The ability to think critically is a basic ability that students of this century must have. This ability is also emphasized in the Independent Curriculum which is being implemented in Indonesia. However, there is a problem, namely that the school does not have a laboratory to carry out biology practical activities. Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to develop virtual laboratory learning media with ethnoscience content in biology subjects to improve students' critical thinking abilities. This research is a type of development research (R&D) that applies the ADDIE development model. The development process involves collaboration with media experts, material experts and students. The data collection method used was test instruments and questionnaires. The analytical method used is quantitative and qualitative. The results of research by media experts show that the media is suitable for use with an assessment of 92%. The results of the material expert assessment show that the content is suitable for use with an assessment of 88%. The results of the effectiveness test show a sig value of 0.000, where there is a real difference in students' critical thinking abilities before and after treatment. The results of the N gain test show that the effectiveness of learning media in improving critical thinking skills is 47%, which is included in the medium category. It is hoped that the laboratory media developed can contribute to variations in learning media that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum, namely including elements of critical reasoning and global diversity.

Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi menyebabkan mahasiswa harus beradaptasi untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara daring dan menghadapi banyaknya kendala pembelajaran daring. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi stressor yang akan menghambat proses pembelajaran sehingga memengaruhi proses belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengidentifikasi hubungan antara resiliensi dan perceived social support dengan stres akademik saat pembelajaran daring; (2) mengidentifikasi hubungan resiliensi dengan stres akademik saat pembelajaran daring; dan (3) mengidentifikasi hubungan perceived social support dengan stres akademik saat pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel disproportionate random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel mahasiswa sebanyak 168 orang. Terdapat tiga skala yang digunakan, yaitu skala stres akademik (rx sama dengan 0,866), skala resiliensi (rx sama dengan 0,935), dan skala perceived social support (rx sama dengan 0,856). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dan perceived social support dengan stres akademik pada mahasiswa (sig. sama dengan 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan R square sama dengan 0,102), dengan kekuatan hubungan yang rendah (R sama dengan 0,319). Selain itu, terdapat kontribusi resiliensi dan perceived social support dengan stres akademik sebesar 10,2 persen, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara resiliensi dengan stres akademik (sig. sama dengan 0,000 kurang dari 0,05) dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perceived social support dengan stres akademik (sig. sama dengan 0,588 lebih besar dari 0,05). Resiliensi memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,2 persen.

Total quality management (TQM) in education is a management theory that directs service providers to carry out quality improvement programs on an ongoing basis that focuses on achieving customer satisfaction in improving the quality of learning. This aim study analyzed the relationship between total quality management and teacher performance in special education. This research used correlational research with a quantitative methodology. Data analysis techniques in this study were instrument tests (validity and reliability). The sample consisted of 132 respondents, including school principals and teachers. Data collection used questionnaires. The quantitative descriptive analysis technique was then applied to the data. The product-moment correlation was used in the hypothesis testing. The findings demonstrated a strong and favorable correlation between teacher effectiveness and overall quality management.

Universitas Sebelas Maret is committed to strengthening its inclusive identity by providing accessible facilities and infrastructure for people with disabilities. This research evaluates existing conditions and their conformity with building regulations. The goal is to provide information on accessible facilities and infrastructure, as well as to offer recommendations for improving them based on the principles of ease, safety, and comfort for people with disabilities within the UNS campus. The mapping was conducted through field surveys across all campus buildings, covering attributes such as ramps, pedestrian pathways, guide paths, toilets, elevators, and designated parking, in accordance with PUPR No. 14 of 2017. The results show that many facilities and infrastructure do not meet the required physical standards, indicating a need for better future planning to optimize accessibility.

Inclusive education is education that allows learners with mental or physical disabilities the equal opportunity to learn alongside peers their age in regular schools. Inclusive education tries to minimize negative perceptions toward children with disabilities. A special guidance teacher's role is significant in maximizing children's academic and non-academic development. The purpose of this study is to determine how to optimize the role and responsibilities of special guidance teachers in inclusion schools, to ascertain the impact that the absence of special guidance teachers has on inclusion schools, and to ascertain the school's efforts to overcome the effects of the unavailability of special guidance teachers in inclusion schools. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. The study gathered data from principals, special guidance teachers, and classroom teachers. Interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires are used to collect data. The findings of this study indicate that special guidance teachers (GPK) continue to exercise authority in the same way that other teachers do, namely by standing in the classroom and instructing children with special needs. Special guidance teachers educate in the same way as classroom teachers, and some even shift to classroom teaching as a result of the school's teacher shortage. The impact on schools caused by the lack of special guidance teachers in inclusion education is the inability to meet the needs of ABK (children with special needs), especially special needs programs; ABK (children with special needs) is seen as a disruptor in the smooth implementation of educational programs; classroom teachers are unable to accommodate the needs of ABK in the classroom; school policy to accept both regular students and ABK (children with special needs) with mild level disabilities. While ABK with a moderate to severe level of resistance is directed at Special Needs Schools (SLB). To address the lack of GPK, efforts are undertaken to appoint honoree GPK and to collaborate with the nearest SLB to bring in visiting teachers. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan konseling individu untuk menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri orang tua yang memiliki anak autis di SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang mana peneliti menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hasil temuan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua anak autis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi, metode analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis interaktif dan keabsahan data menggunakan metode trianggulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling individu menggunakan teknik REBT dapat membuat orang tua sadar bahwa anaknya membutuhkan dukungan dari orang tuanya. Karena salah satu keberhasilan terapi untuk anak autis adalah dukungan dari orang tuanya. Dengan teknik logotherapy klien mulai memberikan nilai pada keadaan yang dia punya serta klien sadar akan karunia Tuhan yang diberikan kepadanya, dan dengan teknik humanistik, klien mulai mampu menerima kondisi anaknya. Hal tersebut membuat klien memiliki kepercayaan diri sebagai orang tua yang memiliki anak autis.The purpose of this study is to know how the process of individual counseling implementation to foster self-confidence of parents who have children with autism in SLB Autis Mitra Ananda Colomadu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher describes and describes the findings. Subjects in this study were parents of children with autism. Data collection techniques using interviews, and observation, data analysis methods used in this study is interactive analysis and data validity using data triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that individual counseling using REBT techniques can make parents aware that their children need support from their parents. Because one of the successes of therapy for children with autism is support from their parents. With the logotherapy technique the client begins to give value to the circumstances that he has as well as the client is conscious of God's gift given to him, and by humanistic techniques, the client begins to be able to accept his child's condition. This makes the client has confidence as parents who have children with autism.

