Abstract

Pendampingan ini dilakukan untuk membantu UMKM Payung geulis karya utama dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli atau membuat kerangka payung geulis sendiri  pada UMKM Payung Geulis Karya Utama. UMKM ini telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1971. Meskipun memiliki nilai estetika dan nilai Budaya yang tinggi, UMKM ini memiliki sejumlah tantangan operasional, terutama dalam hal ketergantungan pada pemasok bahan baku, khususnya rangka payung. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif untuk menganalisis biaya diferensial dalam pengambilan keputusan membeli atau memproduksi sendiri rangka payung geulis. Hasil analisis menunjukan penghematan biaya jika UMKM memproduksi sendiri rangka payung geulis. Namun, keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya menyebabkan pemilik lebih memilih untuk membeli rangka payung geulis pada pengrajin lain. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi strategi bagi UMKM dalam mengelola rantai pasok secara efisien, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis mereka.

Abstract

Background: Organisasi PKK terdiri dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang aktif dalam kegiatan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya di lingkungan mereka. PKK juga berperan dalam membantu pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan program-program pembangunan yang berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan keluarga dan masyarakat. Berbagai kegiatan dilakukan oleh Ibu-ibu PKK, salah satunya adalah memanfaatkan lahan sempit di kompleks rumah atau sekitar. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan IPTEK tentang Internet of Things di bidang hidroponik. Metode: Mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK Kecamatan Talang, Kabupaten Tegal, Jawa Tengah. Tema pengabdian masyarakt ini mendukung  sektor pertanian yang sesuai dengan Pokjar 3 yang diketuai oleh Ibu Ana, dimana dihadiri oleh  43 kader dari 19 Kelurahan. Hasil: Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu PKK tentang Internet of Things, pemanfaatan lahan sempit untuk hidroponik berbasis Internet of Things, Dan memberikan pengetahuan penanaman selada menggunakan hidroponik serta cara pemanenannya. Kesimpulan: Dengan adanya pelatihan ini ibu-ibu PKK menjadi paham untuk mengimplementasikan internet of thiongs (IoT) dan pemanfaatan lahan sempit untuk hidroponik berbasis IoT.

Abstract

The application of learning methods will not work effectively if their application is not based on adequate knowledge. A method can be an obstacle to the learning process, not a component that supports the achievement of goals. Improving the quality of teachers is something that must be done by the education unit. The Serambi Mekkah Integrated Islamic Boarding School took the initiative to improve the skills of teachers (asatidz and ummahat) in learning, especially learning foreign languages, namely Arabic and English. The purpose of this activity is to increase the quality of language learning and so that the mastery of foreign languages and the communication skills of the students of the Serambi Mekkah Integrated Islamic Boarding School are also growing. The method of this activity uses the lecture method, direct demonstrations are practiced by participants, and questions and answers. The lecture method is used to convey general knowledge about the concept of language learning methods, grammar and translation methods (Qowaid wa tarjamah), direct method (mubasyarah), audiolingual method / sam'iyyah safahiyyah. Demonstrations are used to provide hands-on skills regarding the process of applying learning methods. Questions and answers are used to complete things that have not been accommodated by the two methods above. The results of this training can be declared successful. This can be seen from: (1) The attendance of participants is in accordance with the target of 95% (27 of 30 participants) (2) the results of the training are stated to be very good according to the analysis of the performance appraisal rubric. (3) Participants are very enthusiastic about participating in the training, which can be seen from the seriousness of participating in the training, the many questions that arise in the mentoring process and the teacher's willingness to apply learning methods in foreign development, both Arabic and English.

Abstract

The reason for this research is so that the song “Casblanca” is not only enjoyed as a song but can be enjoyed as intellectual property. The aim of this research is to reveal the lyrics, types and functions of code switching in the song “Casbalanca”. Code switching is a symptom of language transition and is a substudy of sociolinguistics. The types of code switching include; internal, and external. In this research, a qualitative descriptive method was used with content analysis techniques consisting of 3 stages, namely providing, analyzing and presenting code switching data on the lyrics of the song “Casablanca”. This research produces an interpretation of the data obtained in the form of transcriptions of song lyrics. The type of code switching in the song Casablanca is external code switching. The code switching analysis is in the form of the lyrics of the song Casablanca which tells about someone who wants to live forever with the person he loves and loves and hopes that separation will never happen forever and the code switching function analysis is in the form of 1) referential, 2) conative, 3) emotive, 4) poetic, 5) phatic and 6) metalinguistic. This research has implications for increasing the sociolinguistic scientific knowledge of the sub-study of external code switching, especially in the lyrics of the song Casablanca.Alasan penelitian ini ialah agar lagu “Casblanca” tidak hanya dinikmati sebagai lagu saja melainkan bisa dinikmati sebagai kekayaan intelektual. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengungkap lirik, jenis dan fungsi alih kode pada lagu “Casbalanca”. Alih kode yaitu gejala peralihan bahasa dan merupakan subkajian sosiolinguistik. Adapun jenis alih kode di antaranya ialah intern dan ekstern. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi yang terdiri atas 3 tahap, yakni penyediaan, analisis, dan penyajian data alih kode pada lirik lagu “Casablanca”. Penelitian ini menghasilkan interpretasi terhadap data yang diperoleh berupa transkripsi lirik lagu. Jenis alih kode pada lagu “Casablanca” yaitu alih kode ekstern. Adapun analisis alih kode berupa lirik lagu “Casablanca” yang menceritakan tentang seseorang yang ingin hidup selama-lamanya bersama orang yang dia cintai dan dia kasihi serta berharap perpisahan takkan pernah terjadi sampai kapanpun. Analisis fungsi alih kodenya berupa 1) referensial, 2) konatif, 3) emotif, 4) puitis, 5) fatis, dan 6) metalinguistik. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap bertambahnya khazanah keilmuan sosiolinguistik subkajian alih kode ekstern khususnya dalam lirik lagu “Casablanca”.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine a leadership of school principals in the context of education whether is crucial, especially in the modern era. Person who asked as a good manager. It is filled with challenges and changes. The leadership of school principals based on Islamic perspectives, emphasizing values of justice, integrity, and responsibility. In the digital and informational era, school principals are required to be adaptive and innovative leaders while adhering to Islamic principles.This research employs a qualitative method with an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of leadership in accordance with Islamic teachings. The findings indicate that principals who applied Islamic values can create a conducive and competitive learning environment. Additionally, this study provides recommendations for the future development of school leadership, while considering the role of religionin shaping the character and ethics of leaders in the field of education that very give significance in the modern era.

