Berkembangnya layanan berbasis elektronik (e-Service) di domain Pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan publik akan layanan berkualitas, efektif dan efisien dalam rangka mewujudkan good governance. Pemanfaatan Tehnologi dalam peningkatan transparansi dan akuntabilitas lembaga pemerintah, menyederhanakan birokrasi lebih efisien demi meningkatkan layanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini mencoba menjelaskan Sistem Layanan Informasi, Pengaduan Masyarakat Berbasis Elektronik (E-Service) Dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Publik dan Keterbukaan Informasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Pacitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pelayanan aplikasi Lapor Pacitan sebagai pelayanan pengaduan, pemanfaatan oleh masyarakat, dan rekomendasi kebutuhan pengembangan aplikasi Wadule PacitanPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer berupa pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Kabupaten Pacitan dan laporan terintegrasi dengan WADULE PACITAN (Wadah Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Layanan Elektronik Pacitan). Wadule merupakan aplikasi setiap Penyelenggara dalam kerangka sistem informasi pelayanan publik.Dampak pemanfataan aplikasi Wadule Pacitan adalah pelayanan pengaduan menjadi transparan, efektif, dan efisien. Masyarakat dapat melakukan di manapun dan kapanpun serta ikut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan dan perbaikan pelayanan publik di Kabupaten Pacitan.

Abstract - Film is a communication media that is audio visual in nature to convey a message to a group of people who gather in a certain place. Movie messages on mass communication can take the form of anything depending on the film's mission. However, generally a film can include a variety of messages, both messages of education, entertainment and information. The message in the film is to use the mechanism of symbols that exist in the human mind in the form of message content, voice, words, conversations and so on. Trailer is a preview or excerpts of interesting scenes from a film, which aims to attract the audience to want to see the film that is. While the development of the world of film itself in recent years is very rapidly advancing. Lots of interesting scenes that are very extraordinary are shown on some of the leading films in the world today. Like the trailer on Aquaman and Avenger's films, wherein there are scenes showing an engineering city that resembles the original in the story and explosions that destroy buildings or the surrounding environment. It is impossible for such places to exist on this earth. The making of special effects as in the scenes will later use the technique of implementing essential elements in footage movie action in Adobe After Effect and several plugins that support it. At the end of the project it will produce a trailer, where later the processing techniques can inspire young Indonesian filmmakers as learning media in the field of film. It can also be used as a new method for re-processing an event that is not possible by directly reconstructing it using ordinary video

Abstract. This work presents step-by-step procedure of modeling accurate interaction potential energy between hydrogen and outer surface of zigzag Single Walled Carbon Nanotube (CNT) as a function of its diameter. First principles calculations at MP2 method level and def2-SVP basis-set were performed to predict the interaction potential energy of hydrogen gas molecule on outer surface of CNT cluster model. The result shows that the physisorption energy is ranging between 1.05 kcal/mol to 1.14 kcal/mol. Using force-matching method, Lennard-Jones potential parameters were approximated for interaction between united-atom model of hydrogen molecules and the CNT. Assuming constant σ = 3.2 Å, the result shows that the ε parameter can be defined as a function of CNT diameter.Keywords. The objective of this research is to find the effect of composition variations on the agricultural wastes biocoal briquette. The research is started with heating value analysis and water and ash analysis of agricultural wastes and coal. Then the next step are sizing and mixing that wastes and coal, the research variables are composition of biocoal briquette, the manufactured alternative fuel then take to the furnace to find the combustion characteristic. The result of this research give the best composition i.e 60 % agricultural waste-40 % coal with particle size 20 mesh which bonded with 15 % cassava starch and drying in 110 0C for 90 minutes, which give the best combustion characteristic in the 0 m/s airflow condition.

Indonesian language has important and strategic role in the communication process in the middle of the association and social interaction. Through the Indonesian language is good and true, someone will be able to communicate both verbally and in writing to the other party in accordance with the context and situasi. Kemampuan speaking students well enough for the students' speaking style was influenced by the dialect of the native language. So the aim of this study was to determine the students' ability to speak in response to the reading of short stories seventh grade students of SMPN 19 Muara Fajar. The issues raised in this research is: how is the ability to speak the seventh grade students of SMPN 19 in response to the way Muara Fajar short story readings on aspects of pronunciation and intonation, how is the student's ability Muara Fajar SMPN 19 in response to a short story readings on suitability aspects of language? And how is the ability of students of class VII SMPN 19 Muara Fajar in response to a short story readings on aspects of mime and expression? The theory used is the theory Tarin, Nurgiantoro, Bungin, Sudjono, Suharma, Tri Endah Priyatni and Mustafa.populasi 147 people with a sample of 70 students selected at random. The method I use is descriptive quantitative method. To collect data the authors using observation and oral test. The conclusion of this study are: speech class VII SMPN 19 Muara Fajar in response to the reading of short stories academic year 2013/2014 on aspects of pronunciation categorized either with an average value of 77. The ability to speak the seventh grade students of SMPN 19 Muara Fajar in response to a short story readings on aspects suitability enough language category with an average of 62. the ability to speak the seventh grade students of SMPN 19 Muara Fajar in response to a short story readings on aspects of good gestures and expressions category with an average of 73. thus the hypothesis is rejected.

This research is entitled " The Use of Logic in Yuk berhijab! By Ustad". The problem in thisresearch is how the use of logic induction, deduction, syllogism, the proposition, decision,analogy, and definitions used in the book berhijab Yuk! Ustad works of Felix Siauw. Thisstudy aimed to collect data and information induction, deduction, syllogism, the proposition,decision, analogy, and definitions used in the book Yuk berhijab! Ustad works of Felix Siauw.The theory that the authors use the, Ministry of Education (2008), Suhandang (2009),Rachmat (2011), Keraf (2006), Abidin (2002), Mundiri (2014), and Ranjabar (2014). Thepopulation in this study are all phrases that contain the logic in the book "Let hijab!" By FelixSiauw which consists of 140 pages, with the number of Chapter consists of 9 chapters. Themethod used is descriptive with qualitative approach and the type of research library (LibraryResearch). Conclusion. Induction of this research that found as many as 11 data or 7%.Deduction found as many as 10 data, or 6%. Syllogism as much as 4 data or 3%. Propositionfound as many as 11 data or 7%. The decision found as many as 55 of data, equivalent to35%. The analogy of the data found as many as 30 or 19%. And the definition of the data asmuch as 36 or 23%.
