Abstract

Teacher performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of education, as high-performing teachers are able to create effective and innovative learning processes that support students’ competency development. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal’s charismatic leadership (X₁) and teacher motivation (X₂) on teacher performance (Y) at SMP Panca Budi Medan, as well as to examine the role of motivation as a supporting factor in improving teacher performance. A quantitative approach with an associative explanatory method was employed, involving all 40 teachers of SMP Panca Budi Medan as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) analyses. The results indicate that all research instruments are valid and highly reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.977 for X₁, 0.968 for X₂, and 0.962 for Y. The classical assumption tests were fulfilled, indicating that the regression model is appropriate for analysis. Multiple regression analysis reveals that charismatic leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (B = 0.965; Sig. = 0.000), while teacher motivation also shows a positive effect but is not statistically significant (B = 0.049; Sig. = 0.267). The F-test demonstrates that X₁ and X₂ simultaneously have a significant effect on Y (F = 174.318; Sig. = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.904. These findings confirm that charismatic leadership is the primary factor in enhancing teacher performance, while motivation functions as a supporting factor that strengthens the influence of leadership. Principals who demonstrate charismatic leadership while providing motivational support can foster greater teacher professionalism and improve the overall quality of learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the active learning model on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. The population and sample in this study were 9 students, to test the extent of its influence using the F test and then comparing the significance value (Sig.) With a probability of 0.05, then comparing the t-count value with the t-table. Data was taken through practice. The results showed that the application of the active learning model was believed to have an effect on improving soccer passing skills. Proven by the results of the hypothesis test which showed a significance value (Sig.) <0.001 smaller than the probability of 0.05, and the results of the t-test showed that the t-count value of 5.525 was greater than the t-table value (2.36), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the application of the active learning model has an effect on improving the passing skills of soccer students in grade VI of MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Keywords: Active Learning, Passing Skills, Soccer Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran active learning terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan. Data diambil melalui praktek. Hasilnya diketahui penerapan model pembelajaran active learning diyakini berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola. Dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) < 0,001 lebih kecil dari probobilitas 0,05, serta hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 5,525 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (2,36), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran active learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing sepak bola siswa kelas VI MI Ma'arif NU Hizbul Qur'an Parakan.Kata Kunci: Active Learning, Keterampilan Passing, Sepak Bola

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of drill training on improving the passing ability of 14-year-old female volleyball athletes at the Pova Club in the minimally sufficient category. The method used was a quasi-experimental one. The population of this study was 12 14-year-old Pova Club athletes. The sample of this study used a total sampling of 12 athletes with a perposive sampling technique, namely according to age category. Data collection in this study used a volleyball overhead passing test, namely the Brady Volleyball Test. Data analysis used the IBM SPSS version 27 application, with normality testing, homogenity test and t-test steps. The results showed an increase in the average value from 63.41 (pretest) to 90.75 (posttest) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, after the application of the volleyball passing drill training method in the 14-year-old female volleyball club, there was an increase in the very good category. Keywords: Training Drill, overhead passing, volley ball   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan drill terhadap peningkatan kemampuan passing atlet voli putri usia 14 tahun di Klub Pova pada kategori minimal memadai. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet Club Pova yang berusia 14 tahun dengan jumlah 12 anak. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 12 atlet dengan teknik pengambilan sampel perposive sampling yaitu sesuai kategori usia. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes passing atas bola voli yaitu brady volley ball tes. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27 IBM, dengan langkah uji normalitas, uji homogen dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 63,41 (pretest) menjadi 90,75 (posttest) dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Simpulan, setelah diterapkan metode latihan drill passing atas bola voli pada club bola voli putri usia 14 tahun terjadi peningkatan pada kategori sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: Latihan drill, pasing atas, bola voli

