Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of information technology and skills on employee performance at the Regional Asset Finance Agency of Majene Regency. In this research methodology, quantitative techniques with a saturated approach were used. All 66 employees at the Regional Asset Finance Agency of Majene Regency were selected as the population of this study. The results of the study show how the use of information technology and affects employee performance efficiency. The above study shows a significant relationship between information technology and competence, evidenced by the calculated f value of 20.198 at a significance level of 5% (p value 0.05 = 0.000). This indicates that the variables of information technology (X1) and competence (X2) jointly influence employee work efficiency at the Regional Asset Finance Agency of Majene Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of plant physiology practicum video media for fifth semester biology students at FKIP of University of Pasir Pengaraian . This research was carried out from March to July 2023. The type of research used was the Brog and Gall Research and Development model. The population in this study were fifth semester students of the Biology Education Study Program class of 2021. Data was collected using a questionnaire and data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the plant physiology practicum video media for biology students in semester V as a whole was declared "decent" with an average percentage of 75,98%. Based on the validation of linguists with an average acquisition of 82,85% including the "very appropriate" category, validation of media experts with an average acquisition of 85,33% including the "very feasible" category, and validation of material experts with an average acquisition of 62,66% including the "decent" category, individual trials with an average acquisition of 67,11% included in the "adequate" category, small group trials with an average acquisition percentage of 75.22% included in the "adequate" category, and field trials with the average percentage gain of 82.94% is included in the "very decent" category. So the results of this study indicate that the video media for plant physiology practicum is suitable for use by educators and students in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 36/VI Rantau Panjang III. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam mengenali huruf, mengeja, dan memahami isi bacaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran membaca pemahaman serta meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dengan bantuan media Word Box. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman dari siklus I ke siklus II, baik dari segi keterlibatan aktif siswa maupun jumlah siswa yang mencapai kompetensi sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa model CIRC dengan media Word Box efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa. Ke depan, model ini berpotensi diterapkan lebih luas sebagai pendekatan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan kolaboratif di jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

To determine the role of work discipline in improving employee effectiveness at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, Suka Tani Branch, this study employed descriptive qualitative research, investigating events or incidents that arise in the field, then analyzing them to finally draw conclusions. Primary data was obtained from the responses of respondents, who served as the sample for the study. Indicators of work discipline are the drive and strength within an individual employee to achieve a specific goal. Essentially, employees who lack self-discipline oppose or disobey company regulations. Weakened work discipline will impact employee morale and the company's progress. Observations and interviews conducted at PT PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI indicated a significant decline in employee discipline, as evidenced by data on attendance and lateness. However, the study identified issues such as employee non-compliance with work hour regulations.

Abstract

The suicide cases seem to be a trend in society, where the perpetrators or victims range from children to the elderly, both male and female. Aceh is one of the provinces that shows that suicide cases tend to increase every year. The existence of suicide cases begins with the idea of suicide in every perpetrator and victim. The purpose of this study was to see the differences in suicidal ideation on Aceh’s people based on gender. A total of 406 Aceh’s people 15-52 years were selective using the purposively technuqe in this reasearch. The results showed that the significance value (p) = 0.921, this means that there was no difference in suicide ideation on Aceh’s people based on gender. Besides, results also showed that 93.6% of Aceh people had low suicidal ideation, 62.2% had moderate suicidal ideation, and 0.2% of the sample had high suicidal ideation.  Kasus bunuh diri seakan menjadi trend di masyarakat saat ini, dimana pelaku atau korban mulai dari anak-anak hingga lansia baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Aceh termasuk salah satu provinsi yang menunjukkan kasus bunuh diri cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya. Terjadinya kasus bunuh diri diawali dengan adanya ide bunuh diri pada setiap pelaku maupun korban. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat perbedaan ide bunuh diri pada masyarakat Aceh ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Sebanyak 406 masyarakat  Aceh yang berusia 15-52 tahun terlibat dalam penelitian yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (p)=0,921, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan ide bunuh diri pada masyarakat Aceh ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 93,6% masyarakat Aceh memiliki ide bunuh diri rendah, 62,2% memiliki ide bunuh diri sedang, dan terdapat 0,2% sampel memiliki ide bunuh diri yang tinggi.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common chronic medical conditions characterized by persistently elevated arterial pressure. Hypertension has been one of the most studied topics in the past century and has become a significant comorbidity contributing to the development of stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, and kidney failure. Purpose: To determine nutritional care for patients with hypertension in primary care. Method: This literature review was conducted by searching, summarizing, and drawing conclusions from various previous studies. The search was limited to the period 2020 to 2025 using databases such as Sinta. The literature obtained was searched using the keywords "Gynamic Status" and "Hypertension" in both English and Indonesian. Results: A total of 10 journals were reviewed that discussed nutritional care for patients with hypertension. Conclusion: The majority of the reviewed journals showed a relationship between nutritional intake and hypertension.   Keywords: Hypertension; Nutritional Status.   Pendahuluan: Hipertensi termasuk dalam kondisi medis kronis yang paling umum yang ditandai dengan peningkatan tekanan arteri yang terus-menerus. Hipertensi telah menjadi salah satu topik yang paling banyak dipelajari pada abad sebelumnya dan telah menjadi salah satu komorbiditas paling signifikan yang berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan stroke, infark miokard, gagal jantung, dan gagal ginjal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui asuhan gizi pada penderita hipertensi pada layanan primer. Metode: Penelitian tinjauan pustaka dengan mencari, merangkum, dan menarik kesimpulan dari berbagai studi literatur terdahulu yang dicari dan dibatasi dari tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dengan menggunakan database seperti Sinta. Literatur yang didapatkan dicari dengan menggunakan kata kunci “Status Gizi”, “Hipertensi”, baik dalam Bahasa Inggris maupun Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil: Sebanyak 10 jurnal yang telah direview yang membahas mengenai asuhan gizi pada penderita hipertensi Simpulan: Mayoritas dari jurnal yang telah direview menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan pada asupan gizi dengan penderita hipertensi   Kata Kunci : Hipertensi; Status Gizi.

