Abstract

The research was conducted wtith the aim of analyzing the settlement of troubled murabahah financing at BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe. This research is a type of field research conducted in BPRS to obtain relevant data or data sources (primary and secondary) the author conducts data collection through observation, documentation and interviews. Then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive methods. Based on the research and discussion that the author has done, it can be concluded that the factors that cause problematic murabahah financing can be caused by bank who are not careful in analyzing financing and lack of supervision after funding is given in addition it is also caused by customers who intentionally do not want to fulfill their obligations or because the customer’s business has decreased. The handling of murabahah financing is problematic in the BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe, namely by collecting incentives, granting warning letters or reprimand, extension of the installment period and execution of collateral. Settlement of troubled financing carried. Out by BPRS Rahmah Hijrah Agung Lhokseumawe is not contrary to islamic because in accordance with the fatwa of the national shariah council of the Indonesia ulama council in handling troubled financing BPRS provides time allowance for customers who have not been able to pay their obligations by giving an ectended period of time to pay installments for customers who fall into the category of experiencing a disaster or a business downturn but still be saved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn about students' pronunciation skills, particularly in pronouncing short and long vowels. The research was descriptive quantitative in nature. The eight grade students, a total of 30 kids, are the focus of this study. The information is gathered using an oral test. The data was quantitatively analyzed to determine the percentage of students who scored well on pronunciation. The largest inaccuracy in the pupils' pronunciation was / æ /, which had a total percentage of 63,33% and was classed as moderate. To avoid mispronounce, the researcher proposed that teachers provide students the exact pronunciations. Students should practice more by using an online dictionary or other resources to assist them enhance their pronunciation skills.

Abstract

The digitalization of Qur’anic interpretation has profoundly influenced the methodology of istinbat al-ahkam (deriving Islamic legal rulings), reshaping how scholars and legal institutions engage with classical texts in emerging digital platforms. This article explores the impact of selected tools—such as AI-driven tafsir platforms, semantic databases, and multimedia applications—on formulating Islamic legal reasoning in the digital era. Moving beyond a purely epistemological analysis, the study critically assesses how digital interfaces affect interpretive authority and methodological integrity and the production of contemporary legal responses to real-world issues, including Islamic digital finance, artificial intelligence ethics, and Sharia-based policymaking in digital environments. Utilizing a qualitative literature review combined with thematic content analysis, this research draws on classical sources and contemporary scholarship to investigate the shifting landscape of Islamic legal derivation in the digital age. Particular attention is given to the role of legal actors—such as fatwa councils, religious courts, and legislative bodies—in legitimizing or contesting digital tafsir outputs. The study applies maqasid al-shari’ah as developed by al-Shatibi as a normative framework to evaluate the legal-ethical implications of digital tafsir and its alignment with the objectives of protecting religion (din), intellect (‘aql), and public welfare (maslahah ‘ammah). Findings indicate that while digital tools significantly enhance accessibility, interactivity, and public engagement with Islamic texts, they also present challenges related to standardization, authenticity, and the erosion of traditional scholarly authority. This article offers a typology of digital influence—from functional assistance to epistemological disruption—and proposes practical pathways for integrating digital innovation within a framework of maqasid-oriented legal governance. The study contributes to the theoretical development of Islamic legal thought and the practical design of responsive, accountable, and ethically grounded legal frameworks for the digital era.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities in Raudhatul Athfal throughout the Hamparan Perak sub-district are still limited in the use of learning media. Therefore, the purpose of implementing community service activities is to provide skills for teachers in the manufacture and use of learning media by utilizing school waste, where the participants or targets are raudhatul Athfal teachers, Hamparan Perak District, consisting of 19 teachers who participate in mentoring and are the delegates from 6 Kindergartens in Hamparan Perak District, through training and mentoring methods with four stages, namely planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation. It can be concluded that the learning media by utilizing waste waste developed in the service program turned out to be an alternative for teachers in delivering learning material in a fun way.

Abstract

The government continues to make efforts to increase the role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises after Covid 19 as the national economy recovers. A number of economic policies that focus on improving the MSME sector are intended to ensure that this sector grows and develops again in the future. In the national economy, MSMEs continue to make a major contribution to economic development, job creation, equal distribution of people's income, and providing products and services for the community. On the other hand, MSMEs are a source of state revenue to finance development. In the midst of unstable economic conditions, efforts to increase Gross Domestic Product originating from this sector continue to be made. MSMEs are expected to grow again in the long term and become a source of sustainable financial potential. The government, through fiscal policy, provides wider space for MSMEs, the roots of which become economic society, which absorbs the workforce. Through fiscal policy, the government can provide investment incentives to MSMEs. This fiscal policy is aimed at providing relief in fulfilling tax obligations and encouraging MSME activities to grow and develop again after Covid 19, which has had a negative impact on MSMEs. Through incentives, MSMEs have more freedom to increase production. Investment incentives are also intended to increase the capacity of MSMEs to fulfill tax obligations.

