Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve basic motor skills Zapin dance in sdn 143 Pekanbaru by applyinglearning model Explicit Instruction for cultural arts lessons and skills. The subjects were students of class V SDN 143 Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017 the number of students 23 people. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. Instruments of data collection in this study is the observation sheet teacher, student observation sheet, rubric assessment process, and outcome assessment rubric. These results suggest that application oflearning model Explicit Instruction can improve basic motion dance Zapin fifth grade students of SDN 143 Pekanbaru. In preliminary data the average value of the basic motor skills Zapin dance student 43.69. In the first cycle the average value of 66.67 students and an increase of 52.60% from the initial data. Meanwhile, the second cycle of the average value of students increased to 85.44 and increased by 28.02 from the cycle I. This indicates that the application oflearning model Explicit Instruction can improve basic motion dance Zapin fifth grade students of SDN 143 Pekanbaru Key Words: learning Explicit Instruction model, zapin dance Capabilities

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted because of the low of science learning result of grade V students of SD Negeri 7 Titi Akar, Minimum Criteria of Completeness (KKM) set at school, that is 70. From 20 students, the Minimum Exhaustiveness Criterion (KKM) is only 9 students (45 %), while students who have not reached KKM there are 11 students (55%) with an average grade grade 67.25. to overcome these problems then the researchers apply cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SD Negeri 7 Titi Akar with the application of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). The result of data analysis is known at the initial score of the student's average score is 67.25 increase in Cycle I to 72,00, and in Cycle II it increases again to 77,25. Improvement of classical completeness of student learning outcomes, at 45% initial scores increased in Cycle I to 80%, in Cycle II increased again to 85%. Overall there was an increase of 40%. Activity of teachers, on Cycle I the average percentage of teacher activity is 66.16% with Good category increased in Cycle II to 91.60% with Excellent category. Overall there was an increase of 25.44%. Student activity also increased, in Cycle I the average percentage of student activity was 62.50% with Good category increased in Cycle II to 91.60% with Excellent category. Overall increase in student activity by 29.10%. The increase in the percentage of teacher and student activity was also accompanied by the increase in the average score of the students' learning outcomes from the initial score of 67.25 to the end of Cycle II to 77.25. From the data of the research analyst, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can improve the learning outcomes of science students of grade V SD Negeri 7 Titi Akar.Keywords: Co-operative type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS), study result of science