This study aims to reveal the implementation of Vygotsky's theory of social constructivism in learning Pancasila education to strengthen students' cooperative attitudes. This study used a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach Pancasila education subjects and grade III students at Gondangmanis State Elementary School, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. The data collection technique was carried out by observation and interviews, which were then checked for validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources, the data analysis used was interactive analysis. The results of the study showed that the theory of social constructivism was relevant to strengthening the attitude of cooperation in Gondangmanis State Elementary School in the learning of Pancasila Education. Gondangmanis State Elementary School still tends to be selective in choosing their group mates, but after the teacher implements Vygotsky's theory of social constructivism through Pancasila Education learning, students easily blend in with each side regardless of differences. It can happen because teachers divide groups randomly regardless of the differences in students' backgrounds after being divided, students are required to cooperate in the group to complete the tasks given by the teacher. Through this process, the attitude of cooperation of students can be built well because they are used to working with each student regardless of differences in background, both differences in religion, ethnicity, and area of residence.

The problems that occur in the learning process for class III SLB B or deaf students originate from how the teacher conveys the material and the characteristics of the students. Teachers still teach in a simple method, so students get bored quickly. In the learning process, media is needed that prioritizes visuals to make it easier for students to capture the material presented by the teacher. This study aims to develop android-based gamification learning media on Civics theme 8 material. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method using the ADDIE approach. The participants in this study were 20 students of class III SLB B. The process of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires, and observation. At the same time, the instruments used are questionnaires and tests. Data analysis technique using SPSS with independent t-test. The result is that Android-based gamification media can be used in the learning process. In the experimental class, the average post-test score is 9.10, while in the control class is 8.00. Based on these values, the use of Android-based gamification learning media in the experimental class increased students' understanding of Civics compared to the control class, which did not use gamification learning media. Thus, gamification has a positive influence on increasing student understanding.

Keterampilan proses sains dan dan pengusaan konsep siswa masih perlu ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat dilakukan guru secara kolaboratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penerapan model PBL berbasis PTK-LS terhadap aspek keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa kelas X SMK Pertanian pada mata pelajaran biologi. Desain PTK menggunakan model Kemmis, Taggart & Nixon yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus dengan 4 kali lesson study yang masing-masing terdiri dari tahap Plan, Do dan See. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode non tes dan tes. Metode non tes berupa metode observasi untuk mengukur keterlaksanaan LS, keterlaksanaan sintaks PBL, dan keterampilan proses sains, metode tes uraian untuk mengukur penguasan konsep siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan LS pada siklus I dan II termasuk kategori sepenuhnya terlaksana. Keterlaksanaan sintaks PBL termasuk kategori sepenuhnya terlaksana. Keterampilan proses sains siswa meningkat dari kategori tinggi pada siklus I menjadi sangat tinggi pada siklus II. Penguasaan konsep siswa juga meningkat dari kategori tinggi pada siklus I menjadi sangat tinggi pada siklus II. Simpulan penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran PBL berbasis PTK-LS meningkatkan aspek keterampilan proses sains dan penguasaan konsep siswa.

Covid-19 caused a transformation in the educational aspect. Teachers have difficulty implementing online learning. This is due to the lack of learning media that can facilitate students in learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Youtube as an online learning medium. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. The research subjects were three elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is the analysis technique before being in the field and the analysis of the Miles and Huberman model. The result of this research is that Youtube can be used as a learning medium that helps students learn independently. Parents feel helped by YouTube learning media. Youtube can be accessed easily. In addition, Youtube learning media can be accessed anytime and anywhere so that parents can still accompany learning even though they are working. So it can be concluded that the YouTube learning media is effective in the online learning process. This research implies that Youtube can be used by teachers as a learning medium that can help students in learning. The selection of videos presented on Youtube must be adjusted to the material, age, and psychological development of students so that it makes it easier for students to understand the material presented on Youtube.
