Abstract

Abstract

This literature review paper was conducted to observe the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, which have undergone significant transformations over time. By applying a historical analysis framework, the paper traces the evolution of MSMEs in Indonesia, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and the impact of economic policies on their development with the data being gathered from academic journals, government reports (e.g., the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, Statistics Indonesia), and industry reports from organizations like the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In the pre-independence era, MSMEs were providers of local goods and services, although hindered by exploitative colonial policies. Next, in the Old Order and New Order eras, although MSMEs began to receive attention, the large sector was still prioritized in economic policies. Greater attention to MSMEs emerged after the 1997-1998 crisis, where MSMEs demonstrated extraordinary resilience and became one of the pillars of Indonesia's economy. In the reform era, decentralization allowed MSMEs to develop throughout Indonesia, with increasingly supportive policies such as People's Business Credit (KUR) and entrepreneurship training.

Abstract

This paper purposes to obtain evidence of whether there is a direct or indirect influence between customer engagement, Customer equity, e-WOM, and Repurchase intention on m-commerce customers (Tokopedia and Shopee) in Indonesia. This paper applies a quantitative research approach with explanatory research methods and in-depth descriptive analysis. This study uses infinite population for the population used, because the number of users of the Tokopedia or Shopee m-commerce applications in Indonesia is not accurately recorded, with predetermined criteria. The nonprobability sampling method chosen by the author in this paper as a sampling technique used using purposive sampling technique, because the unlimited population size, then 5% margin of error, with 95% confidence level, and 50% population proposition resulted from the calculation is as many as 385 samples of m-commerce users who have purchased masculine cosmetics as sample respondents. The data analysis technique uses an associative, quantitative and SEM-PLS approach. For novelty or novelty in this research, researchers have scientific suspicions on two other drivers of customer equity, namely; Value Equity, and Relationship Equity can directly influence the occurrence of e-WOM and use m-commerce user respondents who have purchased masculine cosmetic products. Results of the study showed that all variables have a positive influence on each other, either directly or indirectly and significantly, except for the customer engagement variable on repurchase intention which showed no significance. The impact of the study could be a reference for m-commerce in increasing users and directing them to constructive goals.

Abstract

The use of technological and informational developments in education today needs to be implemented selectively. This selective approach aims to make educational activities more meaningful and help achieve desired learning goals. One such technological development is the utilization of gamification-based learning media. Gamification media is designed to be engaging, combining games with educational content. This approach benefits students during learning activities, as they remain engaged and understand the material better. In this context, parental involvement in children's education is equally important in supporting the development of learning activities. Community service activities integrated into learning programs help maintain quality standards and positively impact educational outcomes. Quality education, in turn, helps create quality human resources. Teachers can effectively utilize gamification media to enhance their lesson material. The success of these community service activities represents one approach to improving the distribution of quality education for all.

This research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that adopts PRISMA (Preferred Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis) to investigate business-to-business (B2B) marketing communication strategies in increasing sales. Data were obtained from Scopus, Emerald, Wiley, Taylor and Francis. A total of 96 journals were initially identified, but through the application of strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, the number was reduced to 10 journals that served as the focus of the comprehensive review. The results show that B2B marketing through social media is becoming an integral and connected part of organisations, as it not only helps during the sales process but also during the buying process. Social media has the potential to assist B2B organisations in improving their communication capabilities by facilitating knowledge promotion and encouraging engagement through advanced technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of community development, the organization of original events, convenience, and connectivity on digital branding for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Blitar, with an emphasis on the moderating role of digital literacy. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that community development and the organization of original events have a significant positive impact on digital branding, while convenience also plays a role in enhancing the effectiveness of digital branding. On the other hand, connectivity does not significantly influence digital branding. Digital literacy is proven to act as a moderator that strengthens the relationships between community development, event organization, and convenience with digital branding, highlighting the importance of digital skills in achieving successful branding. This study suggests that MSMEs in Blitar should pay greater attention to community development, creative events, and ease of digital services. Additionally, improving digital literacy among MSME owners and staff is crucial to optimize their digital branding efforts.
