This study examined the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning model and Think Pair Share in improving critical thinking skills class IX students of SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. The method used was comparative with experimental approaches. The population were 250 students with a total sample of 48 students wich was determined by cluster random sampling technique. The collection the data through observation, documentation, and testing. Hypothesis testing used the formula t-test analysis of two independent samples. The results showed: (1) There were differences in the critical thinking skills of students learning to use the model PBL with students learning to use TPS. Critical thinking skills in the classroom experiments that were treated by using cooperative learning model PBL was higher than the control class that was treated by using a model of TPS. (2) There were differences in effectiveness between the model PBL with TPS in improving students' critical thinking skills.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang efektifitas model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Think Pair Share dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi 250 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis t-test dua sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model PBL dengan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan TPS. Keterampilan berpikir kritis pada kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model TPS. (2) Terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara model PBL dengan TPS dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, problem based learning, think pair share

This study aimed to determine the effect of readiness, discipline, and learning activies toward the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of X class consist of 129 students and the sample was 98 students who were determined by the Slovin formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of readiness on the results of the economic learning result. There was an impact of disipline on the economic learning result. There was an impact of learning activies towards the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self readiness, discipline, and learning activies towards the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan, disiplin, dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X dengan jumlah 129 siswa dan sampel 98 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh kesiapan terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama kesiapan, disiplin, aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, disiplin, hasil belajar, kesiapan

This study aimed to determine the influence of self learning and school environment through learning motivation towards the result of economic learning of X Grade Student of SMA N 3 Metro School year 2016/2017. The method used in this study was verificative descriptive with ex post facto approach. The population in this study was X Grade of IPS Student which was102 students and the sample was 81 students determined with T.Yamane formula. The sampling technique was probability sample used simple random sampling. The collected data through questionnaires was processed by SPSS. Based on data analysis that there was an influence of self learning and school environment through learning motivation towards the result of economic learning of X Grade Student of SMA N 3 Metro School .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X IPS dengan jumlah 102 siswa dan sampel 81 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus T.Yamane. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu adalah probability sample dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA N 3 Metro.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemandirian belajar, lingkungan sekolah, motivasibelajar.

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of learning style, climate of the school and student motivation of the results of integrated social learning subjects of class VII junior high schools 1 student Bandar Lampung academic year 2017/2018 this research is using ex post facto and survey. Data collecting technique is using observation, and questionnaire. The testing of hypotheses is using formulas classic asumption test, multikolinieritas test, autokorelasi and heteroskedastisitas test. The results of the data analysis shows there is an influence of learning style, climate of the school and motivation student of the results of integrated social subjets of class VII junior high schools 1 Bandar Lampung academic year 2017 / 2018 Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar LampungTahun Pelajaran 2017/2018penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Ex post facto dan survey. Teknik pengambilan data dengan observasi, dan angket.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus Asumsi klasik Uji Multikolinieritas Uji Autokorelasi dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas. The result of learning is the outcome obtained after attending learning activities in the form of scores or numbers which is gotten by a test. To achieve optimal learning result, students should explore their potential which comes from inside and outside the student. In addition, learning outcomes are also influenced by the potential of the student a desire to learn and motivation to study. Therefore, the low score of student learning outcomes is caused by the lack of use of ICT in the teaching learning activity and the lack of varied methods which is used by the teacher in the teaching learning activity. Based on preliminary research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 way tenong note that overall student learning outcomes in integrated social science study is low. In general, the things that affect the level of learning outcomes are divided into two factors, namely internal and external. Among the many factors that can affect or contribute to the achievement of student learning outcomes, factors suspected use of media and ICT learning teaching methods teachers have an important role. The purpose of this study were: (1) To determine the effect of the use of instructional media ICT on learning outcomes integrated IPS. (2) To determine the effect of students 'perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning outcomes integrated IPS. (3) To determine the effect of the positive use of media and ICT learning students 'perceptions of teachers' teaching methods on learning outcomes integrated IPS RSBI of the students in the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Way Tenong West Lampung in the 2012/2013 academic year. The sampling technique is simple random sampling by using the formula T. Yamane come by as many as 71 students. The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification by using ex post facto and survey. The results showed that there is the influence of using ICT and perceptions of students about teaching methods which are used by the teacher toward learning outcomes of integrated social science study of first smester students in the first grade of SMP Negeri 1 Way Tenong West Lampung in the 2012/2013 academic year, Based on the analysis of data obtained F count 20.893 3.98 F table is addressed by multiple linear regression obtained R2 = 0.381 at a significance level of 0.05, which means that the learning outcomes are influenced by the activity of learning and teaching methods of teachers in schools of 38.1%.