Abstract

Abstract: One of several factor which influenced learning process of students is motivation. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence student motivation and to know which one of the most dominant factor affecting students' motivation of fourth grade students of SDN cluster 4 in Limapuluh district Pekanbaru city. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique in this research is cluster sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the factors that influence student motivation is divided into two, namely, internal factors and external factors. To find out the analysis of the factors affecting learning motivation comes from internal factors, it can be seen from the response to the survey respondents, 82.2% confidence, interest at 69.7%, 82.7% health, and 72.9% intelligence. From the calculation results of data analysis obtained by percentage of internal factors with the percentage of 76.87% in the category always. While the factors that influence student motivation in terms of external factors each sub-indicators can be seen from the research respondents 77.7% teacher strategies, 85.3% family environment, 85% school environment, and 80.5% the environmental community. From the calculation results of data analysis obtained by percentage of external factors with the percentage of 82.1% to the category of always. From the data analysis it can be concluded that the most dominant factor in influencing learning motivation of fourth grade students of SDN cluster 4 in Limapuluh district Pekanbaru city influenced by external factors.Keywords: Motivation In Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This research has a purpose to increase the result of students’ mathematic lesson in fourth grade of SD Negeri 038 Balam Sempurna Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah. This research had done in March until April 2015. This subject of the research are the students in fourth grade of SD Negeri 038 Balam Sempurna Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah which are 28 person. The result of students’ mathematic lesson is low because of the teacher is never give the contextual problem to the students and the teacher is never allow the students finished the contextual problem in their days of life. The formulation of problem research is: is the implementation of mathematic realistic on Indonesia can increase the result of students’ mathematic lesson in fourth grade of SD Negeri 038 Balam Sempurna Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah. This thesis presented the increasing of the students’ test result with the implementation of mathematic realistic on Indonesia. This research consist of two cycles with research’s instruments are learning instruction ( silabus, RPP, LKS, test), observation sheet of teacher and student. The result of the students’test indicated the increasing from the first score at the first cycle which has the average 65,07 become 79,11 at the end of first cycle and rose again at the end of second cycle which has the average 83,04. So that, the increasing of the test result from the first score to the first cycle is 14,04 point which is the precentage of increasing is 21,58%, whereas from the first cycle to the second cycle is 3,93 point which is the precentage of increasing is 27,62 %. The result of the analysis of the students activities’ data at the first cycle in first meeting is 54,16% and at the second meeting get increasing become 66,67%. At the second cycle in first meeting is 83,33% get increasing become 95,83% in second meeting. Whereas the teacher activities’ data at the first cycle in first meeting is 58,33% get increasing in second meeting become 83,33%. At the second cycle in first meeting is 86,11% get increasing in second meeting become 91,67%. So that, the implementation of mathematic realistic on Indonesia can increase the result of students’ mathematic lesson in fourth grade of SD Negeri 038 Balam Sempurna Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah.Key Word : Implementation of Mathematic Realistic On Indonesia, The Result of Mathematic Lesson.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is dilator by the low of learning result of class V SDN 5 Tanjung Punak in math subjects. Can be seen from the Minimum Criteria of Completeness (KKM) defined by the school that is 65, from 21 students of class V that reach KKM is 9 students (42,86%) and who do not reach KKM is 12 students (57,14%) with average class 60,81. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes of grade V SDN 5 Tanjung Punak with the application of cooperative learning model type numbered heads together. This study presents the learning results obtained from Daily Deuteronomic values before the action with an average of 60.81 increased to 73.57 in cycle I, and increased again to 77.61 in cycle II. Teacher activity in the first cycle of the first meeting is 50% with sufficient criteria, the second meeting with a value of 70.83% with good criteria. In cycle II first meeting, teacher activity is 75% with good criterion, and at second meeting is 83,33% with very good criterion. Student activity on first cycle of first meeting is 37,5% with less criterion, second meeting is 70,83% with good criterion. In cycle II first meeting, student activity is 75% with good category, and at second meeting is 83,33% with criteria very good. Based on the results of this study, it can be proven that the application of cooperative learning model numbered heads together type can improve student learning outcomes of grade V SDN 5 Tanjung Punak.Keywords: numbered heads together, mathematics learning result

Abstract

ABSTRACT : The problem in this study is the low mathematics learning outcomes 029 fourth grade students of SDN Sungaipinang District of mine. This is caused by (1) the teacher did not apply the model / strategies in the learning process, (2) the teacher does not involve students in the learning process, (3) the teacher does not use the media time learning process. It can be seen symptoms include (1) the student is not able to complete the tasks set by the teacher, (2) students do not want / are afraid to ask, (3) the student is not able to develop his ideas, (4) in a group of only a few students working. It is necessary for the study of learning with the application of the learning model with the nominal group technique. In a study with the application of cooperative learning model with the nominal group technique, students are required to think themselves in solving the problems so that students can provide the best answer without any influence from other people's thinking. The study is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes 029 fourth grade students of SDN Sungaipinang Mining District of Kampar district. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning model with nominal group technique can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes, namely an increase in the activity of the teacher and student activities. In the first cycle of teacher activity with an average 68,75% increase in cycle II to 83,75%, while the activity of students in the first cycle an average of 67,5% increased by 89,25% in the second cycle. Then, in the classical mastery learning in the first cycle is of 18 students, 10 (55,55%) students who completed, the second cycle increased to 15 (83,33%) students who completed. On improving student learning outcomes before the procedure, namely the average of 51,66, while the average student learning outcomes after the action is increased at the end of the first cycle replicates (59,72) and then increased in the second cycle (75,27). This means that the application of Cooperative Learning Model with Nominal Group Technique to Improve Student Learning Outcomes Math.Keywords : Cooperative Learning With Nominal Group Technique, Results Learning Mathematics

