Abstract

Roller skating is a sport that is being favored by the community. This sport has a high risk of danger that can cause various injuries. This study aims to analyze work accidents in Central Java’s roller skate athletes. The type of research used is qualitative research. The research subjects were roller skaters in Central Java as the main informants and roller skate trainers in Central Java as triangulation informants. Informants were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the factors that cause accidents in roller skate athletes are mostly due to collisions and slips. Potential injuries that are often experienced by roller skaters in Central Java are injuries to the ankle, knee, lower leg, upper leg, elbow, finger and wrist, waist and hip. More specifically, the types of injuries that occur are injuries such as skin abrasions, abrasions, bruises, cramps, cramps or muscle spasms, and dislocations. The conclusion is that injuries that occur are caused by falls/ slips due to collisions between athletes, the shape and condition of the track, the techniques used by athletes, and the condition of the equipment used can also determine the level of injury received.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Penawartama Tulang Bawang is a school whose students come from various villages in the district. Most of the students come from families with limited economic conditions and low levels of education. These factors often affect the students' learning motivation. The aim of this research is to predict students' academic performance based on parents' socioeconomic status, motivation level, discipline level, and previous academic achievements using data mining methods with the C4.5 algorithm. This research employs a quantitative approach involving 606 tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Penawartama Tulang Bawang. Data collection methods used include documentation and questionnaires. The research results show that the prediction analysis using decision trees has an accuracy rate of 98.02%, precision of 94.44%, and recall of 77.27%.   Keywords: data mining, C4.5 algorithm, accuracy, precision, and recall