This study aims to compare the social attitudes of student by using the model of PBL and PjBL Model against social attitudes of student in the subject of Economics. The method used in this study is the experimental method with a comparative approach. The population around the ten grade students and a sample of 128 students to 64 students. The result showed that: honest attitude of student in PBL models is higher than in the PBL model, attitudes responsinbility of student in the PjBL model is higher than in PBL models. The attitude of cooperation on the model of PBL students is higher than in the PjBL model. Mannered attitude of student in PBL models higher than in the PjBL model and confident attitude of students in PBL models is higher than in the PjBL model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan sikap social siswa denagn menggunakan model PBL dan Model PjBL terhada sikap social siswa pada meta pelajaran Ekonomi kelas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 128 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 64 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: Sikap jujur siswa pada model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada model PjBL, Sikap tanggung jawab siswa pada model PjBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada model PBL. Sikap kerjasama siswa pada model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada model PjBL. Sikap santun siswa pada model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada model PjBL dan sikap percaya diri siswa pada model PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada model PjBL.Kata kunci: pbl, pjbl, sikap sosial

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the incentive and work environtment on job satisfaction through job motivation of the employee PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. This research uses descriptive research design approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire to 88 employees. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit Linear Regression and Path Analysis. Based on the result that there is an incentive effect, the working environment and job motivation on employee job satisfaction either directly or indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL AMIN Cabang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 88 orang karyawan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program unit analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata kunci: lingkungan, motivasi, disiplin, kepuasan.

Research aims to understand the influence of compensation, motivation work and satisfaction work to labor productivity.Population in research is employees part tappers ptpn vii unit kedaton 146 people.Sample in extract using a technique probability of sampling with mwnggunakan simple random were 59 people.The data collection was done using a questionnaire unit analysis by using linear regression and path analysis.The subject of study that is employees part tappers ptpn vii unit kedaton.Research methodology that used in this research is the method descriptive verifikatif with the approach ex post facto capital and survey.Overall this research can be take conclusion that the variable free have leverage a significant impact on labor productivity employees in partial and simultaneous.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan bagian penyadap PTPN VII Unit Kedaton 146 orang. Sampel yang di ambil menggunakan teknik probabilitas sampling dengan mwnggunakan simple random berjumlah 59 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner unit analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier dan path analysis. Subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan bagian penyadap PTPN VII Unit Kedaton. Metode penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Secara keseluruhan penelitian ini dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan.Kata kunci: kompensasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan

This research was motivated by the low effectiveness of teachers' work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and discipline of work on the certification of teachers of SMPN 01 Bandar Lampung Sub Rayon Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used in this research was descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach. The population in this research were 144 teachers and sample in this research were 106 teachers. The sampling technique in this study with Probability Sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling using the formula slovin. Based on the analysis of data obtained as follows: (1) There is a work climate influence on the effectiveness of work on the certification of teacher. (2) There is a disciplinary effect on the effectiveness of work on the certification of teachers. (3) There is an effect of climate on the effectiveness of the work and discipline of work on the certification of teachers.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh efektivitas kerja guru yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim kerja dan disiplin terhadap efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 01 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 guru dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin.
