The purpose of this study is to describe the feasibility of making children's comics with the theme of preventing covid 19. This research is a research and development study. This research method is a research aimed at producing certain products and testing the effectiveness of these products. The method used by researchers this time is the model developed by Thiagarajan, namely the Four-D model. The Four-D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely: define, design, develop and disseminate (Sugiyono, 2015). The results of this study are seen from the results of the validation of the material with a value of 86% in the proper category, while the results of the validation of the media experts with the results of the assessment of 87.08% with the conclusion of this study that this comic media is suitable for children to use and read.

Implementation of the 2013 curriculum is very different from the previous curriculum, there are still many obstacles that we know greatly affect the learning outcomes, both in terms of media used, the assessment in the 2013 curriculum is more complicated than the previous curriculum then the methods used to convey the learning materials that want to be taught not effective or even incompatible with the material to be conveyed. This research method is a classroom action research conducted in improving the learning process, with four meetings. The assessment taken in this study is an evaluation evaluation of each meeting in the form of attitudinal value, value of knowledge and skill value based on teacher's book on theme 4 "Healthy is Important" with sub theme 1 "Importance of Health and Environment". On the attitudes that appear attitude of self-confidence, curiosity and independence Already entrusted by 20.68% confidence, and curiosity while mandated 6.2% lower because students are still not familiar with the implementation of the curriculum 2013. Results of student knowledge seen the development in excellent value at the first meeting of 36.4%, at the second meeting decreased to 30.3%, while at the third meeting experienced a 52.25% increase again. While on the results of these students' skills on four meetings emerged every meeting with a very good category at the first meeting of 18.1%, at the second meeting increased to 27.3%, the third meeting decreased to 20.68%, while at the fourth meeting increased again by 65.62%.

The research is descriptive quantitative research conducted to look at the ability of students in the class of 2014 to write a formal letter, a technique in data collection in the form of observation results by student writing an official letter PGSD FKIP Riau University class of 2014 instrument validity of his research has been validated through expert judgment. The sample in this study as masy as 46 students of primary school teaching force in 2014 the Faculty of Education, University of Riau. The ability of students PGSD FKIP Riau University after analyzed using categories, from 12 aspects outlined in the instrument observation sheets, getting the results that the completeness aspect predicate section of the letter simply by percentage (65, 76%), while the writing aspect letterhead good predicate with percentage (79,89%), while the aspect of writing an official letter dated sufficient predicate with percentage (54, 35%), while the aspect of writing about the letter predicate less by percentage (35, 87%), while the writing aspect of the destination address with sufficient predicate persentage (59, 78%), while the aspect of writing greeting predicate simply by percentage (54,35%), while the contents of the letter writing aspect predicate simply by percentage (63,04%), while the writing aspect regards predicate cover less by percentage (42, 93%), while in writing the name of the sender predicate very well with percentage (98, 91%), while the use of indonesioan predicate either by percentage (71, 74%), while in the aspect of the preparation of sufficient premises sentence predicate percentage (58,15%) and on aspects of the form or neatness letter predicate simply by percentage (58, 15%). From the results, the average overall percentage of 61, 91% is obtained with neough categories, this suggests that the ability of students PGSD class of 2014 FKIP University of Riau still low in writing a formal letter.

