Abstract

The implementation of 2013 curriculum results in a number of consequences in teachers’ negative conceptions of the peer-assessment implementation in the classroom. This current study aimed at revealing English teachers’ perspectives of peer-assessment as an assessment method in assessing students’ affective aspects. A survey research was conducted in the study which deployed questionnaires with 30 statements. 30 English teachers who applied 2013 Curriculum in their teaching and learning process participated in this study and the results exposed that most of these English teachers perceive positively the implementation of peer-assessment regarding its relation with character education and students’ attitude towards peer assessment. However, the application of peer-assessment for assessing students’ affective aspect still needs to be improved since the fairness of peer-assessment application is still questionable by the teachers. Therefore, further development of peer-assessment is required in order to promote its positive aspects.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of circuit training on the soccer skills of 8th-grade students at SMP Purnama Ayah. This research employed an experimental design, utilizing pre-test and post-test measures. The data of this research consist of 25 8th-grade students at SMP Purnama Ayah. The implementation and data collection of this research used the method of soccer skill tests. Data analysis used statistical analysis with SPSS 26 application. Based on the results of the dependent t-test using SPSS version 26, the results showed a significance (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. It can be concluded that the Circuit Training method has a significant effect on improving the soccer skills of 8th-grade students at SMP Purnama Ayah.Keywords: Circuit Training, Soccer Skills Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model latihan circuit training dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sepak bola siswa kelas VIII SMP Purnama Ayah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan pretest dan posttest. Data dari penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa kelas VIII SMP Purnama Ayah. Pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes keterampilan sepak bola. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil uji t Dependent menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 didapatkan hasil dengan signifikasi (2-tailed) 0,0000,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode latihan Circuit Training berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan sepak bola siswa kelas VIII SMP Purnama Ayah.Kata Kunci: Circuit Training, Keterampilan Sepak Bola

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the influence of phonics instruction with storytelling toward the students’ learning to read and the influence of phonics instruction with storytelling toward the students’ oral language development at first grade in elementary school. The subject of research is the first students at class A and class B at SDN Siliwangi that located in Bogor. The approach of this research is quantitative and the method used quasi-experiment. The design of this research used Nonequivalent Groups Postest-Pascatest with a purposive sample technique. The total samples were 60 students of first grade in SDN Siliwangi that are divided into two classes. The class control is 30 students, and the experiment class is 30 students. The data were collected through the test, namely test for measuring learning to read and test for measuring oral language development. The result of research finds out that phonics instruction with storytelling was better than conventional learning toward students' learning to read and oral language development. The novelty of this research shows that students pronounced the simple text easier, fluency, and communicative when they described their idea orally after given phonics instruction with storytelling. The second novelty of this result found that phonics instruction was effective when the teacher at elementary school facilitates students' level from the beginning until the advanced level.  The teacher should be implemented this instruction for helping students’ low achievement, especially for improving students’ oral language development. Finally, this result should be developed so that it more perfect and more practice.AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng terhadap pembelajaran membaca siswa dan pengaruh instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng terhadap perkembangan bahasa lisan siswa di kelas satu di sekolah dasar.. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa pertama di kelas A dan kelas B di SDN Siliwangi yang berlokasi di Bogor. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Nonequivalent Groups Postest-Pascatest dengan teknik sampel purposive. Total sampel adalah 60 siswa kelas I di SDN Siliwangi yang dibagi menjadi dua kelas. Kontrol kelas adalah 30 siswa dan kelas eksperimen adalah 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes, yaitu tes untuk mengukur pembelajaran membaca dan tes untuk mengukur perkembangan bahasa lisan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pengajaran fonik dengan mendongeng lebih baik daripada pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pembelajaran membaca dan pengembangan bahasa lisan siswa. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengucapkan teks sederhana lebih mudah, lancar, dan komunikatif ketika mereka menggambarkan ide mereka secara lisan setelah diberi instruksi fonik dengan mendongeng. Kebaruan kedua dari hasil ini menemukan bahwa pengajaran fonik efektif ketika guru di sekolah dasar memfasilitasi tingkat siswa dari awal hingga tingkat lanjutan. Guru harus mengimplementasikan instruksi ini untuk membantu siswa berprestasi rendah, terutama untuk meningkatkan pengembangan bahasa lisan siswa. Abstract

