Abstract

This study aims to optimize the implementation of financial statements to prevent corruption. Financial statements are defined as a record of information about a company's finances in one accounting period that describes the performance of a company. While corruption is something rotten, evil and destructive, based on this fact, acts of corruption involve; something immoral, rotten nature and circumstances, concerning the position of government agencies or apparatus, misuse of power in office due to gifts, transporting economic and political factors and placing families or groups into the office under the power of the office. This of course greatly violates company ethics, and can reduce the company's image. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through literature studies from various relevant journals. The results showed that financial reports have a significant relationship with corruption. Where corruption is a violation of financial ethics through the practice of embezzlement of funds, and misuse of company assets.

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of this research is to analyze how communication, conflict, work stress, and the work environment affect employee productivity in an organization. Methods. The research method uses a systematic approach by formulating relevant keywords to search for information about the influence of communication, conflict, work stress and the work environment on employee productivity through academic databases and trusted information sources. Findings. (1) Effective communication in the organization, which includes message understanding, conflict management, and transparency, is positively correlated with increased employee productivity; (2) Conflict in the workplace, whether interpersonal, role, or goal, can hinder cooperation, role clarity, and goal alignment, which in turn reduces employee productivity, so effective management of conflict is key in increasing their productivity; (3) Job stress, arising from excessive job demands and lack of social support in the workplace, can significantly reduce employee productivity as well as their well-being; (4) A comfortable, safe and supportive work environment has a positive influence on employee productivity, by increasing physical and psychological comfort and fulfilling basic needs that enable employees to achieve optimal work potential; and (5) Research results at the Tom's Silver Company in Yogyakarta show that communication, a good work environment, and work stress management significantly influence employee productivity, while workplace conflict has a negative impact, although not statistically significant. Implication. This research can provide insight into the factors that influence employee productivity, as well as help in designing more effective management strategies to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

The healthcare industry is experiencing rapid transformations due to technological advancements, demographic shifts, and regulatory changes, which create challenges in maintaining employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee work motivation at PT Deca Metric Medica, a medical device manufacturing company in Indonesia. A qualitative literature review approach was applied by synthesizing academic journals, books, and research articles related to transformational leadership and work motivation. The findings reveal that transformational leadership plays a significant role in inspiring, guiding, and motivating employees through four dimensions: inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These dimensions are found to strengthen employee engagement, foster creativity, and enhance job satisfaction, thereby supporting organizational performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. The study concludes that adopting transformational leadership is an effective strategy for PT Deca Metric Medica to sustain employee motivation and competitiveness. However, as this research is based on literature review, future empirical studies are recommended to validate the findings in organizational contexts.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, organizations encounter persistent challenges in managing business communication across generations. Differences in media preferences, language style, and perceptions of authority often lead to misunderstandings and conflicts among Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z in the workplace. This study aims to examine the distinctive communication patterns of these three generations and to formulate strategic solutions to enhance cross-generational collaboration. Employing a qualitative approach through library research, the analysis was conducted by reviewing academic literature published between 2013 and 2023 and applying content analysis to identify recurring themes. The findings reveal that Generation X favors formal and structured communication, Millennials adopt a balanced and collaborative style, while Generation Z prioritizes fast, digital, and visual interaction. These variations create communication barriers such as technological gaps, differences in expectations of formality, and divergent interpretations of symbols and language. To address these issues, the study proposes six strategic pillars: integrated multi-channel systems, cross-generational communication training, two-way mentoring, adaptive communication protocols, continuous evaluation, and inclusive leadership. The study contributes to organizational communication research by emphasizing the importance of adaptive strategies to build an inclusive culture and demonstrates practical implications for improving teamwork, productivity, and innovation in multigenerational workplaces.

Abstract

This study examines the decision-making process of PT Telkomsel in addressing digital security challenges, particularly in the context of the alert “No System is Safe.” The main problem lies in the increasing cyber threats that jeopardize customer data, corporate reputation, and regulatory compliance, which cannot be mitigated solely by adopting international security standards. The research aims to analyze how decision-making theories, especially bounded rationality, are applied by Telkomsel when responding to uncertain and high-risk situations. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature review method, data were obtained from scholarly journals, corporate policy documents, institutional reports, and media coverage related to digital security and organizational decision-making. The findings reveal that Telkomsel employs a combination of directive, analytical, conceptual, and behavioral decision-making styles, supported by rational, intuitive, participative, and bounded rationality approaches. This integration enables the company to balance speed, accuracy, and adaptability in managing cyber incidents. The study contributes by highlighting that effective digital security management in a large-scale telecommunication company depends not only on technical safeguards but also on the quality of organizational decision-making under uncertainty.

