Abstract

Permainan sepak takraw adalah jenis permainan tradisional yang telah berkembang dan banyak dikenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Permainan sepak takraw meskipun berkembang baik di masyarakat tetapi di sekolah-sekolah khususnya pembinaan cabang olahraga ini agak terlambat karena kurangnya tenaga pembina, pelatih dan guru pendidikan jasmani yang menguasai teknik, taktik dan seluk beluk tentang permainan sepak takraw. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra kelas X SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari 105 siswa. Sedangkan subjek sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa putra kelas X-IS 1 SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang berjumlah 20 siswa dengan menggunakan metode random sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu atau memberikan perlakuan (treatment) yang diberikan kepada siswa putra kelas X-IS 1 SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang diambil sebanyak 20 siswa. Sedangkan melihat mean hasil akhir kelompok yang dilatih sepak mula bola digantung sebesar 19,05 dan mean hasil akhir kelompok yang dilatih sepak mula bola dilambungkan yaitu sebesar 10,05 membuktikan bahwa hipotesis yang mengatakan latihan sepak mula bola digantung lebih baik hasilnya dari pada latihan sepak mula bola dilambungkan terhadap hasil sepak mula dalam permainan sepak takraw siswa putra kelas X-IS 1 SMA 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya diterima. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, latihan bola digantung, bola dilambungkan, sepak takraw.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of obedience and compensation to performance at the office of the regional secretariat of Pontianak. The sample was 70 employees. The data was collected through questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linier regression. The result showed that obedience has a positive significant relationship to performance, while compensation didn’t have relationship to performance at the office of the regional secretariat of Pontianak.

Abstract

Karimunting Village is a coastal area that has a mangrove with contained several faunas in it, one of which is a fiddler crab. The fiddler crab is a Decapoda ordo and it is included in the Ocypodidae family. This study aims to collect data on the diversity of fiddler crabs in Karimunting Village. The method used in this study is a survey, while the sample is collected by applying the transect line with a purposive sampling technique. The transect line is 500 m length, with a total of three lanes. There are ten plots of 1x1 meter in size in each transect lines to pick up fiddler crabs. Fiddler crabs species were found in 6 species, namely Uca paradussumieri, Uca annulipes, Uca forcipata, Uca rosea, Uca crassipes and Uca tetragonon. The Shannon-Winner species diversity index (H') of fiddler crabs in 1st and 2nd lanes both are categorized medium, while in the 3rd lane is categorized low. The range of values H'=0,3-1,5. The value of species abundance index (Xi) ranges from 3-16.6 ind/m2. The value of evenness index (e) ranges from 0,72 to 0,84. The dominance index value (C) ranges from 0,3 to 0,5 categorized as the absence of the dominant species of fiddler crab. Comparison of species similarity index (IS) for each lane is categorized differently, for the 1st and 2nd lane the index is 91% and categorized as having high species similarity, then in 2nd and 3rd lane the index is 75% and categorized as having a medium species similarity, whereas the index for 1st and 3rd is 60%, therefore it is categorized as having low species similarity.Keyword: Diversity, Fiddler Crab, Karimunting Village

Abstract

Writing skill is one of the English skills which is often regarded as somethingdifficult to master. Students tend to have less attention to this skill. Even worse,some teachers also often lack of attention to it since it requires more time to checkthe students work on writing. Consequently, the students’ writing competenceis difficult to increase. To overcome the problem, the possible alternative theteacher can use is using Project Based Learning since the approach seems to beeffective to improve the students’ writing competence. The other aspect that can possibly influence the writing competence is Motivation Achievement. In this research, the problem investigated is whether or not there is influence usingProject Based Learning and Achievement Motivation in increasing writingability. The kind of research used is experimental research with nonrandomizedcontrol group pretest posttest design. The data analysis used is t-test usingSPSS version 21. The result of the research shows that Project Based Learninginfluences the students’ writing ability, while Achievement Motivation has nosignificant impact on the students’ writing ability.

