Stunting is still a nutritional problem in children in Indonesia and several other developing countries. This has become a public health problem that must be taken seriously and requires continuity as this can cause irreversible damage both physically and cognitively to the child. Based on this, the government is making efforts to reduce Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) by promoting the Healthy Living Community Movement (HLCV) as a promotive and preventive effort. This community service activity was carried out by the Health Polytechnic of the health ministry Banjarmasin in collaboration with the Banjar District Health Office. This activity aims to improve the environment and change behavior towards a healthier one. As many as 250 participants were involved in this activity from various walks of life. The method used is socialization in the form of talk shows and discussions. In the discussion activity, the community enthusiastically asked questions related to the material provided. This indicates a change in attitude and behavior after socialization. It requires the commitment of all parties involved in efforts to tackle stunting, including making Germas one of the work programs that are carried out routinely.

The practice of Tumpang Rahim (surrogacy) is one of the innovations in reproductive technology that has caused ethical and legal controversy in Islam, especially in the review of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. This study aims to analyze the validity of interfering wombs based on the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah, especially ḥifẓ al-nasl (nurturing offspring), as well as the views of contemporary scholars. The research method used is normative juridical with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that the majority of contemporary scholars reject the practice of interfering because it involves a third party in the reproductive process, which results in confusion in nasab, guardianship, and inheritance rights. This practice is also considered to bring more maḍarrah than maṣlaḥat, so it is contrary to the principle of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah which emphasizes the preservation of offspring. From the perspective of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, the desire to have a child through intercession is not an emergency need. In addition, this practice can trigger various problems, including psychological burdens for husbands, wives, and women whose wombs are rented. Therefore, the practice of intercession is considered haram and is not following the purpose of sharī'ah in preserving offspring and avoiding damage.

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning has problems, namely a decrease in the level of physical activity, motor skills, and healthy lifestyles of students. This can be caused by the very low level of student participation in participating in PJOK learning. The learning model is an important thing that must be present during learning. Determining the right learning model can also affect the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a learning process. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in learning outcomes after implementing the cooperative learning model of the teams games tournament (TGT) type in basketball games. The study was conducted at SMKN 2 Surabaya which is located at Jl. Tentara Genie Pelajar No. 26, Petemon Village, Sawahan District, Surabaya City, East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach of the pre-experimental type (weak experiment) as well as test and measurement techniques to evaluate learning outcomes and questionnaires in identifying student responses to learning. The test results were then analyzed using a descriptive test by converting the values into t-scores first and then analyzing them using the Wilcoxon Test to determine whether there was a difference between the pre-test and post-test values. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the shooting test assessment showed an insignificant difference with an Asymp. Sig (0.974> 0.05). The results of the dribbling test assessment showed an insignificant difference with an Asymp. Sig (0.991> 0.05). The results of the passing test assessment showed an insignificant difference with an Asymp. Sig (0.991> 0.05). However, the results of the knowledge assessment test showed a significant difference with an Asymp. Sig (0.010 < 0.05). And the average percentage frequency of students who gave positive responses to the effectiveness questionnaire was 94.09%.

