Abstract

This research intends to assess how data-driven supervision impacts the utilization of teaching modules from the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. A case study approach was used in qualitative research, which included in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis techniques were employed to analyze the collected data to detect developing patterns and themes. The results show that using data-driven supervision leads to notable enhancements in student engagement and learning results, resulting in a mean rise of 15% in students' literacy and numeracy abilities. Moreover, the research highlights various obstacles encountered by instructors, including restricted availability of resources and training opportunities. Nonetheless, supervising through data offers the essential assistance for overcoming obstacles and encourages educators to engage in self-reflection. To sum up, data-focused monitoring improves teaching quality and supports teachers' growth, leading to an enhanced learning environment for students.Keywords: Learning Outcome, PAUD, PMM, Supervision, Teaching Modul  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai apakah supervisi berbasis data efektif dalam meningkatkan pemanfaatan modul ajar dari Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) di TK Negeri Pembina Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus dalam penelitian kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Informasi yang diperoleh diselidiki dengan menggunakan metode analisis tematik untuk mengungkap pola dan tema yang terbentuk. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menerapkan supervisi berbasis data dapat signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil belajar, dengan rata-rata peningkatan nilai siswa sebesar 15% dalam literasi dan numerasi. Dalam penelitian ini, juga diidentifikasi beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik, seperti kurangnya akses terhadap sumber daya dan pelatihan. Meskipun begitu, pendampingan berdasarkan data dapat memberikan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan membentuk budaya refleksi di kalangan guru. Dengan demikian, supervisi berdasarkan data tidak hanya meningkatkan mutu pengajaran, tetapi juga merangsang pertumbuhan profesionalisme guru, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa secara menyeluruh.Kata Kunci: Hasil Pembalajaran, Modul Ajar, PMM, PAUD, Supervisi.

Abstract

This research evaluates the implementation of managerial supervision to enhance administrative performance in educational institutions. The study aims to analyze how managerial supervision influences administrative efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in schools located in remote or underdeveloped areas. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that effective managerial supervision positively impacts administrative performance by fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and data-driven decision-making. However, several challenges were identified, including limited resources, inadequate training for supervisors, and inconsistent participation from staff. The study highlights the importance of involving all stakeholders in the supervision process to ensure continuous improvement and long-term success in administrative tasks. It also suggests that regular evaluations of supervision practices are essential for identifying areas needing improvement and for refining supervisory methods. Overall, this research underscores the critical role of managerial supervision in driving institutional efficiency and improving the quality of educational administration

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Al-Kautsar Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan, Kota Pontianak dengan pengunaan media loose parts. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan penelitian eksperimen dalam bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. sumber data yaitu anak kelompok B1 usia 5-6 tahun dan untuk memperoleh datanya dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dalam bentuk chek list yang dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kreativitas anak sesudah menggunakan media loose parts berdasarkan data pada observasi awal atau pretest menunjukan kemampuan kreativitas anak 76% dalam kategori mulai berkembang dan 24% menunjukan belum berkembang dengan jumlah rata-rata 11,92%. Kemudian dalam observasi kedua dan ketiga posttest dengan pemberian treatment meningkat dengan data 62% berkembang sesuai harpan dan 32% berkembang sangat baik dengan jumlah rata-rata 20% menunjukan kategori berkembang sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis data dengan dilakukan dengan uji T menunjukkan Hipotesis Nihil (Ho) ditolak dan Hipotesis Alternatif diterima dengan menunjukan 14,137 < 1,782 berarti berpengaruh. Kesimpulannya kegiatan anak menggunakan media loose parts  mempengaruhi kreativitas anak.

