Abstract

Many studies have examined the impact of multimedia learning on students' mathematical creativity, but the results are mixed. As multimedia learning has been researched for decades in various subjects and schools, this meta-analysis study aims to synthesize the latest findings on the impact of multimedia learning, particularly on students' mathematical creativity in science learning. Data were obtained from relevant primary research published in national and international journals or proceedings during 2016-2023. This research design uses a meta-analysis approach by analyzing 33 effect size studies that meet the inclusion criteria using systematic review and meta-analysis. The role of science in this context is to ensure that an understanding of students' mathematical creativity is accompanied by a deep understanding of the underlying scientific principles. JASP software was used to measure the Hedges g formula to determine the effect size. The results showed that multimedia learning influences students' mathematical creativity (gRE = 0.768; 95% CI [0.654; 0.882]; p < 0.001) when compared to traditional learning. The results of this study provide important information for further meta-analysis studies and the application of multimedia learning to improve students' mathematical creativity in science learning.

Abstract

In general, companies listed on the stock market prioritize share price increases as a measure of their value. This was done in an effort to attract investors to contribute to the business. Various variables that influence stock prices include profitability, Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE). In theory, profits in Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Assets (ROA) are correlated with higher stock prices, however, at PT. XL Axiata Tbk., these three ratios experienced fluctuations from 2019 to 2023, even in 2023 they indicated an increase. PT. XL Axiata Tbk, but share prices are expected to fall in 2022–2023. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock prices. In this research, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze quantitative data using the SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) application program. Based on the research results, there is no real relationship between stock prices and Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Return on Assets (ROA), with respective significance values ??of 0.467, 0.134, and 0.157.

Abstract

The role of the Luwu Regency Environmental Service in efforts to control environmental damage due to illegal mining in Kadundung Village, Latimojong District. Aims to determine the role of the Luwu Regency Environmental Service in controlling environmental damage due to illegal mining in Kadundung Village, Latimojong District. and factors that hinder controlling environmental damage in Kadundung Village, Katimojong District, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is the Empirical Legal Method with a Case and Law Approach. And the data sources for this research are sources, primary data, secondary data sources and tertiary data sources and the data instruments for this research are humans themselves, meaning that researchers first need to fully understand the situation in this research. The research results show that the role of the Luwu Regency Environmental Service in controlling environmental damage is to make efforts to encourage and socialize the community so that they always comply with applicable regulations related to mining business permits and the factors that hinder the control of environmental damage are the lack of public awareness in maintaining environmental sustainability and also the lack of funds at the Environmental Service and the lack of field transportation equipment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, debt levels and company size on tax avoidance. The sample in this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2023 period. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 23 mining companies. Testing in this research uses the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis tool and data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the profitability variable has no effect on tax avoidance, the level of debt has no effect on tax avoidance, company size has no effect on tax avoidance. The variables profitability, debt level and company size together have a significant effect on tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effectiveness of the use of derivative instruments in financial risk management. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this study are that risk cannot be avoided but can be minimized, one thing that can minimize risk is derivative instruments. Derivative instruments are developed in order to manage financial risk. Therefore, there are four derivative instruments used as a company strategy in minimizing financial risk, namely options, forward contracts, future co ntracts, and swaps.

Abstract

                The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the health assessment of commercial banks in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study research design. This study uses a literature review type of various sources of reading articles, books, journals, and publications related to the health assessment of commercial banks, the legal basis of commercial banks, and RGEC. The findings in this study are that the health assessment of commercial banks is based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 4 / PJOK.03 / 2016 concerning the Health Assessment of Commercial Banks. Then the method used in the health assessment of commercial banks is the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method, which includes Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital (RGEC). The health assessment of commercial banks can also be classified into four levels of health, including PK-1 (Healthy / Very good), PK-2 (Quite Healthy / Good), PK-3 (Less Healthy), PK-4 (Unhealthy).