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of thematic integrative teaching materials based on local wisdom in elementary schools. The method used in this research is an experimental research method. The population in this study were Elementary School Students (SD) in Bandar Lampung City. The results showed significant differences between the practical and control classes after being given different lessons. The mean value of the experimental class learning outcomes = 87.07> the mean value of the control class learning outcomes = 75.82. The Experiment Class (using Integrative Thematic Teaching Materials of Local Wisdom Based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker) was higher than the Control Class (using Ordinary Teaching Materials). Learning using Integrative Thematic Teaching Materials of Local Wisdom Based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker improves student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is closely related to decreased cardiorespiratory fitness and impaired exercise. DM is the second highest disease after hypertension in Hajj pilgrims in Blora Regency. The cardiorespiratory fitness status of Hajj pilgrims in Blora Regency in 2023 was mostly in the sufficient category (49.6%) and the poor category (30.4%). Given the importance of cardiorespiratory fitness in Hajj pilgrims with DM, an approach is needed that is able to examine various factors related to cardiorespiratory fitness through a biopsychosocial approach. Purpose: To analyze the biopsychosocial determinants of cardiorespiratory fitness in Hajj pilgrims with DM. Method: A cross-sectional design study was used to examine biopsychosocial factors on cardiorespiratory fitness. This study was conducted in Blora Regency in February-April 2024. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula and based on the researcher's justification, a sample of 119 respondents was taken. The inclusion criteria were being able to communicate well, being diagnosed with DM by a doctor, and laboratory results (GDS, GDP and HBA1c). Data analysis used univariate, bivariate (chi-square and logistic regression), and multivariate. Results: Most respondents (47.1%) had poor cardiorespiratory fitness (not fit). The results of the bivariate test showed that the variables of age (p=0.035, PR= 1.57), gender (p=0.044, PR= 1.56), BMI (p=0.016, PR= 1.65), physical activity (p=0.000, PR= 4.68), stress (p=0.000, PR= 2.30), and activity at the Integrated Development Post for non-communicable diseases (p=0.005, PR= 1.80) were related to cardiorespiratory fitness. The most dominant variables on cardiorespiratory fitness in DM hajj pilgrims were physical activity and stress variables controlled by age and gender. Conclusion: There is a relationship between age, gender, BMI, physical activity, stress and activity at the Integrated Development Post for Non-Communicable Diseases with cardiorespiratory fitness in DM hajj pilgrims. However, the most dominant is physical activity and stress which are controlled by age and gender.   Keywords: Biopsychosocial; Cardiorespiratory; Diabetes Mellitus; Fitness; Hajj Pilgrim.   Pendahuluan: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) berkaitan erat dengan penurunan kebugaran kardiorespirasi dan gangguan olahraga. DM merupakan penyakit tertinggi kedua setelah hipertensi pada jemaah haji di Kabupaten Blora. Status kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada jamaah haji di Kabupaten Blora tahun 2023 sebagian besar dengan kategori cukup (49.6%) dan kategori kurang (30.4%).Mengingat pentingnya kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada jemaah haji dengan DM, perlu dilakukan pendekatan yang mampu mengkaji berbagai faktor yang berhubungan dengan kebugaran kardiorespirasi melalui pendekatan biopsikososial. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis determinan biopsikososial terhadap kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada jemaah haji dengan DM. Metode: Penelitian desain cross sectional, digunakan untuk mengkaji faktor biopsikososial terhadap kebugaran kardiorespirasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Blora pada bulan Februari-April 2024. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, besar sampel dihitung dengan rumus Slovin dan berdasarkan justifikasi peneliti diambil total sampling sebanyak 119 responden. Kriteria inklusi yaitu mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, terdiagnosis DM oleh dokter, dan hasil laboratorium (GDS, GDP dan HBA1c). Analisis data menggunakan univariat, bivariat (chi-square dan regresi logistik), dan multivariat. Hasil: Sebagian besar responden (47.1%) mempunyai kebugaran kardiorespirasi kurang (tidak bugar). Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan variabel umur (p=0.035, PR= 1.57), jenis kelamin (p=0.044, PR= 1.56), IMT (p=0.016, PR= 1.65), aktivitas fisik (p=0.000, PR= 4.68), stres (p=0.000, PR= 2.30), dan keaktifan dalam posbindu PTM (p=0.005, PR= 1.80) berhubungan dengan kebugaran kardiorespirasi. Variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada jemaah haji dengan DM adalah variabel aktivitas fisik dan stres yang dikontrol dengan umur dan jenis kelamin. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, aktivitas fisik, stres dan aktivitas di Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular dengan kebugaran kardiorespirasi pada jemaah haji DM. Namun yang paling dominan adalah aktivitas fisik dan stres yang dikontrol oleh usia dan jenis kelamin.   Kata Kunci: Biopsikososial; Diabetes Mellitus; Jemaah Haji; Kardiorespirasi; Kebugaran.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much expected return and optimal portfolio risk and the best model between the Markowitz model and the single index model in forming optimal portfolios in banking sub-sector companies for the 2018-2022 period. This type of research includes applied quantitative descriptive. The research data uses secondary data in the form of stock closing prices, JCI and monthly BIC interest rates. The survey population is 29 companies. Data analysis uses the Markowitz model and single index model. The results showed that the stocks that make up the optimal portfolio with the Markowitz model are 12 company stocks that provide an expected return of 1.41%, an absolute risk of 4.48%, and a relative risk of 318.96%. While the single index model consists of 10 company stocks that provide an expected return of 4.65%, an absolute risk of 10.21%, and a relative risk of 219.68%. The research results are expected to contribute to investors, that the single index model is better than the Markowitz model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menguji Pelatihan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawana pada Devisi Pengelolaan Liquid PT Paragon Technology Kabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 70 responden.  Adapun populasi yang dipergunakan sejumlah Karyawan pada Devisi Pengelolaan Liquid PT Paragon Technology Kabupaten Tangerang, sedangkan analisis data yang dipergunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Adapun Hasil uji t (parsial) diperoleh Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan, sedangkan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Hasil uji F (simultan), Pelatihan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to assist PT SCN in improving its ability in risk management, by minimizing the risks contained in the CMS application. In addition, it aims to provide recommendations some risk action for risks that have been identified. Methodology/approach: Object of this research is PT Sarana Citranusa Kabil – Batam. In order to support its business activities, PT SCN uses a application, called Cash Management System (CMS). This study was conducted using method of case study research. Technique of data collection is in the form of observation. The procedures of this research follow the ISO31000:2018 standard. Results/findings: This study found that (i) there are 20 possible risks, which can disrupt the performance of the CMS and business activities; (ii) 2 possible risks with high level; (iii) 10 possible risks with medium level; (iv) 8 possible risks with low level. Limitations: This research focuses on risk management in the use of CMS applications. The research does not address risks outside of information technology, for example, health and safety environmental issues. Contribution: The result of this risk analysis is a proposed action recommendation based on the impact and frequency of occurrence. Finally, PT SCN can prevent and minimize risks so that the function of the CMS application can run optimally.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the capability level of information system security in PT. CPPI.  In addition, it provides recommendations for enhancing IS security. Methodology: This study used a qualitative approach. The objective of this study was PT. The CPPI, a company in Batam, operates in the fields of Forwarding, Transportation, and warehousing. The interviews were directed to personnel in the IT department. Framework for evaluation using the COBIT 2019 framework. Results: The study results show that the capability level value in the APO12 process reaches level 2 with an average value of 67%, which is the fully achieved level. In addition, in the APO13 process, the capability level reached level 2, with a value of 64%. In the DSS05 process, the capability level is at level 2, with a value of 71%. Finally, in the DSS06 process, the capability level was level 3, with a value of 86%. Limitations: Some management practices and activities from each process domain were not used as questionnaire material. For example, in the APO12 process, only one management practice is revealed, namely APO12.01, Collect Data. Meanwhile, other practices were not disclosed, such as APO12.02 - Analyze Risk, APO12.03 - Maintain a Risk Profile, etc. The author suggests that other research reveals these management practices. Contribution: This study can help companies increase their level of capability in IT governance, especially in the area of information technology security. Achievement targets for capability levels can be realized according to COBIT 2019 standards.

