Abstract

This study describes aspects of symbolic forms that take place in the interaction of speech acts in learning process at IAIN Palopo, namely the formation of patterns of ideological transformation and character in learning process. Furthermore, this study aims to uncover the values of education expressed in the context of learning. The values are expressed through ideology and critical ideas are represented in symbolic forms. This study used Grounded Theory (GT) and ethnographic approach as it explored interaction behavior in learning. The research subjects were lecturers and students through which utterances containing symbolic forms as primary data sources were elicited via audiovisual recording. Data collection techniques used non-participatory observation and documents, while data analysis techniques employed identification, data reduction, interpretation, presentation, explanation, and conclusions respectively. This current study found some aspects of the continuity of ideology and character in the learning interaction discourse at IAIN Palopo transformed using the patterns of (1) interactions/commands, (2) interrogatives/questions, (3) warnings/advising, (4) comparisons, (5) flexibility, (6) flattery/praise, (7) reinforcement, (8) discipline/orderliness, (9) persuasive/promoting, (10) flexibility/acceptance, and (11) participatory. Here, the patterns function as a strategy for the speaker to express ideology and character to express educational values, such as competence, self-motivation, order, creativity, skills, personality, harmonious attitude, and togetherness that is developed through the context of the learning process. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan aspek bentuk simbolik yang berlangsung dalam interaksi tindak tutur pembelajaran di IAIN Palopo, yaitu pembentukan pola transformasi ideologi dan karakter berlangsung dalam pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dinyatakan dalam kontekstualisasi pembelajaran. Nilai tersebut dinyatakan melalui ideologi dan ide kritis direpresentasikan dalam bentuk simbolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis grounded theory (GT) dan etnografi karena kajiannya didasarkan pada perilaku interaksi pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, digunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat alamiah. Subjek penelitian, yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai sumber data primer berupa tuturan (teks lisan) yang mengandung bentuk simbolik disadur melalui alat perekam (handycam). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi (nonpartisipatif), dan dokumen, sedangkan teknik analisis data, yaitu secara bertahap digunakan identifikasi, reduksi data, interpretasi, penyajian, eksplanasi, dan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan ditemukan aspek keberlangsungan ideologi dan karakter dalam wacana interaksi pembelajaran di IAIN Palopo ditransformasi dengan menggunakan pola (1) interaksi/ perintah, (2) interogatif/ pertanyaan, (3) peringatan/ menasihati, (4) perbandingan, (5) keluwesan/ pelenturan, (6) sanjungan/ pujian, (7) penguatan, (8) kedisiplinan/ keteraturan, (9) persuasif/ mempromosikan, (10) fleksibilitas/ penerimaan, dan (11) partisipatif. Pola tersebut menjadi strategi penutur menyatakan ideologi dan karakter untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai pendidikan, seperti kompetensi, motivasi diri, keteraturan, kreativitas, keterampilan, kepribadian, sikap harmonis, kebersamaan yang terbangun melalui proses kontekstualisasi ruang pembelajaran.

