Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui pengaruh Minat Mahasiswa terhadap Profesi Akuntansi (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Akuntansi FEB UMHT). (2) Untuk mengetahui Sertifikasi Akuntansi Chartered Accountant (CA) terhadap terhadap Profesi Akuntansi (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Akuntansi FEB UMHT). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Prodi Akuntansi FEB UMHT. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 Mahasiswa yang di ambil secara melalui sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas, reabilitas, asumsi klasik dan analisi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan uji asumsi klasik variabel minat mahasiswa akuntansi dalam pengambilan sertifikasi akuntansi tehadap profesi akuntansi menghasilkan nilai signifikan. Hasil uji T variabel Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Dalam Pengambilan Sertifikasi Akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profesi Akuntansi. Uji F menunjukkan kedua variabel secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpegaruh secara signifikan terhadap Profesi Akuntansi. Hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,514 atau 51,4%. Hal ini  berarti 51,4% Profesi Akuntansi dapat dijelaskan oleh Minat Mahasiswa dalam pengambilan Sertifikasi CA sedangkan 48,6% Profesi Akuntansi dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan perlu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan data inventaris secara digital. Pengelolaan inventaris yang efektif sangat penting untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pendidikan. SMKN 1 Bengkalis menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan inventaris yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan ketidakakuratan data, kesulitan dalam pemantauan, dan hambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah pembuatan aplikasi untuk mempermudah proses distribusi, peminjaman, dan pengembalian barang, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekolah. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan dengan tahapan sosialisasi kegiatan, identifikasi kebutuhan, desain database, proses setup sistem, melakukan workshop, evaluasi sistem, dan pembuatan laporan akhir. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlangsung selama dua hari dalam bentuk teori maupun praktik. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah Aplikasi Administrasi Data Internal Inventaris Sekolah Berbasis Online yang merupakan layanan pencatatan dan kontrol untuk melakukan pengendalian terhadap data internal inventaris baik berupa barang habis pakai, barang yang pinjam dan barang yang diserahkan kepada bagian sekolah yang membutuhkan sehingga mempermudah proses pelaksanaan aktivitas sekolah.

Abstract

Ubi jalar (Ipomoea batatas L.) merupakan tanaman umbi-umbian yang memiliki nilai gizi tinggi dan merupakan sumber karbohidrat. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi ubi jalar adalah sumber benih dan tinggi bedengan tempat penanaman. Tinggi bedengan merupakan faktor lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi ubi jalar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tinggi bedengan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi ubi jalar varietas lokal Soppeng (Ipomoea batatas L.). Kegiatan penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan “Badan Standardisasi Alat Pertanian (BSIP) Aneka Umbi”, Jl. Poros Malino, Kecamatan Bili-bili, Kecamatan. Bontomarannu, Kab. Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Pada bulan Desember 2023 - Mei 2024. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan tinggi bedengan (t) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu tinggi 20 cm (t1), 25 cm (t2), dan 30 cm (t3). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 9 satuan pengamatan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi panjang sulur (cm), jumlah daun (helai), umur berbunga (HST), jumlah umbi (buah), berat umbi (g), dan produksi per bedengan (g). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Perlakuan tinggi bedengan 30 cm memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pengamatan berat bedengan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot; dan menguji perbedaan pengaruh latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan teknik random sampling berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur kekuatan menggunakan back and leg dynamometer merk Takei buatan Jepang. Instrumen untuk mengukur power menggunakan Jump Duration of Fright (JDF) seri TKK 5114 buatan Jepang, satuan sentimeter. Instrumen untuk mengukur lingkar otot paha menggunakan meteran dengan satuan sentimeter. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan squat menggunakan free weight terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan squat menggunakan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot, dan (3) ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara latihan squat menggunakan free weight dan latihan squat menggunakan gym machine terhadap kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot. Persentase kenaikan nilai pretest dan posttest kekuatan, power, dan hypertrophy otot menunjukkan kelompok latihan squat menggunakan free weight lebih baik daripada kelompk gym machine. The influence of squat practice using free weight and gym machine on the strength, the muscle and the hypertrophy of the muscle AbstractThe study aims at testing the influence of squat training using free weight and gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle and at testing the differences between the influence of squat training using free weight and the influence of squat training using gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle. The study is an experiment with two group pre-test-post-test design. Then, the samples for the study were selected based on the random sampling technique and the total number of the respondents was 32 people. The instrument for measuring the strength of the muscle was back and leg dynamometer Takei made in Japan while the instrument for measuring the power of the muscle was Jump Duration of Fright (JDF) series TKK 5114 made in Japan with centimetre unit. Furthermore, the instrument for measuring the circle of the tight muscle was a gauge with centimetre unit. The results of the study show that: (1) the squat training using the free weight has significant influence on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle; (2) the squat training using the gym machine has significant influence on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle; and (3) there has been significant difference between the squat training using the free weight and the squat training using the gym machine on the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle. The increasing percentage from the pre-test score into the post-test score in the strength, the power and the hypertrophy of the muscle shows that the training group that performs the squat training using the free weight has better performance than the group that performs the squat training using the gym machine.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of size, operating costs, active management, and the age of Employer Pension Funds on the financial performance of Employer Pension Funds in Indonesia. The population used is the Pension Fund of Employers in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period by taking samples through purposive sampling. The research method used is a quantitative approach by testing using multiple linear regression analysis in the SPSS program. The source of the data was obtained internally from the OJK and the published results of the JCI daily closing price. The type of data used is secondary data based on the financial reports of Employer Pension Funds and the JCI daily closing price. The results of the study show that the size, operational costs and active management have a negative effect on the financial performance of Employer Pension Funds in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the age of Employer Pension Funds has no effect on the financial performance of Employer Pension Funds in Indonesia

