Abstract

Today's learning technologies must be mastered by lecturers in order to support the progress of quality education. Therefore, lecturers are expected to be able to adapt to existing changes, especially in the use of learning technology. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of psychological capital on readiness to change, moderated by Generation X and Y groups. The method used in this study is explanatory quantitative research where research data was collected using Psychological Capital Scale (ω=0,847)  and Readiness to Change Scales (ω=0,939) given to 267 lecturers in Indonesia. The results of this study were analysed using the JASP regression test and the R moderation test. The results showed that psychological capital is able to influence lecturers' readiness to change in using learning technology. However, generation has not been proven to moderate the strong and weak influence of psychological capital on the readiness to change lecturers in utilizing learning technology. This is because each generational group has unique characteristics in terms of psychological capital.

Abstract

Ibadah shalat dan rangkaiannya merupakan kewajiban fundamental bagi setiap Muslim, namun dalam praktiknya sering ditemukan ketidaksempurnaan karena kurangnya pemahaman terhadap sanad (ketersambungan ilmu) yang valid. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan praktis mengenai tata cara wudhu, peran bilal, khutbah Jum’at, dan gerakan shalat yang sempurna sesuai tuntunan Nabi Muhammad SAW kepada 75 siswa kelas XII MA Sabilul Muttaqin dan SMK Favorit Pungging. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pendidikan Masyarakat melalui ceramah, demonstrasi, dan ujian praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek keterampilan motorik ibadah siswa, di mana pada hari kedua seluruh peserta mampu mempraktikkan tata cara ibadah dengan lebih presisi sesuai dengan materi yang bersumber dari Buku Tuntunan Shalat LTM PBNU.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh CAR, BOPO, dan LDR terhadap ROA pada Bank Danamon Tbk di Indonesia periode 2016–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR, BOPO, dan LDR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Secara parsial, LDR berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan CAR dan BOPO berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi sains, pemahaman Quran-hadis, dan kecerdasan naturalis terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah di Kota Mataram. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa madrasah tsanawiyah di Kota Mataram kelas IX tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 1.440 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode cluster random sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan empat variabel yakni tiga variabel bebas: literasi sains, pemahaman Quran hadis dan kecerdasan naturalis dan satu variabel terikat yakni sikap peduli. Literasi sains, pemahaman Quran hadis dan kecerdasan naturalis dikumpulkan dengan instrument soal tes dan variabel sikap peduli lingkungan dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear dan uji F untuk melihat pengaruh kumulatif variabel bebas (X1, X2, X3) terhadap variabel terikat (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Level literasi sains siswa MTs Kota Mataram termasuk katagori rendah. Walaupun demikian, literasi sains berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa MTs di Kota Mataram. Pemahaman Quran Hadis siswa MTs Kota Mataram termasuk katagori sedang. Pemahman Quran Hadis berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa MTs di Kota Mataram. Kecerdasan naturalis siswa MTs Kota Mataram termasuk katagori tinggi. Kecerdasan naturalis berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa MTs di Kota Mataram. Literasi sains, pemahaman Quran Hadis, dan kecerdasan naturalis berpengaruh positif signifikan bersama-sama terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa MTs di Kota Mataram. Pembelajaran qur’an-hadist dan sains tentang lingkungan hidup seharusnya diimbagi dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan nyata.Keywords: Literasi sains, kecerdasan naturalis, Qur’an Hadist, sikap peduli lingkungan.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of scientific literacy, understanding of the Quran-Hadith, and naturalist intelligence on the attitude of environmental care students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the city of Mataram. The population in this study were all Tsanawiyah Madrasa students in Mataram City in class IX in 2019/2020, totaling 1,440 people. The sample is determined by the cluster random sampling method. This research involves four variables, namely three independent variables; scientific literacy, the understanding of the Quran Hadith and naturalist intelligence, and one dependent variable is caring attitude. Science literacy, the understanding of the Quran Hadith and naturalist intelligence are collected with test questions instruments. Besides, environmental care attitude variables are collected by questionnaire instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. Hypothesis testing uses linear regression analysis and F test to see the cumulative effect of independent variables (X1, X2, X3) on the dependent variable (Y). The results showed the level of scientific literacy of students in MTs Mataram City included in the low category. Nevertheless, scientific literacy has a significant positive effect on the attitude of environmental care for MTs students in the city of Mataram. Understanding of the Quran Hadith of MTs Mataram city students including the medium category. Understanding of the Quran Hadith not significant positive effect on the attitude of environmental care MTs students in the city of Mataram. The naturalist intelligence of MTs students in the City of Mataram is included in the high category. Naturalist intelligence has a significant negative effect on the attitude of caring for MTs students in the city of Mataram. Science literacy, understanding of the Quran-Hadith, and naturalist intelligence have a significant positive effect together on the attitude of environmental care for MTs students in the city of Mataram. Abstract

