Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan Islam merupakan suatu sistem yang mengelola proses pendidikan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Namun, dalam penerapannya, pendidikan Islam menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan kurikulum Islam dengan standar pendidikan nasional, kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, serta rendahnya minat masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen pendidikan Islam serta tantangan dan solusi dalam implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti kitab tafsir, jurnal ilmiah, serta buku yang relevan dengan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Analisis dilakukan dengan menelaah prinsip-prinsip dasar manajemen pendidikan Islam, termasuk ketauhidan, tanggung jawab, keadilan, musyawarah, konsistensi, dan keikhlasan, serta strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan Islam yang berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an dan Hadits dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran, membentuk karakter peserta didik yang berakhlak mulia, serta meningkatkan daya saing lulusan dalam dunia global. Namun, diperlukan inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran, pengelolaan kurikulum yang fleksibel, dan penguatan literasi digital agar pendidikan Islam lebih relevan dengan tantangan zaman. Kesimpulannya, manajemen pendidikan Islam yang terstruktur dengan baik dapat menjadi solusi dalam menciptakan generasi yang berilmu dan berakhlak, serta mampu bersaing di tingkat internasional.

Abstract

Staffing (tauzhif) dalam perspektif Al-Qur'an dan As-Sunnah merupakan bagian integral dari manajemen sumber daya manusia yang menekankan prinsip keadilan, kompetensi, dan amanah dalam proses rekrutmen, seleksi, serta penempatan tenaga kerja. Analisis terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dan hadis mengungkapkan bahwa strategi staffing dalam Islam tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mencapai efektivitas organisasi, tetapi juga memastikan kesejahteraan dan tanggung jawab moral tenaga kerja. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, konsep staffing dalam Islam dipahami sebagai sistem yang mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia dengan menempatkan individu sesuai dengan keahliannya, sehingga mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Implementasi staffing berbasis nilai-nilai Islam memberikan dampak positif dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, adil, dan berorientasi pada etos kerja yang tinggi.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan Islam merupakan faktor utama dalam menentukan daya saing lembaga pendidikan di era globalisasi. Konsep mutu dalam Islam tidak hanya berkaitan dengan standar akademik, tetapi juga mencerminkan nilai ihsan, yaitu kualitas terbaik dalam setiap aspek kehidupan yang berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Management/TQM) dalam pendidikan Islam serta relevansinya dengan konsep ihsan. Objek penelitian ini adalah lembaga pendidikan Islam, termasuk madrasah dan pesantren, yang menerapkan prinsip mutu dalam pengelolaan pendidikannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis terhadap teori manajemen mutu dan nilai-nilai Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep mutu dalam Islam selaras dengan prinsip TQM, yang menekankan perbaikan berkelanjutan, kepuasan pelanggan (stakeholders), dan komitmen terhadap standar kualitas. Dalam perspektif Islam, mutu pendidikan juga mencakup dimensi spiritual yang menuntut dedikasi tinggi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan TQM dalam pendidikan Islam bukan hanya strategi manajerial, tetapi juga merupakan manifestasi dari nilai ihsan yang mengarahkan lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai keunggulan yang bersifat holistik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tabligh dalam perspektif Islam merupakan salah satu aspek fundamental dalam penyampaian wahyu Allah kepada umat manusia. Konsep ini tidak hanya mencakup penyampaian pesan agama secara lisan, tetapi juga mengandung tanggung jawab moral, etika, dan sosial yang harus diemban oleh para da'i. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep tabligh dalam Islam, peranannya dalam kehidupan sosial, serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya di era modern. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan pustaka dengan menganalisis sumber utama dalam ajaran Islam, seperti Al-Qur'an, Hadis, dan literatur ulama klasik maupun kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tabligh bukan sekadar penyampaian informasi agama, tetapi juga mencakup upaya mendidik dan membina umat agar dapat menginternalisasi ajaran Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, berbagai tantangan dalam konteks sosial, budaya, dan perkembangan teknologi modern turut mempengaruhi efektivitas tabligh. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi dakwah yang adaptif dan berbasis hikmah agar pesan Islam dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Taujih wa Tansiq merupakan dua konsep fundamental dalam manajemen dan kepemimpinan Islam yang berperan dalam pengarahan dan pengaturan individu maupun organisasi menuju tujuan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Taujih (pengarahan) melibatkan pemberian panduan, motivasi, dan bimbingan agar setiap elemen dalam organisasi dapat bekerja secara optimal sesuai dengan visi yang ditetapkan. Sementara itu, Tansiq (pengaturan) memastikan koordinasi dan harmonisasi antar elemen organisasi sehingga tercipta efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pencapaian tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep Taujih wa Tansiq dalam perspektif Islam dengan merujuk pada sumber normatif seperti Al-Qur’an dan Hadis, serta menelaah implementasinya dalam konteks manajemen dan kepemimpinan modern. Kajian ini juga membahas bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam pengarahan dan pengaturan dapat diterapkan dalam organisasi dan lembaga pendidikan guna meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip Taujih wa Tansiq berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan berbasis syariah yang menekankan musyawarah, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology to delve into PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing strategies. Through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study utilizes the SOSTAC model, analyzing Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, and Control to comprehensively assess the clinic's digital marketing strategy. The research begins by examining the current state of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia's digital marketing efforts, aligning them with their objectives. The strategic plan outlines how the clinic targets middle to upper-class individuals throughout Indonesia, aiming to become a recognized leader in the beauty and skin health industry. Leveraging the 4Ps model, PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia offers dermatological services and beauty products with standardized pricing. Additionally, the clinic maintains a strong online presence, with multiple strategically located branches and promotional activities. The content creation process and advertising tools are integral to content dissemination. The clinic continuously monitors performance, ensuring alignment with objectives. In the suggestion section, recommendations are offered to enhance the clinic's digital marketing strategy, including responsive website development, localized social media profiles, content marketing, customer engagement, data analytics utilization, personalized services, and strategic online advertising. Recommendations for clinic customers emphasize staying connected through official platforms, sharing feedback, exploring informative content, and benefiting from seasonal offers. Future research suggestions encompass in-depth channel analysis, customer preference evaluation, competitive landscape exploration, offline marketing assessment, and a comprehensive study of digital marketing implications in the healthcare and skincare sector, including regulatory and ethical aspects.

