Abstract

Aside from environmental improvement, the importance of socializing greenery in the school environment was planting love for the environment among young people, especially students. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys, counseling, and demonstrations. The implementation of greening socialization activities with teachers and students went smoothly. Students can understand this dedication so that for future programs, the team will carry out programs to increase the clustering of Adiwiyata Green School.

Abstract

 Physical condition is an essential component in achieving optimal performance in football. This study aims to systematically review various research discussing the physical condition aspects of football players at different age levels and competition levels. The research method uses a literature review approach on 10 national scientific articles published within the last five years. The analysis focuses on dominant physical condition components in football, such as muscle strength, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility, and leg power. The review results indicate that most football players at school, club, and academy levels have physical conditions categorized as moderate to good, although specific aspects still need improvement depending on playing position and training level. This study concludes that improving physical condition should be specific, measurable, and sustainable according to the characteristics of the football game.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of badminton referee training conducted during the Provincial Gorontalo National Championship (KEJURNAS). The training aims to improve the competence and professionalism of local referees in leading matches, as well as to provide a positive contribution from lecturers to the development of regional sports. The training activities were carried out for two days at Hotel Rachmat, followed by an experience of refereeing matches at the TRISAKA Badminton Hall for four days until the final. This article examines the contributions of this training to the quality of refereeing and its impact on badminton in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious problem that has deep psychological, physical and social impacts on victims and perpetrators. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Reality counseling in helping male perpetrators of sexual violence overcome identity conflicts, modify maladaptive behavior, and improve their adaptation skills. This case study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation to analyze the effectiveness of Reality counseling for a perpetrator of male sexual violence against men. The study results showed that this therapy was successful in changing the perpetrator's behavior and emotional responses, and contributed to his emotional well-being while reducing the risk of relapse. Future research needs to explore the long-term effectiveness of Reality counseling in different contexts and individual characteristics to further deepen rehabilitation strategies for sexual assault perpetrators.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan oleh Prodi Manajemen, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Purwokerto di Kelurahan Karang Pucung, Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan pada bulan Juli 2024. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam melakukan komunikasi yang efektif kepada masyarakat. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan kader Posyandu, yang diukur melalui pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk program pelatihan kader Posyandu di daerah lain.

Abstract

The background of this research is the impact of termination of employment which resulted in a large number of unemployment rates, especially in the kp kebon kopi area, is a difficult problem to solve. Therefore, preparing quality human resources is very important so that the only way to solve existing problems is by empowering people with improve the quality of human resources conducting job training in coffee plantations, namely humans are able to carry out all activities that have activities to provide services or work businesses that are effective and efficient etc. Limiting this problem is an effort to increase human resources to overcome unemployment through job training in an Islamic perspective. The formulation of this problem is how to increase human resources in order to overcome unemployment and how Islam views unemployment. The role of the environment in Kp Kebon Kopi and to find out how Islam views unemployment. Theoretically, this research can add knowledge and insight, especially regarding the Job Training program to increase human resources and reduce unemployment. In addition, this research can be used as reading material, references, and studies. Practically, it can provide quality input to the community and place of training in implementing job training. So that it can increase human resources and reduce unemployment in the Kp Kebon Kopi environment. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of data by collecting data and presenting data. The results of the research at the job training site in Kebon Kopi are that in increasing human resources in order to overcome unemployment, there must be quality human resources provided for example by someone providing services or businesses that are effective and efficient, etc. The number of unemployment rates in Kp Kebon Kopi every year increases but with the job training program in the coffee plantation environment it shows a very petrified role with the achievement of an increase in the workforce but job training efforts in reducing the number of unemployment rates have not gone well, if the number of workers has increased every year, of course, the number of labor force should decrease and the unemployment rate will decrease every year. However, this is reversed, namely the number of labor and unemployment will both increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze staff performance at PT. Banjar Industrial Borneo Facilities objectively in relation to workload, training, and personnel rotation. Given PT. Banjar Industrial Borneo Facilities' particular situation and the difficulties it faces in managing its human resources, the research site in Banjar Regency was selected. In order to provide a complete picture of the impact of research factors on employee performance, census methodologies were used to include all 48 employees of PT Sarana Borneo Industri Banjar as respondents in this study. The information utilized includes both quantitative information—obtained via government reports and personnel counts—and qualitative information—obtained from speaking with relevant authorities. Documentation and questionnaires were used in the data gathering process. The questionnaire measured respondents' attitudes, opinions, and perceptions on staff rotation, workload, and training using a Likert scale. Workload management, staff rotation, and efficient training.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembelajaran adalah keberhasilan peserta didik dalam membentuk pribadinya sesuai kompetensi dan mencapai tujuan serta keberhasilan guru dalam mengembangkan pribadi peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui seminar online ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman / edukasi kepada mahasiswa program studi Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Nasional Laa Roiba tentang Revolusi dan inovasi pengembangan Pribadi Peserta Didik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan metode ceramah secara online dengan pendekatan diskusi, teknis pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu Persiapan, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah dari 30 Peserta seminar mendapatkan pemahaman dan mampu melaksanakan bagaimana cara mengembangkan pribadi peserta didik yang lambat dalam belajar dan bagaimana cara mengembangkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo. Model tersebut diaplikasikan guna meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika, khususnya pada topik geometri. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus yang meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar siswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua, dengan rata-rata nilai naik dari 89,73 menjadi 91,22 serta persentase ketuntasan belajar bertambah dari 54% menjadi 84%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar guru mengimplementasikan model NHT secara kreatif dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang menarik supaya hasil belajar siswa menjadi lebih maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ errors in solving correlation analysis problems in terms of conceptual and procedural mistakes. The background arises from the fact that many students struggle to understand statistics, especially correlation analysis, which often leads to errors in applying formulas, performing calculations, and interpreting results. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach involving 36 eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo. The instrument was a written test consisting of four essay questions on Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination. Error analysis was based on Watson’s criteria, including data usage, procedure, and conclusion errors. The findings revealed that 50% of students made mistakes in calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient (r), 11% did not answer, and only 39% answered correctly. Common mistakes included substitution errors, miscalculations of SSxy, SSxx, and SSyy, and misinterpretation of the coefficient of determination (r²). The study concludes that students’ errors cover both conceptual and procedural aspects, suggesting that teachers should emphasize conceptual understanding, gradual practice, and contextual data in teaching correlation analysis. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kenyataan bahwa banyak siswa masih kesulitan memahami materi statistika, khususnya analisis korelasi, sehingga rentan melakukan kesalahan baik pada penggunaan rumus, perhitungan, maupun interpretasi hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek 36 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Sidoarjo. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian empat soal mengenai korelasi Pearson dan koefisien determinasi. Analisis kesalahan dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria Watson yang mencakup kesalahan data, prosedur, hingga kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 50% siswa mengalami kesalahan dalam menghitung koefisien korelasi Pearson (r), 11% tidak menjawab, dan hanya 39% yang benar. Kesalahan umum meliputi kesalahan substitusi, perhitungan SSxy, SSxx, dan SSyy, serta kesalahan dalam menginterpretasi nilai koefisien determinasi (r²). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kesalahan siswa mencakup aspek konsep dan proses, sehingga guru perlu memberikan pembelajaran berbasis pemahaman konsep, latihan bertahap, dan penggunaan data kontekstual.