Abstract

Purpose: The rapid advancement of technology has led to continuous changes in the IT landscape, making it challenging to maintain an accurate and complete asset inventory. SCN Logistic faces difficulties in tracking the whereabouts of its assets. This study proposes a solution for IT asset management using GLPI software and explores the implementation process. The paper aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how GLPI software can be used to manage IT assets effectively. Research Methodology: A case study approach was used for this research, focusing on PT. SCN Logistic. Data and documents were collected from various sources. The hardware employed includes a Lenovo ThinkPad L14 with an AMD Ryzen 3 processor, 8 GB RAM, and a 256GB SSD. The software used comprises Linux Ubuntu 23.04, Apache2 web server, MariaDB, PHP, GLPI 9, and Fusion Inventory. Results: The GLPI and FusionInventory software successfully records IT assets, such as computers, automatically and stores them in a database. This outcome achieves the research objectives by providing an efficient IT asset management solution for companies using GLPI software. Limitation: A comparative analysis between IT asset management software was not conducted due to time constraints. Contribution: This study offers several benefits for companies: (1) Reduces security risks and gaps, (2) Improves efficiency and increases productivity, and (3) Minimizes overall costs, particularly in terms of updates and support.

Abstract

The need for attractive and interactive Web Design is the dream of all service providers to get more customers. However, building the UI / UX Design requires software that can collaborate with the database, as well as having an interactive and attractive design, one of the software desired by Web Developers is Open-Source and can be developed for free and can be developed freely by the Web developer community. As developed here is using the Penpot App. In the Penpot App, we can build a Web design that is used as an easy display for web developers such as Layers and Assets. These layers talk about the appearance that will be used or the layout of some of the required components, while these Assets contain all Web components that can be dragged and dropped on the web layer that is being and will be built. Another component is Design and Prototype, these two components are to choose the right design as used to build the Hotel Website. In this Design we can use a Canvas background to determine the right color, hopefully with the UI/UX Designer use of Penpot can be perfect and follow the expectations of making the Hotel website, so that the percentage of visitors can increase by seeing the performance of the website built, other than UI/UX Designer. And administration system can use the Graphical User Interface Delphi by using the latest version.
