Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru di MIS Al-Mustaqim Cobo Kota Tidore Kepulauan dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta, yaitu model pembelajaran yang menekankan nilai kasih sayang, empati, penghargaan, dan keteladanan guru terhadap peserta didik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang menitikberatkan pada pengembangan potensi dan kekuatan guru sebagai aset utama madrasah. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui empat tahap: Discovery (identifikasi aset guru), Dream (perumusan visi madrasah cinta), Design (pelatihan dan workshop penyusunan RPP berbasis cinta), serta Define/Destiny (implementasi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap pemahaman guru mengenai konsep Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta dan kemampuan mereka menerapkan pembelajaran empatik di kelas. Guru menjadi lebih reflektif, siswa lebih aktif, dan suasana belajar lebih harmonis. Selain itu, terbentuknya komunitas “Forum Cinta Guru Madrasah” menjadi bukti keberlanjutan program. Pendekatan ABCD terbukti efektif dalam memberdayakan guru dan menumbuhkan budaya pendidikan Islam yang humanis, spiritual, dan berkarakter

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between transactional leadership, extrinsic motivation, and administrative performance of educational staff (tendik) using a literature review method. The results of the study indicate that transactional leadership has a positive effect on performance if the leader consistently implements agreements, while extrinsic motivation in the form of salary, benefits, and rewards also encourages performance improvement. Simultaneously, the two complement each other and contribute to optimizing administrative performance of educational staff.

Abstract

The study results show that situational leadership plays a crucial role in determining leadership strategies and styles appropriate to the teacher's level of preparedness and the school's organizational conditions of contingency theory provides an understanding that leadership effectiveness depends on the fit between leadership style and organizational situation. Both complement each other in creating organizational effectiveness, which is characterized by increased teacher performance, team collaboration, and the achievement of educational goals. Furthermore, adapting to curriculum changes requires adaptive, communicative, and visionary leadership to manage change, minimize resistance, and build a culture of innovation within the school environment. Therefore, integrating situational leadership and a contingency approach is an effective strategy for strengthening educational organizations' ability to navigate curriculum change. Thus, flexible and contextual educational leaders play a strategic role in creating resilient, responsive organizations oriented toward improving educational quality in the current era of educational transformation.

Abstract

This research discusses a new paradigm in Islamic macroeconomics, where conventional macroeconomic instruments, namely interest, have not been able to carry out or reduce the number of national crises that often occur in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a Literature review approach. The results of the research obtained, that Islamic macroeconomics have instruments that can flatten the economy, where the instrument in question is the instrument of the profit sharing system. In the profit-sharing system, there is no imbalance on the road, everything must be transparent and must work together, so that the results obtained are maximum. Likewise with losses, if losses are presented, it is not only borne by one party, but both parties must also bear. This is the so-called equality in the economy which is a new paradigm in the Macro-Islamic system.

Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial literacy and organizational experience on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes in Makassar State University students. The results of this study found that organizational experience has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes in FE UNM students. Organizational experience has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions in FE UNM students. Entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions in FE UNM students. Abstract

The development of tourism in the tourism industry requires special attention for regional development so that clear policies are needed. Although general attributes or instructions in tourist attractions have existed, they require adjustments in rural areas. This study aims to contribute to the planning and management of sustainable tourism destinations and offer a deeper understanding. This study uses a qualitative approach. Observations and interviews were conducted as data collection techniques. The results of the study indicate the importance of integrating local culture and traditions in tourism development, as well as adjusting management strategies to global trends and local contexts. In addition, sustainable rural tourism requires a balanced approach, effective governance, strategic planning, and active participation of local communities are essential to creating a resilient tourism system. Therefore, a comprehensive framework for evaluating rural tourism destinations can be applied, effective governance, strategic planning, and collaboration between stakeholders including government agencies, the private sector, and local communities are essential in achieving sustainable tourism outcomes.

Abstract

Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 3/PUU-XXII/2024 menghadirkan penafsiran baru terkait kewajiban negara dalam menjamin pendidikan dasar tanpa memungut biaya. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih adanya praktik pungutan pada pendidikan dasar yang berpotensi menghambat pemenuhan hak konstitusional warga negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konstruksi hukum putusan tersebut serta implikasinya terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dasar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa putusan ini memperluas kewajiban negara dalam pembiayaan pendidikan dasar yang tidak hanya terbatas pada sekolah negeri, tetapi juga mencakup sekolah swasta. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa hak atas pendidikan merupakan hak konstitusional yang harus dipenuhi secara merata tanpa diskriminasi. Namun, implementasi putusan ini menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan anggaran, belum adanya regulasi teknis, serta kesiapan institusi pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan turunan yang adaptif dan penguatan sistem pengawasan agar pelaksanaan pendidikan dasar tanpa biaya dapat berjalan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This experimental study was conducted at MTs Negeri 3 Tidore with the aim of analyzing differences in students’ moral outcomes based on learning approaches and discipline levels, as well as examining their interaction. Specifically, the study compares students who received aqidah akhlak instruction through a contextual approach with those taught using a conventional approach, and also distinguishes between students with high and low discipline levels. A quantitative method with a quasi-experimental 2×2 factorial design was applied. The sample consisted of 80 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling, divided into experimental and control groups. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through two-way ANOVA. The findings indicate that there is no significant difference in students’ moral outcomes between contextual and conventional learning approaches (Sig. = 0.120 > 0.05). However, student discipline shows a significant effect on moral development (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05), with highly disciplined students demonstrating better moral behavior. Furthermore, no significant interaction was found between the learning approach and discipline level (Sig. = 0.462 > 0.05), suggesting that the influence of discipline on moral outcomes operates independently of the teaching approach used.

Abstract

Sungai Raya Kepulauan Sub-district is a coastal area located on the north coast of West Kalimantan bordered by the South China Sea and Natuna Sea. This sub-district has three Fishing Port namely, TPI Sungai Keran, TPI Sungai Raya, and TPI Karimunting. This research aims to identify the diversity index, uniformity index, dominance index, and composition of fishermen catches in TPI Sungai Raya Kepulauan, Bengkayang District. It used census method for the determination of collectors. The research was conducted in October - January 2020. The research found that the catches in TPI Sungai Raya Kepulauan covered of 34 fish species consisting of 17 families, namely Aridae, Balistidae, Caesionidae, Clupeidae, Dasyatidae, Gymnuridae, Haemulidae, Lethridae, Lethridae , Lutjanidae, Mullidae, Nemipteridae, Polynemidae, Rachycentridae, Scombridae, Serranidae, and Sphyraenidae with a total of 4991 fishes. The composition of fish species in the three stations was the highest, namely mackerel fish (Rastrelliger kanagurta) 10.82%, kerisi fish (Nemipterus furcocus) 9.84% and geronggong fish (Megalasfis cordyla) 8.76%.The diversity index (H"™) covered moderate to high categories with a value of 2.947 "“ 3.079, while the uniformity index value ranges from 0.850 "“0.886 in the high category. The last, the dominance index (C) value ranges from 0.059 "“ 0.069 in the low category.