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGFU) model on improving the soccer skills of Grade VII A students at SMP Muhammadiyah Sempor. The background of this study is the low mastery of basic techniques and students’ tactical understanding in soccer games. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group format. The subjects consisted of 20 students divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received instruction using the TGFU model, while the control group was taught using conventional methods. Data were collected through soccer skill tests conducted before and after the treatment. The results showed that the average posttest score of the experimental group was 10.8, higher than the control group’s 7.6. The t-test analysis indicated a significant difference (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that the TGFU model has a positive and significant effect on improving students’ soccer playing skills. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya penguasaan teknik dasar dan pemahaman taktis siswa dalam permainan sepak bola. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan bentuk pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 siswa yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan pembelajaran menggunakan model TGFU, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan sepak bola sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai posttest kelompok eksperimen sebesar 10,8, lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 7,6. Hasil uji t menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa model TGFU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain sepak bola siswa. Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata alam di Indonesia sering kali memicu ketegangan antara ambisi pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan perlindungan hak-hak tradisional masyarakat adat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum terhadap hak masyarakat adat dalam kerangka pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (Community Based Tourism/CBT) serta mengidentifikasi hambatan yuridis yang menghalangi implementasinya secara efektif. Menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kajian literatur, studi ini menelaah berbagai regulasi, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen hukum dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir untuk memetakan dinamika hukum yang terjadi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya diskoneksi regulasi yang signifikan antara pengakuan konstitusional terhadap masyarakat adat dengan aturan teknis dalam undang-undang sektoral, khususnya di bidang pariwisata dan kehutanan. Marginalisasi hak ulayat terus terjadi akibat dominasi sistem perizinan yang bersifat top-down serta mekanisme pengakuan subjek hukum adat yang bersifat administratif-bersyarat. Kondisi ini menciptakan kerentanan bagi masyarakat lokal untuk tereksklusi dari pengelolaan sumber daya mereka sendiri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep CBT tidak akan mencapai efektivitasnya tanpa adanya instrumen hukum yang mewajibkan prinsip Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) dalam setiap proses perizinan wisata alam. Formulasi perlindungan hukum yang ideal memerlukan sinkronisasi kebijakan melalui Peraturan Daerah yang secara tegas mengakui kedaulatan masyarakat adat atas ruang kelolanya. Penguatan kedudukan hukum masyarakat adat bukan sekadar upaya memenuhi keadilan distributif, melainkan merupakan kunci krusial bagi keberlanjutan ekosistem pariwisata alam di Indonesia di masa depan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology underscores the importance of teachers’ ability to adapt and integrate digital tools into the learning process. To ensure the effective implementation of such technological adaptation in schools, continuous support and mentoring from educational partners are essential. This community service activity aimed to train teachers at SDN 205 Jambi in creating educational games using Wordwall, a web-based application that offers various engaging game templates. The training was conducted through several stages: material presentation, trial of educational games, hands-on practice in designing Wordwall-based games, and subsequent evaluation and reflection. As a result of this program, teachers successfully developed a range of educational games relevant to their classroom subjects. The level of teacher satisfaction with the training was evaluated using a quantitative approach through a Likert-scale questionnaire covering four dimensions: training content, facilitators, facilities and media, and overall satisfaction. The results revealed that teachers reported a very high level of satisfaction across all aspects of the training. The relevance of the training materials achieved an average score of 4,48 (very high category), while the facilitator quality received an average score of 4,49 (very high category). The facilities and instructional media were rated 4.46, also classified as very high. The final indicator, overall satisfaction, achieved an average score of 4,59, placing it firmly within the very high category. These findings highlight the importance of continuous, technology-oriented professional development programs to strengthen elementary school teachers’ digital competencies and support the integration of innovative learning tools in the classroom.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to foster students’ entrepreneurial spirit through digital marketing training based on the Shopee platform in Jambi Province. The underlying problem of this activity was the tendency of students to use digital platforms primarily for consumptive purposes, particularly online shopping, rather than as a medium for entrepreneurship. The method employed in this program was an applicative training approach, which included an introduction to Shopee as an online marketing platform as well as hands-on practice in opening an online store, adding products, and promoting products. The evaluation of the program was conducted using a participant satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed that students provided positive responses to the training activities. Participants perceived the training as relevant to their needs, easy to understand, and beneficial in enhancing their understanding and interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, Shopee-based digital marketing training was considered effective in fostering students’ entrepreneurial spirit and encouraging the productive use of digital platforms.

