Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarpengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Penempatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda yang bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 101 orang dengan sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 81 orang dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis data masing-masing variabel diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y = 31,471+ 0,245X1 + 0,125X2 + e. Diperoleh R2 sebesar 0,070, yang berarti X1 dan X2 menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 7% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel diluar perusahaan. Uji parsial yang dihasilkan masing-masing variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan signifikansi penelitian lebih kecil dari 0.05, serta hasil perhitungan uji-simultan sebesar 3,929dengan Ftabel 3,11yang artinya Fhitung> Ftabel dengan taraf signifikan(α) < 0,05, yang artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu Komitmen Organisasi dan Penempatan Kerjasecara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kata kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the influence of organization culture and non physical working environment of employee performance at Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Provinsi Sumatera Utara.The research was conducted at Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Provinsi Sumatera Utara with population of employers is 192 people and the sample is 66 people. Obtained the model equation multiple linear regression Y = 16,325 + 0,374X1 + 0,541X2, which means that if organization culture and non physical working environment is zero can explain the employee performance is 16,325 units.With the coefficient of value determination (R2) is 0,227 indicates that organization culture and non physical working environment can explain performance employee of 22,7 % and 77,3 % explained by other factors not included in this research.Based on the test-F obtained value of count F is 9,271 more than value of table F 3,14, it can concluded that organization culture and non physical working environment have influence simultan eously of performance employee. Based on the test-t obtained value of count t of organization culture is 2,186 more than value of table t 1,669, it can concluded that organization culture have influence partialy of performance employee. And non physical working environment have value t is 3,019 more than value table is 1,669, it can concluded that non physical working environment have influence partialy of performance employee. The result of analysis concluded in this research that organization culture and non physical working environment are significantly influence to Employee Performance at   Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Keywords : Employee Performance, Oorganization Culture, Non Physical Working       Environment

Abstract

We hope to learn more about the impact of physical conditions on discrimination in the recruitment process at PT Grab using a qualitative research approach. Qualitative research method is employed to gain a deep understanding of individuals’ experiences with physical conditions in the recruitment process. This includes data coding, theme identification, and analysis of documents related to recruitment procedures at PT Grab, such as company diversity and inclusion policies. This research aims to identify factors influencing discrimination and measure its impact on job opportunities for individuals with physical limitations. Thus, It is anticipated to offer beneficial understandings for recruitment practitioners and human resource management in developing more inclusive recruitment policies. Through insight into the difficulties encountered by individuals with physical limitations, it is hoped that companies can implement more inclusive recruitment policies and create a more welcoming work environment for all individuals. This studies are anticipated to significantly advance the field of literature on employment inclusion and inspire other companies to adopt more inclusive recruitment practices and reduce discrimination in the workplace.

Abstract

The aim of this quantitative research is to find out how interactions between people and delegation of authority influence the work results of North Sumatra governor's office staff. A sample of fifty-five employees was used in all sampling techniques. This research uses Measurement Model Evaluation (Outer Model), Structural Model Evaluation (Inner Model), and Smart PLS 4.0 for Hypothesis Testing as data collection tools. Delegation of Authority has a good and significant influence on the performance of North Sumatra Governor's Office employees by 46.9%, in accordance with the results of research on hypothesis testing. Within the Office of the Governor of North Sumatra, human relations have a good and significant impact on employee performance by 49.9%.

