Abstract

This study aims to explore the reputation, transparency, trust, waqif perception of nadzir’s professionalism, and the intention to pay waqf in Gontor Institution. This study based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) which examines the effect of reputation, transparency, trust toward waqif perception of Nadzir’s professionalism and intention to pay waqf. The approach this study is a quantitative approach with structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) measurements. The number of respondents 200 alumni of the Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The findings in this study indicate that reputation, transparency, trust have a significant positive effect on the intention to pay waqf at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor with the waqif’s perception of nadzir’s professionalism as mediating effect. Other findings indicate that trust as moderating effect between reputation and waqif perception of nadzir’s professional.

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an merupakan lembaga pendidikan dasar informal yang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an bagi anak. Peran TPQ sangatlah penting jika dihadapkan dengan kewajiban sebagai orang tua dan masyarakat muslim yang harus mengupayakan pendidikan bagi anak-anaknya untuk mempelajari dan mencintai al-Qur’an sejak dini.  Sebagaimana pendidikan formal yang dikelola dengan sangat baik dengan memperhatikan manajemen, strategi, model, dan media pembelajaran sesuai standar, TPQ pun harus dilaksanakan dengan perencanaan yang sangat baik. Hal ini untuk menjamin kualitas input yang diberikan akan sebanding dengan baiknya output yang dihasilkan. Melihat dari bebagai permasalahan yang ada di TPQ nurul Muttaqin khususnya dalam metode pembelajaran al qur'an yang cenderung monoton maka ksm unisma ditirejo berinovasi menggunakan metode yang asik dan menarik untuk para santri agar tidak bosan. Kemudian kita menggunakan media serta model pembelajaran al-qur'an yang menarik. Model pembelajaran yang kami gunakan yaitu nadzoman di mana nadzhaman yang berupa syi’ir yang dibalut dengan lagu-lagu Islami.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the phenomenological experiences of Islamic boarding school students when they become peer counselors. On the one hand, he carries out professional peer counseling, but on the other hand, he also experiences a crisis or exploration as a stage of his psychological development. This research will answer how he manages psychological turmoil as a person and peer counselor. Researchers use qualitative phenomenological research which makes it possible to explore in depth the phenomenon, the subject's experience of himself, his interactions with other people, and the subject's experience of other people's experiences. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis went through five stages, including; 1) Manage and prepare data; 2) Read all the data; 3) Coding; 4) Grouping/Creating themes; and 5) Conclusion and Discussion. The findings in this research are grouped into two themes as follows; 1) Problems experienced by peer counselors; and 2) Self Help method carried out by peer counselors. Self-help methods carried out by peer counselors are meditation, crying therapy, and journalizing/narrative therapies. Each self-help method also produces information about the reasons for choosing the method, how to do the self-help, time and place, and the effects caused after doing the self-help.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membutuhkan suatu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mendapatkan suatu informasi secara mendalam melalui cara mengatasi adanya perilaku pelecehan di lingkungan sekolah. Dengan ini dapat mengumpulkan data, menggunakan teknik yakni observasi, wawancara maupun dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan (1) Strategi yang telah dicoba atau diterapkan oleh sekolah untuk mengurangi atau meniadakan tindakan bullying adalah dengan diberikan nasihat, orang tua dipanggil, diberikan surat perjanjian (2) Tindakan bullying yang terjadi di SMP Ibnu Hajar pada siswa kelas 8 adalah verbal bullying (Meledek dan berkata kasar, menertawakan /mengolok-olok teman, (Physical bullying) (perundungan fisik), dan penindasan sexual. (3) Proses penanganan bullying menggunakan suatu metode Behavior yang dapat melakukan empat tahapan yakni: (goal setting), (assessment), (evaluation-termination) dan (technique implementation).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan guru pendidikan agama islam dalam membina kecerdesan spiritual siswa serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru pendidikan agama islam, terutama dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai pembimbing umat keagamaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dan lokasi dan subjek penelitian adalah Akademi Maritim Cirebon. Fokus penelitian adalah peran guru dalam pendidikan agama Islam dan meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan dengan menggunakan instrumen seperti observasi, pedoman, wawancara, catatan dokumentasi, dan Kajian Perpustakaan (Kepustakaan) menggunakan kutipan langsung dan kutipan tidak langsung, dan penelitian lapangan (lapangan) menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis deskriptif data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting dalam membangun kecerdasan spiritual siswa di Akademi Maritim Cirebon. Salah satu upaya guru pendidikan agama Islam adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan contoh tentang pentingnya kebiasaan hidup Islami melalui strategi pembiasaan. Namun, pembinaan ini masih terkendala oleh faktor penghambat, seperti dampak terhadap lingkungan tempat siswa bergaul dan kebiasaan di rumah mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua pihak harus bekerja sama antara guru dan orangtua untuk membina kebiasaan islami.

