Abstract

This study aims to understand how the Kediri Regency Government represents local wisdom through the tagline ‘Kediri Berbudaya’ as a destination branding strategy. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the tagline “Kediri Berbudaya” serves not only as a regional promotional slogan but has also become a collective symbol that internalises local cultural values into the daily lives of the community. This representation of local wisdom is manifested through visualisation in public spaces, the introduction of traditional regional attire such as Wastra Kediri, Wdihan Kadiri, and Ken Kadiri, and support for interfaith religious activities as concrete expressions of tolerance and social cohesion. The tagline plays a strategic role in strengthening regional identity and fostering a participatory and sustainable cultural narrative amid the tide of modernisation.

Abstract

The research objective was to compare the application of FMS (Farm Management System) and a manual system based on the perception of farm officers at the Grand Parent Stock farm of Berdikari Lebak Unit. This research was conducted from 18 January 2021 to 18 February 2021 at the Grand Parent Stock farm of Berdikari Lebak Unit. Data were obtained by purposive sampling with 30 respondents of Lebak Farm officers, which include the Head of Farm Unit, Farm Officer, and Operators. In addition, data was also obtained from interviews with Berdikari employees in IT Department. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis was processed using a Likert scale, and the comparison of the application of the FMS and manual systems was used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the application of the FMS system was better than using the manual system. It can be seen based on the recap time, input time, and data transmission time where the application of the FMS system is faster than the manual system. The manual system data input average is 10 minutes, while the FMS system is one minute. Moreover, the time for sending data is also faster in the FMS system, while in the manual system, it will take 5-10 minutes, depending on the network speed. The implementation of the FMS system results in safer and more reliable data. The application of the FMS system can be integrated with the entire company system, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Abstract

Pondok Ramadhan yang diselenggarakan oleh Tim Penggerak Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) bekerja sama dengan Seksi Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kediri merupakan salah satu strategi penting dalam penguatan nilai-nilai Islam sekaligus menanamkan moderasi beragama. Latar belakang kegiatan ini bermula dari kebutuhan untuk menyediakan ruang belajar agama yang inklusif di tengah masyarakat multikultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kegiatan Pondok Ramadhan berkontribusi dalam membangun toleransi, kerukunan, dan keharmonisan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi keagamaan yang relevan dan disampaikan oleh narasumber yang kompeten tidak hanya memberikan pencerahan spiritual, tetapi juga membimbing masyarakat untuk menjadi pribadi yang moderat, toleran, dan damai. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini mempererat hubungan sosial antarwarga lintas kecamatan dan menciptakan ruang interaksi yang inklusif. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya kajian moderasi beragama dengan menekankan peran PKK dalam pendidikan nonformal berbasis agama. Secara praktis, program Pondok Ramadhan terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pemberdayaan masyarakat, mempererat persaudaraan, dan membina kerukunan sosial. Dengan demikian, program ini menjadi model kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan keagamaan yang terbuka dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kerajinan rajut adalah lebih dari sekadar kegiatan kreatif, tapi juga salah satu bentuk ekspresi budaya yang tetap berkembang di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Pada zaman sekarang, produk buatan tangan semakin populer karena ciri khas, nilai estetika, serta kesadaran konsumen yang meningkat mengenai isu keberlanjutan. Dalam dinamika kota metropolitan seperti Surabaya, permintaan akan tempat yang dapat menampung aktivitas kreatif, khususnya rajut, semakin mendesak. Dengan demikian, Pusat Kerajinan Rajut didesain untuk mendukung berbagai aktivitas mulai dari pelatihan, produksi, pameran, hingga interaksi komunitas yang bersifat kolaboratif. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan studi kasus lapangan. Penerapan Arsitektur Neo Vernakular diwujudkan pada tatanan lahan yang mengadaptasi skema rumah Jawa, di mana pola hierarki dan keteraturan ruang diolah kembali agar sesuai dengan konteks tapak. Bentuk atap tradisional dimodifikasi dengan material modern untuk tetap mempertahankan identitas lokal sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan fungsional di iklim tropis. Selain itu, penerapan secondary skin bermotif rajut pada fasad bangunan berfungsi ganda, yakni memperkuat karakter budaya lokal sebagai identitas visual serta mengontrol cahaya dan panas matahari guna menciptakan kenyamanan termal di dalam ruang. Dengan demikian, hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa konsep Neo Vernakular tidak hanya menghadirkan nilai kearifan lokal, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan tuntutan fungsi, estetika modern, dan prinsip keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of small and microenterprises (SMEs) depend not only on the availability of internal resources but also on innovation and worldwide regulation dynamics. The triple helix concept has become an alternative solution for improving the quality of SMEs, which consists of academicians, governments, and businesses (SMEs). Muza is an SME that is being fostered by lecturers in the Faculty of Animal Science Universitas Brawijaya in Blitar District; this SME produces smoked salted eggs and has become one of the featured products based on Blitar's Service of Fishery and Livestock Department. The communication between the academician and the Muza Management-Government on the development program was implemented separately. This research aimed to develop development strategies to increase the quality of Muza smoked salted eggs. The research was conducted in Blitar District in July 2022. The research used an explanatory method to identify problems in the field and categorize the problems into groups using the SWOT method. SWOT components are formed using in-depth interviews with the planner and implementer of the strategy, which consists of five people. The subjects were given a closed questionnaire that consisted of SWOT components. The SWOT analysis results show that the total IFE score is 4 and the EFE score is 4.45. The IE matrix shows that the empowerment strategy is on the “V” cell, which has a "hold and maintain" strategy. Thus, the programs given were not efficient, and strategic planners need to focus on product quality improvement. The design of GMP and HACCP systems is strongly recommended.

