Abstract

Perjanjian bagi – hasil tanah pertanian merupakan suatu perikatan antara dua belah pihak yakni pemilik tanah dengan penggarap yang perjanjiannya berisikan tentang pengerjaan atau pengusahaan sebuah tanah untuk pertanian. Undang – Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960 tentang Perjanjian Bagi – Hasil mengatur mengenai proses pembuatan sebuah perjanjian bagi – hasil serta penentuan pembagian hasil panen yang benar tanpa memberatkan salah satu pihak. Penerapan Undang – Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960 di Indonesia masih belum dapat diterima di semua masyarakat desa, khususnya di Desa Candi Areng, Kecamatan Warungasem, Kabupaten Batang. Hal ini sangat mempengaruhi perkembangan hukum dalam bidang pertanahan khususnya dalam perjanjian bagi – hasil. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis-empiris. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis yang didasarkan pada teori hukum dan praktek pelaksanaan hukum. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengolahan data secara primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan dari survei lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Penerapan Undang – Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 1960 tentang Perjanjian Bagi – Hasil di Desa Candi Areng, Kecamatan Warungasem, Kabupaten Batang tidak terlaksana atau diterapkan. Penduduk Desa Candi Areng percaya dan yakin suatu perjanjian bagi – hasil yang mereka lakukan sudah cukup dengan cara lesan dan saling percaya berdasarkan rasa kekeluargaan. Penyelesaian sengketa yang terjadi di Desa Candi Areng menggunakan cara Mediasi dan Rembug Desa yang bertujuan untuk menemukan jalan keluar secara bersama tanpa merugikan salah satu pihak.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of profitability, asset structure, company size, business risk, sales growth, and dividend policy to the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling method based on the criteria of manufacturing companies that were registered for three consecutive years and distributed dividends at least once. 117 have been selected as sample. This study uses multiple linear regression models. In this study it can be concluded that Profitability (ROA), Company Size (UP), Business Risk (RISK), Sales Growth (PP) affect to the Capital Structure (DER). Asset Structure (SA) and Dividend Policy (DPR) do not affect to the Capital Structure (DER).

Abstract

Counseling competence is a set of essential abilities which is prominent to be employed in conducting counseling. This counseling competence research took students of counseling as a counselor candidate. This study aims to analyze the correlation between basic knowledge, basic communication skill, and cultural skill to the counseling competence. This work used Ex Post Facto Causal Relationship Explanatory research design. The research subjects were 120 students of Department of Guidance and Counseling from three State Universities in Java Island. Samples were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, basic attitude, basic communication skill and cultural skill to the counseling competence. The implication of this research finding to the education of the Department of Guidance and Counseling is the significance of considering the factors forming the academic counseling competence to produce the professional counselor candidate.

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Realistic Mathematics Education (Rme) Approach using Plane Model Media in Improving Learning Outcome in the Characteristics of Planes for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 1 Depokrejo in the Academic Year of 2016/2017. The objective of this research is to improve learning outcome in the characteristics of planes through the use of realistic mathematics education (RME) approach using plane model. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles and five meetings. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were 27 students. The results of this research show that the use of realistic mathematics education (RME) approach using plane model media can improve learning outcome in the characteristics of planes. It was proven by the increase of learning outcomes in the first cycle 80,77%, in the second cycle 88,46%, and in the third cycle 92,31%; The conclusion of this research is the use of realistic mathematics education (RME) approach using plane model media can improve learning outcome in the characteristics of planes for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Depokrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017.Keywords: RME Approach, plane model media, learning outcome Abstrak: Penerapan Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dengan Media Model Bangun Datar dalam Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Sifat-sifat Bangun Datar Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Depokrejo Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar sifat-sifat bangun datar melalui penerapan pendekatan RME dengan media model bangun datar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus dengan masing-masing pertemuan terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 27 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan RME dengan media model bangun datar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sifat-sifat bangun datar. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan persentase hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I = 80,77%, siklus II = 88,46%, dan siklus III = 92,31%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan RME dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sifat-sifat bangun datar kelas V SD Negeri 1 Depokrejo tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci: pendekatan RME, media model bangun datar, hasil belajar

Abstract

Abstract: The Use of Discovery Learning using Geometry Model as Media in Improving Learning Outcome in Geometry for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Depokrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017. The objective of this research is to improve learning outcome in geometry for fifth grade students of sd negeri 2 depokrejo. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects of the research were students of fourth grade and its teacher of V SD Negeri 2 Depokrejo. The data were qualitative and quantitative. Techniques of collecting data were learning outcomes test, observation, and interview. It was conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of this research show that the use of discovery learning using geometry model as media can improve students? learning outcome for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Depokrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017.

