Abstract

Pasar modal syariah merupakan bagian dari sistem keuangan syariah yang berperan penting dalam menghimpun dana masyarakat dan menyalurkannya ke sektor-sektor produktif sesuai prinsip-prinsip syariah. Melalui instrumen-instrumen seperti saham syariah, sukuk, dan reksa dana syariah, pasar modal syariah tidak hanya memberikan alternatif investasi yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pasar modal syariah dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia dengan menelaah data perkembangan pasar modal syariah, peraturan yang mendukung, serta kontribusinya terhadap sektor riil. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan tren positif dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah investor, volume transaksi, dan nilai kapitalisasi pasar. Selain itu, keberadaan pasar modal syariah juga memberikan akses pembiayaan yang lebih luas bagi pelaku usaha yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penguatan regulasi, edukasi investor, dan pengembangan instrumen syariah menjadi faktor penting dalam optimalisasi peran pasar modal syariah terhadap perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

Moringa oleifera leaves are highly nutritious and have great potential to be developed into functional foods. In Salo Timur Village, moringa has traditionally been used in simple dishes, but innovative modern products such as dim sum have not been widely explored. This community service activity aimed to educate local residents on how to process moringa leaves into a healthy snack called Moringa Dimsum, as a form of nutritious and economically valuable food diversification. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a participatory educational approach based on a case study. The activity did not involve hands-on practice by participants, but rather focused on presentations by a guest speaker, interactive discussions, and the distribution of recipes and product testers. The results showed that participants responded positively to the introduced recipe, recognized its nutritional benefits, and saw its potential as a home-based business opportunity. The program also produced a recipe book titled Moringa Dimsum as a form of documentation and dissemination of local food innovation. This educational activity proved effective in raising nutritional awareness and opening up economic opportunities based on local resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of inactive archives in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, which are then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the management of inactive archives is optimal. The process of transferring archives is carried out in accordance with the 2022 Archive Transfer Procedure, including the identification of archives, the preparation of transfer minutes by the person in charge, and the transfer of archives from the processing unit to the person in charge of archives. Archival arrangement and storage are carried out by reconstruction, data processing, and physical archives, arrangement in boxes, and creation of inactive archive lists. The archive service uses the P-ERCENT (Pelindo Electronic Record Center) application, although it is not yet fully operational. The process of destroying archives refers to the 2022 Archive Depreciation Procedure, including the formation of an assessment team, identification and selection of archives, submission of a list of archives for destruction, as well as assessment and approval from ANRI for archives with a retention of 10 years and more. The destruction was carried out by the cooperative vendor and reported by the person in charge of the archives.

Abstract

The reseacher is motivated by the the absence of a social science learning module (IPS) that integrates with Sedekah bumi as the local wisdom in conducting this research junior high school Menganti. Therefore a research on the development of IPS modules integrate the local wisdom on the diversity of Indonesian etnichs and cultures was conducting in classs 7th B of junior high school Menganti. This study aims to describe the feasibility of the IPS module in terms of validity and practicality. This research conducted using the development model with the R&D design of Borg and Gall (1975). The data in this study were obtained through a validation sheet and response questionnaire module. The results of the study show that: (1) module validity is based on the validation sheet in terms of valid category content and module validity in terms of display category is very valid, and (2) module practicality is based on a very practical category response questionnaire. From these results it can be concluded that the IPS module integrates the local wisdom of earth alms tradition is feasible to be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kenaikan tarif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dari 11% menjadi 12% sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP) menjadi isu penting dalam sistem perpajakan Indonesia. Dari perspektif hukum perpajakan, kebijakan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai kepastian hukum dan asas keadilan fiskal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyesuaian tarif PPN dalam kerangka hukum perpajakan nasional, dengan mengkaji asas legalitas, kepastian hukum, serta keadilan vertikal dan horizontal. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan analisis peraturan perundang-undangan perpajakan dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penyesuaian tarif ini memiliki dasar hukum yang sah, namun dalam pelaksanaannya berpotensi menimbulkan ketimpangan beban pajak dan ketidakpastian bagi pelaku usaha. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan mekanisme pengendalian dan perlindungan untuk memastikan asas keadilan ditegakkan dalam sistem perpajakan nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to strengthen green nationalism as a form of disaster mitigation effort in Tantan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. Through a participatory and educational approach, the program integrates patriotic values with ecological awareness rooted in local wisdom. The methods employed include public outreach, environmental training, and community mentoring in the sustainable management of natural resources. The results of the activities indicate an increased public understanding of the importance of environmental conservation as part of national responsibility. Furthermore, a shared commitment has been established to face disaster risks through reforestation initiatives, the management of critical lands, and the strengthening of disaster-resilient village institutions. In conclusion, green nationalism can serve as a strategic approach that merges nationalistic spirit with environmental concern to foster more resilient and sustainable rural communities.

Abstract

This qualitative study principally aimed to discover how songs can be used to promote students' affective domain in listening class activities. One English teacher and twenty-five 8th-grade students of a public junior high school in Greater Aceh, Indonesia, were involved in this study. The data were collected through classroom observation. This present study followed Krathwohl, Bloom, and Masia’s (1973) five observation criteria of the affective domain framework. Subsequently, the teacher and four selected students were interviewed for additional data. The results demonstrated that songs have a positive impact on students' affective domain. Students become enthusiastic about learning listening skills. They listened well and remembered the title of the new song (receiving phenomenon); actively participated in the classroom activities (responding phenomenon); demonstrated their problem-solving ability by working together (valuing); and effective time management (organization). Despite their ability to cooperate in group activities, they had no self-reliance when working individually (internalizing values). However, the students agree that the classroom environment was more comfortable and enjoyable. The results of the study suggest that teachers should consider using songs to not only teaches the knowledge but also the culture associated with the song itself when it comes to teaching listening. Aside from the cognitive aspects, teachers should also maintain and track students' progress in the affective domain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh praktik sholat dhuha terhadap pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 22 anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Aqidah, Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga tahap: pretest untuk menilai karakter awal, intervensi melalui praktik sholat dhuha, dan posttest untuk mengukur perubahan karakter setelah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif praktik sholat dhuha dalam meningkatkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti religiusitas, disiplin, dan kemandirian pada anak usia dini. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter di institusi pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

A management information system is a system that is part of the internal workings of a business consisting of the use of documents, people, technology and procedures in management accounting. A management information system is also a logical system that provides all information to assist the operational, management, and decision-making functions of an organization. Management information system (SIM) is an information system that can create output results using inputs and various processes needed to achieve certain goals in a management matter. Management information system is a comprehensive system, aiming to present information that is much broader than historical accounting information. Information technology can overcome limitations to manage existing resources more quickly, efficiently and effectively. One of the management information systems in health services is the Puskesmas Information System (SIMPUS), which is a digital system designed to support integrated management of health services at Puskesmas. This system helps in the process of patient registration, recording medical history, managing drugs, and reporting to the Health Office. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and understanding of the workflow and benefits of SIMPUS implementation to health workers at Puskesmas. With this counseling, it is hoped that the efficiency and accuracy of the service will be improved.
