Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan berbasis syariah yang diberikan oleh Agen LPG Satuman di Pacet, Mojokerto. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia telah mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah yang berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai Islam menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Penerapan layanan berbasis syariah di sektor bisnis non-keuangan, seperti agen LPG, menjadi penting untuk memberikan kepuasan maksimal kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 pelanggan Agen LPG Satuman. Kuesioner dirancang untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan berdasarkan lima dimensi kualitas layanan yang disesuaikan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pelangg an merasa puas dengan layanan berbasis syariah yang diberikan oleh Agen LPG Satuman. Dimensi keandalan dan empati memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berbasis syariah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0.64, yang berarti bahwa 64% variasi dalam kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas layanan berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam layanan agen LPG Satuman telah berhasil meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, agen LPG lainnya disarankan untuk menerapkan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam layanan mereka guna meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract

The research results show that mentoring is proven to increase students' understanding of the material, increase interest in learning, and help students overcome difficulties in understanding complex terms and rules. Accompanying teachers play an important role in simplifying material, motivating students, and providing support and solutions to various problems faced by students during the learning process. In addition, effective mentoring strategies, such as the use of visual illustrations, practice questions, and discussions, have been proven to accelerate student understanding. This research concludes that assisting basic nahwu learning with a gradual approach can create a conducive learning environment, so that students can master nahwu rules more easily and confidently

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Desa Pademawu Timur terletak di Kecamatan Pademawu dan dihuni oleh 6.720 jiwa pada tahun 2023. Namun, layanan informasi di Desa Pademawu Timur yang masih bersifat konvensional menghambat upaya pembangunan desa. Transformasi layanan informasi desa dari metode konvensional ke digital dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan perangkat desa melalui pelatihan desain grafis, yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari perangkat desa dalam setiap tahap kegiatan, mulai dari observasi, pengumpulan data, hingga pelaksanaan pelatihan dan evaluasi. Sebanyak 7 peserta dari perangkat desa mengikuti pelatihan ini, yang mencakup materi dasar dan lanjutan dalam desain grafis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 9 pertanyaan indikator, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam rentang 44-100%. Rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman berada pada indeks 83%, yang menandakan peningkatan kemampuan yang cukup tinggi. Tindak lanjut dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah memaksimalkan penggunaan keterampilan desain grafis oleh perangkat desa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan perangkat desa dapat secara mandiri mengelola dan menyebarkan informasi penting melalui berbagai media digital, sehingga informasi dapat lebih cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, transformasi layanan informasi ini diharapkan dapat membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan Desa Pademawu Timur secara keseluruhan. However, conventional information services in Pademawu Timur Village become one of the obstacles to village development. Transformation of village information services from conventional to digital is required to improve the effectiveness of information delivery to the community. This service activity aims to improve the skills and knowledge of village officials through graphic design training, which is expected to speed up and simplify the delivery of information to village communities. This program employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves active participation from village officials in every stage of the program (observation, data collection, to implementing training and evaluation). Seven participants from village officials were involved in this training, which focused on basic and advanced graphic design. The results show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. Based on the evaluation results through the pretest and post-test consisting of 9 indicator questions, there was an increase in participants' understanding and skills in the range of 44-100%. The average increase in understanding is at an index of 83%, which indicates a fairly high increase in ability. The follow-up to the results of this service is to maximise the use of graphic design by skilled village officials to increase the effectiveness of conveying information to the community. It is suggested that village officials can independently manage and disseminate important information through various digital media so that information can be faster, more accurate, and easily accessible to all levels of society. Thus, the transformation of information services is expected to impact the development of Pademawu Timur Village positively. Abstract

Constructive is a one of the key words in this research which is find of the precision meaning. The meaning of critical constructive can be developed by dimensions of epistemology and the dimensions of epistemology has an influence for the progress of the way of critical thinking. The constructive in the critical thought can be developed by self-critical constructive and critical constructive for the critical self-development. The method in philosophy can be developed by the method of every scientific at all. It means that first, the truth of knowledge based on reality. Second, the truth of reality not only about the fact but also about the construction. Third, epistemology that can be critical constructive if there is a correlation with the actuality or reality. The truth can be proved. If examined more deeply, there will be detailed errors regarding the actual ability of philosophy to understand the crucial relationship between reality and epistemologically constructed research activities. Therefore, the importance of this research is to produce basic provisions for the role of constructive critical epistemology to be developed as an important part of the development of methodology and methods, especially in the field of philosophical scientific studies. For this reason, basic methodological and methodical tools are needed based on constructive critical epistemology so that constructive critical epistemology obtains its implementation value in a constructive manner.

Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka memerlukan strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat pemahaman siswa, khususnya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang memiliki karakteristik khas dalam menjaga nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah adalah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning). Dalam pelaksanaannya, siswa diberikan proyek yang relevan dengan materi yang diajarkan dan mencerminkan nilai-nilai keislaman. Sebagai bentuk apresiasi, siswa yang berhasil menyelesaikan proyek diberikan penghargaan (reward), sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Strategi ini tidak hanya mendorong pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, tetapi juga memperkuat internalisasi nilai-nilai agama Islam dalam proses pendidikan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka, yang mengintegrasikan aspek akademik dan nilai-nilai religius secara harmonis.

Abstract

Troubleshooting on the temperature gauge on the engine control panel 3066 with the serial number is 7JKa method used to find the cause of the problem with the temperature gauge. The temperature gaugecontained in the 3066 control panel engine does not work while running. Therefore, this research aims todetermine the cause of the temperature gauge on the 3066 control panel engine not functioning. The formof this research is to take data on the method of problem solving and repair of temperature gauges that areexperiencing problems by buying new components that do not use transformer step-ups. Instrumentationdata in literature research, data, visual inspection and making changes to temperature gauges. The resultsof conducting literature studies, studying data, visual inspection, and replacing the temperature gauge witha new one on the 3066 control panel engine, get the root of the problem of damage to the coil of the stepup transformer because the input voltage is too large. Abstract

The School Enrollment Rate (APS) in West Java province will increase in 2023 at the elementary school (SD), junior high school (SMP) and senior high school (SMA) levels. However, at the tertiary level it is still very low, namely 24.72% (BPS, 2023). Puraseda, as one of the villages in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, is also experiencing similar problems. School participation rates still need to be improved. This PKM activity aims to increase students' school motivation in order to increase school participation rates. The activity was carried out on September 7 2024 at Al-Barokah Middle School, Situhiyang Village, Puraseda Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency. The method used is education or counseling. Based on the results of PKM implementation, it was found that there was an increase in students' encouragement to continue their studies to a higher level

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the meaning behind the tradition of émbu in buying and selling transactions in Madura. The study employs a phenomenological approach focusing on the understanding and meanings attributed by the individuals involved. Data were gathered through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with émbu practitioners in several traditional markets in Madura. Émbu refers to the additional gift given by sellers to buyers after a transaction. The émbu tradition reflects trading ethics and strengthens social relationships among the Madurese community. The study findings indicate that the émbu tradition holds several significant meanings for the Madurese people. Émbu is seen as a symbol of appreciation, gratitude, efforts to maintain social harmony, and a marketing method. It helps foster customer loyalty and builds trust between sellers and buyers. Émbu enhances cultural solidarity and reinforces Madurese identity amidst economic globalization. This study contributes to strengthening the role of local wisdom in social and cultural values that influence economic practices in society. It underscores the importance of preserving local wisdom in the era of globalization as a form of cultural wealth worth preserving. The uniqueness of this research lies in uncovering the various complex dimensions of the émbu tradition, which have been underexplored in previous literature.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values and local wisdom in the Émbu tradition in Madura which is applied in trade practices. The Émbu tradition is a manifestation of cultural locality that reflects the values of honesty, trust, and togetherness, which are in line with Islamic teachings. The study used a qualitative approach with field study methods and in-depth interviews with traders in Madura who still practice this tradition. The results of the study show that the Émbu tradition not only strengthens social relations among trading communities, but also creates an ethical and harmonious trading atmosphere, which contributes to consumer trust. The integration of this tradition with Islamic values enriches trade practices, while maintaining the cultural identity of Madura. The impact of this study is to provide insight into how local traditions can support economic development based on spiritual values, while also being a model for other regions with similar traditions

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the law enforcement process against deserters at the III-12 Surabaya military court. research methods. Research methods Legal research using normative legal research methods. The results of the implementation by the judge in determining the provisions for the perpetrator in this case are in accordance with the elements of Article 87 paragraph (1) 2nd jo paragraph (2) where the judge has considered both the facts at the trial, the statements of the witnesses and the available evidence, as well as the judge's confidence in handing down a decision which will later have a deterrent effect on the defendant, gives fear to the convict and the Soldiers.