Abstract

Each student has different characteristics, including shyness, which can affect the learning process. This study aims to analyze the management of learning for shy students at MA Tafaqquh Anwaha by examining various aspects, such as the characteristics of shy students, strategies to overcome shyness, and the roles of parents and teachers in helping students become more confident. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings indicate that shy students tend to have a fear of interaction, lack self-confidence, and are reluctant to participate actively in learning. To address this issue, specific strategies are needed, such as creating a comfortable learning environment, providing motivation, and gradually involving students in group activities. Moreover, parents play a crucial role in providing emotional support and building children's confidence at home. Teachers also serve as facilitators who can create an inclusive learning atmosphere, provide positive encouragement, and apply interactive teaching methods to help shy students become more engaged in the learning process. With proper learning management, shy students can develop both academically and socially, enabling them to adapt to the school and community environment.

Abstract

This study discusses the dynamics of social role done by Islamic boarding schools or pesantrenin response to the Covid-19 in Madura. There are two main research questions in this article; how do people respond to the Covid-19 pandemic in Madura? What are the dynamics of Islamic boarding schools in Madura in response to the Covid-19? By using the qualitative research, this study found two major findings; first, the response of pesantrento Covid-19 in Madura is quite diverse. This is due to the religious paradigm of pesantrenin Madura, some of them are conservative, while some others are non-conservative. The conservative-based Islamic boarding schools are more reserved and they tend to counter the existence of Covid-19 by not fully following the directions of the health protocol recommended by the government. While some others, the non-conservative ones, prefer to be open to all policies taken by the government as an effort to prevent and combat Covid-19; second, although the response of Islamic boarding schools in Madura to Covid-19 tends to vary, their attitude is generally responsive when it comes to preventing the spread of the virus. They carry out this responsive attitude in the form of two approaches; structural-medical approach such as the implementation of social-physical distancing, and cultural-religious approach such as issuing religious edicts which contain theological explanations of the necessity to follow health protocols. They also provide procedures in carrying out religious rituals in emergency situations during pandemic.

Abstract

Adapun latar belakang dari penelitian ini ialah kurang memuaskannya hasil belajar siswa kelas VI pada materi persatuan dan kesatuan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ketika kegiatan pembelajaran sedang berlangsung siswa terlihat bosan mengikuti pembelajaran. Hal tersebut diakibatkan karena model dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang menarik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini ialah guna meningkatkan hasil belajar materi persatuan dan kesatuan melalui media Patung Peka siswa kelas VI. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan tes tulis dengan subjek penelitian ialah 29 siswa kelas VI A SDN Pakis V Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar materi persatuan dan kesatuan melalui media Patung Peka yang diperoleh dari hasil belajar siklus I yakni nilai rata-rata siswa 70, nilai tertinggi 90, nilai terendah 50, daya serap 70,34%, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 17 yang belum tuntas 12, dikarenakan presentase ketuntasan belajar 58,62% pada kategori sedang dan kurang dari 80% maka penelitian dilanjutkan pada siklus ke-dua. Berdasarkan hasil belajar siklus II setelah diterapkan media Patung Peka diperoleh data nilai rata-rata siswa 81,90, nilai tertinggi 95, nilai terendah 60, daya serap 81,90%, jumlah siswa yang tuntas 25 yang belum tuntas 4, dikarenakan presentase ketuntasan belajar 86,21% pada kategori sangat baik dan dikarenakan presentase ketuntasan belajar sudah diatas 80% maka siklus ke dua dihentikan. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah media Patung Peka dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persatuan dan kesatuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VI pada materi penyajian data setelah diimplementasikan pendekatan pembelajaran Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) berbantuan media dadu bergambar. Media dadu bergambar diadaptasi dengan konteks budaya lokal peserya didik. Subjek penelitian merupakan 29 peserta didik kelas VI A SDN Pakis V Surabaya tahun 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Hasil penelitian telah dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah diterapkan pendekatan pembelajaran CRT berbantuan media dadu bergambar. Persentase ketuntasan belajar pada observasi pra siklus adalah 31,03%. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal 58,62% pada siklus I dan 86,21% pada siklus II. Hal ini berarti terjadi peningkatan sebesar 27,59%. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran CRT berbantuan media dadu bergambar efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VI pada materi penyajian data.

Abstract

There are two focus problems in this study, namely: How is the process of changing the pattern of socio-religious interaction and what is the form of polarization of socio-religious interactions during the Covid-19 pandemic in Siwalankerto Village, Wonocolo District? This research was conducted using qualitative research methods and in analyzing this study using the AGIL-Talcott Parson theory. From the results of the study, it was found that there were new patterns in the socio-religious interaction of the Siwalankerto community since the covid-19 pandemic. This new pattern began to become new values in socioreligious life when the government made several policies and regulations relating to the handling of the covid 19 pandemic. With the changing patterns of interaction and the community must be able to adapt to the current pandemic conditions. Changes in socio-religious interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic occurred when people had to adjust to government policies regarding the community in their activities, including in socio-religious activities and the application of strict protocols in every activity, including the implementation of religious rituals. With the COVID-19 pandemic, religious ritual activities which are usually carried out together and between religious activities and social interaction have become a single unit in society, now must change. Government policies and regulations for worship must be carried out in their respective homes so that there is a polarization of social interaction and religious practice during the COVID-19 pandemic