Abstract

This study aims to describe counseling teachers' characteristics, learning outcomes, impacts, and efforts in addressing the effects of broken homes on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. The research utilized a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the researcher as the primary instrument. The data analysis involved stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing/verifying conclusions. The results indicated that students from broken homes in the first case exhibited disruptive behavior in class, lacked focus during lessons, failed to complete assignments, frequently used harsh language, skipped classes, were often angry, and achieved low learning outcomes in mathematics, with daily assignment scores of 0 and 70, and test scores of 30 and 50, against the minimum passing grade of 75. In the second case, the students demonstrated a lack of concentration, failed to complete tasks, often isolated themselves, cried frequently, daydreamed, became easily angered, and also had low math scores, with daily assignment scores of 0 and 70, and test scores of 50 and 70, also below the passing grade of 75. The impact of broken homes on these students included decreased learning outcomes, diminished interest in learning, frequent episodes of anger, and a tendency to isolate themselves. Counseling teachers addressed these issues by providing individual counseling services.    ____________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan karakteristik, hasil belajar, dampak, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru BK dalam menangani dampak broken home terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan human instrument sebagai instrumen utama. Analisis data meliputi tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mengalami broken home pada subjek pertama karakteristiknya sering mengganggu teman sekelas, kurang fokus saat belajar, tidak menyelesaikan tugas, sering berbicara kasar, membolos, sering marah, dan memiliki hasil belajar yang rendah dalam mata pelajaran matematika dengan nilai tugas harian 0 dan 70, serta nilai ulangan harian 30 dan 50 dari KKM 75. Pada subjek kedua, karakteristiknya mencakup kurang konsentrasi saat belajar, tidak menyelesaikan tugas, sering menyendiri, sering menangis, melamun, sering marah, dan juga memperoleh hasil belajar yang rendah dalam mata pelajaran matematika dengan nilai tugas harian 0 dan 70, serta nilai ulangan harian 50 dan 70 dari KKM 75. Dampak broken home pada siswa meliputi penurunan hasil belajar, menurunnya minat belajar, sering marah, dan kecenderungan untuk menyendiri. Guru BK mengatasi masalah ini dengan memberikan layanan konseling individual.

Abstract

This study explores the role of collaborative academic supervision in optimizing teacher performance within the framework of the Independent Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum, implemented in Indonesia, emphasizes student-centered learning and encourages teachers to adopt innovative teaching strategies. However, effective implementation requires a supportive environment, where academic supervision plays a crucial role. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews and focus group discussions with educators and school administrators from various educational institutions. The findings reveal that collaborative academic supervision fosters a culture of shared responsibility among teachers, enhancing their professional development and instructional practices. Participants reported that engaging in collaborative supervision activities, such as peer observations and joint lesson planning, significantly improved their teaching efficacy and motivation. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of building strong relationships among educators, as trust and open communication are essential for effective collaboration. The research also identifies challenges, including time constraints and varying levels of commitment among teachers, which can hinder the effectiveness of collaborative supervision. Based on these findings, the study recommends that schools prioritize collaborative academic supervision by providing structured training and allocating time for teachers to engage in these activities. This approach not only improves teacher performance but also contributes to a more dynamic and responsive learning environment for students. Overall, this research underscores the significance of collaborative academic supervision as a strategy to optimize teacher performance and enhance the quality of education within the Independent Curriculum framework.

Abstract

Background: Thematic learning is an effective strategy to address the demands of 21st-century education by integrating critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity through contextual learning environments.Aim: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the thematic approach in improving students' learning outcomes, motivation, and critical thinking skills in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects at SMKN 1 Sukadana.Method: The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. A total of 70 grade XI students were selected as the sample through purposive sampling, divided into experimental and control groups (35 students each). Data were collected using learning outcome tests, motivation questionnaires, and observation sheets. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including t-tests, were conducted after normality and homogeneity tests.Results: The thematic approach significantly enhanced learning outcomes, motivation, and critical thinking skills. The experimental group achieved a 100 percent success rate, compared to 48.57 percent in the control group. Variance in individual responses highlighted differing adaptations to this method.Conclusion: The thematic approach is effective in improving student engagement, motivation, and interdisciplinary learning outcomes, particularly in vocational education. These findings support its implementation as a cross-disciplinary teaching method and provide insights for educational policy development.

