih sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pemecahan masalah. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi menentukan prioritas penanganna perbaikan jalan di Kabupaten Cirebon yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk menghindari hasil keputusan dari petugas lapangan yang bersifat subjektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of attendance from manual to automation and its management process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya in improving student discipline. This study is included in the type of qualitative research with a data collection process through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique is through data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test is carried out by extending observations, triangulation, peer review, reference adequacy, and member checks. The results of this study indicate that the activities carried out in the use of automated attendance include: 1) planning involving class teachers, BK teachers and the Head of Madrasah. The things that are prepared include student discipline programs and devices used in this case android, google form and QR Code; 2) The implementation of attendance automation at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya is carried out through a prepared pattern; 3) Supervision in the use of automated attendance is carried out in a structured manner. The use of automated attendance has a significant impact on the development and progress of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, especially in student discipline.

Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara, particularly Sumbawa had suitable condition for livestock production, including cow, buffalo, equine, and goat. Those ruminants produce milk that contains notable nutrients for human body. This research aimed to use Quantitative Descriptive Analysis (QDA) and Check All That Apply (CATA) method by using trained and consumer panelist, consecutively. Ten trained panelists were obtained after prior selection process and training.  Based on QDA result, bovine milk had yellowish color, salty and bitter taste. Sumbawa buffalo milk associated with thickness and creaminess. Meanwhile, equine milk appearance was white with rancid aroma and taste. Goat milk dominated with barny taste and aroma. Symmetrical plot in CATA result showed the different sensory profile among different Sumbawa ruminants milk

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school culture on 21st-century skills of students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta mediated by achievement motivation. This study uses a quantitative method research design with the type of research used is explanatory, the population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The analysis technique used in testing this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The conclusions that can be drawn are: School culture positively and significantly improves the 21st-century skills of class XII students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The stronger and more positive the school culture applied, the higher the level of mastery of 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) possessed by students. Achievement motivation positively and significantly improves the 21st-century skills of class XII students of SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The higher the motivation of students to achieve, the students will continue to hone their skills so that mastery of 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) becomes stronger. School culture positively and significantly stimulates the motivation to achieve among 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta. The implementation of a positive school culture encourages students to increase their desire to achieve. School culture positively and significantly enhances 21st-century skills in 12th-grade students at SMA Negeri 36 Jakarta through achievement motivation. A positive school culture provides positive encouragement for students to achieve. With increased achievement motivation, students' mastery of 21st-century skills also increases. This indicates an indirect effect.

Abstract

This article reports students’ low learning outcomes of MI Subulussalam 02 Sriwangi and students’ lack of awareness to be active in the learning activity in order to achieve learning outcomes. Hence, there are still many students who have difficulty managing their time in learning. The research is intended to find out the relationship between self-regulated learning and students’ learning outcomes. Self-regulated learning is the independent variable (influencing variable) and students’ learning outcomes are the dependent variable (influenced variable). The method used is the quantitative research method. The analysis result is that there is a correlation between self-regulated learning and students’ learning outcomes with a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. The minimum value is 115 and the maximum value is 140 on the self-regulated learning variable, while students’ learning outcomes indicate a minimum value of 58 and a maximum value of 84. The value of rcount is 594, which indicates a relationship between self-regulated learning and students’ learning outcomes at the moderate or sufficient level. The rcount value of -.594 indicates a negative number,which means that there is a correlation between the two variables that are opposite.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah. Kota Tanjungbalai memiliki beragam potensi wisata yang menarik, baik dari segi alam, budaya, maupun kuliner. Namun, rendahnya tingkat promosi dan terbatasnya akses informasi mengenai destinasi wisata tersebut menjadi kendala utama dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi web berbasis Laravel yang difokuskan pada eksplorasi dan promosi daerah wisata di Tanjungbalai. Aplikasi web ini dirancang sebagai sarana digital untuk memperkenalkan potensi wisata lokal, mempermudah akses informasi bagi wisatawan, serta mendukung strategi promosi pariwisata daerah. Melalui platform ini, pengguna dapat mengeksplorasi berbagai destinasi wisata, melihat deskripsi tempat, lokasi wisata, galeri foto, serta informasi penunjang seperti fasilitas umum dan rute perjalanan (GPS) agar memudahkan wisatawan merencanakan kunjungan. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel. Dengan adanya aplikasi web ini, diharapkan promosi wisata Tanjungbalai menjadi lebih efektif dan menarik minat lebih banyak wisatawan, baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini yaitu RnD.

Abstract

The aims of this study to determine students’ perceptions of the use of Augmented Reality (AR) as an interactive learning medium. The research was conducted among 87 students of the 2023 cohort in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) program. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form, and analyzed using percentage-based descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that students’ perceptions of the use of Augmented Reality as an interactive learning medium are categorized as good, with an average score of 3.12 on a 4-point scale, equivalent to 78%. These findings suggest that the use of AR can enhance students’ engagement, interest, and understanding of learning materials through a more interactive and contextual learning experience. Therefore, Augmented Reality can serve as an effective and innovative learning medium in higher education, particularly in improving the quality of technology-based learning within the Primary School Teacher Education program.

Abstract

This study examines the development of a Crude Palm Oil (CPO) price forecasting model using an artificial neural network algorithm, specifically the backpropagation algorithm. As one of Indonesia’s main export commodities, CPO has a significant economic impact and influences the income of oil palm farmers. The CPO price data used in this study were obtained from CIF Rotterdam, covering the period from January 2019 to December 2023. The research methodology consists of several stages, including data collection, preprocessing, model design, and model implementation using Python programming. The training results of the backpropagation algorithm show an error value of 0.537829578 after 1,000 epochs, while the evaluation using Mean Squared Error (MSE) indicates an MSE of 0.022709 during the training process and 0.017604 during the testing process. The model also produces CPO price predictions for the next three months, namely 932.578 for the first month, 949.568 for the second month, and 774.855 for the third month. These findings indicate that the developed model is capable of predicting future CPO prices with adequate accuracy, which can assist companies in making better financial decisions and managing risks associated with CPO price fluctuations.