Abstract

The rapid growth of fintech lending applications has significantly transformed access to financial services, especially in developing countries. These platforms provide fast, convenient, and accessible financial solutions; however, they also raise critical concerns regarding cybersecurity and data protection. This study aims to analyze the relationship between cybersecurity and public trust in digital lending applications through a qualitative literature review. Cybersecurity is a key determinant of trust, as users must share sensitive personal and financial information when accessing digital lending services. Empirical studies indicate that data breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse of personal data significantly reduce consumer trust. Conversely, strong cybersecurity mechanisms such as encryption, authentication systems, and regulatory compliance enhance trust and encourage adoption This paper finds that cybersecurity is not only a technical requirement but also a strategic factor in building sustainable trust relationships between users and fintech providers. Strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, improving regulatory enforcement, and increasing digital literacy are essential to fostering trust in digital lending ecosystems. The study contributes to the understanding of how cybersecurity influences trust and provides insights for policymakers and fintech providers in developing secure and reliable digital financial services. Abstract

Kota Makassar menghadapi risiko bencana majemuk yang menuntut komunikasi risiko dan krisis konsisten dalam struktur pemerintahan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara kritis bagaimana koordinasi pemerintahan kota melalui Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) membentuk komunikasi bencana dan memunculkan ketimpangan informasi publik. Studi ini menggunakan desain kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dan analisis dokumen sepuluh tahun terakhir dari basis data bereputasi serta dokumen kebijakan daerah. Melalui pendekatan ini, penelitian memetakan hubungan antara tata kelola kelembagaan dan efektivitas distribusi informasi di tengah masyarakat perkotaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas komunikasi bencana ditentukan oleh tiga simpul koordinasi utama; integrasi data, keseragaman pesan, dan alur diseminasi informasi. Ketimpangan informasi muncul ketika simpul-simpul tersebut tidak selaras dalam sistem komando, ditandai oleh fragmentasi data, perbedaan indikator, ketiadaan standardisasi instruksi tindakan, serta lemahnya pembaruan situasi (situational update). Ketidaksinkronan ini berdampak pada kesiapsiagaan yang tidak merata, instruksi evakuasi tidak spesifik wilayah (area-specific), hingga bias dalam prioritas distribusi bantuan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa komunikasi bencana merupakan refleksi langsung dari kualitas koordinasi birokrasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan tata kelola melalui BPBD dengan menetapkan rujukan data bersama serta menyepakati indikator dan ambang peringatan lintas instansi. Diperlukan pula penerapan templat pesan berorientasi tindakan yang spesifik wilayah guna menjangkau karakter permukiman yang beragam. Pembentukan Prosedur Operasional Standar (SOP) pembaruan situasi yang konsisten menjadi prasyarat mutlak untuk menekan ketimpangan informasi dan meningkatkan keselamatan publik. Abstract

Keterampilan menulis merupakan salah satu kompetensi bahasa yang paling kompleks bagi siswa sekolah dasar karena melibatkan penguasaan kaidah ejaan yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebabnya, serta merumuskan upaya pemecahan masalah berdasarkan kajian literatur terdahulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti protokol PRISMA. Berdasarkan hasil seleksi ketat terhadap 105 artikel dari berbagai basis data ilmiah seperti Sinta, Google Scholar, dan ERIC, terpilih 15 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020–2025 sebagai sumber data primer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan penggunaan huruf kapital pada siswa kelas V sekolah dasar masih tergolong tinggi, dengan bentuk kesalahan paling dominan terjadi pada awal kalimat, penulisan nama diri (orang dan tempat), serta unsur waktu. Faktor penyebab utama kesalahan tersebut meliputi rendahnya pemahaman kaidah ejaan, kurangnya ketelitian, rendahnya motivasi belajar, serta metode pembelajaran guru yang cenderung monoton dan minim umpan balik. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalkan kesalahan ini adalah melalui penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif, latihan menulis terstruktur secara konsisten, pemberian umpan balik langsung (feedback), serta peningkatan kompetensi guru terhadap kaidah PUEBI.