Abstract. This Research aim to the execution of learning related to the preparation teaching, execution of learning, and learning evaluation. This research started from July 2013 in SDN 14 Sukajadi Pekanbaru. The study of Cultural Art and Skill SDN14 Sukajadi Pekanbaru shared to grow up the creativity energy, and energy of appreciation. With make-up of the understanding of the components could increase the attitude of creativity, self-supporting productive, and also can develop the ability of student thingking. This research was qualitative descriptive. The teaching of collection data was observation technique, equate( documentation and questioner) covered the preparation of learning, execution of learning and learning evaluation. The technique of data analyses covered to collecting data, data verification, data tribulation, and process data. Data-Processing from all components exist in score analysis result of equate to the overall of teacher [at] meeting of I get score 3,075, meeting of II 3,123, meeting of III 3,12 and meeting of IV 3,075 and to the overall of result of equate analysis got Effective category, while data of score analysis result of observation to the overall of teacher [at] meeting of I 1,96, meeting of II 1,90, meeting of III 1, 85, meeting of IV 1,85 and to the overall of result of observation analysis got Less effective category. Abstract : This research is motivated by the facts found in class V SD Negeri 021 Bunga Tanjung, which shows the results of social studies is still relatively low. The problems of the research is "whether the inquiry method can improve learning outcomes IPS class V SD Negeri 021 Bunga Tanjung?". The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School Class V Bunga Tanjung 021 with the application method of inquiry. The hypothesis in this study, if applicable, the inquiry method can improve learning outcomes IPS class V SD Negeri 021 Bunga Tanjung. This research was conducted in Tanjung Bunga Elementary School in March 2016. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) with two cycles. The subjects were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 021 Bunga Tanjung year 2015/2016 subject is composed of 30 students 14 male students and 16 female students. Based on the results of teacher sheet seen rising every meeting. At the meeting of the first cycle of 65%, the second meeting of the first cycle of 75% and in the fourth meeting of the second cycle of 80%, the fifth meeting of the second cycle of 90%. While student activity also increased every meeting. In the first cycle of unity meeting 64.44%, the second meeting of the first cycle of 70% and the second cycle keenpat meeting of 78.89%, and the fifth meeting of the second cycle of 85%. The results of study in the first cycle increased by 6.33% from the base score of 66.67%. Became 73.33%. In the second cycle increased by 20% to 93.33%. The average value of the basic score of 69.00, the UH I rose to 71.67, with an increase of 3.87%, the UH II average value increased to 75.83% with an increase of 5.80% , Thus, the results of this study in accordance with the hypothesis of action. Abstract: Latar of behind this research is lowering nya of result of learning IPA of student of class of Athwart IV MI Hubbul Wathan Jungle. While Complete Criterion value Minimize the ( KKM) IPA is 70. Among/Between student amounting to 20 people only 5 one who reach the KKM. This Research represent the Research of Class Action ( PTK) which aim to to increase result of learning IPA of student of class of Athwart IV MI Hubbul Wathan Jungle by applying model the study of co-operative of type of Two Stay Two Stray ( TSTS). Instrument of data collecting of at this sikripsi is activity sheet learn and student and also result of learning. This Sikripsi present the data of result of learning obtained from flattening- flatten the result learn before action 59,50 mounting 13,75 becoming 73,25 at cycle 1. At cycle II mount to become 11 with the mean 84,25. Activity learn at cycle 1 first meeting obtain;get the percentage 57,50% with the category enough, at second meeting experience of the improvement with the percentage 65% good category, and hereinafter at first cycle II meeting of activity learn also experience of the improvement with the percentage 75% good category. And at second cycle II meeting mount again with the percentage 90% with the category very good. Student activity of at cycle 1 first meeting obtain;get the percentage 55% with the category enough. At meeting two experiencing of improvement 57,50% with the category enough. At this cycle is student have started to comprehend the study activity by applying model the study of co-operative of type TSTS marked with the student activity of at first cycle II meeting mount with the percentage 77,50% with the category of baik.Pada meeting two cycle ii experience of the make-up of percentage 85% with the category very good. Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi with rata average grade 71.68 with a minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of science learning was 75 of total 29 students only 12 students who reach KKM and 17 students did not reach KKM. Penelitian The application is titled quantum teaching model for improving student learning outcomes science class III SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. This research aims to improve learning outcomes of science learning third grade students of SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi academic year 2014/2015 with the adoption of quatum teaching model. This research was conducted by 2 cycles refers to the student results, activities student and teacher activity. At the first meeting activity first cycle teacher with a percentage increase of 66.66%, second meeting to be 75.00%. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased again to 83.33% after the second meeting increased to 91.66% by Both very category. Activities students in first cycle first meetings with the percentage of 62.50% has increased to a second meeting be 70.83%. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased again became 79,16% and then increased again to a second meeting be 87.50%. Model quatum teaching in the learning process can improve student learning outcomes of science learning than the average score of 71.68 into 74.82 basis in the first cycle of the next increased by 3.14% and then increased from 74.82 in the first cycle to 83.10 with a large increase of 8.28%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the adoption of the model quantum teaching can improve learning outcomes of science learning grade III SD Negeri 035 Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir.Keywords: quantum teaching learning model

