Abstract

Marketing Retail merupakan karyawan yang bertanggung jawab untuk menjual produk perusahaan dengan menggunakan berbagai strategi agar produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan dapat bersaing dengan produk lain, dan dapat diterima oleh konsumen, serta produk tersebut dapat dijual dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses rekrutmen Marketing Retail pada Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama yang hanya menerapkan proses seleksi dokumen dan wawancara saja, tanpa mengidentifikasi keterampilan karyawan. Kesalahan dalam seleksi marketing retail tentunya akan memiki dampak negatif bagi kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam menyeleksi calon marketing retail dengan menerapkan Metode MAUT dalam proses pemeringkatan, dan Metode ROC untuk menghasilkan nilai bobot. Dalam menentukan calon Marketing Retail menurut metode yang digunakan terdapat 15 alternatif yang diseleksi, sehingga diperoleh 10 alternatif yang lolos menjadi calon marketing retail dengan nilai perangkingan tertinggi yaitu Friska Larisna (A6) dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 0.575.

Abstract

Position promotion is a transfer or promotion of an employee in a structure within the organizational structure who has the ability to know skills and a responsible attitude in accordance with qualifications based on standards that exist in a company itself with specific functions. In the process of selecting the best employees, for recommendation for promotion, a measurable decision support system is needed. As in the POLDASU HR BUREAU, which does not yet have a decision support system, which so far has recommended promotions at the North Sumatra Regional Police, there are still obstacles in the criteria for evaluating promotions, so does not rule out the possibility that decision making is done subjectively by only looking at certain aspects and requires a long time in making decisions. In general, the recommendation for promotion is given by each work unit, good assessments from superiors and employee performance in carrying out their duties. For this reason, it is necessary to assess data processing employees who can help companies make decisions related to promotion recommendations. There needs to be supporting criteria for using a decision support system. In this study applied a combination of ROC and TOPSIS methods. The weighting of each criterion is carried out by applying the ROC method, then followed by a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives using the TOPSIS method. The results of the Research Recommendations for Promotion of Positions that are appropriate for promotion are alternative A1 with a preference value of 1,497 on behalf of "Hendrik"

Abstract

Student ambassadors are students who are chosen as the right hand of the teachers to lead other students, where these student ambassadors must have advantages that are far from other students, where the selection is through a selection process. With this student ambassador, it is expected that the teacher's task is to direct and secure other students both in terms of order and obedience to school rules. The large number of participants made the committee feel overwhelmed in choosing the ambassadors. To get a solution to the problem of selecting the student ambassador, a decision system is needed that can help find a solution to the selection of student ambassadors. Decision Support System (DSS) is a stage in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. DSS can work optimally if using the method. In this study, the authors chose the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. Abstract

Supervisors are direct supervisors of leaders and operators who have duties and responsibilities, namely providing direction or work planning in accordance with existing SOPs in the company and monitoring the work of leaders and operators properly. In this study, so far the company in evaluating the performance of the supervisor is done manually, that is, the company only judges based on the length of time the supervisor has worked. In fact, the supervisor's performance appraisal is an ineffective performance appraisal. Therefore, the company must make several other performance assessments such as Length of Work, Leadership, Communication, Discipline and Attendance. In evaluating the supervisor's performance, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The method used in this study is the COPRAS method with ROC weighting. The calculation of the COPRAS method with ROC weighting can produce the best alternative, namely alternative A2 on behalf of "Budiman Sianipar, ST" with a value of Ui = 100

Abstract

As the industry grows, the competition for superior products in this region is getting tougher. This competition will force all industries to pay more attention to policy making. Decision making to prioritize the best regional products according to needs and capabilities requires accurate and effective decisions to make the right choice and minimize losses in both cost and time. With the problems mentioned above, local governments (PEMDAs) are bothered with determining the priority of regional superior products quickly and precisely. Therefore, to determine the priority of regional superior products, a decision support system is needed to facilitate work and avoid errors in calculating system data quickly and more accurately. The Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) methods are a combination of methods that support in determining the priority criteria for regional superior products. The results of the application of the combination according to the formulas and methods used to obtain the highest value alternative are Coffee products with the first rank, namely 0.00653.

Abstract

The location of the Laundry business is a means of building a business, namely the place where the business is founded. Competition in this Laundry business causes many things to be considered in choosing a Laundry business location because if you don't choose the right location for a Laundry business, it can cause many losses such as bankruptcy for business owners. For this reason, business owners need foresight when setting up their Laundry business. To assist entrepreneurs in making decisions regarding the selection of a Laundry business location, there is a system that can be used, namely SPK. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are the steps or stages in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. There are 2 methods used in this study, namely the MOORA and WASPAS methods. The MOORA method is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. While the WASPAS method is to find the priority of the most suitable location choice by using weighting. Where the results of research using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, that which meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location is alternative A1, namely Jalan Setia Budi with a value of 0.2780 as the first rank. Meanwhile, based on the WASPAS method that meets the criteria as the best Laundry business location, alternative A7 is Jalan Gatot Subroto with a value of 0.8407 as the first rank.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the most difficult social problems to be solved by the Indonesian government, even in other words, the problem cannot be eliminated. So that the Indonesian government seeks to reduce the level of poverty by making social assistance programs to people who have economic problems. There are many aid programs set by the Indonesian government, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). The Decision Support System is applied in this study as a system for the decision of the recipient of the family of hope. In determining the decision of the recipient of the right family program, it must meet the criteria for Poor Card Ownership, Employment, Income, Number of Dependents and Home Ownership Status. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed in solving existing problems by applying the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods which can generate weight and preference values ​​from the first ranked alternative. . So that the recipient of the family of hope program lies in alternative A2 on behalf of Joko Sutirno with a value of 1.0000.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of one's work, an assessment can be carried out. Because with the assessment, an evaluation of the level of quality of a person's work can be carried out. At a university there are many study programs. Where one of the study programs at the university is the informatics engineering study program. In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, the campus makes efforts to improve the quality of work, the leadership evaluates by evaluating the quality of work of the staff at the university. In measuring the quality of work of the staff working in the Study Program, the leadership conducts an assessment of the study program. In conducting the assessment by measuring the level of student satisfaction with the Study Program. Based on this study, it was concluded that PUAS students towards the services of the Study Program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the superior students in a school based on the achievements of the students. To solve this problem, the writer uses the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. MOORA is a relatively simple method that can rank a number of alternatives by subtracting the previously weighted benefit and cost criteria. The results showed that the highest ranking value was found in alternative A1 with a result of 0.1906 and followed by alternative A2 with a result of 0.1901.
