Abstract

Inheritance is the distribution of property from one generation to the nex. But it can’t be called comprehensively considering the problem of inheritance has its own problems so that adoption of children in kandangtepus village makes inheritance into consideration. There are several factors that cause inheritance to adopted children. Sometimes children get inheritance and sometimes only get paid for the purchase school fees. It was decided by family deliberation. In this study, the subject of this research is the javanese people who adopt children. With using a qualitative (field reseach) approach and the type of phenomenological reseach. This study resulted in: 1) adopted children still get the inheritance. Because of the human factor. 2) there are two divisions of inheritance between biological children and adopted children, some are equated because they are like their own children, and some are through inheritance grants or wills. 3) the result of inheritance of the adopted cjild does not occur, because it has been discussed in advance.

Abstract

A hard disk is a data storage medium composed of a thin layer of magnetic material. Hard drives take advantage of the characteristics of magnetic materials that are stable to heat and have sensitivity to magnetic fields. One of the best materials to use a thin layer ferromagnetic on a hard disk is CoNi alloy. Hard drives with larger storage capacities require magnetic materials with high magnetic susceptibility values and Curie temperatures to obtain the best magnetic properties. The magnetic susceptibility of alloy ferromagnetic material Co (1- x) Ni (x) nanocube and nanosphere is calculated using vampire-based micro magnetic simulation. The research was conducted using a literature review on the parameters of the CoNi alloy material, and then it was simulated in the vampire program. The data generated from the simulation are magnetic susceptibility (1/tesla) and temperature (K). The spectrum of the magnetic susceptibility graph that shifts to the right as the Ni (x) composition decreases, it is assumed that the higher Curie temperature is produced. Otherwise, The increase in Ni (x) composition causes the magnetic susceptibility spectrum to shift to the left, with the Curie temperature's predicted value getting minor than the other. The nanocube-shaped material has a higher susceptibility value than the nanosphere-shaped material in terms of each Ni (x) composition variation at its maximum magnetic susceptibility.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana bentuk asonansi dan aliterasi dalam kumpulan puisi “Kita Saksikan” Karya Sardi Djoko Damono? (2) Bagaimana pemilihan konotasi dan denotasi dalam diksi yang terdapat dalam kumpulan puisi “ Kita Saksikan” Karya Sapardi Djoko Damono? (3) Bagaimanakah makna gaya bahasa dalam kumpulan puisi “Kita Saksikan” karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik catat, karena data-datanya berupa teks. yang kami kutip Menurut Sugiyono (2016:9) metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang berdasarkan pada filsafat postpositivisme digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah (sebagai lawannya adalah eksperimen) dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument kunci teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara trigulasi. adapun yang kami ketahui mengapa kami sebagai penulis memakai analisis data melalui teknik metode deskriftif kualitatif pada puisi "kita saksikan" karya Djoko Damono yaitu karena Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif berguna untuk menguraikan informasi kualitatif dan sekaligus untuk menggambarkan dengan jelas masalah yang sedang di teliti. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan unsur bunyi bentuk asonansi dan alitrasi,untuk menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif adalah dengan menganalisis unsur unsur bunyi pada puisi "kita saksikan" karya sapardi djoko damono. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kajian stilistika yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan Puisi ‘Kita Saksikan’ karya Sapardi Djoko Damono termasuk jenis puisi yang memiliki bunyi orkestrasi efoni. Unsur fonologi yang berupa alitrasi berupa bunyi /d/, /k/, /l/ , /m/, /n/, /p/, /r/, /s/ dan /t/ , asonasi berupa bunyi /a/, /u/, /i/ dan /e/. Sajak akhir berpola tetap berupa a-a-a-a, sajak dalam berupa bunyi an, ak dan am.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of remedial learning scores for students in learning PAI (Islamic Religious Education) at the Tahfidzul Quran Muhammadiyah Al Firdaus Islamic Boarding School. This research focuses on the remedial objectives and learning outcomes of students at the Tahfidzul Quran Muhammadiyah Al Firdaus Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative field method which requires researchers to use observation techniques by interviewing teachers or caregivers at the Pondok. The results of this research point to the aim of holding remedial training to help students who have not yet achieved completeness to achieve the school's vision and mission. For students who have not been able to achieve completeness, remediation needs to be carried out. After taking the treatment, students had a good response and experienced an increase in their learning scores.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine how to use first order Markov chain to build a reliable monitoring system for the profit-loss sharing based contracts (PLS) as the mode of financing contracts in Islamic bank with censored continuous-time observations. The paper adopts the longitudinal analysis with the first order Markov chain framework. Laplace transform was used with homogenous continuous time assumption, from discretized generator matrix, to generate the transition matrix. Various metrics, i.e.: eigenvalue and eigenvector were used to test the first order Markov chain assumption. Cox semi parametric model was used also to analyze the momentum and waiting time effect as non-Markov behavior. The result shows that first order Markov chain is powerful as a monitoring tool for Islamic banks. We find that waiting time negatively affected present rating downgrade (upgrade) significantly. Likewise, momentum covariate showed negative effect. Finally, the result confirms that different origin rating have different movement behavior. The paper explores the potential of Markov chain framework as a risk management tool for Islamic banks. It provides valuable insight and integrative model for banks to manage their borrower accounts. This model can be developed to be a powerful early warning system to identify which borrower needs to be monitored intensively. Ultimately, this model could potentially increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The analysis used only rating data. Further study should be able to give additional information about the determinant factors of rating movement of the borrowers by incorporating various factors such as contract-related factors, bank-related factors, borrower-related factors and macroeconomic factors.

