Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of phonics instruction with storytelling toward the students’ learning to read and the influence of phonics instruction with storytelling toward the students’ oral language development at first grade in elementary school. The subject of research is the first students at class A and class B at SDN Siliwangi that located in Bogor. The approach of this research is quantitative and the method used quasi-experiment. The design of this research used Nonequivalent Groups Postest-Pascatest with a purposive sample technique. The total samples were 60 students of first grade in SDN Siliwangi that are divided into two classes. The class control is 30 students, and the experiment class is 30 students. The data were collected through the test, namely test for measuring learning to read and test for measuring oral language development. The result of research finds out that phonics instruction with storytelling was better than conventional learning toward students' learning to read and oral language development. The novelty of this research shows that students pronounced the simple text easier, fluency, and communicative when they described their idea orally after given phonics instruction with storytelling. The second novelty of this result found that phonics instruction was effective when the teacher at elementary school facilitates students' level from the beginning until the advanced level.  The teacher should be implemented this instruction for helping students’ low achievement, especially for improving students’ oral language development. Finally, this result should be developed so that it more perfect and more practice.AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng terhadap pembelajaran membaca siswa dan pengaruh instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng terhadap perkembangan bahasa lisan siswa di kelas satu di sekolah dasar.. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa pertama di kelas A dan kelas B di SDN Siliwangi yang berlokasi di Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Nonequivalent Groups Postest-Pascatest dengan teknik sampel purposive. Total sampel adalah 60 siswa kelas I di SDN Siliwangi yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas. Kontrol kelas adalah 30 siswa dan kelas eksperimen adalah 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, yaitu tes untuk mengukur pembelajaran membaca dan tes untuk mengukur perkembangan bahasa lisan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengajaran fonik dengan mendongeng lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pembelajaran membaca dan pengembangan bahasa lisan siswa. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengucapkan teks sederhana lebih mudah, lancar, dan komunikatif ketika mereka menggambarkan ide mereka secara lisan setelah diberi instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng. Kebaruan kedua dari hasil ini menemukan bahwa pengajaran fonik efektif ketika guru di sekolah dasar memfasilitasi tingkat siswa dari awal hingga tingkat lanjutan. Guru harus mengimplementasikan instruksi ini untuk membantu siswa berprestasi rendah, terutama untuk meningkatkan pengembangan bahasa lisan siswa. Abstract

The library at SMA Negeri XI Jambi City in data processing still uses a recording system or conventional. In the process of processing the data by taking notes on books for members who want to borrow books from the library. And students sometimes forget when to return the book. Based on this, it is necessary to develop an information system that can provide accurate data, process data quickly and provide information to students to finally return books using a website information system. Development of this information system is the best solution in solving existing problems. at SMA Negeri XI Jambi City, as well as with a computerized system, an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities in processing library data at this school.

Abstract

Abstract: Students who can be categorized as understanding volleyball techniques are students who are skilled in doing their techniques well. The solution is so that students of SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri can do good and correct volleyball playing techniques, innovation is needed in the learning model, namely the inquiry learning model. The aim is to find out whether after being given inqury learning the bottom passing technique can improve the ability of the bottom passing in students at SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri. The implementation and data collection in this study used the PTK method. The results of observation showed that only 30% of students showed good development in passing ability. Based on the reflection of the first cycle, the improvement was made in the second cycle. The results of observations in cycle II showed a significant increase, where in the second meeting, 55% of students managed to reach the very good category, while only 5% of students were in the adequate category.Keywords: inqury learning, volleyball skills  Abstrak: Siswa yang dapat dikategorikan paham teknik bermain bola voli adalah siswa yang terampil dalam melakukan tekniknya dengan baik. Solusi agar siswa SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri dapat melakukan teknik bermain bola voli yang baik dan benar, maka diperlukan inovasi dalam model pembelajaran, yaitu model pembelajaran inquiry learning. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah setelah diberikan inqury learning teknik passing bawah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan passing bawah pada siswa di SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri. Pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya 30% siswa yang menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik dalam kemampuan passing. Berdasarkan refleksi dari siklus I, perbaikan dilakukan pada siklus II. Hasil observasi pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana pada pertemuan kedua, 55% siswa berhasil mencapai kategori sangat baik, sementara hanya 5% siswa yang berada pada kategori cukup.Kata Kunci: inqury learning, keterampilan bola voli

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the active learning method in learning the bottom passing technique in grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Piasa. The method used in this study is to use descriptive statistics and verifiable statistics where pre-test and post-test methods are used as primary data for analysis. The test results showed a noticeable increase in the average because there was an increase of 3 points from 7.93 to 10.93. If described in percentages, the increase is 37.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of active learning method training on volleyball passing ability in grade VI students at SD Negeri 2 Piasa.Keyword: Active Learning Method, Volleyball Underhand Pass Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode active learning dalam pembelajaran teknik passing bawah pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Piasa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik verikatif dimana menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test sebagai data primer untuk analisanya. Hasil pengujian menunjukan peningkatan rerata yang terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3 point dari 7,93 menjadi 10,93. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 37,83 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan metode active learning terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VI di SD Negeri 2 Piasa.Kata kunci: Metode Active Learning, Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the  influence the professionalism of employees had on the quality of public services at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Bone Regency. This study used quantitative research with associative research type. The technique used simple random sampling. The target was the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bone Regency with a total sample of 27 people. Data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data using validation and reliability tests. The results of this study indicated that the professionalism of employees affects the quality of service at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Regency. This was proved from the output of the capital summary obtained by R of 0.961 from the large influence of the independent variable or professionalism (X) on the dependent variable or service quality (Y) which was also strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) or the determinant coefficient of 0.921, it meant 92.1% .

