Abstract

Perusahaan pada umumnya mempunyai pemangku kepentingan, pemangku kepentingan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yang terdiri dari pemangku kepentingan internal seperti pemegang saham, manajer dan eksekutif puncak, dan karyawan, atau pihak eksternal seperti pemerintah dengan peraturannya, media dengan pemberitaannya, dan pelanggan dengan kebutuhannya. Perusahaan harus mampu menciptakan hubungan baik dengan pemangku kepentingan baik internal maupun eksternal. Stakeholder eksternal merupakan unsur yang tidak dapat dikendalikan oleh perusahaan, salah satu pemangku kepentingan eksternal utama yang harus menjadi perhatian perusahaan adalah pelanggan, tanpa pelanggan membeli produk yang ditawarkan maka perusahaan tidak dapat berjalan. Pelanggan adalah raja yang mempunyai keputusan dalam memilih apa yang diinginkan. Pelanggan merupakan incaran setiap perusahaan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pelanggan menguasai pasar, segala upaya terbaik dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, dengan terciptanya hubungan yang baik maka akan tercipta citra perusahaan yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional serta pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan sebagai responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda melalui program SPSS versi 30 untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan pelatihan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, baik kecerdasan emosional maupun pelatihan masing- masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bagi upaya pengembangan kualitas kinerja karyawan di bidang pelayanan publik melalui peningkatan kecerdasan emosional dan pelatihan yang relevan. Adapun saran yang diberikan berupa agar Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran dan Penyelamatan melakukan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala dan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif.

Abstract

This journal explores the importance of transparency in effective communication at PT Alpen Food Industry regarding overtime wages in work contracts. Using qualitative literature study methods, this research investigates various literature sources relevant to this topic. An in-depth analysis of the literature reveals that transparency in organizational communications plays a crucial role in building trust, minimizing conflict, and increasing employee engagement. By using a qualitative approach, this research obtained an in-depth understanding of the importance of transparent communication in the context of overtime wages at PT Alpen Food Industry. The practical implication of this research is the need for companies to increase transparent communication as a foundation for healthy relationships between management and employees. This research contributes to further understanding of communication dynamics in human resource management and sustainable organizational development.

Abstract

This journal reveals issues at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) due to a lack of communication involving the Lapkeu Garuda turmoil, which implicates the OJK (Financial Services Authority), primarily stemming from miscommunication problems between the OJK and Garuda Indonesia's management. Insufficient communication adversely impacts the company's performance and results in inaccurate and non-transparent financial reporting. Utilizing a qualitative literature review method, this research investigates various relevant literature sources on the topic. The study aims to explore the significance of transparency concerning the communication deficit at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero), particularly regarding the Lapkeui Garuda turmoil and the OJK's role in financial statement analysis. This journal provides practical implications, indicating that transparency in financial reporting is not only an obligation but also a long-term investment for sustainability and company growth. The company needs to enhance both internal and external communication and improve collaboration with regulators to ensure adequate transparency in financial information dissemination. Collaborative efforts will aid in restoring stakeholder trust, reducing reputation risks, and establishing a strong foundation for sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Vertical communication is the process of exchanging information, ideas, or instructions that occurs between various hierarchical levels or strata in an organization. This research aims to analyze and improve the effectiveness of vertical communication in the PT Pos Medan company environment through an analytical approach to the dynamics of interaction between hierarchical levels. Effective vertical communication is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of information and coordination within the organization. In this research, we use an analytical approach to understand communication patterns between management levels, identify factors inhibiting communication, and evaluate strategies that can improve collaboration and coordination between organizational levels.

Abstract

This research aims to identify horizontal communication barriers faced by PT Masterindo Jaya Global Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, descriptive data were obtained through literature study and observation of the research subjects, namely companies in Indonesia that experience horizontal communication problems. The results of qualitative data analysis show that communication barriers between units within the company can interfere with operational efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the findings, several solutions are proposed, such as choosing the right communication method, using easy-to-understand language, giving and asking for feedback in communication, increasing openness, maintaining harmonious inter-personal relationships, planning job placements correctly, and clarifying relationships within the organization. This research is expected to provide better insight into horizontal communication and provide guidance for managers and management system developers to improve communication effectiveness within the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of wage payment on employee performance of PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali branch. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from various human resource management journals and case studies of these companies. The research shows that the provision of adequate and timely salaries has a positive impact on employee performance, while delays and salary discrepancies lead to poor performance. In addition, the provision of incentives and additional rewards is proven to improve employee performance and motivation, which has a great influence on the company's productivity level in increasing targeted profits. However, PT Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Bali branch does not implement this well, marked by several problems that arise in this company, including the level of salary wages. This study concludes that salary, incentive provision, quality of employee performance, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance, which in turn has an impact on productivity and achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

Companies can help their employees better manage their finances through employee benefits programs such as financial counseling and retirement planning assistance. These programs provide employees with the necessary knowledge and tools to make wise financial decisions, thereby improving their financial management capabilities and positively impacting their long-term financial well-being. A good and stable working relationship provides many financial benefits, such as income stability, additional benefits, and company support in professional development and financial management. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection based on a thorough literature search and literature sources. In addition, the psychological and emotional impact of layoffs also needs to be considered as it can threaten employees' quality of life and mental health. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to provide support and assistance programs for employees affected by layoffs to help them recover and achieve financial stability and well-being in the future. Layoffs can have serious consequences including loss of income, cash flow disruption, debt, loss of social security and health insurance, and psychological distress. The negative impact of layoffs is not only limited to finances, but also includes stress, anxiety, depression and disruption of personal relationships. Therefore, it is important for companies and governments to work together to provide support and assistance programs to employees affected by layoffs.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Locus of Control, Work Stress, Workload on Employee Performance of PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan Medan Branch. The sample consists of 80 people who are permanent employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Branch Tuasan Medan with the sample technique using total sampling. Data collection through distributing questionnaires, with the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method. The results of this research show that Locus of Control has a positive effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance and Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. PDAM Tirtanadi Branch of Tuasan Medan is then given some suggestions in this article.

Abstract

PeneIitian ini guna melihat efek Capability dan Pengembangan Karir pada Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengatur Beban (UP2B) Sumatera Bagian Utara. Mode peneIitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampe adaIah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sample ada sebanyak 51 Karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengatur Beban (UP2B) Sumatera Bagian Utara. Data yang dipakai di peneIitian ini ialah data primer yakni hasil kuesioner, serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari PT PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pengatur Beban (UP2B) Sumatera Bagian Utara. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai di peneIitian ini ialah uji validitas, uji relibealitas, uji normaIitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, regersi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji koefisien determinasi pakai bantuan software SPSS. Perolehan studi ini melihatkan Capability berdampak positif dan signifikan sekaidah parsiaI pada kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir berdampak positif dan signifikan sekaidah parsiaI pada kepuasan kerja, serta Capability dan pengembangan karir berdampak sekaidah positif dan signifikan sekaidah simultan pada kepuasan kerja. Uji koefisien determinasi melihatkan nilai R square 0,860 bermakna pengaruh Capability dan pengembangan karir pada kepuasan kerja sebesar 86,0% meski sisanya diimbasi oleh variable lain yang tak diuji dalam peneIitian.