Abstract

PT Garuda Indonesia, as one of the national airlines, faces significant challenges in maintaining team performance and productivity. The main problem lies in the weak and inconsistent implementation of organizational culture aligned with corporate governance principles. This issue leads to decreased work motivation, reduced communication effectiveness, and misalignment between company values and employee behavior, resulting in suboptimal team productivity and overall operational performance.This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on team productivity and provide strategic solutions for PT Garuda Indonesia to improve performance effectiveness through the implementation of a corporate governance-based organizational culture.This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method. Data were collected through a comprehensive analysis of various secondary sources, including scientific articles, books, company reports, policy documents, and media publications relevant to organizational culture and productivity in the aviation sector. The analysis technique involved comparing empirical findings and theoretical perspectives to identify the relationship between organizational culture implementation, corporate governance, and team productivity.The findings indicate that a weak organizational culture can hinder teamwork and productivity. Conversely, a strong, disciplined organizational culture based on Good Corporate Governance values can enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and individual accountability within teams. Corporate transparency and strict enforcement of ethical standards also play an essential role in strengthening a sustainable organizational culture at PT Garuda Indonesia.

Abstract

Keterlambatan pembayaran kompensasi telah menjadi masalah yang signifikan di banyak organisasi, termasuk di PT RNM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan komunikasi konstruktif terhadap penyelesaian masalah kompensasi di PT RNM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif seperti studi kasus pada perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Melalui survei website mengenai kasus ini, terlihat bagaimana pendekatan komunikasi yang efektif dapat membantu dalam menyelesaikan dan mencegah permasalahan kompensasi yang muncul. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan komunikasi konstruktif, yang melibatkan dialog terbuka, empati, dan solusi kolaboratif, dapat mengurangi konflik dan meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya menerapkan strategi komunikasi yang lebih efektif dalam menangani masalah kompensasi di PT RNM dan organisasi sejenis. Dengan memperkuat komunikasi antara pimpinan dan karyawan, perusahaan dapat memperbaiki iklim kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) massal berdampak signifikan bagi karyawan dan organisasi. Studi ini menganalisis dampak PHK massal di PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari berita, jurnal akademis, dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait yang dilakukan oleh jurnalis TV. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PHK massal menyebabkan penurunan kesejahteraan ekonomi, ketidakstabilan finansial, serta tekanan psikologis pada karyawan. Bagi perusahaan, PHK berdampak pada penurunan moral kerja, gangguan produktivitas, dan citra perusahaan yang memburuk. Ketidakpastian ekonomi dan sosial juga memicu stres berkepanjangan bagi karyawan terdampak. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan lebih manusiawi dalam proses PHK, seperti pemberian pesangon memadai dan program pelatihan keterampilan. Perusahaan juga disarankan meningkatkan dukungan psikologis dan finansial serta menerapkan komunikasi transparan guna mengurangi dampak negatif PHK bagi karyawan dan organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify various errors that contribute to the failure of human resource management in making a safety assurance plan for workers in a company, which has an impact on providing a dangerous working environment for employees. In addition, this research also focuses on presenting strategies in the form of solutions that can be applied to overcome this problem in the context of human resource management.The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which presents descriptive theories that have a relationship with the problem, in its presentation is also supported by accurate, up-to-date data, and various literature reviews. The population that is the object of the study is employees who experience the harmful impact of the work environment in the company due to mismanagement in managing the company, which ultimately causes losses and triggers the absence of safety for workers at work. The results of this study will be in the form of an analysis of company management failures and effective strategies to be applied in company management planning to reduce the risk of a dangerous environment for workers or employees in a company.

Abstract

Kebaya merupakan busana nasional wanita Indonesia yang mencerminkan keanggunan, keindahan, dan identitas budaya bangsa yang memiliki nilai estetika tinggi. Seiring meningkatnya permintaan kebaya dengan desain modern, kreatif, dan inovatif, peluang usaha penyewaan busana menjadi semakin menjanjikan di tengah pesatnya perkembangan industri mode dan ekonomi kreatif. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, kreativitas, produktivitas, dan daya saing mitra NF Gallery dalam mengembangkan berbagai varian produk kebaya berbasis rental busana yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan secara sistematis dan terukur. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengembangan desain kebaya, pembuatan pola, teknik pemotongan dan penjahitan, proses finishing, quality control, serta strategi pemasaran digital melalui platform media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dari 51,5% menjadi 82% setelah pelatihan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas teknis, kreativitas, profesionalisme, serta kemandirian mitra dalam mengembangkan usaha kebaya berbasis rental busana yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan.