The objective of this study is to gain insights into the motivations behind organizations in adopting Big Data Analytics (BDA) by conducting a systematic literature review that provides the key determinants of BDA implementation in different sectors. This study follows the PRISMA guidelines using the PICOC principle to formulate research questions and establish inclusion criteria, and involves a systematic literature search followed by analysis to synthesize findings related to motivations for BDA adoption across sectors. The results of this study on the different sectors, including manufacturing, the public sector, Healthcare, education, and retail, have revealed that operational efficiency, product innovation, data management, and the management support of the organization act as the motivating factors in any BDA adoption decision. This study concludes that the motivation for BDA adoption across sectors is influenced by factors such as technological capabilities, organizational support, environmental pressures, and economic incentives, with specific differences in each sector indicating unique challenges and benefits, and offers a basis for further research and practical applications in the field of BDA.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah wilayah pada Kabupaten/Kota di Soloraya. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengamabilan sampel adalah total sampel (sampling total) di mana dalam pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan seluruh anggota dari populasi kemudian dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Soloraya dengan periode pengamatan sampel 6 tahun yaitu tahun 2017-2022. Sumber data dari laporan realisasi anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Soloraya diperoleh dari masing-masing wilayah Soloraya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, DAU berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, DAK berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Wilayah Soloraya. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) terhadap variabel kinerja keuangan sebesar 96.6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Raised bed is a planting method in which the planting area is raised from the surrounding ground level using a frame or container made of wood, stone, metal, or other materials. The main purpose of raised beds is to improve soil drainage, reduce the risk of soil erosion, control weeds, and provide a better growing environment for plants. Baung is one of the villages in Seruyan Hilir sub-district, Seruyan, Central Kalimantan. Baung Village has plain topography with an altitude of <500 meters above sea level with the plain area consisting of lowlands, hilly plains and riverbanks. Baung Village is the right target area for training in making raised beds and fertile soil planting media because the environment, especially its yards, is subject to natural constraints for planting considering the frequent ebb and flow of river water which inundates the people's yards. In utilizing their yard land, the people of Baung Village to become a source of food security for their families are less well managed due to natural constraints, because the community is more focused on working to earn their main income so that the yard land they own does not produce products that can be utilized for consumption needs, so training activities for making raised bed planting media. Then by adding a method for making solid organic fertilizer which is done directly in the raised bed that has been prepared. The PKK women who took part in this activity seemed enthusiastic and played a direct role in the making process, because the materials and tools were simple and easy to obtain, and most of the PKK women were already used to working in the garden, so they did not experience any significant obstacles in its implementation. This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety (OHS) and compensation on employee performance at the Fuji Mandiri Paving Block Factory in Bogor, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a saturated sample technique with 63 employees as respondents. Data were collected through primary and secondary sources, then analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results of the study indicate that partially, OHS has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 17.245 + 0.632X? and a calculated t value of 3.374> t table 1.67022 (sig. 0.001 <0.05). Compensation also has a positive and significant effect with the equation Y = 9.608 + 0.790X? and a calculated t value of 6.602> t table 1.67022 (sig. <0.001 <0.05). Simultaneously, K3 and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance with the equation Y = 7.331 + 0.265 X? + 0.580 X?, correlation value of 0.861, determination coefficient of 74.2%, and F count value of 86.261 > F table 3.150 (sig. <0.001 <0.05).

Research on art creation entitled Suara Hati Dance Collaboration involving dancers (students) and children with visual impairments (disabilities) to answer concerns about how a dancer feels dancing in the dark. This research method is a collaboration between the potential of dancers and the artistic potential of blind children. The dancers’ explorations were inspired by the behavior of the character Gendari in the Mahabarata story, who closed his eyes all his life only to feel the same darkness as his husband, Destrarastra. Exploring the potential of blind children is an important part of this research to determine the process and form of work. The results of this study provide an artistic experience for dancers, moving in the dark just following their auditory instincts. Providing space for expression and artistic experience for blind children, fostering self-confidence, courage, and a sense of pride in being able to work with dancers and appear in performances that are shown publicly.Keywords: voice, heart, collaboration, visual impairment, Gendari, movement, darkness.

Tujuan dari melaksanakan penelitian ini yaitu mencari tahu tentang pengaruh metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X TITL (Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik) 2 SMKN 1 Driyorejo materi passing permainan sepak bola. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment), serta menerapkan desain penelitian two group pre-test – post-test. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa mengerjakan soal pengetahuan dan praktik gerakan passing menggunakan kaki bagian dalam. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskripsi, uji normalitas, uji beda, uji mann whitney u, dan uji peningkatan N-Gain (Persentase). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan sebesar 29,39% pada aspek pengetahuan dan 18,36% pada aspek keterampilan setelah mendapatkan treatment melalui metode tutor sebaya. Maka terdapat kesimpulan yaitu ada pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari penerapan metode tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X TITL 2 SMKN 1 Driyorejo dalam materi passing sepak bola.

Artikel ini bertujuan menelaah tentang nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam ibadah puasa ramadhan bagi pendidikan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. Nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dimaksud adalah nilai pendidikan religius, nilai pendidikan moral, pendidikan sosial, dan nilai pendidikan budaya. Berpuasa merupakan sebuah kegiatan religius yang dilakukan orang islam sebagai wujud ketaatan terhadap Tuhan-Nya di samping ibadah-ibadah yang lainnya. Puasa ramadhan adalah kegiatan menahan diri dari makan, minum, dan berhubungan badan serta hal-hal lain yang menyebkan batalnya berpuasa mulai terbit fajar sampai terbenam matahari yang dilaksanakan pada bulan ramadhan. Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini makin berkurangnya kegiatan beribadah, tepo seliro, gotong royong, saling membantu, serta sikap-sikap positif lainnya seperti jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan hidup toleran dalam berkehidupan. Puasa ramadhan bukan hanya menekankan pada menahan diri dari makan dan minum saja, tetapi latihan peningkatan keimanan, pembinaan mental (jiwa), akhlak (moral), sosial, dan memahami arti perbedaan. Di sekolah dasar nilai-nilai tersebut perlu ditanamkan sebagai landasan siswa dalam pengembangan dirinya terutama pada aspek kepribadiannya seperti: berkarakter, perilaku, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan berjiwa sosial.