Abstract

Abstract Road traffic and transportation have a strategic role in supporting national development and integration as part of efforts to advance public welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. As part of the national transportation system, road traffic and transportation must be developed in their potential and role for realizing security, welfare, orderliness of traffic and road transportation in the framework of supporting economic development and development of science and technology, regional autonomy, and accountability of state administration. With regard to the issue of public legal awareness related to the importance of safe and orderly traffic for a culture of obeying traffic, especially among students, extension agents will carry out this legal counseling at SMK Negeri 2 Marabahan, Barito Kuala Regency. Observations made by the extension agents were that SMK Negeri 2 Marabahan was located right on the edge of the Trans Kalimantan Km highway. 24 or a road connecting the South Kalimantan region with Central Kalimantan. Most of the students go to school using two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes) of various types and brands. But the phenomenon of awareness of the law of safe and orderly traffic is very lacking. This can be seen when leaving or coming home from school, it is not uncommon for students to speed, ride more than two people (3 people on a motorcycle), chat while driving simultaneously, use cellphones while driving, vehicles used are not up to standard (modification result) and various types of traffic violations committed. In the observations of the instructor, the above matters are often part of accident cases that often involve school students. Various factors that cause a lack of awareness about driving and traffic in an orderly and safe manner are a lack of understanding and knowledge as well as a lack of socialization or legal counseling to school students, especially in the Anjir Muara and Anjir Pasar areas, Barito Kuala Regency. The purpose of this service is to increase legal awareness and understanding of the students of SMKN 2 Marabahan, Barito Kuala Regency in understanding the importance of orderly and safe traffic in accordance with the legal rules in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. With the increased awareness and understanding of the law, it can minimize the number of violations and cases of traffic accidents involving school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of jockeys in traditional horse racing championships in Central Aceh Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, closed interviews and distributing questionnaires. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data processing techniques using the percentage formula. The results showed that the jockey's interest in horse racing was in the high category with a percentage of 100%. The conclusion of the research is that the support from various parties, both from the family, the environment, and the government, makes the children develop their interest in becoming horse racing jockeys.

Abstract

Saat ini, ISO 9001 telah diadopsi oleh berbagai organisasi di seluruh dunia. Beberapa studi empiris mengungkapkan pentingnya alat manajemen kualitas ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja terus menerus dalam organisasi, untuk memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggan dan mempromosikan daya saing di pasar. Meskipun standar ISO 9001 telah menunjukkan kegunaannya bagi perusahaan dari berbagai sektor, tetapi tidak ada consensus antara praktisi dan cendekiawan apakah ISO 9001 sangat memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meninjau temuan empiris studi, yang menguji hubungan hipotesis antara standar ISO 9001 dan perspektif yang berbeda dari kinerja organisasi, untuk menyajikan agregat gambaran tentang peran standar ISO dalam meningkatkan kinerja dalam organisasi dari sektor yang berbeda. Jadi, penelitian ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi, memilih, dan meninjau empiris studi yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian, dan juga diterbitkan antara 2018 dan 2022. Hasil studi empiris menemukan bahwa ISO 9001 secara signifikan mempengaruhi proses bisnis internal, berkorelasi dengan indikator perspektif inovasi dan pembelajaran pada taraf signifikan. Dan ISO 9001:2015 direkomendasikan untuk diterappak pada Industri pertahanan.

Abstract

The availability of a complete, accurate and up to date islands’ data and information can be a reference for the government in developing the potential of islands in Indonesia. National Team for Standardization Topographic Names (TNPNR) has standardized a number of 13.466 names in the Indonesian island Gazetteer in 2013, including 35 islands in East Lombok. A validation activity through field survey which was conducted in 2016 discovered the discrepancies in toponyms or existing status of several islands in the East Lombok. The wrong toponyms refer to a location that is completely different from the one requested. Therefore, it has fatal consequences and can hinder development. As a follow up, verification and standardization of islands’ name is conducted, which was attended by the Ministry / Agency member of TNPNR as well as the local government. Results of verification set forth in the official report stating that evaluation and correction of the data islands in East Lombok has been conducted, including adjustments of toponym, status and amount to 43 islands.

Abstract

This research-based study aims to analyze how the values of Pancasila are implemented, especially the portrait of the value of unity and integrity which is manifested in the "tri harmony" of religious communities that has existed for a long time in Turi village. As we know, Turi Village, Balun District, Lamongan Regency is a model village which has the title "Pancasila Village". It is hoped that this research will have benefits, especially inspiration for the Indonesian people to emulate the importance of inter-religious harmony in social relations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's interactive model include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the enthusiastic attitude of tolerance of the three religious communities in Turi village has shown that the concept of tri-religious harmony has truly become a real entity there. This of course cannot be separated from the support of all elements of village society and especially the village government, community leaders and the role of youth. The implementation of Pancasila values, especially the third principle, is very strong so that Turi village has the title of being one of the Pancasila villages in East Java. Studi berbasis penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, khususnya potret tentang nilai persatuan dan kesatuan yang terwujud dalam “tri kerukunan” umat beragama yang telah terjalin lama di desa Turi. Sebagaimana yang kita kenal bahwa Desa Turi Kecamatan Balun Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan desa percontohan yang memiliki sebutan “Desa Pancasila”. Penelitian ini diharapkan memiliki daya manfaat khususnya inspirasi bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk meneladani akan pentingnya kerukunan antar beragama dalam hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap antusias dalam bertoleransi dari tiga umat beragama yang berada di desa Turi telah menunjukkan bahwa konsep tri kerukunan antar umat beragama benar-benar menjadi entitas yang nyata di sana. Hal ini tentu tidak terlepas dari dukungan segenap elemen masyarakat desa dan terutama pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat serta peran pemuda. Implementasi nilai-Nilai Pancasila khususnya sila ketiga sangat terlihat kuat sehingga desa Turi memiliki predikat sebagai salah satu Desa Pancasila di Jawa Timur.
