Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of adding porang flour on the quality of catfish meatballs, with a focus on texture improvement and its potential use as a natural binder. Porang flour, rich in glucomannan, is used as a substitute for synthetic binders in the meatball industry. The study employs a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments (0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4% porang flour) and four replications. The results indicate that the addition of porang flour significantly affects the moisture content, fat content, and organoleptic characteristics of catfish meatballs. A decrease in moisture content was observed with increasing concentrations of porang flour, with the lowest moisture content found in the 4% treatment. The fat content increased with the addition of porang flour but remained within the standard requirements of the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Hedonic testing revealed that the addition of porang flour improved the panelists' preferences for the color and taste of the meatballs and enhanced the texture at a 3% concentration. However, adding porang flour above 3% resulted in a texture that was too firm. This study recommends using porang flour up to 3% to improve the quality of catfish meatballs, particularly in terms of texture and taste, without compromising the acceptance of aroma.

Abstract

The Puncak Bulotalangi (Bumi Cerah) tourism object in Bone Bolango Regency has great natural tourism potential, but faces several challenges, such as low accessibility and inadequate facilities. This study aims to formulate a tourism development strategy using the SWOT analysis method, which includes identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The research method used is qualitative descriptive through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that this tourism objeet is in quadrant IV of the SWOT matrix, which indicates Weakness-Threat (WT) conditions. A defensive strategy is needed to minimize weaknesses, such as damaged road access and reduce external threats, in the form of competition with other tourist attractions. infrastructure development and increased promotion are very important to increase the attractiveness and number of visitors to Puncak Bulotalangi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the rationality of development targets outlined in the West Sumatra RPJPD 2025-2045, focusing on goals in the fields of science and technology (IPTEK), innovation, and economics. The indicators examined include the manufacturing industry GDP ratio, tourism development, creative economy, MSME productivity, entrepreneurship, BUMD performance, formal job creation, female labor force participation, and regional innovation index. The analysis reveals that some targets, such as the non-agricultural MSME GDP proportion and female labor force participation, are considered realistic as they align with historical trends. However, other targets, such as the manufacturing industry GDP ratio, tourism development, and entrepreneurship, are deemed highly ambitious as they require growth rates far exceeding historical averages. Achieving these targets will require progressive policies, significant investments, and synergy between the government, society, and the private sector. This study provides critical insights for evaluating the realization of future development targets.

Abstract

Making the right decisions in determining Islamic School budgets is a key element to secure the efficiency and sustainability of the education system. The purpose of this study is Economic Efficacy: Exploring Decision-Making in Islamic School Budgeting for Enhanced Resource Allocation. This research method is based on a qualitative approach that allows researchers to understand in depth the context of decision making in Islamic School budgeting. The results of this study show that decision making in Islamic School budgeting plays a key role in the economic effectiveness of education resource allocation. Several key findings highlight the complexity and variety of factors influencing the decision-making process, including education priorities, government policies, and pressure from stakeholders. The results of this study show that Data analysis and the use of accurate information have proven essential in ensuring effective decision making. Islamic Schools that use solid data to evaluate student performance and the effectiveness of educational programs tend to make better decisions in budget allocation

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of the Tasmi' method in improving class 10 students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an in the MAN 3 Palembang dormitory. Previously, the tahfidz program still used the sorogan method which was similar to quantitative method with an experimental design, where students are given a pre-test before implementing the Tasmi' method and a post-test afterward. Data was collected through an oral memorization test. The pre-test results showed that the students' memorization scores ranged from 5.67 to 7.33 with an overall average of 6.36. After implementing the Tasmi' method, the post-test results showed a significant improvement with an average score between 6.67 to 7.67 and an overall average of 6.91. These findings show that the Tasmi' method is effective in improving students' memorization of the Al-Qur'an, especially in the aspects of accuracy, fluency and consistency. Thus, this method can be a more effective alternative in the tahfidz program in the dormitory environment.