Abstract

The learning method is one of the important components needed in learning because it becomes a means of interaction between educators and students. Because learning methods are not always in accordance with the conditions of students and learning materials, it is necessary for the competence of an educator to determine appropriate and appropriate learning methods. This study aims to describe the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here method in improving students' public speaking skills in class X SKI at SMA NU Genteng Banyuwangi. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive qualitative research. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation methods. The researcher as the main instrument, the subject of this research is SKI teacher, and several students of class X science. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of interview data and observations that have been made by researchers that the implementation of the everyone is a teacher here method includes planning, namely lesson plans, syllabus. The implementation is the teacher delivers the material, distributes paper, makes questions, the paper is collected randomly, students submit questions and answers, other students give responses, take turns until they are finished. Evaluation is closing and assessment. The supporting factors are adequate school facilities, students play an active role, train thinking power, questions attract students' attention, ability to think, self-confidence. While the inhibiting factors are that it takes a long time, students feel afraid and lack confidence, it is difficult to make questions that are according to students' abilities, requiring exposure of the material first.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the mode of data theft in the pinjol or peer to peer lending platform. Peer to peer lending became popular during the pandemic and is an alternative to fulfill temporary financial needs due to the access and convenience offered by fintech providers, so that people prefer fintech over other financial entities. The method used in writing this article is a literature study of identity theft on peer to peer lending platforms. The main data in the library study method is secondary data sourced from books, the internet, articles, laws and other documents related to this research. The research results show that with the emergence of fintech as a manifestation of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially during the pandemic, fintech is using this opportunity to expand its scope by involving more customers. However, the difficulty for customers or fintech users to differentiate between legitimate and illegal loans provides opportunities for illegal loans to exploit as many victims as possible. One of the modus operandi of illegal loans is to insert spyware through smartphone access permits, which are then used to register or apply for financing with loans

Abstract

Sapi Bali memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan karena tingkat kesuburanyang tinggi, adaptasi lingkungan yang baik, dan nilai ekonomi yang tinggi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik peternak Sapi Bali diKecamatan Moyo Hilir, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan diKecamatan Moyo Hilir dengan sebaran di empat desa, yaitu Desa Batu Bangka,Desa Berare, Desa Labuhan Ijuk, dan Desa Kaking dari Bulan Mei hingga Juli2024. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner dari 40 respondendi empat desa, yakni Desa Batu Bangka, Desa Berare, Desa Labuhan Ijuk, danDesa Kaking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas peternak adalah laki-laki(100%) dengan usia antara kurang dari 30 hingga 64 tahun (95%), berpendidikanrendah (50% lulusan SD), dan sebagian besar bekerja sebagai petani (87,5%).Mayoritas peternak memiliki pengalaman beternak kurang dari 10 tahun (72,5%).Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya program pelatihan dan penyuluhan untukmeningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peternak guna meningkatkanproduktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha peternakan.

Abstract

This article describes a community outreach program that aims to teach human rights in an impartial manner inside a multilingual environment at Mojokerto, that are Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa. This project used conceptualisation of Aset-Based Community Development (ABCD) to develop aset as language tutors, bilingual communities, and Pesantren environs. The main cognitive content is to improve the curriculum and bilingual text books while analyzing the goals, restraint, and project strategy. This article also summarizes previous research on the project of fundamental quantity national participation. The topics included the role of human resources management, the theatrical role of heutagogy in primary education, bilingual education, and speech communication in primary schools. Moreover, the project has been presented at Pesantren Al Mulatzam and Darut Taqwa of Mojokerto for research on Human Education with a Multilingual Environment.
