Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Asosiatif. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi penelitian di PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama berjumlah 100 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi, lingkungan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Sumbangan pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Baniah Rahmat Utama adalah sebesar 47,4% dan sisanya sebesar 52,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis customer satisfaction dalam layanan online food delivery: peran product involvement, brand familiarity, dan consumer attitudes pada pengguna grab food dan shopee food di kota medan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh konsumen Shopee Food fan Grab Food di Kota Medan. Untuk sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik penelitian random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  product involvement dan brand familiarity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Product involvement dan brand familiarity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap consumer attitudes. Consumer attitudes berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Sehingga consumer attitudes dapat memediasi product involvement dan brand familiarity terhadap customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal eksplanatori terhadap 145 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green products dan green packaging berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention. Green packaging juga berpengaruh terhadap brand loyalty, sementara green products tidak berpengaruh. Selain itu, brand loyalty terbukti memediasi pengaruh green packaging terhadap repurchase intention.

Abstract

The development of information technology requires the younger generation to not only have digital skills, but also strong character based on moral and religious values. This community service activity aims to shape the digital character of students at Nusantara Junior High School in Sorong City through computer network cabling training combined with the instillation of values of discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and integrity as socio-religious values. The implementation of the activity included needs assessment, socialization, material delivery, practical training, and evaluation. The training focused on introducing network devices, protocol configure, cabling techniques using UTP cables, installing RJ-45 connectors, using crimping pliers, and testing the results using a LAN tester. The results of the activity show that students not only understand the basic concepts of computer networks and are able to carry out cabling practices independently, but also show an increase in positive attitudes such as accuracy, teamwork, and discipline during the training process. This activity shows that combining digital literacy and religious values can be an effective strategy in shaping students' digital character while improving their technical competence in the technological era.

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, the digital divide in high school education, particularly in urban areas like Medan, limits students' access to modern design tools such as Figma for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) prototyping. This community service activity aims to bridge this gap by providing basic Figma training to 25 Class XI students at SMA Wiyata Dharma. The implementation involved a two-day interactive workshop, covering UI/UX concepts, basic tools (shapes, text, auto-layout), and wireframe/prototype creation for educational apps. Methods included lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, supported by printed modules and free Figma accounts. Evaluation via pre- and post-tests (10 multiple-choice questions) showed a significant improvement from an average score of 45% to 78% (73% increase, p<0.05 via t-test), while partner satisfaction averaged 4.8/5 on a Likert scale. This confirms the hypothesis of at least 25% enhancement in UI/UX understanding, fostering digital creativity and career readiness.

Abstract

Provision for early accounting learning will be an important foundation in forming financial literacy skills for students. This paper aims to provide an understanding of the accounting cycle from beginning to end as a basis for preparing financial reports for SMA Providentia. This community service (PKM) activity is carried out using three methods, namely: (1) Explanation of the theory given in the form of a Module, (2) Using an approach based on Practice Questions and Group Discussions, and (3) Using a Games approach in groups as a form of feedback. This PKM activity was carried out on April 24, 2025, at 10.00 a.m onsite. The training was attended by 19 grade 12 students. The training was divided into 3 sessions. In general, the results of this PKM activity were quite successful in providing basic knowledge regarding the accounting cycle. This can be seen from the discussion of questions and quizzes given to participants who did not previously understand the accounting cycle. From the results of interviews conducted by the team with participants, they stated that they were satisfied with the delivery of the material provided.

Abstract

Developing telecommunications infrastructure is vital for national advancement improving connectivity to accelerate information flow and access to public services Effective base station planning prioritizes maximizing network coverage in densely populated areas However traditional visualization methods often fall short in identifying regions with the highest population density This study addresses this gap by applying a sector expansion algorithm to select optimal base station locations within the most densely populated sectors achieving more balanced network coverage Using Indonesia s population data and administrative boundaries optimal base station locations are determined with DBSCAN and K Means clustering algorithms The network s reach is then enhanced through sector expansion to increase coverage in areas with high population density by selecting new base station locations based on the densest sector around a primary station The candidate station is positioned at a distance of three quarters of twice the radius of the primary station optimizing coverage while remaining close to existing network resources The evaluation compares population coverage before and after sector expansion assessing connectivity between base stations and distribution efficiency Results show that sector expansion increased population coverage on Lombok Island from 15 94 to 99 14 with the most populated base station covering up to 34 274 people enhancing distribution efficiency < p>

Abstract

This study aims to develop and examine the feasibility of a student worksheet for teaching electric circuits based on the Arakan Sahur miniature integrated with the STEM approach. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the Develop stage. The subjects involved two expert validators, one physics teacher, and 12 Grade XII students of SMAN 9 Kota Jambi in a limited trial. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, including expert validation sheets and practitioner and student response questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques with a Likert scale and percentage calculations. The validation results showed that the student worksheet achieved a very good category in both material and media aspects after revision. Student responses indicated very high levels of attractiveness, while practitioner responses reached a very good category in all assessed aspects. The integration of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through the local cultural context of Arakan Sahur contributes to making electric circuit learning more contextual, meaningful, and capable of enhancing students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills in physics education.