Abstract: This study aims to see whether there are differences in IPS learning outcomes between introvert and extroverted personality types in class V SD Negeri 110 Pekanbaru. In this research using Sample Sampling technique on sampling of 107 students. Research instrument of collecting data in the form of questionnaire that has been validated by validator and documentation. After done the data processing questionnaire introvert and extrovert personality types then got students who have introverted personality as much as 26 students while extrovert personality as much as 67 people and for students who balance as many as 14 people. From the analysis of learning outcomes obtained the average of introvert personality type 72.88 and extrovert 75.08. From the normality test for introverted personality type, amax value (0.038) < Dtabel (0,266), then H0 accepted means that the data of introvert personality type is normally distributed. And the extroverted personality data type is obtained by amax value (0.018) < Dtabel (0,166), then H0 is accepted means the data of introvert personality type is normally distributed. From the data above obtained that the data introvert and extrovert personality types are normally distributed. After doing the normality test the researchers conducted homogeneity test. After the homogeneity test data obtained value Fhitung (0.038) < Ftabel (1.48), then H0 accepted means the data has a homogeneous variance. Based on t test results obtained t hitung (0.621) < t tabel (1.644), then H0 accepted means there is a difference between learning results IPS introvert personality type and extrovert. Where extroverted learning outcomes are higher than introverted learning outcomes.Keywords: Introverted and Ekstroverted Personality Type, Learning Outcomes IPS.

Abstract: The problem in this research is based on observations that were found in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru are still many students who throw trash out of place and there are still students who arrive late to school, there are students who do not do their homework, and there are still students who dress does not fit with school rules. This study has the objective to determine the character of discipline and hard work in class V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru. The research is descriptive quantitative research, using research instruments such as questionnaires and interviews. Characters discipline Elementary School fifth grade student 161 Pekanbaru in three indicator derived from the percentage of students' answers, the third indicator disciplinary character get good category that is on the discipline of time with a percentage indicator 79,37% and indicators of regulatory discipline with 82.84% and the percentage indicator of behavioral discipline earn a percentage 83.44%. Character hard work in class V SD Negeri 161 Pekanbaru in two indicator derived from the percentage of students, both indicators karaker hard work getting both categories namely on indicators of completing all tasks well and timely with the percentage of 79.28% and the indicator does not easily give up in completing the task with a percentage of 77.81%.Key Words: Character, Discipline, Work Hard

Abstract: This research is based on the low learning outcomes of fourth grade science students in SDS Pembangunan Bagan Batu academic year 2016/2017. Initial data received by the researcher, from 25 students who reached the value of KKM only 7 students (28%) with an average of 56.8. This research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively and participatively in collaboration with science teacher of class IV in SDS Pembangunan Bagan Batu. The instrument of this research consists of learning device used in this research based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Learning tools consist of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets and observation sheets. The result of research got the activity of teacher at first cycle of meeting I that is 58,33% with enough category, second cycle meeting to I that is 70,83% with good category. At siklu II meeting 1 that is 79,167% with good category and second meeting second cycle that is 91,67% with very good category. Then the percentage of first cycle activity of the first student is 54,167% with enough category, at the second meeting of cycle I that is 70,83% with good category. In the second cycle of meeting I is 83.33% with very good category, and the second meeting is 87.5% with very good category. As for the result of student learning that complete before held action only 7 student (28%) with average value 56,8. In the daily test I cycle I the number of completed students increased to 14 students or (56%) with an average score of 68.6. Furthermore, in II repetition cycle II increased again with the total number of students who complete as many as 23 students or (92%) with an average value of 84.2. The increase that occurred on student learning outcomes between the basic score of one cycle with the percentage of 20.77% and between the basic score of the second cycle with the percentage of 48.23%. This means that the classical value obtained by students has been above the established KKM.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Snowball Throwing, Learning Outcomes Ipa