Abstract

Human resource management aimed at enhancing the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kapau has generally been implemented. The management of educational financing plays a crucial role in three main areas: First, the economics of education, which relates to overall community spending. Second, school finances, which concern the school’s policies regarding the allocation of funds for student services. Third, the administration of school business taxes, which must be organized directly in alignment with policy objectives. Furthermore, planning in the management of teacher quality improvement at Pondok Pesantren Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kapau focuses primarily on formulating clear goals that the institution aims to achieve through strategic planning. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing field data to verify emerging theories that were continuously refined throughout the research process.

Abstract

Haedar Nashir's book on Islam Syariat: Reproduksi Salafiyah Ideologis di Indonesia is a fairly thick research comprising 604 pages. This book analyzes the Islamic movement that fights to implement Islamic Sharia in the context of state institutions carried out by MMI, HTI, and KPPSI. In this book, researchers combine literature and field research with emic data. The ideological thread of the Sharia Islamic Movement (Formalist) is a documentation of the "creed of Islamic solutions" integrated with Islamism/ Kaffah Islam. The culmination of formalization was the appearance of the seven magic sentences of the Jakarta Charter at the 2000 MPR-RI Meeting. At the same time, the largest mass organizations in Indonesia, represented by Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama, were outside the movement, even refusing or not supporting the fight for the Jakarta Charter. In an academic context, the revitalization of fundamentalist, literal, and scriptural Islam contains harmful elements in the context of statehood and the plurality of the nation. Furthermore, the ideological conflict of Islam in Indonesia must be understood that Indonesia is not Islam in the face of the West or Arabization but must present Moderate Islam, which offers an alternative path, so that it does not give rise to a new flow of conversion to Islam to other religions which are seen as providing more comfort in religion, rather than being in Islam which is formalist and has an ideological face.

Abstract

Purpose - This research explores and interprets the altruistic values embedded in K.H. Sa'dullah Majdi's Sun Ngawiti and Bulughotut Thulab texts, and relates them to the behavioral traits of the millennial generation. Method - This research uses a qualitative methodology. It relies on data interpretation through a literature-based approach to comprehensively analyse the texts. Result  -  The research findings reveal that the texts emphasize core altruistic values, including diligence in learning, self-reflection, virtuous character, and compassion. In Islamic teachings, altruism is aligned with the concept of itsar - prioritizing the needs of others over personal interests. Implication –This study underscores the importance of indigenous knowledge in shaping ethical and culturally responsive counseling approaches. Originality/Value - These values are highly relevant for millennials, especially da'wahists, offering a basic framework for becoming agents of social change who champion justice, equality and moderation. *** Tujuan - Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dan menafsirkan nilai-nilai altruistik yang terkandung dalam teks Sun Ngawiti dan Bulughotut Thulab karya K.H. Sa'dullah Majdi, serta mengaitkannya dengan ciri-ciri perilaku generasi milenial. Metode - Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengandalkan interpretasi data melalui pendekatan berbasis literatur untuk menganalisis teks secara komprehensif. Hasil - Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa teks-teks tersebut menekankan nilai-nilai altruistik inti, termasuk ketekunan dalam belajar, refleksi diri, karakter yang berbudi luhur, dan kasih sayang. Dalam ajaran Islam, altruisme disejajarkan dengan konsep itsar - memprioritaskan kebutuhan orang lain di atas kepentingan pribadi. Implikasi -Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengetahuan asli dalam membentuk pendekatan konseling yang etis dan responsif secara budaya. Orisinalitas/Nilai - Nilai-nilai ini sangat relevan bagi generasi milenial, terutama para pendakwah, yang menawarkan kerangka kerja dasar untuk menjadi agen perubahan sosial yang memperjuangkan keadilan, kesetaraan, dan moderasi.

Abstract

Empowerment communication is important so the people become empowered through effective communication. The effectiveness of communication is inseparable from the role of the institutions involved in program implementation. This study aims to analyze the communication system in empowering the community the “jajar legowo” cropping system in the Integrated Plant Management Implementation Movement (GPPTT) program. The theory used in this study is the adoption of innovation. The research method is qualitative in nature, namely based on the results of field observations supported by literature studies of related journals. Data were analyzed descriptively by providing understanding and explanation so that it was easy to understand. The focus of the study was carried out in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, as one of the implementers of the GPPTT and as a Food Barn. The communication system based on black box analysis shows that community empowerment based on the GPPTT Program is good, it is carried out based on five elements consisting of environmental input, controlled input, uncontrolled input, desired input and unwanted input. The pattern of analysis of the GPPTT program system is based on the existence of GPPPT policies, empowerment strategies and technical guidelines that affect the empowerment of farmers in adopting the jajar legowo cropping system so as to produce a paradigm shift in empowerment communication. A community empowerment communication system based on the GPPTT program based on black box analysis is a problem solving solution for farmers to adopt technology to be independent.