Abstract

Pada saat ini permintaan bahan semakin meningkat dengan sifat mekanis yang baik serta ekonomis. Sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut maka digunakanlah bahan komposit. Komposit adalah gabungan dua atau lebih material yang tercampur secara tidak homogen terdiri dari matriks dan penguat. Berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan umumnya menggunakan satu macam jenis serat sehingga sifat komposit bergantung pada satu serat yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan kombinasi serat daun nanas dan serbuk arang sebagai bahan penguat polymer hybrid composite untuk menghasilkan sifat gabungan antara kedua penguat tersebut. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh variasi penambahan serat daun nanas dan serbuk arang terhadap kekuatan tarik dan ketangguhan impak polymer hybrid composite. Selain itu penelitian bermanfaat memberikan informasi kepada pembaca terkait kekuatan dan ketangguhan polymer hybrid composite dengan penguat serat daun nanas dan serbuk arang. Terdapat tiga variasi perbandingan serat daun nanas dan serbuk arang yaitu 10%:30%, 20%:20%, dan 30%:10% yang digunakan pada uji tarik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tarik meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya fraksi volume serat daun nanas yang diakibatkan oleh pendistribusian beban yang baik serta kemampuan menahan beban tarik yang meningkat. Adapun hasil rata-rata ultimate tensile strength masing-masing 30,15 N/mm2, 41,56 N/mm2, dan 63,59 N/mm2. Sedangkan nilai ketangguhan yang semakin menurun seiring dengan pertambahan serat daun nanas karena ikatan antara serat dengan matriks yang semakin melemah Adapun hasil rata-rata harga impak masing-masing 0,50 J/mm2, 0,44 J/mm2, dan 0,38 J/mm2

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan nata de coco bagi para guru di Kabupaten Bantaeng merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan para pendidik sekaligus sebagai agen perubahan yang dapat mentransfer ilmu ke masyarakat. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru-guru dalam pembuatan nata de coco, sehingga dapat menambah pengetahuan mereka mengenai inovasi pemanfaatan kelapa yang sehat, mudah, murah, dan memiliki nilai ekonomis untuk kesejahteraan warga lokal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yakni pemberian materi, praktek pembuatan nata de coco, serta tahap diskusi dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua guru menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, dan tingkat keberhasilan pembuatan nata de coco mencapai 100%.

Abstract

The productivity of radish plants can be increased using improved varieties and fertilizing the soil to increase its fertility. Using organic fertilizers can improve soil structure and increase productivity on the land. This study aimed to determine the effect of applying organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of radish on alluvial soil. The study was conducted in July-December 2021, using a randomized block design with five treatments and five replications. The treatments were types of organic fertilizers consisting of control, goat manure, chicken manure, ashes (remaining ash from burning leaves), and cow manure. Each type of organic fertilizer was applied with a dose of 6 tons ha-1. The observation shows that the application of chicken manure significantly improves both the vegetative and the generative variables of radish crops. The results of the farm analysis showed that the use of chicken manure yielded more significant benefits, with R/C values of 2.40 and a B/C ratio of 1.40. Abstract

This study explores the concept of interdisciplinary art education as a collaborative and creative teaching strategy in the 21st century learning context. The interdisciplinary approach integrates art with other disciplines such as science and technology to create meaningful, holistic, and contextual learning experiences. Using the literature study method, various research findings and theoretical perspectives were analyzed to synthesize effective interdisciplinary strategies in art education. The results show that collaborative learning fosters communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, while creative learning encourages innovation and self-expression through exploration of digital media and diverse artistic techniques. Teachers play a crucial role as facilitators in designing learning environments that support cooperation and creativity. The interdisciplinary art learning model not only enhances students’ artistic competence but also strengthens critical thinking, adaptability, and social skills. Thus, the integration of collaborative and creative strategies in interdisciplinary art learning is essential for developing adaptive and innovative learners who are ready to face global challenges.