Abstract

A very rapid technological development has become a serious concern for the world of education, especially relating to the administration of registration, the learning process and administration of graduation to support industry 4.0. This is due to the inability of human resources in schools to offset the utilization of technology that grows very fast. The problem also impacted the new student administration system, the learning process and graduation as the main activity became late and influential in the lack of enthusiasts to enter as a student. The strategic planning of information systems with Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) is a solution to parse and define the main activities run by the Bonavita Education Foundation. Strategic planning can be used as a basis for creating data architectures that are application architecture entities. The technology architecture is designed to illustrate the technology needed to provide a data application environment. The writing of this paper aims to create an educational administration strategy to increase the absorption of prospective students. The interview and observation methods are conducted to obtain accurate data on school leader, administrative staff, alumni and parents of prospective students. Analysis and data processing using value chain. With the planning of information system strategy and information technology it is expected that vocational high schools can face the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and increase the interest of prospective students to enter the school on the Bonavita Foundation without rule out to the vision and mission of the school.

Abstract

Since the recognition of batik by UNESCO, the batik market has expanded throughout the world. This is marked by the increase in the value of batik exports to various countries. In the midst of increasingly fierce trade competition, industries are demanded to be capable and have high competitiveness. Although batik is considered as one of the strategic industries, in terms of development, batik still faces several problems both internally and externally. The purpose of this research is to discuss about the solution to develop batik in Cibelok Village, Pemalang Regency by analyzing the value chain so that it increases the selling value of written batik. This study used a value chain analysis approach, Competitiveness Diamond, and Critical Success Factor Value. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the profit generated per onefabric production is Rp74,700. Increasing profit margins can be done by considering the role of several activities in the batik business process. The activities to consider are operations, followed by marketing and sales, as well as inbound logistics. In addition, product quality and innovation in batik patterns are needed in an effort to increase sales.

Abstract

Pembuatan water clock (jam air) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penggunaan alat ukur waktu di setiap kegiatan. Water clock merupakan salah satu alat ukur waktu yang jarang dikembangkan dalam waktu sekarang ini karena proses pembuatan yang lumayan susah. Dengan perkembangan zaman, jenis-jenis alat ukur waktu perlu dikembangkan lagi temasuk water clock. Dalam penelitian ini mengembangkan alat ukur waktu yang berupa water clock dengan konsep dan proses pembuatan yang sangat sederhana serta menggunakan teknik eksperimen. Teknik eksperimen digunakan dalam menentukan sistem fisika yang sesuai dalam pembuatan alat ukur water clock. Sistem tekanan dipilih dalam pembuatan alat ukur waktu ini karena tekanan sangat mempengaruhi laju air mengalir dalam water clock.

Abstract

Needs analysis in developing tolerance attitude assessment instruments on Android-based PPKn learning is carried out with the aim of identifying teacher needs about tolerance attitude assessment instruments in the form of manuals and Android applications. The problem found by researchers is the assessment of tolerance in PPKn learning has not been implemented. At the time of observation it was found that there were no attitude assessment sheets and assessment rubrics in the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The results of the interview stated that teachers had difficulty in making attitude assessment instruments so that teachers needed the development of tolerance attitude assessment instruments on learning PPKn based Android. Android application made with simple codding. The research method used is research and development (R&D). Qualitative data analysis is used to describe triangulation of data sources, while quantitative data analysis is used to test validity, reliability and practicality. The results of the needs analysis of 20 statement items filled by fifth grade elementary school teachers in Pabelan District amounted to 8 teachers obtained validity, each statement item is greater than rtable, 0.707 and is declared valid. Reliability obtained 0.973 and declared reliable. Guidebooks and Android applications that can be accessed through Google Drive and Play Store can be used by teachers to assess student tolerance. The practicality of a guidebook is done after the assessment instruments are valid and reliable. Teachers can use the instrument of tolerance attitude assessment books on learning of PPKn based Android in classroom learning.

Abstract

Effects of Ce addition on Pt/γ - Al2O3 catalysts preparation and their catalytic activity on oxidation of methane have been investigated. In this study, the catalysts were prepared by impregnating chloride salt solution of palladium and sulphate salt of cerium on γ-AI2O3 support. Characterization of catalysts was conducted by gas sorption method to determine surface area, pore radius and pore volume. The test of catalytic activity on oxidation of methane was carried out in a flow reactor system at a temperature range from 350°C to 600°C. Products of reaction were analysed by non-dispersive IR spectroscopy. It was observed that the surface area, pore radius and pore volume decrease with the addition of cerium. The results of oxidation process showed that Pd-Ce/γ-Al2O3 catalyst can be used for oxidation of methane up to 90.62% conversion
