Abstract

Abstract

Industrial development is currently in the industrial revolution 4.0 phase, marked by rapid developments in the world of information technology. . The obstacles faced by MSMEs in developing businesses using IT, namely the development of technology and the large number of technology-based products, cause MSMEs to feel confused in determining the appropriate product to be a solution to the problems they face. Not all MSME players in Karangmalang market their products in available market places, such as Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia. This is because they don't know how to start marketing products through that market place. In digital marketing practices using the Shopee application, MSMEs are provided with how to use the Shopee application, starting from registering, creating an account, uploading products and providing certain tips so that consumers can find our products at the top by optimizing hashtags, uploading them in the feed and providing education to consumers regarding our product. The results of the service can also provide education about the use of technology in digital marketing and it can be concluded that there is an increase in participants' understanding.

Abstract

Primary education is an essential foundation for developing all the potential possessed by students, including physical fitness. The persistent inadequacy in children's physical fitness levels raises critical concerns regarding their overall health and well-being, necessitating urgent attention and intervention. This study aimed to assess the physical fitness of elementary school students, evaluate the effectiveness of the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test in measuring their physical fitness, and give policy recommendations. The quantitative descriptive method was used in this study due to its ability to provide numerical data analysis, facilitate systematic measurement, and allow comparative analysis and generalization. Incidental sampling was used to select 120 primary school learners in the Sidoarjo district. Two sets of fitness tests were administered based on child development phases: the Around the World Test for Phase B and a 600m running test for Phase C. Crosstabs analysis on SPSS revealed that male and female learners exhibited similar physical fitness levels, mainly within moderate and healthy categories. Differences were observed based on the phase or grade level (chi-squared=43.843, p=0.000), with Phase B learners generally having moderate to good fitness, while Phase C learners demonstrated lower and middle levels. Overall, there was a decline in fitness with higher grade levels, emphasizing the necessity to rejuvenate physical education for enhanced fitness. Instilling the importance of maintaining and enhancing physical fitness from a young age is crucial, and both teachers and students can actively contribute by enhancing their comprehension of physical literacy through training or by integrating it into the physical education curriculum.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) is the main factor determining the health status of the pesantren community (boarding school leaders, ustadz/ustadzah, students, other employees at the pesantren). CHLB in Islamic boarding schools is a set of behaviors that are practiced on the base of awareness as a result of learning, which makes the pesantren community independently able to prevent disease, improve their health, and play an active role in creating a healthy environment. This community service activity expects female students to live clean and healthy behaviors, especially in personal hygiene care, dental and oral care and preventing scabies. The methods used are health services, education and health training. The results of community service activities through clinical symptom screening showed that 21 female students had clinical symptoms of scabies. Only a few Santriwati have a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle, because almost half of them still lack knowledge about personal hygiene. Many students have good dental and oral health care. For female students, to always maintain health and always carry out PHBS at all times, and immediately go to the health service for a health check if you experience clinical symptoms of scabies. Health workers should regularly, regularly provide health services and foster UKS in Islamic Boarding Schools, the health of the female students is always monitored.

Abstract

Case: A 28-years-old woman presented with sudden right extremities weakness, right sided facial droop, and not being able to speak. On examination, the patient had upper motor neuron (UMN) hemiplegia and motor aphasia. On blood laboratory, we found D-dimer level of 1068 ng/dl. A non-contrast head CT-scan and CT-angiography showed left cerebral hemisphere infarction, and bilateral carotid artery stenosis. Further investigation with transcranial Doppler demonstrated partial stenosis of internal carotid artery (ICA). On cerebral digital subtraction angiography (DSA), we observed pseudoaneurysm on the right ICA and flame-shaped appearance on the left ICA, both are common radiological finding of ICA dissection. Then we performed stenting angioplasty on bilateral ICA to provide recanalization, and aspirin 80mg q.d. and clopidogrel 75mg q.d. was initiated. Conclusion: Spontaneous dissection of the carotid artery can occur on young adults. DSA is considered as the gold standard for vascular examination, and stenting with angioplasty was performed for recanalization to prevent the progression to severe stroke.