Abstract

This article examines the effectiveness of group counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach in reducing social anxiety among children at LPKA Class II Sungai Raya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling using CBT approach in reducing social anxiety among children at LPKA Class II Sungai Raya. The research method used was experimental with a pre-experimental design, specifically the Pre-test-Post-test One Group Design. The sample was taken using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. A total of 8 children with high social anxiety levels were selected from a population of 30 children with high social anxiety levels. Based on the calculation, the average pre-test score was 154.125, and the post-test score was 86.875. Furthermore, the Paired Sample T-test yielded a T-value of 12.052 with a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, and an Effect Size of 7.50 (high), which means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This indicates that there is a significant difference in social anxiety levels among children before and after receiving group counseling using CBT approach. Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach is effective in reducing social anxiety among children at LPKA Class II Sungai Raya.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the effectiveness of group guidance by implementing assertive training in increse the social interaction students at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. With the experimental method, the true experimental design uses a posttest only control design. The research samples was selected using a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The sample consisted of 20 students who were separated into two groups, namely an experimental group containing 10 people and a control group containing 10 people. Data analysis was carried out using the independent sample t-test. The results show that there are differences in the average values obtained from the two groups. The average score for the experimental group that was given tratment in the form of group guidance by applying assertive training was 133,5. Meanwhile, the average score for the control group that was given tratment in the form of group guidance using conventional methods was 107,6. Next, the Sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) of 0,000 < 0,05, indicating a significant difference between the two groups, so Ha is accepted. So it is concluded that group guidance by implementing assertive training is very effective in increasing the social interaction of students at SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak.

Abstract

Prosedur pengelolaan kelas dapat menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung pembelajaran agar dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga perasaan tersebut menimbulkan motivasi belajar pada anak. Penelitian ini berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana guru mengelola kelas dalam menggunakan prosedur pengelolaan kelas dengan menggunakan prosedur preventif dan prosedur kuratif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada mendeskripsikan strategi pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan guru, dengan menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas itu sendiri, yaitu guru kelas B. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa guru menggunakan dua prosedur pengelolaan kelas yang terdiri dari prosedur preventif dan prosedur kuratif. Prosedur preventif yang digunakan terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran diri sebagai guru, meningkatkan kesadaran diri sebagai siswa, guru memiliki sikap ikhlas dan tidak sombong, mengenali dan mencari alternatif pengelolaan kelas, dan membuat kesepakatan. Sedangkan untuk prosedur kuratif, guru menggunakan tiga tahap, yaitu menganalisis masalah, menyampaikan alternatif, dan mendapatkan umpan balik. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan pemikiran bagi para pembaca agar hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi dalam pengelolaan kelas untuk menciptakan kondisi belajar yang kondusif dengan tujuan meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak. Khususnya bagi guru dan calon guru yang tentunya membutuhkan informasi ini agar pembelajaran di kelas menjadi lebih efektif dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sebagaimana yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Ibu Kota Negara Nusantara (IKN) Indonesia adalah sentral dan simbol jati diri bangsa dan negara. Pengembangan dan pembangunan dalam segala bidang perlu dilakukan secara matang. Adanya situasi miskonsepsi terhadap kurikulum merdeka beserta penerapannya, menjadikan kegiatan pendampingan ini sebagai upaya dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas di daerah IKN pada bidang pendidikan khususnya implementasi kurikulum merdeka.. Terdapat empat kegiatan yang dilakukan diantaranya; observasi awal; melaksanakan refleksi; memberikan penguatan dan umpan balik serta melaksanakan evaluasi. Dari hasil kegiatan ini, guru mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka, mulai dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran; implementasi pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) holitik integratif dan program transisi PAUD ke Sekolah Dasar yang menyenangkan. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat terhadap pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas khususnya di Daerah IKN
