Abstract

Artikel ini adalah membahas tentang urgensi media digital dalam proses pembelajaran bagi guru Sekolah Dasar. Media digital sebagai instrument teknologi informasi memiliki andil yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia modern. Penggunaan media digital dengan platform yang sederhana hingga yang rumit dapat dijadikan media bagi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penyajian secara deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu 4 guru kelas yang berada di SDS IT Al-Jauhar. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa siswa SDS IT Al-Jauhar, Duri, yang mendapatkan materi pembelajaran dengan fasilitas media digital mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kreatifitas, keaktifan di dalam kelas hingga peningkatan nilai-nilai mata pelajaran. Ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap guru-guru yang mengajar, bahwa media digital sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan keilmuan menuntut semua sumber daya dalam sektor pendidikan khususnya para guru harus beradaptasi terhadap transformasi digital pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan upaya pengembangan yang dilakukan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dilaksanakan di salah satu SMA swasta Kota Kendari dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa pengembangan guru menghadapi transformasi digital dilakukan melalui pelatihan teknologi pembelajaran dengan narasumber ahli IT, berupa pemanfaatan canva, zoom, google classroom, google meet, variasi youtube, power point dan pembuatan video pembelajaran menarik. Pelatihan tersebut dilaksanakan secara offline terdapat modul belajar tambahan. Adanya mitra antara sekolah dan Dinas pendidikan melaksanakan pelatihan dengan ahli IT menggunakan web berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) sebuah perangkat software yang dapat menunjang pembelajaran yang memiliki berbagai fitur yang mudah digunakan dalam suatu portal e-learning untuk membuat gambar, halaman web dan kuis pembelajaran. Terdapat pelatihan lainnya berupa program partner in learning dengan perangkat komputer software berlisensi. Pihak sekolah memberikan reward kepada guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya. Upaya pengembangan guru menghadapi transformasi digital yang dilaksanakan oleh sekolah dan Dinas pendidikan Kota Kendari melalui berbagai pelatihan mampu meningkatkan komptensi dan keterampilan guru dalam mengoperasikan media belajar berbasis TIK.

Abstract

Android-based digital media in testing students at the Tanjung Redeb Muhammadiyah Vocational School is implement on a web-based or desktop basis, positively this test can increase the effectiveness of the time of educators and the accuracy of their corrections. However, there are frequent leaks of questions and answers, thus increasing fraud in its implementation. So that the awareness of educators is needed, as well as training that can increase the effectiveness of implementing the online exam.

Abstract

Researchers choose the type of qualitative research. To obtain data the author made observations, interviews, documentation, and data validity, namely triangulation. The results of this study include: (1). The implementation of the management information system at SMP Muhammadiyah Weleri has been well implemented which uses data management applications, namely deposits and information technology in supporting the learning process of providing educational services by facilitating learning practices using technological infrastructure, such as learning facilities by integrating computers with wifi. (2). The implementation of the learning process at SMP Muhammadiyah Weleri is before carrying out the learning process must go through three stages, namely the first planning stage. At this stage make an effective day analysis and learning program analysis, make an annual program, compile a syllabus, compile lesson plans, and make learning assessments. Secondly, the implementation stage. At this stage what needs to be done is the aspect of approach in learning, aspects of strategy and tactics in learning, and aspects of methods and techniques in learning. Learning media used in the learning process are print media (books), images, LCDs, and computers. Third, is the evaluation stage. At this stage, it is evaluated, namely learning knowledge that is tested by writing, oral, and exam question lists. Learning evaluation skills are evaluated by practice exams, and task analysis is evaluated by educators themselves. And the form of the test given to the student must remain within the standard of requirements. (3). Factors that support the existence of a management information system are the existence of a despotic system that collects data on educator data and student data. So it can be concluded that management information systems are very supportive in the world of education, especially in the learning process in junior high school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dosen pascasarjana tentang penggunaan ChatGPT dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Masalah penelitian berfokus pada pemahaman bagaimana dosen pascasarjana memandang efektivitas dan keterbatasan teknologi ChatGPT.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.ChatGPT sebagai solusi yang efektif untuk membuat materi ajar atau dapat digunakan sebagai bahan konfirmasi awal. ChatGPT bisa meningkat mutu pembelajaran jika dilengkapi dengan daya kritis dan profesionalitas. Sedang yang skeptis terhadap penggunaan ChatGPT dalam dunia pendidikan. Mereka mengkhawatirkan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh ChatGPT bisa menghilangkan humanisme dan bisa berpotensi mematikan daya kritis dosen dan mahasiswa. penggunaan teknologi ChatGPT yang efektif untuk kualitas pembelajaran mencakup menjaga pola pikir kritis, memverifikasi informasi dari sumber terpercaya, menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas, mendorong keterlibatan siswa, dan terus mengevaluasi kinerja dari ChatGPT akan memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi ChatGPT untuk menjaga mutu pembelajaran.