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the performance of employees at Jejak7kaos Celebes Screen Printing Office in the City of Makassar. This study used a qualitative research methods and the type of research used descriptive. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews. The results showed  four quality indicators, namely by looking at the discipline of employees, discipline at work (coming on time, doing the job properly and correctly) and utilization of facilities (use of tools). printing equipment properly and correctly). Quantity, to improve employee performance in need of a motivation. Motivation could be seen form of additional salaries, vacations, and other gifts that could increase the ability and willingness of employees to work. Punctuality, on time to come to the office and on time in finishing his work. Effectiveness, the ability to use the raw materials used, for example the use of computers, printers, and other printing equipment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Kodingareng Island Village Office, Sangkarrang District, Makassar City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The results showed that the quality of public services implemented in the Kodingareng Island Village Office, Sangkarrang District, Makassar City was seen from the dimensions of physical evidence (tangibles), such as office facilities which were still inadequate. 2) dimension (reliability) or employee reliability in providing services to the community has been achieved. 3) dimensions (responsiveness) or responsiveness of employees in providing services have been implemented. 4) dimensions (assurance) or service guarantees have not been maximally applied in the time frame. Also, 5) dimension (emphaty) or empathy in this case the concern of employees in providing services to the community has been achieved and implemented.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the drill method in improving soccer skills in grade IV students of MI Maarif Pucungbedug. The low ability of students in performing basic soccer techniques is the main problem in this study. The research method used is experimental. The population comes from MI Maarif Pucungbedug and the sample selected is grade IV students totaling 12 people. The instrument to measure students' passing and stopping abilities uses a battery test. Data analysis uses the jamovi 2.6.44.0 application. The test results showed a significant increase in the average because there was an increase of 26 points from 51.3 to 77.3. If described in percentage, the increase was 26%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of drill method training to improve soccer passing and control skills in grade IV students at MI Maarif Pucungbedug.Keywords: Drill method, passing and stopping, Soccer.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode drill dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan sepak bola pada siswa kelas IV MI Maarif Pucungbedug. Masih rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan teknik dasar sepakbola menjadi permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa eksperimental. Populasi berasal dari MI Maarif Pucungbedug dan sampel yang dipilih adalah siswa kelas IV yang keseluruhanya berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur kemampuan passing dan Stopping siswa menggunakan batteray test. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi jamovi 2.6.44.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukan peningkatan rata rata yang terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 26 point dari 51,3 menjadi 77,3. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 26 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan metode drill untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan sepakbola passing dan control pada siswa kelas IV di MI Maarif Pucungbedug.Kata Kunci: Metode drill, Passing dan stopping, sepakbola.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) Model in improving volleyball underhand passing skills among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. The research uses a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were 32 fourth-grade students from SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. Data collection was conducted using tests, with the AAHPERD instrument. Data analysis was performed using a t-test, preceded by tests for normality and homogeneity.The hypothesis testing results using the t-test obtained a t-value of 21.69, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.695 (21.69 1.695), indicating a significant difference between the data before and after the treatment. A clear increase in the mean score was observed, rising from 8.31 to 15.80, an improvement of 7.19 points. When expressed as a percentage, this increase amounts to 86.52%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the PjBL model training on the underhand passing ability in volleyball among fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Bandingan.Keywords: Project Based Learning (PjBL) Method, Volleyball Underhand PassAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dalam Meningkatkan Passing Bawah Bola Voli Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain One Group Pretest and Post Test Design. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan, dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes, dengan instrumen berupa AAHPERD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis uji-t, melalui uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t mendapatkan thitung sebesar 21,69 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,695 (21,69 1,695), sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara data sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Peningkatan rerata terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,19 dari 8,31 menjadi 15,80. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 86,52%%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan model PjBL terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Bandingan.Kata Kunci: Metode Project Based Learning (PjBL), Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the active learning model on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. The population and sample in this study were 9 students, to test the extent of its influence using the F test and then comparing the significance value (Sig.) With a probability of 0.05, then comparing the t-count value with the t-table. Data was taken through practice. The results showed that the application of the active learning model was believed to have an effect on improving soccer passing skills. Proven by the results of the hypothesis test which showed a significance value (Sig.) 0.001 smaller than the probability of 0.05, and the results of the t-test showed that the t-count value of 5.525 was greater than the t-table value (2.36), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the application of the active learning model has an effect on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Keywords: Active Learning, Passing Skills, SoccerAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran active learning terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 9 siswa, untuk menguji sejauhmana pengaruhnya menggunakan uji F dan dilanjutkan membandingkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) dengan probobilitas 0,05, selanjutnjya membandingkan nilai thitung dengan ttabel. Data diambil melalui praktek. Hasilnya diketahui penerapan model pembelajaran active learning diyakini berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,001 lebih kecil dari probobilitas 0,05, serta hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,525 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,36), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran active learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Kata Kunci: Active Learning, Keterampilan Passing, Sepak Bola