Abstract

Abstract: Low level of understanding of the reading skills of students because teachers rarely apply various learning methods, students are trained in reading comprehension through processes or stages that should have been done. Data obtained from the total number of students that add up to 20 students, which can achieve good category revealed nothing. As many as 7 students are on a category, and 10 students are in the category of less. This means that as many as 85% of students do not have the ability of reading comprehension, with the average classroom reached only 59,25. This type of research is research conducted a class act by applying the method of learning survey, question, read, recite, and review (SQ3R) which aims to improve students' reading comprehension at fourth grade students' of elementary school 010 merempan hilir siak regency. This research was carried out on the even semester academic year 2016/2017 with the subject grade IVA consisting of 12 male students and 8 female students. Before the research is done, the researchers prepare a learning device in the form of the syllabus, RPP and LKS, as well as the data collection instruments in the form of sheets, teacher observation of student observation sheet, and the problem repeats daily. After research by application method SQ3R is done, there is an increase in the average reading skills of students understanding of the base score to evaluation I daily of 6.7%, from 59.25 rose to 63.25 and cycle II happen again increased an average of 39.2% reached 82.5. The results of the data analysis activities teachers and students also experienced an increase in both the cycle. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the method of survey, question, read, recite, and review (SQ3R) can improve students' reading comprehension at fourth grade students' of elementary school 010 merempan hilir siak regency.Key Words: Reading, Comprehension, sq3r

Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of research were to improve student’s study result of social sciences by implementation cooperative learning talking stick type. The background of the problem in this research was the poor students’ achievements in social sciences, it can be seen on students’ social sciences scores. There were 21 of 35 students who had not achieved the Achievement Standard (60.00%), while the ones who achieved were only 14 students (40.00%), and the average scores of the class was 65.14. The Achievement Standard that school determines is 70. The method of research was classroom action research implemented in two cycles that consist of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected by observation technigue, test technigue and documentary technigue. The instrument of data collection used observation sheet and test student’s result . At the first meeting in cycle I, the percentage of teachers’ activity was 62.50% which is categorized as good. At the second meeting, the percentage increased to 75.00% which is categorized as good. At the first meeting in cycle I, the percentage increased to 83.33% that is categorized as very good. At the second meeting the percentage increased to 91.66% which is categorized as very good. The students’ activities had increased. At the first meeting in cycle I, the students’ activities gained 70.83% which is categorized as good, while at the second meeting in cycle I the students’ activities gained 75.00% which is categorized as good. At the first meeting of cycle II, the percentage increased to 83.33% that is categorized as very good, while at the second meeting the percentage increased to 95.83% which is categorized as very good. The average of students’ achievements before the implementation cooperative learning talking stick type was 65.14 which increased to 72.14 in cycle I, and increased again to 85.57 in cycle II. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model on the ability to read paragraphs of Elementary School students 034 Taraibangun. The sample in this research is class IVA as experiment class which amount to 38 students, and class IVC as control class which amounted to 40 students. The method used in this research is the experimental method (Quasi Experimental design) with the research design is nonequivalent control group design. The instrument of this research is a multiple choice of 25 items that will be used as a data collection tool. There is a significant difference in the reading ability of the paragraph between the experimental class and the control class. In the experimental class by applying the average CIRC model of pretest 35.37 to 84.94 on the posttest with an average gain increase of 0.756 with strong category. While in the control class with ordinary learning there is also an increase from the average of 41.30 to 77.20 on the posttest with an average gain increase of 0.609 with the medium category. Big influence seen from the research data correlation coefficient of 0.803 with very strong category, sehinggan CIRC learning model affect the ability to read paragraphs of students by 64.5% while 35.5% reading ability paragraphs students are influenced by other factors.Keywords: CIRC Learning Model, Reading Paragraph

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to find out the quality of grain of odd semester exam of grade V SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru in the academic year 2016/2017 in terms of conformity with indicators, difficulty level, distinguishing factor, validity of item and test reliability. This research type is descriptive Quantitative by using statistical calculation. The study population included all students of grade V of SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru as many as 177 people. The subjects of this study are the students of grade V of SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru and grain of the odd semester exam of academic year 2016/2017 in class V SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru. The items used are the items of Indonesian, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Civics which are subjects held by every homeroom teacher in the school. The result of the analysis of the odd semester test item in grade V of SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru when viewed in terms of construction, materials, and language is categorized very well. The results of the research Based on the validity of the items indicate that the valid item grains totaling 112 items and the items are invalid amounted to 63 grains. Based on Reliability including the problem that has a high reliability of 0.84. Based on the Power of Differentiating the problem with good category consists of 28 items with very good distinguishing power, 33 items good question, 39 items enough, 58 items about ugly, and 16 items very ugly matter. Based on the level of difficulty as a whole indicates that the item is very difficult 3 grains, hard 7 grains, medium 75, easy 51 grains, and very easy 39 grains. Of the overall items raised in the test that obtained good soso and can be used as much as 75 items with 42.8% of the items must be fixed 58 by 33.2%, and 42 items with 24% can not be used.