Abstract

Cybercrime is a whole form of crime directed against computers, computer networks and their users, and conventional forms of crime using or with the help of computer equipment. The purposes of this study are To understand and analyze the disclosure of hacking crimes by accessing other people's electronic systems in the Batanghari Police area. To understand and analyze the obstacles in disclosing the crime of hacking accessing electronic systems belonging to other people in the Batanghari Police Legal area. To understand and analyze efforts to overcome obstacles in disclosing hacking crimes by accessing other people's electronic systems in the Legal area of the Batanghari Police. The specification of this research is descriptive analytical research. In writing this thesis, the writer used a Juridical Empirical research type, while the approach used was Socio-Legal Research. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. It was revealed that the suspect sent a message to AI to instruct him to send money by transfer and then the AI replied that the money had been transferred. Then it can be concluded that the suspect has been charged with Article 30 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 46 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 which carries a maximum prison sentence of 6 years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 600,000. 000.00.-. The obstacles faced include the case file was returned by the prosecutor, the perpetrator was not cooperative during the examination, expert witnesses were present. Regarding the efforts made to overcome obstacles, including Batanghari Resort Police Criminal Investigators have complied with the Attorney's request by including elements of Article 46 paragraph 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016, Investigators are trying to ensure that if the perpetrator is honest in giving information and willing to cooperate, the perpetrators will get relief in terms of criminal penalties, The Satreskrim of the Batanghari Police have made efforts in the form of providing suggestions in terms of assisting the investigation process, the Batanghari Police have prepared at least 1 person who can be appointed as an expert in 1 district Batanghari. Suggestions put forward that apart from investigators at the Polda level, investigators at the Polres level must also be obliged to take part in training (Dikjur) Criminal Information and Electronic Transactions in order to be able to master, understand and have special expertise or skills in the field of information and electronic transactions, then so that the investigative members no longer need a long time for the investigation process

Abstract

In Article 10 paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, it is explained that prisoners who have fulfilled certain requirements without exception are also entitled to remission. However, in its implementation in the field, it turns out that there are various problems that arise. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze the implementation of Article 10 Paragraph (1) Letter a of Law Number 22 of 2022 in granting remission rights to prisoners in Class IIB Muara Sabak Narcotics Prison, to analyze the factors that hinder them and efforts to overcome them, as well as ideal arrangements for granting remission rights for convicts in the future. The method used in this research is empirical juridical which uses primary data. The results of the research show that the granting of remission rights to prisoners in the Class IIB Muara Sabak Narcotics Prison is guided by Article 10 Paragraph (1) letter a of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, but its implementation is still not effective. The factors that influence the granting of remission rights to prisoners in the Muara Sabak Class IIB Narcotics Prison consist of internal factors include: The mechanism for assessing prisoner behavior using the SPPN instrument is less effective. There are still violations committed by prisoners which result in disciplinary punishment so that the prisoner's proposal for remission is rejected. Meanwhile, the external factors are: There are still delays in the execution of court decisions by the Prosecutor's Office which results in the registration process in prison being late. Efforts to overcome this include: The prison authorities should make a step to simplify the system for assessing the behavior of correctional inmates, Activate both security and coaching programs to shape the character and stimulate changes in behavior of inmates, and Strengthen synergy between the prison authorities and the detention authorities in carrying out executions prisoner. The ideal arrangements for granting remission rights to prisoners at the Class IIB Muara Sabak Narcotics Correctional Institution in the future include: The prison authorities coordinate with the detention authorities, so that prisoners who have been detained for more than 6 (six) months can have their behavior assessed using the SPPN instrument, and the Prison authorities propose rights. remission for detainees who have been detained for more than 6 (six) months in succession with due observance of the provisions of Article 148 of Permenkumham No. 3 of 2018.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly changed the trade landscape, influencing the way business is conducted around the world. This research aims to investigate the experience and influence of digital phenomena on traditional trade. Qualitative research methods were used, with in-depth interviews and content analysis as the main tools for data collection. Through this approach, a deep understanding of how traditional commerce adapts and evolves in the digital era is gained. The research results show that digitalization has provided challenges and opportunities for traditional trade actors. On the one hand, digitalization has increased market accessibility, enabling traditional traders to reach new customers through online platforms. On the other hand, increasingly powerful digital competitors pose a threat to the continuity of traditional trading businesses. Traditional merchants must adapt quickly to new technology to remain competitive.

Abstract

Pemahaman tentang praktik CSR di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dan berimbas pada implementasi kegiatanperusahaan. Perusahaan indeks LQ45 non-keuangan periode 2017-2020 hanya menerapkan sebagian dari GRIStandards dan masih tergolong rendah untuk perusahaan LQ45 dengan prospek pertumbuhan ekonomi cukup baikdan diminati oleh para investor. Corporate social responsibility disclosure menjadi kewajiban bagi perusahaankarena sudah diatur dalam undang-undang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara simultandan parsial antara slack resources, leverage dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap corporate social responsibilitydisclosure pada perusahaan indeks LQ45 non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017 -2020. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki 52 data observasi dari 13 perusahaan yang diolah menggunakansoftware Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa slack resources, leverage, dan kinerja lingkunganberpengaruh secara simultan terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure. Secara parsial, leverageberpengaruh positif terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure, sedangkan slack resources dan kinerjalingkungan tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure. Abstract

Simultaneous regional head elections, if seen at a glance, are a solution to the non-ideal nature of holding relatively large and repeated regional head elections, but if we look closely we can still discuss in detail the negative side of this policy. This is because there are some regional heads whose term of office must be reduced, thereby contradicting several legal norms (UU). In order to explore and discuss this problem, this paper uses a library research method with a conceptual and statutory approach, while the analysis is qualitative. The theory or teachings used as an analytical tool are theories, teachings about the concept of the rule of law. From several findings, it turns out that the policy of simultaneously electing regional heads has the potential to violate human rights and what is certain is that de facto regional heads whose terms of office have been reduced have been disadvantaged, treated unequally to other regional heads, thus the policy of simultaneously electing regional heads is not directly proportional to the enthusiasm and spirit of regional heads constitution.