Abstract

The study purpose was to analyze the effect of liquidity, firm size, and leverage on profitability in agriculture sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. Profitability, measured by Return on Assets (ROA), reflects a company’s ability to generate earnings from its total assets and serves as a key indicator of financial performance. Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets, and leverage is represented by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). Materials and methods. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from annual financial reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population consisted of 22 agriculture sector companies, with 10 companies selected as samples through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS software. Hypothesis testing included the coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and F-test at a 5% significance level. Results. The results indicated that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Firm size and leverage, however, do not have a significant partial effect on profitability. Simultaneously, liquidity, firm size, and leverage significantly influence profitability. The adjusted R² value of 0.160 shows that 16% of the variation in profitability is explained by the model, while 84% is influenced by other factors outside the research variables. Conclusions. The findings highlight that liquidity stability is a more dominant determinant of profitability in the agriculture sector compared to firm size and leverage. Effective working capital management is therefore crucial to maintaining sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Scaffolding within the REFLECT model (Review, Engage, Focus, Learn, Evaluate, Construct, and Transfer) in fostering students’ reflective and spiritual understanding in Akidah Akhlak learning. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive–interpretative approach using a case study design conducted in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) Study Program at STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with lecturers and students, and analysis of learning documents. The participants consisted of lecturers teaching Akidah Akhlak courses and PGMI students actively engaged in the learning process. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through processes of data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and meaning construction. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic Scaffolding within the REFLECT model facilitates a reflective, collaborative, and transformative learning environment, in which lecturers function as spiritual scaffolders guiding students through processes of muhasabah and tazakkur. This study contributes to the enrichment of scaffolding theory by incorporating the dimensions of ta’dib and tazkiyatun nafs, positioning the model as a holistic Islamic learning paradigm oriented toward the development of spiritually aware, reflective, and morally grounded students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in increasing community income in Serombou Indah Village, Rambah Hilir District. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 15 MSMEs in the culinary sector who run businesses in Serombou Indah Village. The results of the study indicate that MSMEs in the culinary sector have a significant role in increasing community income. Culinary MSMEs are able to create small-scale employment opportunities by involving family members and the surrounding environment, encourage economic development through business development efforts, and create economic equality by utilizing local raw materials. In addition, income obtained from culinary MSMEs is able to meet the household needs of business actors, both as a primary and additional source of income, and contribute to the village economic cycle. Thus, MSMEs in the culinary sector play a role as one of the drivers of the village economy in increasing community income in Serombou Indah Village, Rambah Hilir District, although they still face limitations in capital and marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman nilai-nilai dasar Islam pada anak usia 5–6 tahun, proses penanaman nilai-nilai dasar Islam pada anak usia 5–6 tahun, faktor pendukung dan penghambat penanaman nilai-nilai dasar Islam pada anak usia 5–6 tahun, serta strategi yang diterapkan sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan yang muncul dalam proses penanaman nilai-nilai dasar Islam pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Terpadu Mutiara Islam Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo. Tujuan ini dirancang agar dapat memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang bagaimana pendidikan nilai Islam berlangsung pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi, sehingga hasil penelitian dapat disajikan secara sistematis dan mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman nilai-nilai dasar Islam pada anak usia 5–6 tahun di TKIT Mutiara Islam Wahdah Islamiyah Palopo sudah berkembang dengan baik; anak-anak mampu berdoa, melaksanakan ibadah sederhana, mengenal sifat-sifat Allah Swt., serta menunjukkan akhlak mulia, sopan santun, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Proses penanaman nilai dilakukan secara bertahap, konsisten, dan disesuaikan dengan kemampuan anak, melalui penyampaian nilai yang jelas, interaksi hangat, tanya jawab, dan kegiatan bermain sehingga anak dapat menerapkan nilai secara mandiri. Media pembelajaran Islami yang menarik, seperti buku bergambar, video, dan alat peraga, mendukung pemahaman anak, sementara hambatan muncul akibat pengaruh lingkungan rumah, teman sebaya, dan karakter anak yang masih berkembang. Strategi sekolah dalam mengatasi hambatan meliputi motivasi verbal dan non-verbal, penguatan positif, serta pembelajaran kreatif dan menyenangkan, sehingga membantu anak lebih konsisten menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam suasana belajar yang suportif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) di Pasar Pusat Kecamatan Sinjai Utara, Kabupaten Sinjai, dengan fokus pada variabel harga, kebutuhan, kualitas produk, dan preferensi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari konsumen rumah tangga yang membeli cabai rawit di Pasar Pusat Sinjai Utara. Sebanyak 50 responden dipilih sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, harga, kebutuhan, kualitas produk, dan preferensi keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam membeli cabai rawit. Secara parsial, kebutuhan, kualitas produk, dan preferensi keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan, sedangkan harga tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian lebih dipengaruhi oleh kebutuhan sehari-hari, kualitas produk yang baik, dan preferensi keluarga, daripada hanya oleh harga.