Abstract

This research examines the technique of forming Indonesian and Arabic deverbal nouns through contrastive analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a synchronous time range. That is, the technique of forming Indonesian and Arabic deverbal nouns through a morphological derivation process will be described as is. The data will be taken from books and journals that study techniques for forming Indonesian deverbal nouns, and from sorof books that discuss techniques for forming Arabic deverbal nouns. The method that will be used by the author in contrasting the components of the two languages being compared is the comparative method. The results of the study show that the formation of Indonesian deverbal nouns uses the technique of derivational formor affixes and derivational compound affixes. The formation of Arabic deverbal nouns (masdar) uses several techniques: (1) sima'i technique (generally for masdar which is formed from fi'il sulation), (2) affixation techniques (preffix, infis, suffix, config), (3) changes in internal vowel sounds, (4) following certain wazn patterns and (5) using letter removal and letter replacement techniques. However, the essence of forming Arabic deverbal nouns is using the sima'i technique and following certain wazn patterns. As for whether or not the formation of Arabic deverbal nouns (masdar) is regular, some are formed regularly by following a special wazn pattern called the term qiyasi, and some are formed irregularly called the term goiru kiyasi, whose formation technique uses the sima'i technique.

Abstract

One of the institutions where ulama perform ijtihad with Islamic legal thought products in the form of fatwas is the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). Of the many fatwas that have been issued by the MUI, there are a number of fatwas that are formulated such as the fatwa of the pilgrimage and umrah pilgrimage, the initial determination of Ramadan, Shawwal, Zulhijjah, qibla direction, abortion, donation of social funds with prizes (SDSB), and the use of meningitis vaccines for hajj and umrah pilgrims. MUI reformulates the fatwa due to socio-cultural changes in the community and advances in science and technology. MUI is very concerned about the condition of social, cultural and political changes in society and the progress of science and technology as a material consideration in formulating fatwa. Such a thing is very relevant to the process of renewing Islamic law in Indonesia which has been going on since the 70s until now.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of digital literacy among the member of youth organization (commonly called Karang Taruna) of Cicau Hamlet, Gadobangkong Village, Ngamprah Sub-district, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia, focusing on the use of the Internet in the context of community empowerment in the fields of self-development and economy. Case study methodology is employed, with data gathering approaches consisting of in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and observations of fifteen (15) Karang Taruna member informants. The findings of the study indicate that: The youth digital literacy in computer operation and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) abilities in the internet area are fairly strong, but there is still opportunity for improvement through enhancing infrastructure for stable internet connections and educating youth about the most recent ICT advances. When it comes to creating digital products in a variety of formats and models, youth have a low degree of digital literacy. This is due in part to a lack of imagination and creative thinking skills among digital content creators. Youth require continual training to increase their digital literacy and ability to create various types of digital material, which will contribute to the expansion of Indonesia’s creative economy sector. Youth digital literacy must be improved in terms of their ability to collaborate in the digital space, and education about collaboration must be conducted in accordance with digital ethics and security so that the youth of the Indonesian nation can collaborate with respect and remain safe from cybercrime. Youth still lack the digital literacy necessary to pick and filter legitimate and hoax-free content. Digital literacy pertaining to the ability to use digital technology for youth economic empowerment is included in the category of lacking because youth are still not literate and digitally proficient in using digital technology to increase income, raise their economic level through business opportunities in the digital space, and use digital wallets for sales transactions. Youth digital literacy in relation to self-development is also still weak and must be focused to add insight into access to information in the digital realm for career development and self-potential. As well as the usage of communities that are favorable to youth growth and self-healing. This study recommends intensive training and assistance for youth in digital content creation, as well as financial literacy education related to capital management and digital-based creative economy business opportunities.

Abstract

Earthquakes are one of the natural disasters that can cause significant physical and psychological damage to humans, especially children. Children are a vulnerable group that requires special attention in dealing with the psychosocial impacts of the post-earthquake in Bawean. The aim of this assistance is expected to be to restore the mental condition of the community and children to normal before the earthquake occurred and motivate children to learn to be patient and encourage the community to be more creative in their efforts to help post-earthquake psychological recovery and to create a positive impact on Bawean residents. The mentoring method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which is a participatory type of partnership with the community (community engagement) in a collaborative process that is explicitly oriented towards social transformation. The results of assistance to the people affected by the Bawean earthquake can relieve anxiety, especially psychological problems in children and the community. The implementation of assistance through inspirational stories, religious counseling and storytelling skills training is a post-earthquake solution in looking at a more positive life for their lives today. especially providing trauma healing assistance to children.