Abstract

Confirming the gender pay gap among Indonesian manufacturing workers is the aim of this research. By using a data collection approach based on reviews, reading sources, and analysis of various references, including books, national journals, international journals, and related articles, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. Despite laws prohibiting gender discrimination in the workplace, research findings show that women are still often paid less than men. The implication of this research is that greater efforts are needed to reduce the gender wage gap in the manufacturing sector. Companies need to improve provisions governing protection, wages and welfare as part of their management, as well as ensure that promotion processes and project assignments are based on individual qualifications, performance and potential, not gender preferences or bias, to achieve better gender equality in manufacturing work environment.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis quality of work life dan human capital pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi pada PT. KP. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi pada PT. KP sebanyak 187 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 18. Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Dan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Quality of work life dan Human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja individu karyawannya. Maka dari itu, untuk menunjang peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan diperlukan Quality of work life dan Human capital yang baik. Yang mana, perusahaan harus memperhatikan karyawan dengan memberikan Quality of work life yang baik sehingga karyawan akan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dan kinerja karyawan akan berdampak positif jika dalam diri karyawan memiliki human capital yang baik. Dengan begitu, karyawan yang memiliki Quality of work life dan Human capital secara bersamaan akan menggunakan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengetahuan, inovasi, dan kemampuan secara optimal yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka dalam bekerja. Hal ini mengingatkan pengelola perusahaan untuk meningkatkan Quality of work life dan mengoptimalkan Human capital untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of wage payment on employee performance of PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali branch. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from various human resource management journals and case studies of these companies. The research shows that the provision of adequate and timely salaries has a positive impact on employee performance, while delays and salary discrepancies lead to poor performance. In addition, the provision of incentives and additional rewards is proven to improve employee performance and motivation, which has a great influence on the company's productivity level in increasing targeted profits. However, PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali branch does not implement this well, marked by several problems that arise in this company, including the level of salary wages. This study concludes that salary, incentive provision, quality of employee performance, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance, which in turn has an impact on productivity and achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

Companies can help their employees better manage their finances through employee benefits programs such as financial counseling and retirement planning assistance. These programs provide employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to make wise financial decisions, thereby improving their financial management capabilities and positively impacting their long-term financial well-being. A good and stable working relationship provides many financial benefits, such as income stability, additional benefits, and company support in professional development and financial management. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection based on a thorough literature search and literature sources. In addition, the psychological and emotional impact of layoffs also needs to be considered as it can threaten employees' quality of life and mental health. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to provide support and assistance programs for employees affected by layoffs to help them recover and achieve financial stability and well-being in the future. Layoffs can have serious consequences including loss of income, cash flow disruption, debt, loss of social security and health insurance, and psychological distress. The negative impact of layoffs is not only limited to finances, but also includes stress, anxiety, depression and disruption of personal relationships. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to work together to provide support and assistance programs to employees affected by layoffs.

Abstract

Perupuk merupakan desa di kecamatan Lima Puluh Pesisir, kabupaten Batu Bara. Kabupaten Batu Bara dikenal sebagai sentra industri songket Melayu Batu Bara di Sumatera Utara. Potensi industrI songket ini belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh mitra dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Pendapatan utama ibu-ibu di desa Perupuk adalah menenun dan menjahit. Namun, masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu kurangnya kreatifitas dalam memanfaatkan tenunan songket Melayu Batu Bara menjadi busana nasional modifikasi ready to wear. Padahal, melalui industri fashion mitra dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan dapat memanfaatkan produk busana menjadi platform pengenalan bentuk warisan budaya melalui tenun songket Melayu Batu Bara. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yaitu memberikan pelatihan pembuatan busana nasional modifikasi ready to wear di desa Perupuk, kecamatan Lima Puluh Pesisir, Kab. Batu Bara. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yaitu penyuluhan, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberi edukasi pengetahuan konsep busana ready to wear. Pengetahuan mitra dalam menciptakan busana ready to wear menggunakan tenun songket Melayu Batu Bara me­ning­kat secara signifikan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan mitra meningkat sebesar 81.6% kategori baik. Mitra mampu menganalisis konsep desain busana ready to wear, pembuatan pola, merubah pola sesuai desain, pengetahuan merancang bahan dan teknik menjahit busana. PKM ini diharapkan mampu membantu mitra dalam memanfaatkan potensi budaya daerah dan penguatan ekonomi masyarakat setempat serta memastikan produk busana ready to wear tetap mempertahankan identitas tenun songket Melayu Batu Bara.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Country Of Origin and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Buying Interest Buldak Bokkeummyeon (Samyang) among students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling, with a total sample of 100 people who are students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurements were made with a Likert scale and were statistically processed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2), which previously had the data tested using the validity test, test reliability and classic assumption test. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results showed that Country Of Origin had a positive effect on Buying Interest and Electronic Word Of Mouth had a positive effect on Buying Interest. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2) yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS for windows 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Country Of Origin berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli dan Electronic Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli.