Abstract

Financing management has become a very important requirement in organizations or companies, including in the world of education. With good financing management, accountability and transparency in financial management will be achieved. Utilization of technology-based information systems in school financing management will greatly facilitate school work, and will even lead to increased public trust. Using a qualitative descriptive research approach, through an interview process with the principal, vice principal and school treasurer, as well as documentation, it was found that the government had made a good reporting system for School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds through the ARKAS application. The web-based application is used by both public and private schools. SD Muhammadiyah 7 Bandung as a private school that relies heavily on public trust, has developed an integrated information system through the SIMUTU application, but it is not yet 100% integrated so it is still equipped with separate financial reporting using the excel program and printing paper documents, especially for the audit process internally carried out by the foundation. The process of planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting and accountability, as a cost management process, has been well managed. This is thanks to the role of the Muhammadiyah foundation, through the Bandung City PDM, which has implemented strict monitoring and evaluation of financing.

Abstract

This study explains how school leadership is carried out in the online PPDB system at SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang. The purpose of this writing is to find out the principal's leadership strategy in implementing PPDB online. This research method is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study show that there are several gaps that occur due to unsynchronization between schools and the bureaucracy. This gap must be able to be overcome by the school principal through his leadership in carrying out existing strategies so that whatever the conditions are, schools are required to be able to survive and implement the existing PPDB Strategy properly and use good facilities and supporting instruments in order to add to the perfection of the PPDB process at SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Honorarium for Quality Improvement (HPM) of Educators and Non-State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Education Personnel to improve welfare, quality of performance, and competency development to achieve the goal of education in Bandung. However, HPM for non-ASN honorary teachers has not been fully accommodated for honorary teachers in Bandung. This study aims to describe the system in making honorary teacher honorarium policies in private schools. The approach taken is qualitative, the data comes from observation, interviews, and documents. The research subjects were three private school principals in Bandung, and three school operators there. The first one represents a financially stable school and can make policies without fully involving the foundation. The second, represents a school that is financially secure and the foundation is fully involved in determining school policy. The last, represents a school that is not yet financially secure. The research finding is an alternative policy for the school principal in adapting mayor's regulation which has not yet accommodated honorary teachers for quality improvement honors whose data is based on the system. The steps were taken by private school principals to accommodate honorary teachers by adapting the mayor's regulations which were revealed to be the criteria for awarding honorariums for quality improvement.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the leadership style of school principals and the factors that influence the leadership behavior of school principals at SD Negeri Baringin, South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach. The results of the research show that, First, the leadership style of the principal of Baringin State Elementary School, South Tapanuli Regency is democratic, this can be seen from the role of the principal as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. Second, school principals are quite successful in improving the performance of educators and educational management. This is proven by the good competence of educators. Improving education management standards is also progressing well, namely through the stages of program planning, implementation of work plans as well as monitoring and evaluation. Third, supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the school principal's leadership style in improving the performance of educators and educational management.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the Muhammadiyah Vocational School teachers understand, respond to and implement Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve the quality of learning practices in the context of contemporary education reform. This research is a qualitative research by making observations through a questionnaire. Research respondents were 60 teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah in Bantul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed to draw conclusions. The results showed that 96.7% percent had not implemented CAR and only 3.3% of teachers had implemented CAR. Barriers to not implementing CAR include factors due to cost and time as well as the ability of teachers. The findings of this study are very important for teacher professional development programs by both government and schools because increasing teacher professionalism will have an impact on student achievement.