Abstract

during the COVID-19 pandemic. The author conducts a case study of Palu City high school students (SMA). The government has set limits on human mobility to halt the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, which could negatively impact the learning process of students. The COVID-19 pandemic affects kids' educational process, which students in Palu City are also experiencing. Learning occurs both offline and online during the COVID-19 pandemic. This relates to the government's policy on learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study employs a qualitative technique in conjunction with a literature review. The author draws on secondary data sources from 25 national journal articles published between 2019 and 2021 to examine the techniques and patterns of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) High school students in Palu City use the Blended Learning system to suit their learning demands during the pandemic by integrating offline and online platforms. 2) The Blended Learning approach has not been used to the full extent possible in the learning process of Palu City's high school pupils. 3) Students do not fully participate in the blended learning process. 4) Inadequate assistance resources available during the online learning process. 5) The practice of teaching high school pupils online through social media platforms such as WhatsApp (WA).

Abstract

Background: The transformation of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia reflects broader efforts to adapt religious learning to modern sociocultural dynamics. In this context, Darud Da’wah wal-Irsyad (DDI) stands as a significant example of how pesantren-based organizations evolve to address both educational and social challenges in local communities. Purpose: This study examines the institutional transformation of Darud Da’wah wal-Irsyad (DDI) and its contribution to strengthening Islamic education and social values in the Ajatappareng region of South Sulawesi. Method: Using a qualitative approach through historical analysis and institutional document study, the research highlights how DDI has expanded its role from traditional Islamic schooling into a comprehensive system covering all levels of education, from early childhood to higher education. Result: The findings demonstrate that DDI integrates religious and general curricula, promotes character education, and nurtures Islamic scholars and intellectuals active at regional, national, and international levels. Conclusion These contributions illustrate the adaptive capacity of Islamic education in responding to sociocultural changes and community needs, while reinforcing its socio-religious role in a diverse society.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type cooperative model at 4th grade of elementry school in Garegeh of Bukittinggi. The research subjects were teachers and 26 students.  Research site in Garegeh of Bukittinggi. The result showed an increase in : a)RPP cycle I 83,33% (good) and cycle II 91,67% (very good) b)implementation in the aspects of teacher cycle I 81,24% (good) and cycle II 94,44% (very good) c) aseesment of the result of student alignment with the average in cycle I 68,77 and cycle II with an average of 79,10. Based on these results it can be concluded that the numbered heads together (NHT) of cooperative model can improve integrated thematic learning outcomes in students.  Keyword: numbered Heads Together model,learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of  Value Clarification Technique (VCT) modeling method on the studnts’ learning outcome in civic education. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group. The research was conducted in elementary school Number 13 Cingkariang Banuhampu Sub-district of Agam District with class VA as the experimental class and Class VB as the control class. Both classes have twenty five students. The data analysis technique employed was the normality test and homogeneity test, which was then followed by a t-test to see the effect of VCT. The results show that the average pretest score is 38,768 for the experimental class and 41,488 for the control class. The average posstest score is 90,68 for the experimental class and 86,32 for the control class. The result of the t-test shows that the tcount is 1,73 and the ttable on the significance level of 0,05 is 1,6772, which means that tcount>ttable. Therefore, it is concluded that the Value Clarification Technique modeling method affects the students’ learning outcome in civic education in Elementary School Number 13 Cingkariang.  Keyword : The Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Modeling Method, Students’  Learning Outcome, Civic Education.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of student in class 1 SDN 05 Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi City. The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning with a scientific approach in class 1 SDN 05 Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi City. The research subjects were researchers (practitioners), teacher (observers) and 20 students. The research location is SDN 05 Puhun Pintu Kabun Bukittinggi City. The results showed an increase in: a) observation of RPP first cycle was 86,10% (B), second cycle 97,22% (SB); b) observation of teacher aspects of first cycle 81,24% (B), second cycle 90,62% (SB); c) observation of student aspect of first cycle  84,38% (B) and second cycle 93,75% (SB); d) students learning outcomes in the first cycle 76.62 (C), and the second cycle 83,91% (B)