Abstract

This study aimed to overcome problems related to the lack of integrated sex education media in integrated thematic learning so that it can make it easier for teachers to deliver sex education materials to early childhood. This research is a type of research and development. This study employed the Borg and Gall development model which consists of two main objectives, namely developing products and validating the resulting products. The population in this study was Jogja Green School and Aisyiyah Pembina Piyungan Kindergarten. The research sample chosen in Jogja Green School was 13 children and in Aisyiyah Pembina Piyungan Kindergarten as many as 30 children. The questionnaire as an instrument was used to validate and evaluate the quality of the developed product. The data analysis technique applied was descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that: (1) The results of the validation of material experts, media experts, and education practitioners on the products developed were feasible to use, (2) The results of the limited trial showed that the product developed was suitable for use, (3) The results of the trial were more widely known that the product developed was suitable to use and was effective in increasing knowledge of early childhood sex education.

Abstract

Bogor, West Java, known as a region with high rainfall, has a number of distinctive culinary delights and diverse tourist destinations. In line with the development of MSMEs that continues to increase every year as a business entity that supports the National GDP by 60.5% and absorbs the workforce by 90.6%; an increasingly diverse range of processed food products are emerging. Food and beverage products as MSME products are currently increasing. Strengthening MSMEs through the downstreaming of the Bogor passion fruit syrup industry to improve community welfare is the theme of the community service grant program which is the 5th goal of Asta Cita. The community service process begins through team discussions with village governments, youth organizations, MSME groups and women's farmer groups. Digitalization, which is the main factor inhibiting MSME sales, in addition to Cost, Volume, Profit analysis in business management, is addressed through training in management and information technology. Supporting the development of digitalization, the results of this community service have produced outputs through the creation of a Google Sites site, a mock-up representing Bogor passion fruit syrup, and social media accounts. The PKM (Community Partnership Empowerment) grant has been provided as output in the form of passion fruit tree seeds, planting media, and fertilizer to reduce costs, increase syrup production volume and increase profits.

Abstract

Obat Tradisional Cina sudah banyak beredar di masyarakat Indonesia dan dikenal sebagai obat yang mempunyai efek yang cepat serta khasiat yang manjur dalam pengobatan.Fakta yang beredar tentang obat tradisional Cina yang terdaftar dan tidak terdaftar ataupun tentang efek samping penggunaan obat tradisional menurunkan kewaspadaan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melakukan penelitian tentang identifikasi penggunaan obat tradisional cina pada pembeli di toko obat cina sekitar pasar 16 ilir Palembang, dengan tujuan mengetahui penggunaan obat untuk jenis penyakit apa, jenis sediaan yang digunakan, waktu penggunaan obat, karakteristik pembeli, dan alasan penggunaan obat pada pembeli.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara menghitung presentase penggunaan obat tradisional cina berdasarkan data-data yang diinginkan. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti yang akan diberikan dan diisi langsung oleh responden.Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi penggunaan obat tradisional cina penggunaan obat terbanyak pada jenis penyakit kulit dengan persentase 40%, jenis sediaan yang digunakan yaitu serbuk dengan persentase 22%, untuk penggunaan obat terbanyak responden menggunakan hanya pada saat sakit saja dengan persentase 73%, kemudian karakteristik pembeli yaitu pada tingkat pendidikan SMA, berusia rata-rata 17-27 tahun, dan penghasilan dibawah Rp1.000.000,00, dan alasan penggunaan terbanyak yaitu karena obat tradisional cina berkhasiat cepat dan aman. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa obat tradisional Cina sebagian besar digunakan pada jenis penyakit kulit dengan jenis sediaan serbuk yang digunakan hanya pada saat sakit saja dan dapat digunakan oleh semua kalangan dengan alasan penggunaan karena memiliki khasiat yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan obat modern.

The aim of this research is to explain how to increase reading interest in the management of education based on resources by involving the management of the learning environment and resources (books, facilities, and time) to create an atmosphere that supports reading activities. This type of research is a case study with an ABCD approach method. This method is intended for local residents to first understand, inventory, and optimize the important assets available around them. The subjects of this research are students or learners. The results of this study indicate that to enhance students' interest in reading, it is necessary to utilize the school library's collection of books that had previously been underused. Initial observations showed that students' reading interest was low and they were not engaged in literacy activities. This program is designed as a comfortable and interactive reading space that supports literacy activities in the classroom through an Appreciative Inquiry approach (Discovery, Dream, Define, Destiny). The results of the implementation show that students are more engaged in reading and all parties responsible in the school are more actively involved. The reading corner program has the potential to function as a sustainable literacy center and help create a reading culture in the school environment.