Abstract

Penyediaan infrastruktur dasar sangat dibutuhkan untuk mendukung aktivitas masyarakat, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Komponen utama dari infrastruktur dasar meliputi transportasi; air bersih; sanitasi; dan pengelolaan sampah. Penyediaan infrastruktur dasar merupakan bagian penting untuk mendukung tercapainya SDGs 11 “make cities and human settlement inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable”. Prinsip ini sejalan dengan tujuan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN “kota berkelanjutan di dunia” yaitu memberikan pelayanan infrastruktur secara efektif seperti pemanfaatan sumber daya air dan energi yang efisien, pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan, moda transportasi terpadu, lingkungan layak huni dan sehat.  Mengingat pentingnya peran infrastruktur dasar untuk mendukung pengembangan ibu kota baru Nusantara Indonesia, studi terkait penyediaan dan perencanaan infrastruktur dasar menjadi sangat diperlukan. Beberapa tantangan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur dasar bagi Ibukota Negara Baru sudah dinyatakan dalam berbagai studi sebelumnya. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dari penyediaan infrastruktur dasar di beberapa ibu kota negara baru seperti Abuja (Nigeria), Brasilia (Brazil) dan Putrajaya (Malaysia); dan memberikan pembelajaran serta rekomendasi bagi penyediaan infrastruktur dasar di Nusantara, Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan systematic literature review (SLR). Studi ini menemukan bahwa tantangan penyediaan infrastruktur di beberapa ibu kota negara baru berkaitan dengan tata kelola infrastruktur lintas wilayah, disparitas regional penyediaan infrastruktur dari ibu kota negara baru dan wilayah sekitarnya, serta beberapa tantangan yang bersifat teknis. Rekomendasi yang dapat diambil dari temuan tersebut bagi IKN ditekankan pada pertimbangan potensi ketimpangan penyediaan infrastruktur dasar antara wilayah inti IKN dengan wilayah sekitarnya yang seiring waktu dapat menjadi tekanan bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat IKN sendiri.

Abstract

The Indonesian Amateur Radio Organization (ORARI) plays a crucial role in emergency communication and the development of amateur radio technology. However, a lack of attention to ergonomics in radio station design can lead to health issues and decreased operator efficiency. This study highlights the application of ergonomic principles in amateur radio stations to improve the comfort and efficiency of ORARI operators. Through a participatory approach, observations, questionnaires, and training were conducted on ergonomic sitting posture, optimal equipment arrangement, appropriate lighting, and workplace environmental factors. Evaluation results indicate that ergonomic implementation reduced back pain complaints by 33%, neck strain by 35%, and eye fatigue by 32%. Additionally, operator efficiency increased by up to 25% after ergonomic adjustments. Workstation modifications, including the selection of ergonomic chairs, optimal equipment placement, and proper lighting, contributed to enhanced comfort and productivity. This study confirms that applying ergonomic principles not only benefits the physical health of operators but also improves job satisfaction and communication effectiveness. These recommendations are expected to serve as a reference for ORARI in creating a healthier and more efficient working environment for its members.

Abstract

Environmental issues are part of larger corporate plans, involving not only development and expansion but also concern for social responsibility. The inconsistency of results is one of the reasons for further studies to be carried out. This research aims to examine the effect of environmental management accounting which refers to ISO 14001 on company financial performance through green innovation consisting of green product innovation and green process innovation as well as environmental performance as a mediating variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies registered on the IDX 2020-2023. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis uses e-views 11 with path analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that environmental performance can mediate the relationship between environmental management accounting and financial performance by looking at the influence of the relationship between environmental management accounting and environmental performance, and environmental performance on financial performance. Then the existence of green innovation does not have a role as a link between environmental management accounting and financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of high hurdle jump into sprint training and lateral hurdle jump into sprint training on increased agility. The research method used is an experimental method. The method used is by the research carried out, namely to find the influence of the form of high hurdle jump into sprint training with the form of lateral hurdle jump into sprint training at SMK Komputama Majenang Cilacap Regency. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, the author concludes that high hurdle jump into a sprint and lateral hurdle jumps into a sprint can significantly increase agility in SMK Komputama Cilacap Regency students. Therefore, both types of exercises can be used as an effective modification of agility training for students of SMK Komputama Cilacap Regency or other individuals who want to improve their physical abilities in terms of agility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cardiovascular and self-confidence. This study used a correlation method using test and measurement techniques on independent variables, namely cardiovascular and dependent variables, namely self-confidence. The population used was SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis Regency The sample used amounted to 50 people. Discussion. Based on the results of the regression line linearity test shows that the number obtained is greater than 0.05, it is proven that for cardiovascular independent variables with confidence is 0.971 > 0.05 meaning that cardiovascular variables do not affect self-confidence variables. Based on the results of the correlation test between the independent variable, namely cardiovascular and bound variables, namely self-confidence, a significance value of 0.953 greater than 0.05 means that cardiovascular and self-confidence are not related. Based on the results of the discussion starting from the calculation and analysis of the data that has been described, the author states that "There is no relationship between cardiovascular and self-confidence." It is expected that there will be studies that use samples at different levels to have data from various levels ranging from different genders, ages, and sports.