Abstract

Destination study this for knowing the effect of picture and picture models on results study student in using tenses for the topic of daily activity material. The method of the research is quantitative with one group pretest-posttest design. The population taken from whole class X amounted to 101, while the sample used in one class is class X IPS 1 amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses formula percentage to evaluate observation of the picture and picture learning model, while the test uses two formulas in between average formula and n-gain. Finding the research is pretest get the average score is 23.43, posttest get the mean score was 71.7. From the score, the that occurs enhancement understanding of the simple present tenses in the context of daily activities material. Whereas n-gain gets a score of 0.63 means that the score n-gain of 0.3 < 0.63 >0.7 is categorized as a medium, it means the level of success of the application of the picture and picture learning modelon simple present tense material is categorized as medium. Results of learning model observation picture and picture get score percentage sheet teacher observation is 82.3%, while score percentage sheet student observation is 80.2%. This thing shows that for the category sheet teacher's observation is good, while on the sheet student observation is categorized as very good, which means the teacher has succeeded apply the learning model with good.

Abstract

The objective of this research to observe is there any significant progress of students’ ability in learning speaking by using Hallo App as media on XI IPS Plus Class at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane in the Academic Years 2021/2022. This research was done on 01th November until 15th December 2021. The population of this research are 338 students from all XI Class. The sample was taken purposive sampling which is only choose one class.The sample are the students of XI IPS Plus Class which consist of 36 students. The research gave two tests, they are pre test and post test. The data was collected by using Rubric of Speaking which focus on Pronunciation, Grammar, Vocabulary, Fluency and Comprehension. The data was analyzed by using t-test. The minimus completeness criteria in learning English for National Senior High School at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane is 70. It was found that the pre test average is 45 and the post test average is 76,11. The data had been calculated by using t-test, the researcher found that t observation = 26,253 by seeing the t table with df n-1 of level α = 5%, it was found that t table = 1,680. It means the t observation is bigger than t-table = 26,253 > 1,680. So the rearcher took the conclusion that the hypothesis alternative in this research is received. There is a significant progress of students’ ablitiy in learning speaking by using Hallo App as media on XI IPS Plus Class at SMA Negeri 1 Kutacane in the Academic Years 2021/2022.

Abstract

Abstract. This study deals with the use picture word inductive model to improve students’ descriptive text writing class VII SMP Negeri 3 Kutacane Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use picture word inductive model has a significance effect in writing descriptive text.Population used in this study of class VII were 87 and samples used in this study were 28 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pretest and posttest design .This study was carried on using quantitave method. The data was analysed by using t-test.The researcher found the pretest mean = 44,64 , deviation standard = 6,37 and experienced an increase in the posttest mean = 78,57 deviation standart = 4,05. From this analysis, writer found that guided picture word inductive model has significane in teaching writing descriptive text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 23,73 was higher than “ttable” about 2,052 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use picture word inductive model in teaching writing descriptive text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.

Abstract

This study deals with the effectiveness of pair check method in writing announcement text at class X SMA Swasta Raudhatul Hasanah Academic Year 2021/2022. Its objective is to find out whether the use pair check method has a significance effect in announcement text writing. Population and samples used in this study were all students of class X total 27 students. The method used in this study is an experimental method with a one group as pretest and posttest design .This study was carried on using quantitave method. The data was analysed by using t-test.The researcher found the pretest mean = 51,67 deviation standard = 3,67 and experienced an increase in the posttest mean = 81,85 deviation standard = 2,46. From this analysis, writer found that guided pair check method has significane in teaching writing announcement text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 35,50 was higher than “ttable” about 2,056 with the level significance is 0,05% it implies that the teacher of English should use pair check method in teaching announcement text writing so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.

Abstract

This research deals with the use of pop up book media to improve students’ descriptive text writing class VII SMP Negeri 1 Lawe Alas Academic Year 2022/2023. Its objective is to find out whether the use of pop up book media has a significance effect in writing descriptive text. Population used in this research of class VII were 38 and all samples used in this research were 38 students. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a one group as pre-test and post-test design .This research was carried on using quantitave method. The data was analysed by using t-test. The researcher found the pre-test mean = 56,18 , deviation standard = 5,86 and experienced an increase in the pos-ttest mean = 79,34 deviation standard = 4,10. From this analysis, writer found that guided pop up book media has significance in teaching writing descriptive text. It can be proved by the result of the analysis showed that “ ” observed about 26,02 was higher than “t-table” about 2,026 with the level significance is 5% it implies that the teacher of English should use pop up book media in teaching writing descriptive text so that the teaching and learning process can be successful.