The library at SMA Negeri XI Jambi City in data processing still uses a recording system or conventional. In the process of processing the data by taking notes on books for members who want to borrow books from the library. And students sometimes forget when to return the book. Based on this, it is necessary to develop an information system that can provide accurate data, process data quickly and provide information to students to finally return books using a website information system. Development of this information system is the best solution in solving existing problems. at SMA Negeri XI Jambi City, as well as with a computerized system, an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities in processing library data at this school.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia, a country experiencing severe drought, is highly susceptible towaterborne diseases, such as typhoid fever caused by Salmonella typhi infection. Poorsanitation conditions and high water levels can exacerbate the drought situation and create aconducive environment for waterborne diseases. Understanding the risk factors associated withtyphoid fever in drought-prone areas is critical for effective intervention and management.Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with increased incidenceof typhoid fever in flood-prone areas.Method: This study used the literature review method bycollecting data from various sources published between 2018 and 2024, through the GoogleScholar and Mendeley platforms. The keywords used in the search were “flood,” “typhoidfever,” and “risk factors. ”Results and Discussion: The analysis revealed that poor sanitaryconditions and high levels of air pollution are the main risks contributing to typhoid disease.Unhealthy environments and inadequate public access in remote areas increase the risk oftransmission. Education on personal hygiene and health awareness is essential to preventtyphoid disease, especially in areas with minimal health infrastructure.Conclusion: he mainrisk factors for typhoid fever in flood-prone areas are poor sanitation and limited access toclean water. Community education efforts on hygiene and sanitation should be conducted toprevent a surge in typhoid fever cases and protect overall public health.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the world's development which is increasing rapidly, this certainly influences the world of Islamic education and becomes a new challenge for Islamic education. Therefore this research was conducted with the aim of studying and examining Harun Nasution's thoughts regarding the renewal of Islamic education. This research is library research in which the sources are obtained from various literary sources, both books and journals. The results of the study show that the concept of Islamic education with Harun Nasution's thoughts on Islamic education in the era of society 5.0 namely, (1) rational theology must be the foundation of Islamic education; (2) Islamic education aims to build human character in order to have a noble personality; (3) the development of a good Islamic education curriculum is a curriculum that is based on spiritual and intellectual morality; (4) Islamic education methods must be adapted to the goals of Islamic education (5) an educator must be able to set an exemplary example for students. In essence, the relevance of Harun Nasution's thoughts with the concept of Islamic education which is prepared in facing the era of society 5.0 is to prioritize the ability to reason and strengthen character or moral education. Keyword: Education, Era, Harun Nasution. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan dunia yang semakin pesat, hal ini tentunya berpengaruh dalam dunia pendidikan islam dan menjadi tantangan baru bagi pendidikan islam. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji dan menelaah pemikiran Harun Nasution terkait pembaharuan pendidikan islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka yang mana sumbernya didapat dari berbagai sumber literatur baik itu buku maupun jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsep pendidikan islam dengan pemikiran harun nasution terhadap pendidikan islam era society 5.0 yaitu, (1)teologi rasional haruslah menjadi landasan pendidikan islam; (2)pendidikan islam bertujuan untuk membangun karakter manusia agar memiliki kepribadian yang luhur; (3)pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan islam yang baik adalah kurikulum yang berlandaskan pada moral spiritual dan intelektual; (4)metode pendidikan islam harus disesuaikan dengan tujuan pendidikan islam (5)seorang pendidik harus sanggup memberi contoh keteladanan bagi peserta didik. Pada intinya, relevansi pemikiran harun nasution dengan konsep pendidikan islam yang disiapkan dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 adalah mengutamakan kemampuan akal dan penguatan pendidikan karakter atau moral. Kata kunci: Harun Nasution, Pendidikan, Zaman.