The phenomenon of Islamophobia has increased significantly in recent decades and has evolved from individual prejudice to a systemic global problem. This study aims to analyze global Islamophobia trends by examining the causal factors, social impacts, and the effectiveness of countermeasures. The method used is a qualitative approach through library research using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques on various reputable academic sources over the past ten years. The results indicate that the rise in Islamophobia is influenced by three main factors: the politicization of identity for the sake of power, biased media construction, and minimal social interaction exacerbated by disinformation in the digital space. The resulting impacts are multidimensional, including economic discrimination, mental health disorders, identity crises, and weakened social cohesion in multicultural societies. Meanwhile, countermeasures efforts, both through international policies and social programs, still face various challenges, particularly in implementation and reach. This study emphasizes that addressing Islamophobia requires a comprehensive and integrated approach, encompassing strengthening legal regulations, improving digital literacy, and developing sustainable cross-cultural dialogue. In this way, it is hoped that a more inclusive, just and tolerant global social order will be created.

Abstract

Readiness to face technological developments refers to the readiness of lecturers to adapt to changes in the educationsector, which is increasingly using technology in every process. This readiness to change can be influenced by severalfactors, including work engagement and the psychological capital of the lecturers. This study aimed to explain the roleof work engagement and psychological capital on readiness to change using multiple linear regression analysis. Theparticipants in this study were lecturers from several public and private universities in Indonesia, grouped intoGenerations X and Y. Participants were recruited through convenience sampling, resulting in a total of 273participants. The results showed that work engagement and psychological capital simultaneously influence readiness tochange in Generation Y. Meanwhile, only work engagement can influence readiness to change in Generation X. The resultsof this study offer input for universities in Indonesia regarding recognizing the patterns of adjustment when it comesto each generation’s readiness to change in the face of challenges and demands to use the latest technologies ineducation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the moral education values embedded in Al-Qaul Al-Jaliy by Sheikh Muḥammad bin Ziyād ‘Ālam ad-Dīn dan Muḥammad bin ‘Alī al-Aṭrash and to analyze the methods of value transmission within the context of Islamic education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis, the research identified core values including sincerity (ikhlas), honesty (sidq), humility (tawadhu’), patience and gratitude, respect toward teachers and knowledge, as well as consistency (istiqamah) and responsibility. These values are conveyed through exemplary modeling, habituation, dialogue, and emotional bonding between teachers and students. The findings reveal that this classical Islamic text not only offers deep ethical insights but also provides a pedagogical framework that remains highly relevant in addressing the moral crisis in today’s educational landscape.

Abstract

This current study delves into the strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) in promoting character education grounded in local wisdom. The investigation is guided by a central research question: "How do Islamic boarding schools strategize to promote morality education grounded in local wisdom? Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research design adopted for this study is a case study, conducted at Selaparang Islamic boarding school in West Lombok. Data collection methods encompassed interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analytical procedure employed is the interactive analysis procedure recommended by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, comprising data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study reveals that the promotional strategies employed by Islamic boarding schools in advancing character education based on local wisdom include: first, aligning the vision and mission of the boarding school with local wisdom; second, leveraging social media platforms, specifically Instagram and YouTube channels. The findings of this study contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the promotional strategies implemented by Islamic boarding schools. Furthermore, the study recommends the development of character education promotion strategies grounded in local wisdom through the effective utilization of social media