Abstract

Sports are important activities that must be done by humans in order to obtain physical health. Sports are also a means to support the health of a person's soul and body. Football is a game played by two teams, each team consisting of eleven players, commonly called a team. Football is a sport that is loved by all levels of society, from children to adults. It can be concluded that the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Drill training model on the soccer playing skills of students at the Ebod Jaya Kebumen Academy in the Age Group 10-12 Years. And the type of research is quantitative experimental research, namely a type of research that aims to test the causal relationship between the variables studied in this study. The population and sample in this study were all participants at the Ebod Jaya Kebumen Academy aged 10-12 years with a total population of 45 students. The research sample was taken randomly, where 30 participants were selected as a sample consisting of two groups: the experimental group (15 participants) who would receive the fun learning method, and the control group (15 participants) who would use the traditional training method. by using the Research instrument is a tool or facility used by researchers in collecting data so that their work is easier and the results are better, in the sense of being careful, complete, and systematic so that it is easy to process and Data collection in this study is by developing a proficiency test and getting post-test results or not yet applied drill ball skills can be known soccer playing skills of SSB Ebod Jaya Kebumen students in the 10-12 year age group pretest entered the very good category as many as 0 students (0%), good category as many as 1 student (3%), and getting post-test results or already applied drill ball skills soccer playing skills of SSB Ebod Jaya Kebumen students in the 10-12 year age group who entered the very good category as many as 16 students (53%), good category as many as 11 students (37%), sufficient category as many as 4 students (13%) and in the less category there were 0 students (0%) and in the very less category there were 0 students (0%).

Abstract

Abstract: Students who can be categorized as understanding volleyball techniques are students who are skilled in doing their techniques well. The solution is so that students of SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri can do good and correct volleyball playing techniques, innovation is needed in the learning model, namely the inquiry learning model. The aim is to find out whether after being given inqury learning the bottom passing technique can improve the ability of the bottom passing in students at SMP VIP Ma'arif NU 1 Kemiri. The implementation and data collection in this study used the PTK method. The results of observation showed that only 30% of students showed good development in passing ability. Based on the reflection of the first cycle, the improvement was made in the second cycle. The results of observations in cycle II showed a significant increase, where in the second meeting, 55% of students managed to reach the very good category, while only 5% of students were in the adequate category.Keywords: inqury learning, volleyball skills  Abstrak: Siswa yang dapat dikategorikan paham teknik bermain bola voli adalah siswa yang terampil dalam melakukan tekniknya dengan baik. Solusi agar siswa SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri dapat melakukan teknik bermain bola voli yang baik dan benar, maka diperlukan inovasi dalam model pembelajaran, yaitu model pembelajaran inquiry learning. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah setelah diberikan inqury learning teknik passing bawah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan passing bawah pada siswa di SMP VIP Ma’arif NU 1 Kemiri. Pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PTK. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya 30% siswa yang menunjukkan perkembangan yang baik dalam kemampuan passing. Berdasarkan refleksi dari siklus I, perbaikan dilakukan pada siklus II. Hasil observasi pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana pada pertemuan kedua, 55% siswa berhasil mencapai kategori sangat baik, sementara hanya 5% siswa yang berada pada kategori cukup.Kata Kunci: inqury learning, keterampilan bola voli

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the active learning method in learning the bottom passing technique in grade VI students of SD Negeri 2 Piasa. The method used in this study is to use descriptive statistics and verifiable statistics where pre-test and post-test methods are used as primary data for analysis. The test results showed a noticeable increase in the average because there was an increase of 3 points from 7.93 to 10.93. If described in percentages, the increase is 37.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of active learning method training on volleyball passing ability in grade VI students at SD Negeri 2 Piasa.Keyword: Active Learning Method, Volleyball Underhand Pass Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas metode active learning dalam pembelajaran teknik passing bawah pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Piasa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik verikatif dimana menggunakan metode pre-test dan post-test sebagai data primer untuk analisanya. Hasil pengujian menunjukan peningkatan rerata yang terlihat nyata karena terjadi peningkatan sebesar 3 point dari 7,93 menjadi 10,93. Jika digambarkan dalam persentase, peningkatan tersebut sebesar 37,83 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan metode active learning terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas VI di SD Negeri 2 Piasa.Kata kunci: Metode Active Learning, Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the  influence the professionalism of employees had on the quality of public services at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Bone Regency. This study used quantitative research with associative research type. The technique used simple random sampling. The target was the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bone Regency with a total sample of 27 people. Data collection techniques used  observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The validity of the data using validation and reliability tests. The results of this study indicated that the professionalism of employees affects the quality of service at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Bone Regency. This was proved from the output of the capital summary obtained by R of 0.961 from the large influence of the independent variable or professionalism (X) on the dependent variable or service quality (Y) which was also strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) or the determinant coefficient of 0.921, it meant 92.1% .
